Charm City Cakes fulfilled a beautiful, personalized tribute to our groom for our wedding day cake. We loved working with Charm City Cakes, and the cake tasted as good as it looked!

So easy & amazing to work with. The detail they used, especially in regards to the topper of my husband & I was incredible. Not to mention the fact that the cake was delicious!! 10/10 would recommend to any couple getting married.

Charm City Cakes was AMAZING! They did a complete decked out Ravens Groom's Cake for us! Great price too and they even worked with us when we forgot to pick it up and accommodated the rearranging!

Charm City Cakes made our wedding cake dreams come true. Our wedding was 10/13/18 and we requested a Harry Potter themed cake. The design process was so easy and magical for us and every detail was included in our cake. Everything with contacting Charm City Cakes was easy and they did everything as they said they would. I absolutely recommend for anyone planning a wedding or event.

Our cake from Charm City was PERFECT. They were extremely easy to work with. We did a little more of rustic cake (naked cake with flowers) they worked with our florist and it turned out fantastic. I would highly recommend them!

Charm City Cakes was fantastic every step of the way from the planning, to the design adjustments, to the final delivery. I was the maid of honor in the wedding, attending two planning meetings for the "flower extravanganza" we called it...with about 150 handmade delicate flowers on the four-tier cake. The bride was thrilled with the way the cake looked (it was gorgeous), and tasted amazing. Great place. Highly recommend.

Charm City is amazing and yummy! Maude did an amazing job walking us through the process and drawing us a picture of what it could look like. Everyone were in Awe of the cake and really loved how yummy it was! Thank you so much for everything Charm City Cakes!!!!

I have been a fan of the work done at Charm City Cake for many years and knew I wanted them to make my wedding cake for my Halloween wedding. Everyone at Charm City Cakes was great to work with and always very helpful when I had questions. They made our initial meeting so much fun. I still when one of the guys started playing the superman theme song over the intercom since we had been discussing our love for comics. Our design artist was Maude who did great at taking our ideas and creating a work of art during our design meeting and taste testing. All the flavors we tasted were great but we went with an apple and cinnamon flavor since it had a great bold flavor and would really work with our fall wedding. On my wedding day, I couldn’t wait to see the cake and had to sneak a peek while I was getting ready….It looked so great! We had a joker and Harley Quinn theme to the cake since we were having a comic book villain costume wedding and the colors on the cake were bold and really popped just like a comic book. All the details we asked for were included and everyone thought it was the coolest wedding cake they had seen but of course taste is always important…it is a cake after all. Many people talk about how wedding cakes look good but are often dry and the fondant taste bad but that was not the case with our cake. IT TASTED AS GOOD AS IT LOOKED…which like I said was AMAZING!!!!! The cake was moist and delicious even a couple days after the wedding and the fondant was just the right type of sweet to balance the cake off (I am not into very sweet frosting). Charm City Cake really did live up to the hype for me and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

My daughter and now son-in-law were speechless when they saw the cake. It was exactly as the picture. The attention detail from the flowers to the grapevines were beautiful. All our guests said this was the best cake they have ever had. The icing and the 4 flavors of each layer were moist as if the cake was made just an hour ago. One thing I really appreciated there was enough cake for all to have more than one piece if they wanted. Many thanks to Charm City Cakes.

When my wife and I decided to get married in DC, she immediately announced that we were getting the cake from Charm City. From Florida, we called with an idea of the cake we wanted and they created it. It was incredible!! We ate on it until we left town.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Very professional while still being approachable. I was concerned that the business might be over-priced or snobby, but both are far from the truth. Everyone was friendly, timely, and professional. Naturally, the cake delicious as well! Great value, great food, and great service.

Charm City Cakes came as part of our wedding package with our venue, which was great for me because I've had the opportunity to try them before and know I like their cake. During one of our meetings with the coordinator at the venue, we were given a looong list of cake flavors. That was hard. They have SO many options that sound so delicious. We narrowed it down to 6 for tasting day. There were 3 of us trying this wheel of cakes - and it was not an easy decision. Everything was so good. I still can't believe we chose one. All 3 of us were completely torn. We finally settled on a passion fruit. It was so light and fresh - perfect for a night of dancing. Then came deciding on the cakes appearance. I showed my coordinator a cake I couldn't get off my mind. She took it to Charm City and they said they could do it. The cake turned out exactly how I pictured it. It was classy but with a funky little edge. And it tasted amazing! So while I didn't work directly with the staff at Charm City - I did get to enjoy how their cakes look and taste. And they were able to make my dream come true

I absolutely loved the cake!!! It was GORGEOUS only $7 a serving and we were updated with pictures throughout the creation!

We were absolutely thrilled with our experiences with Charm City Cakes. Maybe the best part of our wedding planning and wedding day! We had a personalized design appointment and our cake designer Katie did a phenomenal job of capturing what we wanted. We got to take home six cake flavors to taste which was so much nicer than having to taste them right at the shop. Then after we were still undecided, they were kind enough to give us six more! The cake was delicious and gorgeous. They even designed a cake topper bride and groom that looked eerily like us! The figures were a huge hit. I can't wait for our first anniversary to get to enjoy it again! I must say I cannot comment on the price as it was included in our wedding package at the Renaissance Hotel in Baltimore's inner harbor. I have to stress it was just such an amazing experience to work with them. It's no wonder they so busy and popular. They are fantastic!!!

Every since I started watching Ace of Cakes I was dying to have a wedding cake by them. However, my husband was diagnosed with Celiac Disease which I thought meant that I could not order a cake. NOT TRUE!! Working with a (really good) gluten free bakery they took his illness seriously. They knew cross contamination was a big part of this illness and in a bakery you can only imagine my fears. They allayed them quickly. They wipe down every surface, change their clothes, wash there hands between cakes and only make our cake at that time so that there is no mistakes. The cake was everything I had hoped for!!!

All I have to say is OH MY GOSH! I knew they were talented but wow they completely blew my mind. Cake was delicious and the design brought me to tears! I had them duplicate my husband's shoes (chuck taylors) that he wore in high school. We had a "Griswold" theme cake for our September wedding this year and it was amazing! Our vendors loved our cake as well as our guests! Charm City Cakes did an amazing job! If you are willing to spend a little more on a cake that you truly won't forget this is the place to get it! You need to schedule an appointment and from there they will sketch your design & you can taste several different flavors! So many flavors to choose from as well!

Not only did our cake look amazing, but it was also delicious. The cake was beautifully sculpted to be exactly what we requested. Everyone gushed about the appearance of the cake and then devoured it. There wasn't a single piece left over at the end of the night. Beautiful, unique, but best of all, delicious. Charm City was professional and a provided a fun experience in selecting our wedding cake. We would highly recommend them.

We loved our wedding cake! We had them recreate the scene of the first time we saw each other (at "band camp") and it was SOOOO cute. We loved it and it was the highlight of the reception. Such a decorative piece and it really tied our wedding together, literally and figuratively. :)
