We used Cameron with Chad Biggs Event Planning & Design and were thoroughly pleased with the entire experience start to finish. Cameron was there for us from day one to answer any questions we had and ensure we had all the wedding details together. We used Tiffany from Chad Biggs Event Planning & Design for the more than day of coordination package and it was one of THE best decisions we made for our wedding. Tiffany and Chad are incredibly knowledgeable about the entire wedding planning process from start to finish. Tiffany brought a warm and calming presence throughout the whole process and I really needed someone like that during the crazy process that is the final stages of wedding planning. Our wedding day went so seamlessly and was the absolute most perfect day and that was possible due to this incredible team!!

I could of not imagined what my wedding would of been like if I did not have Chelsea. Chelsea took so much stress off of me and she made sure everything was perfect. She thought of details that would of NEVER crossed my mind. She created our whole timeline and handled all communication with our vendors which was so nice to have. I was actually able to enjoy the day of the wedding because I did not have to worry about any of the behind the scenes. She kept me on time and handled any road bumps. We even had our officiant show up late (thanks to my Husband) and I had no idea until after the ceremony because Chelsea still made everything run perfectly. I was hesitant about spending wedding budget on a planner, but if I had to do it all over again, I would honestly spend more money and upgrade from the "more than day of coordination" package because of how amazing Chelsea was. This company and team is the dream time and if you are thinking about hiring them...do it. Chad was also a major help along the whole process and has such a keen eye for detail. They are pros when it comes to wedding planning and also such a fun, energetic, caring group.

The best decision we made during this process (other than getting married!) was hiring Chad as our "more than month-of coordinator." There are not enough positive words to describe our experience working with Kaisey. We got engaged over a year out from our wedding date in March 2023 and Kaisey was there every single step of the way. Her knowledge, expertise and attention to detail are matched by none. When we booked our venue at The Distillery, I asked Chad Biggs which of the planners he knew would be the best fit. He did not hesitate to recommend and set up a meeting Kaisey for us. From our first meeting, I knew we could trust her with our vision and that everything would be perfect. She always had the best recommendations for preferred vendors and used her past weddings to help us craft what I called the A-team. Kaisey built out our entire timeline that allowed my husband and I to sit back and relax when we got close to our date. She went more than above and beyond for us and we had the most seamless wedding. We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding planner and friend during the start to our marriage. I don’t know that words could even describe our experience with Kaisey, but I will try my very hardest. We were originally planning a wedding for November 2020. We live in Florida and were wanting to get married in NC, where my husband and I are both from. We had several planning groups on the books to interview and Chad Biggs Event Planning was our first meeting. My husband and I met virtually with Chad and Kaisey and we knew that was all we needed. We cancelled the remainder of our appointments with planners. We worked primarily with Kaisey and Chelsea. Kaisey planned our entire wedding. Twice. They are not commission based so we paid one flat fee. Kaisey is extremely organized and very good at her job. Our initial meetings we went over inspiration and vision for the wedding and go to know each other. I showed her some Pinterest inspo and told her I just wanted to show up to a beautiful wedding with great food and an open bar. She first set out to find us a venue and the first handful were not quite what I wanted. She was not offended at all and we re-grouped on vision and she had perfect venues to pick from a few days later. She made sure all contracts read well, explained verbiage, etc. Later on down the road, COVID was surging and our venue was not very flexible when we wanted to postpone. Kaisey helped talk us through next steps and when we said we wanted to explore other venues, she handled it quickly and with grace. I’m not sure what I would have done without her. She is a voice of reason, knows how to navigate any situation that could come her way in the planning process, and she does it flawlessly. We had to come to NC a few times to do tastings and other appointments and Kaisey booked all appointments and communicated with all vendors. Our wedding planning process was always seamless. We also had an issue with our original caterer who ended up going out of business and taking our deposit with them. Kaisey very professionally let us know and had recommendations lined up and ready to go. She is very prompt and responsive; any random question we had or concern she would handle. When I didn’t love my makeup trial and was too concerned with hurting feelings to speak up, Kaisey was my advocate and found a different artist to do my makeup the day of the wedding. She also lined up our initial engagement photo shoot with props in hand. She was able to let us know if prices vendors were proposing were unusual or a good deal. We also decided last minute to have everyone attending the wedding, including vendors, to take a rapid COVID test. She communicated with the vendors and helped us navigate. Day of was also a complete breeze with Kaisey. I felt like I had a fairy godmother around me all day. If I needed water, she knew and was handing it to me before I could ask. She made sure everything was in place on my dress. She bustled me after the ceremony. She made sure my dad had what he needed when he was feeling ill, she kept all wedding participants and attendees in line. I remember nothing going wrong the day of our wedding. We talked to her a week after and she let us know she requested a refund for an umbrella that wasn’t up to her standards. She was always compassionate, encouraging, professional, and graceful. She navigated one of the most stressful times for us and made it a breeze. If you are on the fence about hiring a planner, you should. And it should be Kaisey with Chad Biggs.

We hired Janna with Chad Biggs two weeks after we got engaged for full service planning and it was the best decision! Janna was there with us every step of the way. I had a very specific vision I wanted to come to life and Janna gave us the tools and recommended the perfect vendor team to make that happen. From beginning to end Janna helped us through every decision and over the last few months, has been our rock. In the few days leading up to the wedding, one of our important vendors got covid & a huge snow storm in Boston cancelled half of our guests flights. However, Janna did not blink an eye, kept me calm, and made any adjustments that needed to be made seamlessly. Even after we thought we would love 30-50 guests, we only ended up losing 6 but with every twist and turn Janna was there to smooth it out. I did not have to think or stress about anything on the wedding day and that's all I could ever ask for!

My husband and I had such a great experience with Kaisey! We had to postpone our original date due to the pandemic, but Kaisey was there to help us navigate that process. She was so helpful especially since we were planning our wedding from out of state. She went above and beyond coordinating with our vendors and making sure every little detail was ironed out. Her demeanor on wedding day was so calm and collected and I could cry just thinking about the incredible support and peace she brought me- I'll be forever grateful for that.

Absolutely wonderful to work with. Janna, who helped us took care of every need we had. We even had to change from a large wedding to a small one and she handled cancelling everything that we could not use. Then the day of the wedding we had to move the location because of rain. My husband and I consider ourselves VERY LUCKY to have found Kaisey Wilkinson as our wedding coordinator!! We have said many times during wedding planning and after the wedding that we don’t know what we would have done without Kaisey. She is so much more than a planner, she is a saint!! At every step of the way, she was right by our side ensuring that our day was absolutely perfect and helping us navigate all the intricacies of wedding planning (including the FOUR times we had to replan because of COVID-19). It may sound like I’m exaggerating, but it’s true. She made planning such a breeze and was our savior throughout the entire wedding process. In fact, she single handedly saved our wedding day not once but TWICE. First, when she found us a new venue last minute and secondly when she helped us solve for a big hiccup the day before the wedding. Please believe me when I tell you that on my wedding day, I wasn’t nervous or stressed out AT ALL. In fact, I was surprisingly relaxed the entire morning. Why? Because Kaisey had helped us plan everything out to the T and executed it with such ease that I had absolutely nothing to worry out and was able to kick back and enjoy the day. With my type A personality and love of spreadsheets I thought for sure I could manage planning a wedding by myself and wrangle everyone and everything together perfectly, but our wedding would have been a nightmare without the assistance of Chad Biggs Events Planning and their Senior Planner, Janna Brown. Janna gave me a checklist that was a lifesaver, but meeting with her each time made us feel so much better. She was so helpful (and critical) in working with other vendors, developing our timeline, and all the day-of things that I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. Some people might think coordinators might be expensive or an unnecessary wedding expense, but you will not regret having one because our wedding day was perfect thanks to Janna and Chad Biggs! As a funny side story, Janna really did it all for me and was hands down one of the most professional people I’ve had the pleasure to ever work with. She literally went above the call the duty to change my shoes for me while we were eating dinner and it’s a moment my husband and I still laugh about. We had almost 300 guests at our wedding and so many people were trying to come up to talk to us during our reception that we didn’t have a moment to breath. It was just about time to start dancing for the night and I knew I wanted to change out of my high heels and into some comfortable ballet flats. Janna fetched them from one side of the venue to the next and while I’m talking to one of our guests at our head table, she discreetly went under my dress and slipped off my heels and put on the flats like a pro. Meanwhile my husband and I were trying so hard not to laugh and I was having the most difficult time focusing on the conversation at hand while switching shoes. I wasn’t so successful, but Janna pushed through and made it happen because she’s amazing. That’s the kind of team you want helping you on your wedding day :)

Janna was so great and easy to work with! Although we hired her for day of planning, we got a LOT out of our package that really helped further out in the wedding planning process as well - and even after the big day. Our wedding day went very seamlessly, and we did not have to worry about a thing! Chad and his team brought great positive energy to our day that made it all the more better!

We had a long 18 month journey from booking a venue still under construction to hosting a dream wedding for over 200 people. Chad and Janna were with us every step of the way. We feel so blessed to have had Janna as our planner and would request Janna again in a heartbeat when our second daughter gets married! Janna was the consummate professional. Daniel Varela was the best wedding planner! We couldn’t have gotten through the past year without him. He blew us out of the water with how professional him and his team were the day of the wedding by taking care of us and my family as well. We got married just under a month ago at the Historic Wakefield Barn and Janna Brown was our Coordinator. First of all, let me say that she is absolutely the BEST when it’s comes to everything wedding related! Even though Janna was only supposed to be our day-of coordinator, she was totally available ANYTIME we needed her and was so interested and involved in our process. Chad Biggs and his team are a dedicated group of professionals who went above and beyond to craft my dream wedding. Planning for a North Carolina wedding in Texas, I knew having a wedding planner would help ease the stress. I put my trust in Chad and his team and they delivered excellent results. Their communication was excellent; we had multiple phone conferences in order to discuss all details well in advance of the date. Chad's assistants emailed me confirmation of all details so I could review and make changes if necessary. On the day of the wedding, Chad's team members were there to help during every step to make sure everyone knew exactly where to be. He coordinated with all vendors so I could be stress-free and focus on enjoying my wedding. He knew the venue (Rose Hill) very well, and was able to coordinate catering, linens, and all other on-site concerns beautifully. I would absolutely recommend working with Chad for any event, especially a wedding. He is awesome, kind and has great style. The cost of a coordinator is well-worth it if you're working with Chad Biggs and his team!

Janna Brown with Chad Biggs Event Planning is a ROCKSTAR! She helped me every single step of the way. From my frantic phone calls, repetitive emails, stupid questions and so much more, she was by my side. I truly don't know what I would have done without her. The wedding day was 110% perfect and I know for a fact it wouldn't have been without her and the team. She is honest when it comes to vendors you wan to use. She will be on your side. She will help with hard decisions. She's there to listen to you complain about your mother in law. When I say she does it all, I'm being serious! I was lucky to have her execute my dream wedding, but I'm even more lucky to now call her a friend!

There are no words to describe how wonderful its was working with Janna for my daughter's wedding. We only signed up for the Day of Coordination but received so much more than that. Janna was available anytime we had a question, and had suggestions and advice that were appreciated from the beginning. As the wedding day got closer the stress of it all was completely gone. As a mother, I was able to concentrate on my daughter and my new son-in-law's special day and enjoy the magnificent party that Janna helped carry out without a hitch. I'm sure there were many hiccups during the day but Janna handled whatever came her way and I knew nothing of it. She is the sweetest, most genuine, lovely lady but can also show who is boss. Chad and Janna are top notch! I felt that I had a first class experience throughout the process. They have the most amazing style, and I completely trusted them to help make my wedding dreams come true. They are so sweet, flexible, and responsive. When my first wedding date was ruined because of a hurricane, they jumped into action and made sure that I had a new date and a plan within 48 hours! I didn't have to spare any of the fabulous details from the original day, and my rescheduled date went off without a hitch. What could have been an awful, stressful time was completely flawless because of them. You will not regret working with them!

Chad Biggs Event Planning helped us plan a wonderful day for our wedding! We appreciate the time, energy, and attention that went into making our day happen. This included meetings at our venue and calls to clarify layouts, linens, timelines, order of events, etc. We recommend using Chad and his team for your wedding and hope that the small issues that we did have will be resolved and addressed for future clients. Specifically, Chad was not as involved in our wedding as we would have liked and due to management changes at our venue, decided to pass the reigns to a younger member on his team. Additionally, as a couple who lived out of state from our venue, we believe that clear communication and involvement should have been magnified. At the end of the day, we had a positive experience and our guests never saw the hiccups that we dealt with - the week leading up was very hectic but the day-of went smoothly.

I wish I could express just how big of a role that Chad and Janna played into making me and my husband's wedding day perfect, but words won't even do it justice. They were able to turn around my previously bad experience with another planning group, and make sure that the entire day went exactly how I wanted/how it should have gone. We could not have imagined Chad Biggs to not have been at our wedding. Him and his team, especially Janna Brown, showed absolute professionalism and turned a last-minute venue horror show into an elegant wedding of epic proportion. As we made the choice to leave our original venue with less than a week prior to our wedding due to poor customer service and unmet promises on the venue's part, Chad and Janna immediately set about communicating with other venues and our vendors to give us the day of our lives. We found ourselves at Rose Hill Plantation in Nashville, NC on our date. I can't say which strings Chad had to pull to get us in as an event had already been booked for that afternoon. Regardless, him and his team orchestrated a miracle, setting up in the Nathan Hall with only a two hour window between the previous party and ours; the many stressful details of their day went unnoticed by guests as they kept an absolutely calm, professional, and friendly demeanor. Not enough can be said about the effort - and the hours - that he and Janna spent working on this. And throughout the entire process, my typically-anxious wife was comfortable because she trusted Chad and Janna and believed in their vision and ability. For a groom, I am sure, nothing is more relieving than knowing your future wife isn't stressed-out during the whole wedding process. Chad and Janna gave her the reassurance that it would be nothing less than special. And they DELIVERED!

CHAD is nothing short of incredible. He and Janna were instrumental in making our day a success and did not leave one stone unturned.
