Jaime and crew were so helpful with our big day. Our flowers were beautiful and the arch and arrangement was breathtaking.

We had a great experience with Chalet. We knew exactly what we wanted and they were able to execute everything perfectly! We only had them do our Bouquets, Boutonnieres, and Corsages, and everything turned out beautifully.

Great price and was VERY easy to work with! They provided exactly what we asked for and we appreciate all the personal attention. We highly recommend Chalet Floral & Events!

Chalet Floral is an absolute must! Jaime understood the vision and executed. I met with them at their shop and was able to see options first hand. Combined with their advice/experience, we were able to come up with a plan for my wedding florals on a budget! Jaime respected the budget, performed within it and always gave me options. And beyond florals, anything that would come up that I needed to rent I could email and they were able to get me what I needed. Set up and take down was seamless. My wedding was classic and beautiful, exactly what I wanted and received so many compliments and that's all thanks to the Chalet team.

Jamie at Chalet Floral was fantastic to work with and was always very prompt in responding to emails. When I first met with him, I didn't have an idea of how I wanted my flowers or table arrangements to look, but he was able to give me my vision by asking me a few simple questions. Everything turned out so beautifully for our wedding at the end of September and he kept everything within our budget!

They did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding! The bouquets were even more beautiful than what I envisioned and the arbor was perfect!

I worked with Jamie for my wedding in August of 2022 in Suttons Bay. He was wonderful! I don’t live in Michigan but Jamie was still communicative and detail oriented, he definitely understood my vision and he and his team helped make it come to life. His team did all of our personals and ceremony and reception decor. My bouquet was stunning! I was so happy with the job Chalet Florals did. Highly recommend!

Chalet florals made all of our wedding day floral dreams come true! They were amazing to work with and made our day a breeze. They worked with us to deliver and set up in a way that worked best for us (and may have not been the most convenient for them) AND they were early! We worked with Jamie to discuss our vision for flowers for our wedding, and he was super helpful! I'm clueless about flowers (I have a cat who likes to eat them, so I never have flowers at home), and had no clue what I wanted for my bouquet. Jamie showed us some ideas and helped us figure out what we liked. He gave us a sample of what the bridesmaids bouquets would look like, and we were able to give our feedback and perfect them. We also rented drapery through them, and they set those up for us on the day of the wedding. WOW, it turned out stunning!! They did a wonderful job setting everything up for us. And my bouquet turned out absolutely beautiful!! Chalet Floral was easy to work with, and their work is incredible.

Jamie at Chalet Floral did an excellent job with our wedding flowers in August! We ordered bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières and I really loved how everything turned out. Jamie was very helpful and great to work with leading up to our big day as well. I have to say that my bridal bouquet in particular was gorgeous and exactly like the inspiration photos I had provided. Overall, a great experience with Chalet Floral!

Chalet Floral did a great job! We asked for a bouquet, flower wand, and 3 boutonnieres. All of which were absolutely beautiful. I hadn't seen the end result until I was getting ready to walk down the aisle. I had just given them photos from my Pinterest board and they nailed it!

Jamie is an absolute gem! He made sure my wedding was a dream from beginning to end. Coming from someone with anxiety, having Jamie coordinate your wedding is the best money I have ever spent. Chalet designed my reception to look like a fairy tale and had the most gorgeous arrangements and I couldn’t have ever asked for anything more.

I recommend going here only if you are having a big wedding. My wedding was very small, and as a result, I was not treated with proper respect. Their floral arrangements are very pretty, but their customer service leaves something to be desired.

Jamie and Deb from Chalet made all of my flower dreams come true! They were so helpful and easy to work with. They accommodated my wedding that was about 1.5 hours north of Muskegon. All of the flower arrangements and bouquets were exquisite and turned out better than I could have hoped for! Would definitely consider working with Chalet again for future events!

Chalet Floral and Events did an AMAZING job setting up for our wedding. They made it look absolutely beautiful and all of the staff was so kind and helpful and answered all of our questions in a quick manner.

We used Chalet Floral for chair covers for our wedding. Jamie was really helpful from the beginning and showed us several photos of different events because we were debating between white and silver covers. The whole stuff was very friendly and professional. The chair covers were a great touch to our decor! We also used them on a last minute pinch for my bridal shower when we needed table covers. They worked with us and had them ready to go in a couple hours.

Chalet Floral made our wedding beautiful! They were so easy to work with and helped us choose the most beautiful flowers that matched our venue and vision perfectly. My husband and I had the best experience with Chalet Floral. They did an AMAZING job at making our venue look beautiful! All of the staff were extremely helpful, and Jamie had some great ideas that really helped us pull our space together. From our first meeting to the very end of our event, Chalet was very responsive and accomodating every time I changed my mind on something. Everything was delivered on time and truly made it beautiful. I would reccommend Chalet Floral to all brides!

I won't be able to put into words how incredible Chalet Floral is but I will certainly try. We ended up doing two weddings, a last minute backyard wedding during Covid, and then a big party with our entire friends and family. Working with Jamie was a DREAM. We decided last minute to do our backyard wedding. Three weeks is all we had time to plan for and Jamie pulled it off perfectly when I had no idea what I really wanted. My bridal bouquet was gorgeous and the only ideas I had given were the shape and a few flowers that I liked. I loved it so much I had them recreate it for the vow renewal. For our vow renewal/celebration, we had Chalet do flowers and decor for the venue. I gave an idea and let Jamie run with it and it was beautiful. Centerpieces, flowers, decor, everything was perfect. I would recommend Chalet to any bride!

I had the best experience with Chalet floral. I was a bride from out of state. I sent photos and emails and they made my vision come to life. They were professional and made this process a breeze. My bridal bouquet was everything I could have ever wanted and more. Our floral garland was to die for. I would highly recommend Chalet floral.

Chalet did a great job making our venue look amazing! They are quick to respond and always make time for meetings. They also have great advice and think of things to ask that I never would have even thought about. They have a ton of options to accommodate to all budgets as well.

I was so happy that I went with Chalet floral for my wedding. First off, they were so responsive and so kind every time we talked. They were super accommodating even after I changed my mind on a few things a couple of times. Everything was delivered on time and looked amazing. I gave them the artistic freedom and wasn't super sure what everything would look like but they nailed my vision to a T!

They were amazing! I just showed them some Pinterest pictures, they worked with my mom & made it happen! Set up and take down went smoothly & I had no stress! Thank you :)

Jamie and Jason are amazing to work with! Jamie was willing to go to our venue since he had never been there before. He envisioned more than I could've ever dreamed of. While Jamie and Jason were great to work with, DEB WAS NOT. She was very rude and would interrupt me during our conversations. I needed to make some last minute changes and she made me even more stressed. There was a lack of communication and coordination between what was discussed with Jamie and Jason, and between the set up crew. There were missing tables, linens, and greenery that was "not on the list, and never and ordered." I suggest making as many appointments as you need read over your itemized bill with the information for what is going to be there for your event. We never got our itemized bill. My wedding planner had to ask for it.

The Chalet staff was very helpful. Jamie had great ideas and the centerpieces were amazing. The bouquets were beautiful. The Hall was decorated according to my wishes and the added color to the chair covers added an elegance that was noticed by my guests.

Very easy to work with! Was able to understand my vision for the decorations and executed it perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

We loved working with Jamie at Chalet Floral. His communication was fantastic and he was always willing to give us input when needed. The product they delivered was phenomenal. We had so many compliments on how pretty all of our decor was. Certainly recommend them and their services!

Jamie was amazing to work with! I was able to review photos of previous work to create our own vision. We had the most beautiful flowers for our wedding as well as perfectly coordinated linens. They were early to set up (which was awesome so that our caterers were able to start moving things along). The Chalet staff went above and beyond setting up our decor and making everything look great. When we accidentally packed away some of the garland that we were supposed to return, they were very reasonable about charging us. If we lived in the area, we would use them for all of our flower and event rental services!

Chalet did the flowers and décor for our wedding on New Year’s Eve in Grand Rapids, and everything turned out SO beautiful! The planning process was made so easy, we had one in person meeting about 6 months before our wedding and everything else was done over email and phone. We had no issues with flower selection with our wedding being in the winter! I also loved that we could rent charger plates, table runners, candles, centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres from one vendor – and for a VERY reasonable price! I think my most favorite part of working with Chalet was how they offered to put the flower arrangements in gold plastic vases, within the glass vases, so that guests could take home centerpieces without the mess and they looked gorgeous! Our guests loved being able to take them home. When it came to tear down and returning the rented items, Chalet was very flexible and coordinated with my MOH to pick the items up while I was on my honeymoon. Overall our experience with Chalet was absolutely flawless!

I wish I could write multiple reviews for Chalet, that way the review for their flowers and decorations services was separate from their Tux services. So for starters, Jamie was amazing from the first meeting to the end! He really created what I was picturing. All of Chalet’s flowers were beautiful from the bouquets to the center pieces! From our experience, Chalet’s staff needs to work on communicating better with each other. I was called by staff to discuss things Jamie and I had already worked out. Also, staff did not deliver the right amount of linen for the tables. I called the day before the wedding to get it fixed. After me calling, they did not fix it. My caterer had to call the day of the wedding to get Chalet to fix it. Also, I had personal decorations I wanted at the reception, Jamie said Chalet could set those up for us. When my Mistress of Ceremony arrived to the reception none of the personal decorations had been set up. We picked out the men’s Tux with Jamie. I think communication fell short also because what we picked out was not what we got. Only the groom was to have a white pocket square. All groomsmen had white too. It was not caught until the day of because the groomsmen didn’t know what the groom picked out. So at that point we rolled with it. Also, my father’s tux was suppose to be shipped to his house because he lived out of town. It never was. Thankfully my father came into town early enough to fix that issue and get his tux. Flowers and decorations Chalet went above and beyond. Attention to detail in the other services that Chalet provides fell short.

Jamie and his team did a FANTASTIC job for our fall wedding. We hosted our reception at the Graystone Event Center in Ludington MI and it turned out absolutely beautiful! The attention to detail and flexibility creating what myself and my now husband wanted was so amazing and greatly appreciated. I’ve recommended them numerous times throughout the entire process!

Chalet Floral & Events is hands down the best floral vendor in the game. Jamie goes above and beyond to make sure your vision becomes reality. From start to finish the entire planning process was a amazing. I had total trust in Jamie. I highly recommend Chalet Floral for all of your wedding flowers, decorations, chair linens, tablecloths, napkins, etc. you name it!

I can not say enough good things about Chalet Floral!! They were very kind, accommodating, and knew exactly what I was looking for! They delivered our flowers the morning of the wedding and I was absolutely stunned at how beautiful everything was. My bridesmaids had floral hoops instead of bouquets and they were absolutely stunning. The flower crowns were better than I could’ve ever imagined, and my bouquet was just perfect! They went above and beyond for our wedding! The bouquets were absolutely beautiful and they were very reasonably priced.

Jamie is simply, hands down, THE BEST. When I first met when Jamie I wasn't really sure what I wanted - he took my vague direction of "boho, greenery and something we all haven’t seen 100 times already" and turned it into something far better than I could have ever imagined. I've been to a lot of weddings and events and never have I seen bouquets and florals as beautiful and unique as the ones Jamie created for us. We also made the last-minute decision to hire Jamie as our day-of coordinator and it was by far one of the best wedding-related decisions we made. He made sure everything ran smoothly, on time and dealt with issues as they came up (like an understaffed bar). He was there for our rehearsal Friday and all day Saturday – from setting up and making sure people were where they needed to be, to helping our parents pack up decorations, leftovers, etc. Saturday night (more like Sunday morning). Jamie was only supposed to stay until 8ish and he stayed ALL NIGHT. Jamie and Chalet deserve way more than 5 stars and I cannot recommend them enough!

Great to work with and very accommodating. Loved working with them from the start and they knew how to bring my vision to light. I'd recommend them in a heart beat!

Jamie and the team at Chalet are the best around! I was a little unsure on what exactly I wanted for flowers, table coverings, etc. when I went in for my first consultation. I showed Jamie a couple pictures and he took it from there. EVERYTHING turned out absolutely beautiful. I was so pleased when I walked in on my wedding day and saw everything put together.
