Literally the best limo company in Rhode Island period! Their drivers are always the kindest people and the cars are so fun. They are flexible and clearly love what they do. What I also love about them is how good they are to my kids whenever I bring them along. They are a family friendly company but it doesn't compromise the fleet that they have. It's the only company that I use in New England!

Booked a white Rolls Royce Ghost for our wedding and it was gorgeous! We worked with Michelle and she was wonderful every step of the way.
We booked 4 vehicles total for our wedding on May 25th of this year. We worked with Brandon on securing transportation for the bride/dad, bridal party, guests and after party as well. Everything went by smooth right down to the communication with the driver(s) the night prior. Highly recommend!

Booked with Celebrity Limousine for our February 2023 wedding! It was long awaited as we had rescheduled it a few times due to Covid and Celebrity was amazing with all my changes. I highly recommend their services to anyone getting married and even your bachelor/bachelorette festivities (They did a great job these bookings too!)
We have been using Celebrity Limousine for years, so when it came time for our wedding there was no other company we would even think abut using! So we called up Michelle and got everything locked in. We booked a Rolls Royce Ghost as well as a Cadillac Escalade (stretch) for the Bridal parties. The day went by perfect and we highly recommend them as always!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
Where to begin? Didn’t even show up the day of the wedding. Were supposed to be there at 1pm, at 1:15pm we tried calling. After numerous calls to numerous numbers we eventually got a hold of someone who said our wedding was not on the schedule (even though we had a confirmation text from a couple weeks before) they then showed up 90 minutes late at 2:30pm. The company told my husband to “catch an Uber”. Him and the groomsmen had to catch a ride with friends. And because of the time they missed the time frame scheduled for photos before the ceremony. Myself and my bridesmaids got to take the party bus to the venue, the driver seemed annoyed he had to work on his day off and although he was 90 minutes late we were not offered any time at the end. The next day I spoke to Brandon who stated our wedding was “red flagged” in the system due to all the other weddings this year canceling but he was unsure how it happened. He stated they don’t give refunds per the contract (the one we never received) but offered us half a refund on our credit card and half in gift certificate. He said it would be immediate. Days later... still no refund. A week or so later I reached out to Brandon, he asked if he could send two checks, one for now and one for end of the month to make sure the funds cleared which was not an issue. After emailing back and forth with Brandon who was nothing but ignorant and rude telling me they did their job and showed up and downplaying the situation, he then stopped responding to me, not sure if he has an issue with women or what. He then texted my husband regarding the checks and stated they were in the mail... they were not. My husband reached out and got ignored and on the second attempt Brandon finally responded saying he would put the checks in the mail that day. We finally received the checks. The run around with this company was ridiculous and tiring. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. Unprofessional. Although the price is good it is NOT worth the stress. If I could go back and pay a little more for a reliable professional company I would in a heartbeat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Bruce brought us on our post wedding pub crawl. He got us and 20 of our closest friends safely to wherever we wanted to go!! We had an Escalade and everyone had a great time!
First the good, Jewel was a great driver and very timely.
He was also friendly, polite and had a champagne toast for us! That was great.
My issue was with the age and quality of the bus. On the website, the photos of the limo buses are a lot newer. I was pretty bummed when I saw that bus was very old and out dated. Additionally, and more importantly the AC was not working in the back of the bus. After a 10 minute drive from the hotel to the church and then again church to venue, we were all pretty hot and sweaty. Jewel said it was on as high as it could go, but it still must have been at least 80+ degrees back there. Also, one of the speakers was broken and skipping the music/crackling.
I sent the owner my complaints and never heard back from him. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!

I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, timeliness, and follow through on what was promised to me when the contract was signed: We began this process in June 2015 and wanted a 30 person bus that would include a red carpet roll out and champagne toast.
I followed up on January 13th in which the owner said he had one passenger bus left for that date. The contract was signed by January 20th for a 30 person shuttle bus.
On 9/1, the owner stated that the driver would contact us 24 hours in advance, which would have been by 2PM on Friday, October 7th. We were required to send the remaining balance ($1000) prior to the wedding.
The day before the wedding, Friday, October 7th, my fiance called the owner at 530pm to confirm the pick up times because we never heard from the driver (which was agreed in the contract to happen). The owner told us: "the driver will reach out after he gets out of work". This never happened. Not only did we not hear from him on Friday evening, I texted the owner at 9AM the morning of my wedding to confirm the details (5 hours and 15 minutes before scheduled pick up). The owner "wasn't working this weekend" and did not help. You own a small business.. aren't you technically always working to keep clients happy?
At 9:28 we received a call that our shuttle was in the shop for repairs. Why was this not taken care of earlier in the week and not 5 hours before the pick up?
At 11:00AM I heard from the manager on duty (Brandon) after going over details, who was supposed to call my fiance to confirm but did not, that the shuttle bus may not be ready by 12:30PM. Yet again, why was this being done hours within a pick up time?
At 1:38, Less than an hour before scheduled pick up, we were notified we would be getting two limousines, not the 30 person shuttle we agreed to 9 months prior. Although at technically "equal or greater cost", it was unacceptable. I discussed details with Brandon that the party at the Lenox would be myself, 8 bridesmaids, a photographer, and 2 parents. I ended up having to shove myself and my bridal party with the photographer in a too small, dated limousine and put the parents of the bride in a taxi cab.
This is completely unacceptable. Let me preface, the timing worked out fine with the two limos transporting the parties; however, I DO NOT recommend anyone use this company. Especially for a wedding. No bride or groom should have to deal with that type of stress due to poor communication and planning by Celebrity Limousine.
To make a long story short. They are always late and don't pay in cash because they will end up saying you didn't pay enough when you did even when you signed the bill of sale and then they will debit your credit card you used to make a deposit on 2 weeks after the event, because remember you didn't pay. What a joke. DO NOT use this vendor. They will be late and they are not worth what ever deal they are willing to give you!!!
I really should have read the reviews more thoroughly before booking Celebrity. One good thing was they were on time. The cars just aren't very clean nor are they very nice. The worst part was our town car broke down at the Church. They kept saying another car was coming but due to time constraints we just all piled in the limo to the venue. When we asked for some sort of refund for the Town Car they would only offer a gift certificate. We would never utilize them again so we asked for half the cash back from the car since we did not use it for the full 4 hours. Well they started avoiding our calls and we never spoke to them again. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Hi everyone, I have a $450 voucher for Celebrity which they were so nice to give us. We had a great driver. Beware, Celebrity Limo may provide the most competitive price, but they don't actually provide the service. They are just a booking agency that contracts with independent bus owners and drivers. We rented 2 coach buses from them for our wedding to take guests to the church, church to reception, and reception back to hotels at the end of the night. The buses and drivers they contracted were clean and nice, but they were based out of New York. Consequently (and quite apparently from our experience) the driver was totally unfamiliar with Boston roads and didn’t bother to do his homework in advance of the event. This resulted in VERY inefficient routes, which caused the bridal party to be late to the church. Additionally, one of the buses didn't even show up at one hotel for the initial pick up until after our ceremony was supposed to start. Fortunately, our guests were able to convince their hotel shuttle to bring them to the ceremony. At that point, however, we were already running nearly 30 minutes behind schedule (as the rest of our guests waited in the non-air conditioned church for the others to arrive).
When we contacted Celebrity Limo, they logged our complaint and said they would talk to the owner of the buses. I will spare you the details of a lot of frustrating back and forth and he-said/she-said, but at the end of it all, Celebrity acted as though they were just an intermediary and that our complaint was really with the owner of the buses. Our contract was with Celebrity. We paid Celebrity. But when it came time for them to make good on the contract, they pretended as if the matter was out of their hands.
Do yourself a favor and use a company that demonstrates accountability.
Celebrity was recommended to me by my wedding planner. They were responsive, affordable, dependable, and the limo was beautiful. We had a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone!
Celebrity limousine was the best value of all of the transportation options I explored. I was a little cautious after reading other reviews online but we were extremely happy with our 30-passenger white party bus that we used for our wedding. This company certainly has some things they can improve but the value could not be beat. I was told that the driver would contact me 24 hours in advance of pick-up time. When I had not heard from the driver at 9:30pm the night before the wedding, I called and e-mailed the company to let them know I had not heard from the driver. He texted me later that night to let me know we were all set but I did have to correct him on pick-up locations for the next day which was a little stressful the night before the wedding.
The photos on their website of this vehicle are accurate. The driver on our wedding day was very sweet and friendly but he was 5 minutes late for the initial pick-up (not a huge deal since everything else was running on time). Our contract did say that red carpet and champagne would be included but we had neither on the day of our wedding. We didn't question it that day, as our wedding was casual and we were able to bring our own beverages on the bus but I suggest taking these things off the contract if they will not be provided. I had a member of my bridal party wipe down the inside door of the bus with a paper towel before I got on to ensure that no grease would get on my dress.
Overall, the bus was a lot of fun for everyone in my wedding party and the driver was very friendly. We had a great day!
Perfect price perfect service!
We booked Celebrity Limousine at least 6 months in advance for our wedding. My fiance and I specifically looked around to find a limo company that had a stretch hummer in white to use for the wedding. I specifically told my fiance that I did not want a stretch escalade or lincoln as they were too small inside for our wedding party. We booked the hummer through celebrity 6 months out. We called 4-5 days before the wedding to confirm and everything was confirmed. On the day of the wedding (only a half an hour before the limo was supposed to pick up my fiance), celebrity called and said the alternator broke on the hummer and that they were sending a stretch escalade. No doubt, they knew this prior to this time and never notified us so that we could switch companies or try to find another provider. Needless to say we had no choice but to use the escalade which was way too small for our wedding party. When my fiance called to get some of our money back, celebrity refused. They said the escalade was equal value, which was not the point, we specifically requested the hummer. They also said the escalade was new, which was evidently not true from the inside. We got nothing out of the company for their cancellation.... I do not recommend using this company for your wedding!
We booked our wedding Limo with Celebrity Limousine. The entire process was very simple and painless. I booked the limo 6 months before the before the wedding and put down a deposit on the limo we waned. 10 days before the wedding, the final balance was due. A few days before the wedding, the limo company called to confirm the details. On the day of, the driver was very nice, professional and limo was just perfect! Great Vendor to work with!
Please note, that since posting my factual review (below), I have been told by the owner of the company that I was irrational and it irked him to speak to me - 2 1/2 weeks after my first complaint. He yelled at me for that entire conversation, telling me how I was lying, and other things like my groomsmen being drunk and doing shots (he later admitted that this was incorrect and he had no proof of this; since I saw my groomsmen after they took cabs to our picture location, I know for a fact they weren't drunk). I was shaking and nearly crying after that conversation, he was so rude and yelling so much.
Then he finally spoke to my husband and set up an appointment for a conference call about the issues we had - and yes, the owner blew it off. For everything he claims they didn't do wrong, we have a counter...and to boot, after our first complaint, they went ahead and charged more to our credit card. Now we're working with a consumer group assigned by the Attorney General to deal with them, because bogus credit card charges, being spoken down to, accused of being irrational and being yelled at, and broken appointments are really just the tip of the iceberg with these people.
And if you're thinking maybe I'm going a little too far - people who are guilty usually don't remove their entire YELP! profile based on just one bad review, or have other people write reviews immediately to try to bury my negative one. These guys are amazing, but don't risk it, the headaches aren't worth it.
DON'T DO IT!
I mean, not if you want a knowledgeable driver who has mapped out his route ahead of time, as they promise. Not if you want them to fulfill their contract and actually drive you until the specified time and not kick your mother out on a street corner in the city (because the driver didn't know where he was going and was more afraid of being late for the next job). Not if you want the contractually promised bottle of Moet to be a $6.99 bottle of Andre with the price tag still on it.
Our driver was rude and just unsure of himself. He looked at the map on his phone more than he looked at the road. I mean what limo has to pull a U-turn in the South End, especially when you can just drive around the tiny block? Yup, if you were around that Saturday, that was our driver, who couldn't figure out the streets.
Oh, and when he didn't see the groomsmen ready and waiting for him outside the church, he just kept going...because they were running down the street after him (they had ducked inside, where it was more comfortable to wait). Nope, he didn't stop, just kept going - obviously he uses his mirrors too!
When you hire a limo, you should feel safe and taken care of, because the worry is supposed to be left at the door. Not with Celebrity, not a chance.
Oh, I've given them nearly two weeks to answer me on my complaints about service, and that's right, nothing. They don't care. Take your money, provide crappy service, and walk away. Class act all the way. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else, anyone else.
And honestly, given my experience, I wouldn't be surprised if some of these reviews were planted. They're sleazy like that, and they're not worth it.
I shopped around for day of limo services and found celebrity. Driver was on time, friendly and everything worked out perfect.
Made the bride late....
Our limo rental was a last minute splurge, we really didn't think we needed it until later in the process. Celebrity was accommodating when we called and promised champagne and excellent service. First of all, there was no champagne either way (the driver left and came back to pick us up). Secondly, we barely made it to the ceremony because the limo had a faulty transmission. Finally, my dress got dirty getting in/out of the limo! Grease or something in the door frame, they should know that brides in large dresses will be getting in & out and clean up any grease etc!
Don't except AC anytime after Labor day! They don't tell you about how they winterize their cars and even if its 70 degrees in mid October, they will cranking up the heat, our driver pretended like he didn't know whats going on and told us "this is my normal car." It was a very unpleasent 30 minute ride to the church, not to mention how our hair looked after 15mins on the highway with the windows down.

My husband and I had the **BEST** experience with Celebrity Limousine on our wedding day. We decided to reserve 2 limos for our big day- one limo for the bridal party and one limo for our parents and grandparents. The limos arrived early based on the schedules that I had asked for. I cannot say enough nice things about our limo drivers. My limo driver, I think his name is Peter, literally rolled out the red carpet for me when we arrived at the church. Before I walked down the isle the limo drivers helped me with my train and then opened the doors for me and my dad for our big entrance. I heard after the ceremony that the groomsmen had an ice accident in the limo and the limo driver was beyond nice about cleaning the limo before I got in to make sure there was no water. I had no idea that it even happened when I got in the limo ! After the ceremony, our driver found the perfect time to pop the champagne for my husband and I to enjoy. The second limo driver entertained my family by cruising the city in style before heading to the reception. I like the name of this limo company because they really do make you feel like a celebrity!!
I came across this vendor on the knot.com. I was a little skepticle of using thier service because everything was actually done over the telephone. However on the day of our wedding they were prompt and professional just as they discussed over the phone.
The chaffeur that Celebrity sent me for my wedding was truely a professional. I expected it to be good, but I was given great service! The driver made the extra effort to make the day easy and special for me...
I ordered through this company before my wedding and was very pleased. I got the Escalade, its gorgeous, cream and tan leather seats. So I decided to use them again for my big day. I got the stretch Escalade again.. They may be a little more pricey than others, but what you get in quality and service surely makes up for the extra money. They gave me an on time or free assurance(after hearing that i was hoping they would be late lmfao!!!) buutt they were actaully 15 min earlier than my pick time..the driver was polite and professional. Champagne and red carpet!
My wife set out to find a good deal for our limo and came across Celebrity and a few other moderately priced limo companies. She chose Celebrity, as they undercut a competitors price by $80 or so. This would have been $80 well spend. On the day of our wedding, my wife and our bridal party were picked up in a stretch Lincoln with visable rust marks and no air conditioning. After our ceremony, the car left a visable puddle on the ground and would not start. After 20 minutes and with the help of our photographer and the priest, we were able to jump the limo and be on our way. The car, on its way to the site where we were taking our pictures, started to overheat and produced no air conditioning for the ride. After taking some pictures at our first destination, we were told that the car could no longer be driven in its condition. We were promised another vehicle within 15 minutes. All of us waited 45 minutes for the second vehicle to arrive. Instead of another Lincoln, we recieved a party bus with a stripper pole. This, as you can understand, doesn't exactly fit with what we were hoping for in terms of our wedding. Our driver was not completely familiar with how to drive the bus. With no windows to open, the bus had no air conditioning. We were told that we could turn it on after the vehicle was on the highway, but this never panned out. This caused some of bridal party to become sick from the how hot it was. Hundreds of dollars in flowers started to wilt in the heat, leaving us with flowers in our pictures that were far from perfect. Instead of confirming directions to the venue, our driver drove past our exit on the highway. We then had to make a 25 minute detour to get to our destination. All in all, we ended up missing about an hour and a half of a day that cost us $25,000 to put together. This included our not being able to attend our cocktail hour and forcing our guests to wait approximately an hour later for their dinners than scheduled. This entire ordeal is completely unaccepable and I hope you can understand that we are looking to be compensated with at least a full refund. Considered that their phone is disconnected, I don't see this happening. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I used Celebrity for wedding and also rehearsal dinner 2 days before. I was overwhelmed as most brides are I think. I can say that the limo was truly something to marvel at when it showed up..like nothing I had ever seen. I would also like to mention the driver Dave who was the most understanding person I have ever met..he deserves an award for what I put him through that day. A+ company....thanks for making my wedding day perfect. Jamie
this is the worst company ever!! I was late to my wedding, the limo that we payed for was not what they brought. The limo was an embarrasment, it had paint peeling off the side, the wheels were covered in mud and rust, the tint was peeling off the windows, the rear tires had chunks missing causing an unbearable vibration on the highway, etc.... This is not a joke, i don't work for a competing limo company like they will tell you, I had my wedding photographer take pictures of abomination of a limo that I am willing to share. DO NOT USE, they don't even deserve 1 star

the driver we had picked up the guys at our apartment, dropped them off at the church then came to pick up the girls at my parents house. very good about calling (called BM & MOH). only complaint i had was that they didn't go the easiest route to get where they needed to go
Unfortunately I have to choose an overall rating, if it was my choice, I'd give them ZERO stars! This was the worst vendor I had to deal with. Rude, and unsympathetic to the situation.
While it was a last minute pick, I figured I would get better service! The limo was suppose to pick up the groom and goodman at 12:30 and pickup me and my side of the bridal party at 1! At quarter of 1, there was still no limo. Several calls later, we were fed excuse after excuse on where the limo driver was. They finally sent out a limo to pick up the men around 2! He said he was stuck in traffic and didn't even get to my home in East Providence till 2:45! My photographer came through and had her second shooter pickup the men, while my sister and my mom drove our photographer and me to meet the guys! The funny part, There was NO traffic!!!! The driver finally picked up my side of the bridal party at 3! I got on the phone with te limo company again, Sabrina was not sympathetic towards the situation and did not take ownership for this huge disaster! Due to this terrible company, I didn't get the photos I wanted and we had to make due with what we had! Brides, don't walk away from this company but run! Absolutely horrible service and company!!!!
Edited to add: The day after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. When I finally spoke with Blake about our day, he noted that they received the letter from the BBB and that the owner was upset, then proceeded to tell me it was a waste of my time since they don't do anything and that if I went directly to them to complain first, they would have given us a night out on the town! The nerve of this company. The other day the BBB contacts me to let me know NO ONE from Celebrity has contacted them back! Such bullshit since they told me they got the letter! Again, brides RUN from this company!
My sister recently decided to go with this company. We booked them the night before her wedding because her other limo company double booked. Well anyway they assured us we would get their new Lincoln stretch limo and they were featured on the knot. They took my $200 deposit.The next day, the day of the wedding The driver was supposed to arrive at the groom's house to pick him and the groomsmen up for 12:30 and then pick up the bride and her party. Needless to say no one showed up and the driver wasn't answering his cell phone. Finally around 1:30 Blake told us someone was on his way to pick up the men by 2:15. Again the driver was late and around 2:30 said he was near the men. The groom called him and told him to turn around and get the girls. The photographers and my mom took the bride and groom and his men to take pics at the places my sister wanted. While the rest of the party stayed behind and waited for the second driver. Finally at 3:15 the other limo showed up. In the meantime we were told the other driver was fired and had a flat and a dead cell phone. And that I would be refunded the $200 deposit. I'm so disgusted by this company not only did the second driver not know how to get out of my mom's neighborhood my father had to give him directions. There was champagne but no ice to put it in. We were told he didn't have time but he did have a 3:00 pick up somewhere else. But excuse me shouldn't the limo have been ready around the that time if you had a 3:00 pick up. So they ruined my sister's pictures which is what she had been looking forward to. As of today Monday I did not receive my $200 credit yet. I text the person in charge of all of this and I have yet received a response. This company is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with and yes I dealt with it all because I was the maid of honor. I don't know what's worse having a dirty limo or not having them show up at all.
We had booked our reservation about a year in advance. We had booked a trolley. 2 days before our event we received a call that our trolley was in service. The day of the Wedding the trolley arrived - old, rickety - and no radio. The driver was taking us for a joy ride, that ended up with some of our groomsmen at the chiropracter weeks following. We made it thru the day, but after the money that was spent and the product that was received - it was diasspointing to say the least.
My experience with the company was awesome. They went out of their way to make my day special and get me a deal when they didn't have to. Although the limo driver was scary and tailgated everyone, even when we werent late! He was somewhat erratic and scared a few of my bridesmaids!

1) The cars sent to us were 1- Bentley, 1-10 passenger, and 1 -14 passenger. At first I thought no big deal; it was not what I ordered. However one car was larger, even though I wanted the two cars to match. But then things got worse…
2) All three of the cars were dirty inside and out, there were not any glasses, a bottle opener, ice, or even water in any of the cars. One of the Lincoln’s sounded like it was going to die at any given moment, and the air was barely on. The back of the Bentley was full of dust, dirt, and dead bugs and the dash board/counsel was stuffed with junk including the driver’s mints, cigarettes, papers etc. that would have been very visible during pictures.
3) I specifically asked if there was air in the Bentley before committing to it, since I would be sitting in it for a while before getting out in front of the church. I was told yes, but to my surprise the air could not be used when the car was not in motion. Well what good is that going to do for a Bride in a dress half of her weight! Had I known this, I would have never booked that car.
4) The driver of the Bentley was extremely unprofessional. He asked me directions the entire way to the church; told ridiculous jokes to my mom, maid of honor, and myself, and also was in the way and chimed in to the photographers on what pictures they should take.
5) This by far is the worst of all……….When we arrived at church he told us the car did not lock but assured us he stays with the car. My mom had a substantial amount of money on her to tip the caterers at our wedding, plus the rest of our purses so we decided to put them in one of the other cars because they locked. They too said that they stay with the cars. When we exited the church the Bentley was nowhere to be found and the other two drivers were also gone! Both of the Limos were sitting outside unattended and unlocked! All of these cars should have been ready, running, and air on for us to get in after church. I was promised that the Bentley had “red carpet” service. It should have been parked in front with a champagne bucket ready and we were told a bottle of Moet. The Bentley returned and pulled up to the side of the church late after a HALF AN HOUR of standing around looking for the drivers and a phone number to call! The two other drivers of the Lincolns jumped out with their Dunkin Donuts Coffees after going for a joy ride in the car I paid for to be ready for me to get into. (Real “Red Carpet”) I told the driver we got out of church a half hour ago and he said, “oh, I’m sorry I thought it was a 1 hour mass” after I informed the company it was ½ an hour. However, they should have never left in the first place. I tried to make the best of it and not get upset on my wedding day so I walked across the grass and got into the car. I never did get my photo opportunity of a champagne toast with my husband in front of an antique car, but I DID get offered a glass of cheap warm Cooks Spumanti, in two dirty glasses! Which my husband was asked to “hold the bottle between his feet” while the driver drove! At this point I was beyond disgusted……
We headed to a location for pictures and again, he had to ask directions. There was heavy traffic in the city and an event going on that we were unaware of until shortly before. So there was a little bit of confusion and I understand that is difficult to communicate with thre
Please do not even think about using them. They are so bad!! First the limo showed up about 20 min late and then the A/C was broken. When your wedding is in July, you really can't have a broken A/C. When the bridal party asked the limo driver if the A/C was working, his reponse was "im only a limo driver, not a mechanic." He also refused to give us a ride before we paid him his tip in advance. I even sent the owner an email with my experiance and true to form - no response. Just a very poorly managed limo company. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else
I have used Celebrity Limousine for almst 10 yars now and know both owners personally. It's hard to find good companies these days. Jon and Brandon won "Best of Weddings" 2011 Pick by the Knot in RI. Congratulations guys!!!! :) See ya soon.
Everyone we worked with at Celebrity Limousine was fabulous. The staff was extremely helpful with all of my questions and unique situations. The vehicles were perfectly on time and the drivers were very nice.
Celebrity was convient because everything was done through the phone and my confirmation was sent via email which I was able to sign and email back. Cory our limo driver was top notch with customer service. I also liked our the 14 passenger had another double door so I was able to fit with my wedding gown.
They showed up on time, had champagne ready but the limo doors were dirty which made getting in even more challenging...They worked in my budget though and were great! I will be using them again!!
They were very polite and showed up on time. The limo was beautiful. It looked and smelled brand new. The only ting I had an issue with was we had the limo for 4 hours and only used it for 2.5. When my husband asked if we would get any money back they proceeded to say that they showed up a 1/2 hour early so the time started then. I didn't find that fair because we didn't need them at 12:30, we needd them at 1pm; therefore our time should start at 1pm. Other than that, everything was perfect.
For our wedding we booked the Lincoln Navigator with this company. We called numerous times before to make sure everything was scheduled and they confirmed it was. When the limo arrived on our wedding day it was the Hummer and not the Navigator which we had booked. I had spoken to the driver before pickup and he failed to tell me about the mistake when he had a chance. I was unable to get an explanation for the error and when I asked if I could speak to a manager the request was denied. On top of not getting the vehicle I signed a contract for, I received a limo that was never cleaned from the last rental. The inside was infested with fruit flies! The seats and walls were sticky and the interior smelled. I had to make him pull into a gas station while we attempted to open all the windows and doors in 90 degree weather attempting to remove as many flies as possible. It was appalling that we paid that type of money for that condition and service. I even called the company immediately after the wedding to find out how to deal with the problem and basically got the run around. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else on their wedding day, so please take my advice! Plus this company has two names Entourage Livery and Celebrtiy Limo, if that isn’t a red flag that they are shady then I don’t know what is!
