The Owner, Brian, is not a good personal and terrible to do business with. Good luck trying to get in touch with him after you pay your deposit. It took my fiancé 2 months to finally get him via email, he never would call us back. Rent from anywhere else!

I would use anyone but them for rentals. The Owner, Brian, is not a good person. And good luck trying to get him to return your calls after you pay the deposit, took my Fiancé 2 months to get in touch with him!!

Our church paid in full upfront (over $1000) for a tent that we had to cancel due to Covid. We tried twice to reschedule the event and they never had a tent available. I finally asked for a refund since they couldn't seem to accommodate us, and they refused to give a refund. They kept over $1000 of our money and we never received ANYTHING for that money. If they will take money from a church, they will take your money too.

Brian and the staff were wonderful to work with. Their selection of tents, chairs, linens, lighting, and other items were excellent. Design ideas were on point. The tent was set up well and quickly, with staff working in rain and between showers and well after dark to get the job done. Very well pleased!

Wonderful experience. Chair and Equipment was excellent. They were fully supportive each time I changed a layout or lights or table cloths. They knew the vendor for our reception area and had the knowledge of the layout and what would work best in that area. We were hit by Hurricane Matthew days before the reception. Even with damage to one of their warehouses, they were able to set up the most beautiful tented area for our reception. Everything was so beautiful and we received so many compliments.
