Planning a destination wedding during COVID was stressful, but Allison made paid attention to every single detail and we had the wedding of our dreams! From the minute we hired Allison were amazed by her attention to detail, her communications with vendors, her creativity and loving personality. Our wedding guests all commented on how wonderful Allison and her assistant were the day and night of the wedding. We were truly able to be in the moment knowing they were taking care of everything! Allison and Jessica made our dream wedding come to life and we could never have done it without them. We highly recommend you hire Allison as your wedding planner. She is absolutely amazing and treats her clients as family. We were truly blessed to have her and her team.

We are so beyond thankful our paths crossed with Allison and that she was able to be our wedding planner. During my first initial phone call with Allison, we connected immediately and I knew it was fate! Our wedding was more than we ever could have dreamed of and everything went so smoothly because of Allison. We couldn't have done it without her and she truly brought our vision to life! Throughout the planning process, she was encouraging, uplifting and brought up things I never even would have thought of. Her and her assistant paid such close attention to every little detail and really made us feel like the number one priority the entire night. We hired Allison because we knew we wanted a wedding planner since we were doing a destination wedding in Isle of Palms, SC. We were a covid wedding, and Allison and Jessica were absolutely incredible! Allison and I stayed in touch the entire 6 months leading up to our June wedding, figuring out every logistic and what plans we wanted to move forward with. Allison has the perfect check-list of everything needed to have a beautiful wedding. I really don't think we would have had such an incredible day if it weren't for her and her team. She helped pull off a mini, 25 person wedding at Wild Dunes Resort in literally 10 DAYS and it was so much more than what we could have asked for. I am SO THANKFUL we chose Allison to help us navigate through the waters of a wedding, let alone in the middle of a pandemic! We HIGHLY recommend Allison and her team for their professionalism, kindness, and overall just great people to be around!!

I hired Allison as my month-of planner and I'm so grateful that I did - she is a joy to work with! I'm such a planner myself and knew that I wanted to hire and contact my vendors and make all the big and small decisions. It was very easy to hand the reins over to Allison, especially because she was so familiar with my vendors (she provided a list of people she works with often and I got the majority of my vendors from her recommendations!) Because of the rapport she had with my vendors, she seamlessly wove together all the last minute details perfectly for my wedding. In my conversations with her, not only was she the sweetest and most encouraging person, but she thought of questions/back up plans that hadn't even crossed my mind! She was great day-of...very organized and always there to help when needed (carrying my dress, re-bobbypinning my hair, handling the marriage licenses, bringing me drinks at the reception haha, etc.) Even if she takes a few days to reply to emails, you can trust completely she is taking care of everything! Allison and her team made my day perfect! I'm so glad for everything Allison did to help my wedding go off without a hitch. I would definitely hire her again and recommend her to brides looking for a wedding planner!

SERIOUSLY there are no words to describe How amazing Allison is. I’m so thankful and honored to have her be a part of our special day. Planning a wedding that is out of state for us was so hard. But Allison and her amazing team swooped in and made it a breeze. Dealing with me is not easy when it comes to planning anything (seriously, like even down to dinner plans) and she was so kind and patient and understanding the entire time. I’ll never be able to thank her enough for giving a COVID bride the wedding of her dreams!

First of all, Allison is the sweetest, most honest, and wonderful person who is AMAZING at what she does! Between taking my panicked calls while planning a wedding during COVID to making morning of deliveries to my house, she goes above and beyond for her couples. I could not be more grateful for everything she did for me in pulling off a wedding during such a crazy time! She took my vision and completely made it come to life. Our day was absolutely perfect from beginning to end, and it would not have been possible without Allison and Jessica! If you need a wedding planner HIRE ALLISON! We moved to CHS 2+ years ago and when I met Allison I knew I had to have her. Since all of my family was in Pittsburgh - she was my go to for all the decisions we had to make for the big day. She helped me with every little thing - the vendors I hired to decor and coordinating the big day. She is simply amazing and I am so incredibly grateful! The wedding was beautiful and we are so happy!!! Could not have done it without her!

Allison and her assistant Jessica were a pleasure to work with from day one. We had her help the month-of, and from that moment on things went seamlessly. She's able to take work off the bride's plate and handle vendors, suggestions, timeline, and brought up a few questions I hadn't thought of prior that were helpful to plan. Given the craziness of the pandemic, we were very thankful to have her oversee our wedding, and she and Jessica were so sweet and thoughtful. We did a few things non-traditionally, and she was so supportive and helpful in accommodating everything. Highly recommend :)

Allison was seriously one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had a terrible experience with a different planner who we had to cut ties with. After this, I was a little skeptical about hiring someone and was worried about having another bad experience. But I am so happy we decided to go with Allison! She was able to flip our space from ceremony to reception without a hitch, after being told by other people it was not possible. My reception was set up exactly how I imagined it! Allison and her entire staff were helpful and checked in on us all night to make sure there wasn't anything we needed. She kept everything in order and on schedule. Allison made sure all of our decorations got packed up and in a car to go back with us; it was so nice not having to worry about cleaning up after the wedding. She even dropped some leftover food at the hotel for us so we had something to snack on when we got back. Our wedding day was everything I wanted it to be and I am so happy we had Allison there to help make sure things were absolutely perfect!

We absolutely loved having Allison as our month of wedding planner! Even with all of the Covid-19 obstacles, she was great at communicating with all of the vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page about procedures and expectations. Our wedding director was not the best during rehearsal, so Allison stepped in and helped take over with the details! Our wedding day ran so smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about one thing. I showed up and everything was even more beautiful than we imagined!! She was very tentative throughout the reception to make sure my husband and I were where we were supposed to be and when. I can’t say enough great things about her!

Allison was amazing to work with. She was extremely professional and organized; there is no way I could have planned my wedding without her. I am the type that knows what I like, but gets overwhelmed with too many options. Allison was able to help me navigate through all the decisions and keep me on a timeline which is not easy with my demanding job and new family. I was also able to enjoy the day of the wedding, knowing that she had all the vendors and details coordinated from start to finish; I just had to show up! I would recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding.

I can't say enough about Allison! She took our ideas and budget and worked with us offering advice and creative solutions. She really listens to your vision and has the foresight and knowledge to help make your dream day come true. . Her vendor contacts were all dynamite and worked together seamlessly. She was there for us with each vendor meeting and knew all of the right questions to ask, including the things I never would have thought of. She had every aspect of the week of wrapped up and under control, even when some last minute changes came up. As the mother of the bride I appreciated all of her work and efforts to make the weekend of the wedding beautiful and worry-free! Allison is a gem!!

Allison truly helped make our day the best day ever! We hired Allison as the partial planner, so she technically started working for us at the six month mark, but was always willing to answer questions in the months that led up to that six month mark. Allison has an amazing handle on everything that needs to be done and we worked continually together through the six months to make sure all of the details were taken care of and taken care of in the way that fit our style and budget. She is communicative, reliable, and beyond helpful! The day of she was amazing. We had food and drinks waiting for us after pictures and she made sure throughout the night that my husband and I were all happy and didn't need anything. We are eternally grateful for her help in planning our wedding. She truly helped put together and run the best day! You want her to be your planner too!

This is the only review you need to read about Allison. In fact, Allison is the only wedding planner you need. Stop researching, I'm serious! Unlike most brides, I had genuinely no idea what I wedding in my wedding. From the venue to decor, my dress to the ceremony, I was clueless. Helpless. From our very first conversation, Allison spent SO much time getting an idea of what I loved. She pulled visions from my head that I didn't even know I had. And let me be clear – she was incredibly flexible and detailed about each one. There were a few things I knew what I wanted – and Allison made them happen ASAP. Not only did she put me in touch with the BEST vendors, but she kept me organized, excited, and genuinely made the entire planning process a breeze. When have you ever heard that in your life? My husband and I had a BLAST planning with her; in fact, doing taste testing and a venue walkthrough with her was one of our favorite days. But don't be fooled - yes we had a lot of fun with her, but she is so professional and I could tell her reputation in the wedding/Charleston community is second to none. Every vendor lit up when I mentioned she was my planner. Through working with Allison, I can tell she has worked with a WIDE variety of brides (and budgets). We didn't give her an abundance of room to work with our budget, but oh my god did she deliver. I genuinely could not believe my eyes my entire wedding day, it was all so perfect and ran together so smoothly. She made my wedding look STUNNING at my price point; and I know that she can do the same for anyone. Whether you have your wedding planned down to the petal or are like me and aren't even sure how you ended up engaged (just kidding!), Allison is THE girl for you. Not only was she better than I could have dreamed of, INCREDIBLY affordable (if you factor in all the discounts we got with vendors, whew. Amazing), but she's also just an amazing person. I was kind of bummed I didn't get to drink with her at my own wedding. Oh, and the actual wedding – she was EVERYWHERE without being seen. Everything went off without a hitch; and the second my smile faltered and she could tell something was bothering me, she was suddenly at my side asking what to fix. This. Is. The. Planner. You. Need. Don't look anywhere else!! And be warned, you will want to be her best friend and be SO SAD your wedding is over because you're going to want to work with her forever!!

I would highly recommend Allison to be your wedding planner. This 5-STAR rating is so well deserved!! We went with the partial-level package and it worked out perfectly for our 6-month engagement. Allison has such a warm and thoughtful personality mixed with professionalism and top-notch organizational skills. I can't imagine planning our wedding without Allison. I live in Charleston, while my entire family lives up north. Allison was the ONE person who came with me to meet with vendors, talked through budget proposals, quickly responded to my texts / emails, and reassured me that everything was going to be great. She connected me with amazing vendors, but was never pushy. The best part of the whole experience was on my wedding day, I had not one worry in the world, because I knew Allison and her team were there to take care of it. That is how you want to feel on your wedding day!!

Allison stepped in last minute when our planner had some medical issues. You would NEVER have guessed she was last minute and wasn't by our side for the entire planning of the wedding, as our day went flawlessly. Allison was such a positive, attentive, organized and prepared day-off planner and we are so grateful for her taking such care of our special day. She was even prepared when a bridesmaid had an allergic reaction! Trust us when we say with Allison, you are in good hands.

Allison was wonderful to work with. She made our day as seamless as possible. We were not local to the area at all, so we relied on her for a LOT. She suggested several vendors that we were very happy with. She is a kind and thoughtful person, she seems like she truly cares about the couples she works with. I would highly recommend her services! If I had to give one point of constructive criticism it would be that the budget was a bit off. She had a set budget we were trying to stick to, however her fees were never included in that initial budget. Other than that, no complaints!

I hired Allison for full service planning 12 months before my wedding. She convinced me to go with full service over partial because she said most of the wedding planning would be done before the 6 month mark &I would only get her vendor discount with full service-I didn’t receive any discounts with her. Weeks after hiring her I had to ask for a budget & timeline, things she had promised in our meeting. She sent me a budget totaling around $11,000 more than I had told her my budget was & had sparklers listed in the budget which my venue didn’t allow. The checklist appeared to be straight off google & not personalized at all-which she admitted later. When I tried to start planning my wedding with her she told me I was moving too quickly & those things needed to wait until closer to the wedding date. Then the 6 month mark hit & all that was planned was what I had made happen. She then blamed me for the lack of progress. She took weeks to reply to emails, the only prompt responses I received from her were on the 2 occasions I tried to fire her, but she told me I wouldn’t receive any money back & promised to be more responsive in the future. She gave me false pricing on cafe lighting which ended up costing me double what she said after I agreed to it at her original cost. She was very pushy for me to use her preferred vendors, one being the bartending service who ended up being our least reliable vendor for the evening. She was basically just a middle person I had to keep reminding to do things and did nothing to benefit my planning process. She told me there would be several in person meetings since I live in Charleston, but the only meetings we had were ones I forced upon her when I realized how far behind we were. I was hoping she would be worth the money at least on my wedding day, but she was even worse then. She agreed to pickup my dress, but then called to tell me she didn’t have time & I had to convince her she was the only one who could at that point. She tried to move my outdoor ceremony inside due to rain behind my back after I told her I would rather get married in the rain, thankfully my mom & husband stopped her. Right before my ceremony I realized the rings were still where the photographer had been taking pictures and Allison hadn’t given them to the best man, so my MOH had to rush the rings down to him before he walked down the aisle. During our 2 in person meetings she told me about her “wedding emergency kit” & told me she always keeps heel savers in there in case it rains so I wouldn’t have to buy those, but when it rained on my day she didn’t have them and acted like she had never told me she keeps them. She was MIA through many important parts of the day & after I had told her to put heaters around the dance floor she had them go around the dinner area. I asked her about moving them and she told me I would just have to find someone to do it if I wanted it done, so my husband and a groomsman had to move them in the middle of the reception. The only time I saw Allison was when she made a point to come to me with issues and trying to discuss costs and payments during my reception-she literally stopped us before walking down the exit line to ask for the $18 I owed her for getting our coffee that morning. She repeatedly talked negatively about my other vendors. She was unprofessional, unorganized, took weeks to respond to emails, forced me to go way over budget & made my wedding planning process a nightmare.

What could I possibly say about Allison other than she is an absolutely wonderful human. I met with her about a month before my wedding in March, and she made all of my stress disappear by taking over and helping me tie up all of my loose ends. She is so kind and cheerful, but also has a very calming quality that makes you feel like she has it all taken care of. And she does!! Absolutely nothing went wrong on my wedding day.. that I know about.. and I strongly believe that it was because of her that my wedding dreams came to life. I would recommend her services to anyone who is looking for a top notch day-of coordinator!

Allison was the perfect month-of-coordinator for our wedding! She jumped right in and was able to tie up all of the details and loose ends with our vendors. I was initially drawn to Allison's kind and laid back personality, but was also thoroughly impressed with her ability to be firm and direct when needed. She was a huge help with all of the logistics: providing direction at the rehearsal (especially for our newly-ordained uncle), creating the timeline for the ceremony and reception, communicating with vendors, and even inflating balloons for our send-off . Our wedding truly wouldn't have been as fun or stress-free without her. Not to mention, she truly looked out for us (bride and groom) by ensuring that we had a drink in hand and made time to eat. She really went above and beyond in so many ways and exceeded all of our expectations! If you are a bride (or groom) looking for wedding coordinator who is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and easy-to-work, I highly recommend Allison!

I wish I could rate Allison even higher! She was truly a Godsend through this and I would not have been able to do it without her. We did the month of coordination and it is amazing the relief I felt as soon as she started working with us. She made everything so easy and was so on the ball with everything. As a natural control freak, it was really hard for me to let things go, but I felt so comfortable and trusted her so much that it made it way easier- I am so glad I let her, because it was necessary. If you go with Allison for any aspect of your wedding planning you will have your needs met and exceeded from beginning to end.

This may be long so if you don’t read any further - I would not hire Allison again or recommend her as a wedding planner. I relied on honest reviews when choosing wedding vendors, so I am choosing to write this. Allison is very nice, but she is not cut out for this job. She was hired as my full-service wedding planner which ended up being a huge waste of money since we had to do most everything ourselves anyway. I wanted to terminate our contract with her many times - but my mother insisted that she may pull through as our date got closer. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. She would take weeks to respond to emails. She would finally reply when an installment for her services was due. Even then, she would completely miss questions that were asked in the email or seemingly only read them half way. We decided emails weren’t her strong suit, so we had to schedule phone call meetings which were difficult and inconvenient with our different schedules. She seemed to be better on the phone; however, she would fail to follow up on items discussed during our conversations. Her communication skills need so much work. Her attention to detail is also lacking. There were so many mistakes along the way. I won’t even begin to remember them all but a few stand out to me. We would not have had silverware or napkins at my wedding if my mother or I hadn’t realized. Allison assumed the caterer provided these items, which they did not. They had to be rented. Also, she posted the incorrect hotel and block information on my wedding website, which was used on my letter-pressed invitations. Thankfully, my mom was able to secure that block instead, but the mistake had been made and could have cost hundreds. Allison blew it off - always making excuses for her ineptitude. On the day of my wedding, my mother and one of my bridesmaids pointed out that there weren’t enough chairs for the ceremony, which also meant there weren’t enough chairs for dinner, since we were going to use the same ones. Allison insisted that it was because the wedding party was standing for the ceremony so we didn’t need as many. Even with about 5 people less in attendance than we thought, there in fact weren’t enough chairs, so several of my guests were standing in the back. She couldn’t be bothered to double check and count. My wedding was beautiful because our other vendors were great and my mom and I worked so hard to make sure things were perfect. Thanks to Allison, they weren’t perfect and she was one of the only reasons I was stressed through this process. I hoped having a wedding planner would alleviate stress, but she just couldn’t be trusted.

My wedding would not have been what it was without Allison and her team. I'll be the first to say it, I'm kind of an anxious and needy bride, and Allison was calm and understanding all along. Allison was always ready to schedule a call with me whenever I needed it, and she came up with a lot of great ideas. Having never planned my wedding before, there are so many things I hadn't considered before, and I really appreciated Allison's insight. She tagged along to all important things like my dress fittings and bridal portraits and provided a ton of support. Allison had her beautiful new baby a little early, which just so happened to be about 9 days before my wedding! It was a little stressful at first, but her amazing assistant, Kara, stepped in and everything was great! Kara was so attentive, and really rose to the challenge. She was helpful in the last few days leading up to our event, and so wonderful on the day of. Thank you to all! We had the best day!

Allison is a lovely person, but as a planner just fell really short for us. We purchased the full planning package and it was a battle the whole time. She was not responsive / did not communicate with me often enough. I also felt like she didn't really bring any new ideas to the table and some of the vendors that she recommended were super off base for us / not even relevant to what we were looking for. Day of, she and her team did a good job. I would consider hiring her for the short-term day of management, but not for the full planning package.

I couldn't be happier that we went with Allison for our month of planner. She is calm, organized, and one of the sweetest people you will meet. She made herself available at any time for my questions or for any changes that I made. She was extremely thoroug, Andy knowledgeable, during our venue walk-through and rehearsal. She took my ideas and made them functional for our day. The whole day went perfectly, and I (and my family) had zero stress or worry about things getting done or it matching my vision for the day.

Allison was definitely an angel throughout my wedding process. She gave great recommendations and was alway s willing to accommodate. I was told all throughout I was the most calm bride EVER and this is all due to her planning. My vision was executed flawlessly, my guest, my family, my husband and I were very pleased with her work and her attention to detail. Having her was a true blessing and I would recommend to anyone.

I paid for the partial planning package hoping to receive a lot more help than I did. Unfortunately, Allison did not meet our expectations. Being an out-of-town bride, I needed a lot of assistance with contacting vendors and coordinating rentals months ahead of the wedding date. My fiancé and I traveled to Charleston with a planned appointment to meet Allison about 6 months before the wedding, but she cancelled within a couple hours of our scheduled time. After traveling all the way out of state, this was more than frustrating. Allison was extremely hard to get in touch with, and multiple vendors actually emailed me and said that they had not heard a response from her after 1-2 weeks. She would tell me numerous times that she had a busy schedule, and we probably only talked on the phone about 5 times total, which after talking to other brides I discovered this is not normal. Allison did not perform her duties until about one week out from the wedding, and even on the wedding day there were still gaps in the planning. I felt very stressed in the couple of weeks leading up to the wedding, and did not feel any relief from Allison's services. The partial planning package was not worth the amount she charges. Luckily, our day was absolutely perfect and we were very pleased with our wedding. Gabby was a lot more help to us than Allison, and we were extremely grateful for her.

We initially contracted Allison for her full wedding design/planning package for our destination wedding in Charleston. She was late to multiple phone call meetings. She did not respond to our emails for up to 7-12 days. It took us 3 weeks to even set up a phone meeting. I told Allison that the lack of communication was giving me anxiety, and she told me that she was "very busy during October." Allison told me not to worry and to go along with the checklist, which she didn't even send me in the first place! We terminated our contract after 2 months. We did not get our deposit back. My new wedding planner had a google drive of proposals, flow and timeline ready for us within 2 weeks. What a difference!

Allison was amazing! I wish I could keep her with me all year to help me make decisions, stay organized and on budget! We originally hired her for month-of coordination only, however, I realized I really needed the help of a professional and about 5 months out so we upgraded to partial planner. 100% worth it & wish I had done it sooner. She is the epitome of professional. As soon as she was hired things started to come together. We had several in-person meetings and she even helped out at my bridal portrait session. She communicated very clearly with me, my mom and all vendors to keep everything on track. She knows her stuff!! Our wedding day was perfect and I have Allison to thank for that. Thank you for everything!

We are so grateful for all of the assistance Allison and Alexandria provided during our wedding planning process. These ladies made us feel so special and taken care of on our wedding day, and everything went off without a hitch! We could not have asked for a better wedding day - The company, the weather, the food. It was all perfect and was as stress-free as it could have been with the help of these two!

Upon hiring Allison, I had talked to probably 10-12 other planners. It wasn't until I spoke to Allison that I felt as though we really clicked. Allison was very responsive to any of my questions early on in the planning stages even though I had only hired her for month-of. She was also full of vendor suggestions. On the day of, Allison and her girls totally took control of everything and executed my vision for the day perfectly! Not only did I not have to worry about anything and was free to get ready with my girls, but it also turned out exactly how I wanted it! Working with Allison was one of the very best decisions I made during the whole course of wedding planning!

Allison and her girls were amazing to work with. I didn’t have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. They are a sweet group of girls who really know how to plan an awesome wedding. I would have been lost without them. All brides should definitely hire them!!!

We had the opportunity to have Allison and her assistant Alexandria be apart of our big day. As a destination bride things can get a little hectic. She gave many reccomendations along the way including different vendors. I did not have the opportunity to meet this duo until four days before I got married since I was out of town. This can be a little stressful. Once we did all of our concerns for the big day went right out the window. They understood our vision and our venue could not have been setup any better. It was perfect. Not only did they help with all of that they also helped the day run extremely smooth. The wedding night was perfect and they played a big part of making that happen. Our wedding day was the least stressful day of the entire week thanks to Allison Littlefield at Charleston Weddings by Allison. Allison's attention to detail and organization made our wedding day flow absolutely perfectly - from reviewing the ceremony notes with the officiant (she had the unity ceremony incorrect!) to taking any vendor calls the day of the wedding to decorating/breaking down, to making sure we had plates of food to eat after pictures, to creating the perfect photo ops. She is worth her weight in gold and if you or someone you know is getting married in Charleston we highly recommend her! We got married at Alhambra Hall and we could have never gotten married at such a DIY venue without her. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator or planner (we used the 1 month package) you HAVE to book Allison - and book early!

My husband and I owe a lot to Allison! She was vital to making our day such a success and we would have been completely lost without her. We had expected much more from our venue wedding coordinator who barely did anything besides run the kitchen so thank goodness for Allison who kept every part of our day going beautifully!

As Charleston was a destination wedding for us, we hired Allison for full planning and we are SO happy and thankful that we did! Allison and her team are beyond diligent, attentive and organized. She helped with everything from finding a venue (even FaceTimed me from each location since we are not local!) to everything leading up to the big day. I remember feeling very overwhelmed with the small details and room layout and she was all over it - it almost felt like she spoke a different language to all of our vendors to get things done. On our day she became even more important to me - making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be and most importantly making sure I was feeling good :) I can't say enough positive things about Allison and her team - I don't know what we would have done without them!

I can’t express enough how extremely blessed we were to have the help of Allison and her team! I met her at the bridal expo the year of our wedding and I instantly knew I wanted her as my wedding planner. Allison and Alexandria put me at ease the moment I met them. I was starting to stress the month leading up to the wedding and after meeting them at the venue walk through I immediately felt better. They are true professionals but more importantly the nicest ladies ever. My mom and my bridesmaids were able to relax all day while Alexandria and Allison worked their magic in making our wedding absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough good things about these two. My daughter got married 10-15-2016. We all worked very hard to make it a special day. I can't say enough about CWbA. Allison and Alexandria were incredible. We had many challenges..... the first venue burned down about five months before the wedding....result was finding a venue in Charleston quickly. Then the week before the wedding.....Hurricane Matthew. Stress was at an all-time high. The result was a PERFECT wedding. The venue, flowers and plants, CWbA's expertise setting up, the food, the service itself, and the emotion of all involved was priceless and we have heard nothing but positive things about it. I can't tell you how many people have said it was the most beautiful and best wedding that they have been to....from the very beginning to the end. We couldn't have done it with out Allison and Alexandria.

I planning my wedding over the internet without going to Charleston one time thanks to Allison and her team. Alexandria, one of Allison's team members, was incredibly helpful but also so laid back. Charleston Weddings by Allison was amazing! Her and her team were so helpful during the entire process. She had fabulous ideas and was always willing to go the extra mile to help book vendors. She is so sweet and it truly showed during our entire wedding weekend!! She was amazing at the rehearsal and made sure we were all happy! She stopped by on the day of the wedding to make sure everything was going well and her and her team were fabulous during the wedding! They were always making sure we had fresh drinks and bellies full of food! She even kept fruit snacks in her pockets for the flower girls!! :) Her team was honestly the best before, during, and after our wedding!! You couldn't ask for a better planner!

Allison and her team were absolutely amazing! We were out-of-town, and only had Allison for month-of. She was quick with email, when when my head wasn't fully on and I asked the same questions several time! Things went wrong during our wedding and Allison and her team made it work and did it all without stressing me out! We were even an hour LATE to our own reception!!! Her and the team had everything going as planned and perfect. I couldn't NOT have done it without them! My parents were very impressed with CWbA as was I! We are very particular and Allison took my vision and EXCEEDED it! I was blown away when I saw the site! Without hesitation, I recommend CWbA!!!

Allison was so perfect at making our wedding day amazing! She kept up with all of my emails throughout the planning process, and she stayed organized during all of my many changes. She made all of our ideas come to life and she really brought in many things I had never even thought of. She made sure all of the little details I wanted popped and she made sure I was not stressed or worried about anything the day of. Allsion is seriously one of the sweetest people I have ever met and I am so happy with our decision with having her plan our wedding day!

I met Allison the day before at the rehearsal as an out of town bride. She was exceptional and I believe fully integral to us having the quality of wedding that we did. She made sure that we had cold drinks in hand, plates full of food, any and everything in place that we may need without us even having to request it. I literally didn't have to get up from our table during dinner for anything other than greeting guests. She kept a smile on her face the entire time. I would recommend her without reservation and allow her to take all the unnecessary stress off your shoulders so that you can enjoy your party like you're supposed to!

If you are looking for a wedding planner, Allison is the only way to go!! Not only is she affordable, she is very personable and so fun to work with. She was genuinely excited for us, and it made us feel like we had a good friend on our side. We were planning our wedding from out of town and having her there helped put our minds at ease. She has worked with numerous vendors, and has a wealth of knowledge and great advice about this industry. Allison gave great suggestions to us without ever once losing our vision. She completely had everything under control, as she is so organized and timely. The day of the wedding I had zero worries. She contacted all the vendors, had them on a schedule, and decorated our venue BEAUTIFULLY! We gave her all of our decorations and a vague idea of what we wanted and she nailed it. Everything was perfect! The ceremony, pictures, and the reception went off without a hitch, it was flawless. Allison made our day the best, most memorable day of our lives. We could not speak more highly of her! We love you Allison!!

When we first met Allison, she was just starting CWbA. I could not be more thrilled that we found her when we did! Allison is not only motivated, organized, and hardworking, but she is unbelievable patient, sweet, and dedicated to her brides. The week of our wedding, and especially the day of, Allison and her team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail no matter how minute was absolutely perfect! They were even flexible and gracious enough to help out taking care of our two dogs, which was a total curve ball! I have to say one thing.......Allison is the only way to go! My daughter, Luci, and I, are not party people. We do not have the "eye" to see what will come about! Allison is the best! My only wish is that I didn't wait as long to hire her. She is an absolute gem! She put Luci's wedding together and relieved a lot of stress from me (Luci's mom). I cannot say enough what Allison can do for you. She has an eye for things and put it all together. I have one more to get married (not any time soon) and when that time comes, my first call will be to Allison!

I planned my own wedding, but didn't want to "work" during my wedding weekend- so I was looking for a coordinator. I selected Allison's smallest package, and perfect for me needs. She also offers full planning services,and will customize a package based on your needs. We were in touch for several months before the wedding (mostly by e-mail), and she always made herself available if I had a planning question. We met in person for the first time the week of the wedding, and she immediately set me at ease. Allison is a great combination of professional/organized and positive/relaxed. I knew right away I was in great hands. We did a venue walk-through together, she confirmed all of my plans and vendor orders, and took the lead from there. She and her team delivered gift-bags, managed the rehearsal, picked up and set up décor (a lot of it, given we DIY-ed a lot), and managed all of the interaction with vendors the day of. The day of my wedding I remember one or two issues that arose (as they always do), and Allison came to me calmly, with options/solutions for my input, and then quickly executed on the fix. I am sure for the two issues that she had to bring to my attention, there were 100 I never even knew about- she pulled off a perfect event, and hid any chaos behind the scenes. Allison's business might be relatively new, but I can assure you that she is a tenured pro- you can tell the moment you meet her that you are in expert hands. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top quality wedding coordinator at a very affordable price. Thanks for helping me turn the vision I had for me wedding into a reality I could just kick my feet up and enjoy Allison!

Allison was a dream to work with. We could not have done it without her. She went above and beyond her duties and made the planning process and wedding itself so enjoyable and stress free. Allison is absolutely amazing - I don't know what we would have done without her! We were married the weekend of a 1000 year flood and had to scramble to adjust and move everything indoors, but she pulled it off without even batting an eye! Allison was incredibly accommodating and adaptive throughout the whole process, which was such a relief as I was an out of town bride who was trying to plan a wedding from 600 miles away. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, please hire Allison! She was so wonderful, I wish I could have her with me always! She has the sweetest disposition, and is totally willing to help bring your vision to life. My husband and I really needed a day-of coordinator, and Allison and her assistant, Helen, were the right choice for us. We had an idea of how we wanted things set up, but ultimately let Allison make the final call on everything, and I was so blown away with how perfect everything looked. I knew with Allison and Helen there, I wouldn't have to worry about a thing - and I didn't! Knowing that I had someone tying up the last bits of the wedding allowed me to enjoy the morning and day of the wedding without having to stress out about anything. I am so grateful to Allison for everything that she did, because she didn't feel like our "coordinator", she felt like our friend who wanted our day to be perfect for us. Allison never made me feel like I was bothering her with random thoughts I had, and she was always very quick to respond. Working with Allison was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!
