I can’t recommend Cathy and her team enough for making our wedding day even more special! They created a stunning wedding cake that not only looked gorgeous but tasted absolutely amazing. The white chocolate raspberry flavor was a huge hit—so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was! In addition to the cake, they provided an assortment of desserts that were perfect for our celebration. The cookies, brownies, cupcakes, and cobbler cups were all fantastic, offering a little something for everyone. It was such a nice touch to have a variety of treats for our guests to enjoy. The quality and presentation exceeded our expectations, and we’re so grateful to Cathy for making our dessert table unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Cathy Huber is not only a delight to work with but extremely talented. As someone who was determined to have the absolute best tasting cake at their wedding, Cathy exceeded all expectations. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. We recently ordered another cake for our one year anniversary (we live out of town), and it was phenomenal. She was truly worth every penny. People of all ages have raved about my wedding cake at holiday parties, the deli line at Publix… you name it. I was a frugal bride and cut corners where I could so I neglected to do a “late night” snack/dessert and offered more of Cathy’s cake flavors for guests, and I’m so glad. Sometimes less is more and if the taste of your wedding cake is important to you, Cathy is a no brainer.

Cathy was wonderful to work with. She did our cake for our wedding and even went above and beyond making my husband mini pumpkin pies instead of a grooms cake since our wedding was in Nov. She has the best flavors of any cake I have ever tasted. Not to mention how beautiful it turned out. It was everything we envisioned! When she came to meet me for the sample test she even brought our pup some treats! Truly a great experience working with her.

There is a reason that Cathy has a perfect 5 star rating on The Knot, and if anything it should be even higher. From the tasting through the ceremony, Cathy was a pleasure to work with! Prior to the cake tasting, Cathy requested that my (now) husband and I send her a list of all of our favorite flavors as well as ones we do not care for. From there, she customized several incredible options for us to choose from for a tasting. Due to covid, we were unable to have the tasting in her normal location, but Cathy was kind enough to arrange for our tasting to be dropped off at the hotel where we were staying. The hardest part of the tasting was trying to determine which of the absolutely amazing flavors she created from our lists that we would go with. Ultimately, we couldn't truly decide so we went with a three tier cake. Cathy also facilitated one of our requests that we would have a small figure of our beloved dog on the cake stand. When we saw the cake, we were absolutely blown away by how beautiful it was. Clearly you can see from all of the other pictures posted here and on her instagram, she is a gifted artist, but seeing it in person was surreal. She placed the floral arrangements herself in a way that made this work of art elevated to the next level, and our sweet dog was placed perfectly with abundant care. As you can already guess, all of our guests were blown away by the flavors, many asking if they could take some home with them! At the end of the day, if you are lucky enough to be able to book Cathy for your cake, it will be one of the best decisions of your wedding day! We are very blessed to have had her be a large part of our special day, and I have no doubt she will make yours just as special.

Cathy’s cakes are absolutely amazing!!! We had so many compliments from our wedding guests! Cathy took the time to listen to us and made the cakes exactly how we wanted them! We even scheduled a second cake for my birthday!!

From the start, Cathy was such a joy to work with! We had her make a 3 tier cake plus a grooms cake for our wedding and we could not have been happier with the way they turned out. When I say these are the best looking AND best tasting wedding cakes anyone has ever had, I mean it. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how good they tasted and how unique the flavors were! Cathy went above and beyond to make sure the flavors we chose were unique to us and not the plain old boring cake flavors. Amazing cake and such unique flavors! Cathy did a fantastic job for our small intimate wedding in November. We had 20 guests and she helped me decide on a two tier cake, with two different flavors and it was so special! The first larger tier was pink champagne cake layered with biscoff cookie crumble butter, and the second smaller tier was Pinot noir chocolate cake with chocolate fudge and Milano cookie crumble filling. We absolutely loved how it turned out and tasted delicious! It was also great working with her during the planning process. Great communication and very responsive. Our order was not huge, and she still put us as a priority and delivered an excellent product! Highly recommend!

Cathy and her team were magnificent! We planned a weeding in Jekyll Island while living in northern Virginia, they never missed a beat. The cake, customer service, and coordination for all things in between exceeded our wildest expectations! Not only was the cake perfect in presentation, our entire wedding party commented on the taste and texture... As the tradition goes, we saved the top part of the cake and froze until our 1-year anniversary. Wondering how it would taste after so long, we were blown away, after defrosting it the day prior, the cake tasted almost as good as it did on our wedding day. We cannot say enough about Cathy's cakes - if you are looking for for something special with great customer support, LOOK NO FURTHER!

First, I must apologize for such a late review! Our wedding was March 26th, 2022 and Cathy's cake was AMAZING! Above and beyond our expectations. We had a three tiered cake with the following flavors: pink champagne with biscoff icing, red velvet with cream cheese icing & marble cake/choc chip cookie dough/brownies with a salted caramel & fudge icing. All I can say is WOW! Cathy knocked our socks off! We tasted several flavors before making our final choices and it was a very hard decision as they were all incredibly unique and delicious. Cathy loves to specify your cake to your liking and can create the most amazing flavors out of things that YOU love! For instance, my husband and I love chunky monkey ice-cream and also white wine mojitos. Can you believe she actually put those flavors together and made a delicious tasting cake for us?! It was US in a cake!! She was so easy to work with, super responsive and really made the experience delightful. I would recommend Cathy a million times over! In fact, my husband and I will be reaching back out on our 1-year anniversary to recreate some of our favorite flavors. You won't go wrong with selecting Cathy Huber Cakes! Cathy Huber made a beautifully modest two-tiered square-shaped pink champagne cake with Biscoff butter and cookie flavored icing as a Swiss meringue. Gold trim edging elevated the cake and she selected 10 fresh blooms atop for decoration… Our guests were talking about that cake long after the wedding! We had a destination wedding so much of our communication was through email. When we planned a trip to St. Simon's, Cathy Huber made absolutely delicious cakes for us to sample. We wanted to take the icing of one but the cake flavor of another, and she coordinated with my mother for a new tasting weeks later. Cathy Huber is communicative, professional, and exceptionally talented. She worked very well with our wedding planner on a design that complimented our vision. Cathy Huber is a true artist and you will not be disappointed in her work!

Cathy Huber went above and beyond everything I could have ever asked for in a cake. Not your traditional cake flavors either - we had a caramel macchiato layer, funfetti layer, pink champagne biscoff - a must try, and then the traditional wedding cake as well. She was excellent to work with!! 6 months out and we still have people telling us how good the cakes were.

The BEST place to get your wedding cake or any cake you might need. Cathy is the sweetest person and an incredible artist/baker. She took so much time to learn what we liked and disliked visually as well as our flavor preferences. Our cake was a showstopper on the table but when we cut it, it all disappeared. Guests were going back for seconds and some thirds. Everyone is still raving about it 3 weeks later. My husband and I can’t say enough good things about our whole experience with Cathy and the incredible cake she created.

Cathy did an AMAZING job creating our wedding cake! We were so happy with the design as well as all of the different flavor options. She created the most delicious flavor combinations and worked with us to design the cake to match my wedding dress! Guests went back for seconds, and thirds!

I got so many compliments! :-) #3 - Cathy is a professional and absolutely wonderful to work with! She really took the time to understand what I wanted and offered a million-dollar solution. I could not have been happier. #4 - She is very personable and friendly. She made me, my mom and grandmother feel as if we were family and not just a vendor/client relationship. #5 - Totally trustworthy. The moment I met Cathy, I knew my wedding cake and most memorable time in my life was in great hands. Her work and product really speak for itself. If you are fortunately to book her, you will not be disappointed. My single regret is that we only had one reception because this was worth repeating! (And I love cake!) all of our guests raved about how delicious it was as well. we did lemon cupcakes for the bridal luncheon, chocolate and baileys Irish cream for the rehearsal dinner, and bourbon, peach, pecan for the wedding. Cathy Huber was a joy to work with. She was very prompt to respond and even spent 30minutes on a phone consultation answering our every question with such patience. All of her cakes that we tasted were so wonderful but we ultimately picked two different cakes so our guests could have options - the tiramsu and the amaretto. Guys - I'm telling you some people went back for seconds and by the end of the night the whole thing was gone. Like completely gone. We didn't order any but we did try her macaroons and those were delicious as well. Everything was beautiful and tasted so amazing. I would highly recommend Cathy and her team for your wedding or event.

Cathy is amazing. Originally cake was pretty low on my priority list based on what I've had at other weddings but Cathy changed everything for me. She baked both our grooms cake and wedding cake. The wedding cake had 4 flavors, all equally delicious (it was almost impossible to choose during the tasting). And the design was so beautiful! After she sent me the sketch I couldn't believe how excited I was for a cake. Like many other reviews here, I had multiple people comment to me that it was the best wedding cake they've ever had. 100% recommend.

Big props to Cathy. Our cake for 04/10 was beautiful AND tasted fabulous as promised. My one regret about my wedding was not having the mind to save any potential left over cake. It was that good. Cathy did such an amazing job on my wedding cake for my wedding on 1/16/2021. She is so sweet and delightful just like her desserts. I came to her with a very odd vision of a marbled hexagon shapes cake and SHE DELIVERED! Not only did it look incredible, it tasted even better. Seriously, I had guests texting me after saying they had a dream that they had a Pink Champagne with Biscoff Cookie/Butter cake delivered to their house then cried when they woke up and it wasn’t there! It was really hard to make a selection bc a) they’re all so delicious and b) she can virtually accommodate any flavor request you can imagine. I would recommend Cathy for any of your cake needs!!

We can't say enough great things about both Cathy and her cakes. Our cakes were both beautiful and delicious. She is a true artist and is amazing to work with. We had so many compliments on the cake and many guests tried to taste all three flavors of the wedding cake and the groom's cake. What made our experience even more special was the anniversary cake that Cathy includes pre-boxed for you. We have a beautiful mini cake all boxed and in the freezer for next year. I knew when I started planning my wedding that the cake was going to have to be really special. When I first spoke with Cathy, I could tell she is passionate about what she does... the flavor combinations, as well as the aesthetics, are important to her. The cakes she makes are all works of art... the flowers on our cake were handmade from sugar wafer paper and were absolutely gorgeous. We loved how beautiful and delicious our cake turned out and we're so glad we were referred to Cathy!

I had to find a baker for a groom’s cake 4 weeks before my son’s destination wedding in Jekyll Island. Cathy was recommended and I was so happy she accommodated me. After a few questions, we came up with a James Bond theme, she did a gold leaf tiramisu that was absolutely beautiful and equally delicious. Ironically, Sean Connery passed on his wedding day! A stunning tribute!

One of my most favorite parts of our wedding was the wedding cake! Not only did it taste absolutely AMAZING (seriously, the best cake I've ever eaten), but it was by far the most beautiful cake I've ever seen. We're all still raving about the cake! We're a very healthy household and that was worth every single calorie. So were the 5 leftover pieces that I got to eat the following week. Pricy, but much like photography, this cake was worth the splurge. Everyone said it was the best wedding cake they'd ever tried. We did one layer of Pink Champagne with Biscoff and the other was Cinnamon Toast Crunch with Spicy Mexican Hot Chocolate. We may go ahead and pull our anniversary slice out of the freezer now and just order a tasting cake each year. That way we have a chance to try all of the flavors!

I called Cathy to help us out with a very short-notice wedding cake for my son and his fiancée. My son is in the military and he is being transferred to another base out of state very soon and the wedding happened fast. Cathy was outstanding! She patiently answered all my questions, let me know she could take care of this for us with no problem and provided us with a beautiful and delicious wedding cake! I highly recommend her. Cathy is absolutely phenomenal! I couldn’t speak more highly of her cakes and designs. She is a dream to work with and truly a genuine person. I knew what I wanted our wedding cake to look like, but had a hard time finding words to explain it to her. She told me not to worry, and to trust her. I am so happy I did. THE BEST FLAVORS EVER! Cathy was amazing to work with! We could not have been more pleased her planning process and artistic expression. Destination weddings can lead to anxiety of the interpretation of the couples vision but Cathy was a perfect listener and achieved our vision through her artistry. The MOST AMAZING flavors I have ever tasted!...Needed to be stated again;-) There was only one cake slice left (made for a perfect morning after breakfast with mimosas) and many guests have contacted me to ask for the flavors of each layer and cake artist. We had planned this wedding as a formal dinner party, and the cake provided the perfect sophisticated ending. Thanks again Cathy!
