We recently had our wedding ceremony on the Chateau winery lawn and dinner at Chateau Elan. Everything and everyone was amazing and especially with the new renovations, the property was stunning! Sherry from Chateau Elan was wonderful and really helped with everything and made it perfect. Would highly recommend this venue!

Best wedding decision made! Venue, hotel, winery, food & service was perfection! I am an out of town bride and fell in love with Chateau Elan during a visit a year before our wedding. I knew I HAD to get married there after seeing a wedding take place on the Matisse Lawn (where I got married). The venue is not only beautiful (the woods, vineyard, rose garden, etc.) but the staff is ABSOLUTELY amazing. Shakila Marshall, Associate Director of Catering, was in charge of our wedding and she was FANTASTIC! Not only is she efficient, detailed, and willing to go the extra mile to make her bride and groom have the wedding of their dreams, but she is kind and helped me throughout the wedding process. She walked me to the aisle! Something I will always cherish. The food was amazing! Steak and lobster all the way! Definitely add a late night snack! So yummy and your guests will love! Also, the entire staff is fantastic. They help so much with the room blocks (thanks Angelic Herndon and Kevin at the front desk) and also I held my Rehearsal Welcome Reception at Sarazen's Bar and Grille (thanks Shannon Holizna and Chef Ron!!). I loved our welcome reception so much! We had amazing food and had our favorite pictures and music going at the Grille. It was so memorable! Our guests from FL, CA, and LA cannot wait to go back to Chateau Elan! Look forward to seeing the whole staff again soon! Thanks always from the bottom of our hearts!

We fell in love with Chateau Elan when we came years ago to celebrate our 1 year dating anniversary. We had high hopes with the resort being our wedding venue and we are excited to say that Dawn and Jessica exceeded our expectations. Both ladies were very easy to work with, professional, accommodating and the CE team overall showed great teamwork. The wedding planning process, day of and day after were all awesome experiences. Our dream wedding came to fruition and it was because of the kindness, expertise and world class customer service by Dawn and Jessica.

Chateau Elan is a really beautiful venue, unfortunately we had a TERRIBLE wedding planning experience with them! We submitted an inquiry online in early November, and got an onsite appointment the first Saturday of December. The next day we sent them an email saying we would like to move forward and asked for the contract to pay a deposit. 3-business days later I still didn't get a reply to my email. I thought maybe Dawn (our POC) received many emails and missed it, so I called her. She said that she would send me an email to ask for my information for the contract. I sent her back my information right away. And again, I waited for days and did not receive the contract. I thought they were just slow because of the holidays. I should've known something was wrong when they didn't want our deposit right away, because it should not take long to prepare a general contract - one that they use over and over again! First week of January I emailed and called them back, and Dawn told me that they are still working on my contract and will email it to me ASAP. A few days later she called me to ask me to change my ceremony site or wedding time because they had a "system glitch" and double booked two weddings. She said both parties chose it at the same time and two people entered it into the system at the exact same time and the system did not catch it.....I've told this story to many people and no one believes it. I'm thinking either someone messed up, or someone else came right after us with a bigger/ more expensive wedding. Most people think they were stalling us. They did offer a discount for the mistake, but I wouldn't be happy with the changes I would have to make. What bothered me the most was that they stalled for an entire month! My fiance is finishing up school out of town and December was when we were both off from work and school and had time to look for venues. Good thing we found another venue recently that respects us and our time so far!

This is truly a wonderful wedding venue. From the moment we first visited to our wedding day the staff were fantastic and accommodating. The vineyards, winery, food & the overall ambience makes the Chateau Elan Winery & Resort such a special venue. Thank you to Jessica Eskew for helping to make our wedding a very special day. We had the BEST experience with Chateau Elan for our October 2017 wedding. The venue is so beautiful and we wanted a destination wedding so Chateau was perfect. We worked closely with Aubree, who was amazing! Our day went so smooth and my only regret is that it's over!

Words can not describe how grateful we were for Chateau Elan wedding coordinator team...(but i will try) Jessica Eskew and team were beyond AWESOME, HELPFUL, and PROFESSIONAL Jessica were there every step of the way and very very very sweet!! I would recommended her to everyone!! I had a panick attack because of some incomplete things for the wedding....and not only she calmed me, she also did everything beyond she supposed to for completing everything perfectly just in time. Overall, from the front to back, Chateau Elan staffs were beyond helpful and professional...top notch resort and service...sooo Delicious food!! NO REGRETS!! GUARANTEE!!

I absolutely loved this venue. It was beautiful and the staff were great and extremely helpful. The one thing about my wedding that I received the most compliments on was the venue. My guests loved the beauty and grandeur of every single inch of the campus. I would highly recommend this venue to any bride that wants a classy, beautiful experience.

We had the best weekend hosting our friends and family at the winery for our wedding ceremony and reception. The staff, catering, and accommodations were truly wonderful! Great place to celebrate such a special day! I can't wait to go back!

What I loved about Chateau Elan is that almost everything is already onsite. The food, tables, places for the ceremony and reception. All we worried about were the specific decorations we wanted and the cake. Amanda was wonderful to work with and it was such a fun weekend. We were married on a Friday and it was great because there are more options and you then have the whole weekend to just have fun. Thanks again Chateau Elan for a beautiful wedding weekend. I could not have asked for anything more.

Our daughter's wedding was at chateau Elan on April 28! If I say it was a perfect experience I mean it was fabulous. From the time our daughter and fiancé saw CE they knew immediately this was where they wanted to be married. We made this a destination since we had so many out of town folks attending. Amanda, our coordinator, was patient, sweet and totally organized. She was flexible and cooperative from the beginning. We requested a certain wine with dinner and she held the last of that type in her office for our wedding. Every detail was followed and the communication was supurb. Our guests are still talking about how fabulous the food was. The ambience of the cocktail hour outside and the delicious butler passed appetizers to the steak and lobster perfectly cooked dinner made our evening perfect. It was a fairytale weekend and I highly recommend everyone consider chateau Elan for their wedding.

I would highly recommend Chateau Elan for a wedding venue. Not only is the place beautiful, but the staff was very welcoming, courteous, and accommodating. Our wedding was on the Chateau Lawn and our reception was in the Cask Room. Our family and friends could go on forever about the how nice our wedding was. Dawn Tibbles and Amanda Dolan worked with us every step of the way and made sure every detail was tended to. We are so grateful to have had our big day at Chateau Elan and have beautiful memories of our wedding day to last us a lifetime!

I would 100% recommend Chateau Elan as a wedding venue. Dawn Tibbles showed me around, and Jessica Eskew was my coordinator. They both were a huge help to making my big day go as smoothly as possible! Whenever I needed to meet with Jessica, she would set up an appointment right away. Whenever I had any questions, she always answered them. I felt very confident with the two of them come my wedding day. Jessica stayed in contact with my other vendors as well so everyone was on the same page. I couldn't have asked a better place to have my wedding!!

From start to finish, Chateau Elan made planning our wedding SO easy and fun! Jessica and Dawn were so easy to work with and offered up suggestions and ideas to make our wedding a day we would never forget! The amenities included with the wedding package are top notch and we truly enjoyed our comped honeymoon suite after the wedding! From the food and alcohol to the most helpful staff, we couldn't have asked for a better night! Our friends and family had an absolute blast and even made a weekend out of it! The men of our group played golf in the morning, and the ladies took full advantage of getting ready at the resort. We couldn't have asked for a better place to begin our lives together. Chateau Elan is a beautiful venue. The staff was so accommodating to out out of town guests. We were assigned a private coordinator, Jessica. She was wonderful. The winery lawn is well taken care of. We had our reception in the pavilion. We even had our rehearsal dinner in the Cask Room. It really is a resort that you do not need to leave once you arrive.

From start to finish, all the staff at Chateau Elan were exceptional! Our catering manager Ashley Campbell (a.k.a., wedding coordinator, drama eliminator, and superstar) was so professional and oversaw every detail. Her flexibility and resourcefulness allowed us to make last minute changes seemlessly. She was also able to keep our high energy family focused for rehearsal and ceremony. No small task! A special thank you to Dawn for helping me keep my composure in full smiles before walking down the aisle and for properly folding my husbands handkerchief for his tux pocket lol! When we got engaged, we KNEW we would host our wedding at Chateau Elan. No matter how many venues we visited, NOTHING compared to the beauty that Chateau offers. From the second we booked our wedding with Dawn down to a week after the wedding, every single detail was impeccable and outstanding. Jessica Eskew was our coordinator and we couldn't be happier to have had her on our team. Jessica made sure that our wedding ran without a hitch. There was not ONE thing that went wrong the day of. It has been a few weeks since our wedding and the guests are STILL talking about how it was the nicest wedding they had ever attended. The food was the best meal we ever had (no seriously, we know food and it was the best meal we've ever eaten). My husband and i can not say enough great things about Chateau Elan and the team that runs the resort, hotel, and the weddings. Our wedding was out of a fairy tale book and it wouldn't have been possible without Chateau Elan.

Chateau Elan was the first place we inquired about for our wedding. After meeting with Dawn and seeing Chateau Elan we immediately knew we had to have our wedding there. We had our ceremony on the Chateau Lawn and our reception in the Cask Room. Of course, I was inspired by pinterest to plan my entire wedding and decided not to hire a wedding planner. I was so grateful Ashley was able to assist as much as she did on our wedding day. Ashley was awesome, always available whenever I had questions and very helpful with suggestions. Michael and I would like to thank the entire Chateau Elan Team, Ashley and Dawn for making our day perfect!! If you are a couple looking for a place to get married, this by far is the place to do it. The food is delicious; all our guests are still talking about the food.. "the best steak they have ever had!!" The winery is beautiful and did I say WINE!! Definitely recommend wine tasting a day or two before the wedding. The team is amazing to work with and overall the winery wedding atmosphere is worth every penny!!

I cannot thank Ashley, Dawn, and the rest of the staff at Chateau Elan enough for helping make my wedding a dream come true! I fell in love with the atrium in the Inn many years ago and knew I wanted to get married there! They were both very flexible and friendly while planning our big day. The food was delicious, served hot, and good portion sizes. They worked well with all of my vendors. It was really like my wish was their command. They made the planning process and the actual day more relaxing. Ashley helped customize my wedding exactly the way I wanted it to be. It was worth every penny!! Everyone was professional, responded quickly to questions, and fun!

We want to thank Dawn & Ashley for their impeccable service from the planning stages to the wedding day. Their support and professionalism was beyond our comprehension and made our daughter's wedding day the most special day of her life. The Monte Carlo room was turned into the most elegant room and every detail was taken care of with no stress to us. We highly recommend Chateau Elan for any event. We decided to get married here based on knowledge of their high quality service and prior experiences with the Resort. The team is an amazing asset to any bride and groom and help the progression of the special time in everyone's day. The entire team made sure our ceremony was seamless and the cocktail hour and reception were flawless. Everyone complimented of the venue, servers and bartenders and how well everything flowed. We couldn't have asked for a better point person, Jessica, either. She always responded in a timely manner and with such helpful answers and insight.

Where do I even begin with Chateau Elan! I'll start with Ashley - she was our point person for the day. Ashley was SO amazing. I had probably eight billion questions on a regular basis and she was always so quick to respond and help sort through all of my questions. She was SO accommodating and would go above and beyond to find ways to make some of my silly requests possible. And she was just ONE member of the staff of absolutely amazing people. Every time we stepped foot at Chateau (from first tour to wedding day) we were always greeted with kind, hospitable, and wonderful people! I was completely blown away by the service and this was all before the rehearsal even happened! I was worried thinking about so many weddings happening at once the night of our wedding. Somehow (and I still don't really get it) - Chateau made me feel like I was the only person they were tending to for the day. There was barely a moment where I had to ask for help because it seemed like they were one step ahead at every turn. The food they provided was UNREAL! I have never had a better meal at a wedding - and had SO many people compliment the food at a wedding! It is honestly a miracle they served over 150 people at the same time, and all of the food served was warm and delicious. The chef's there are amazing. I'm sure there is a million other things I could say about Chateau and the amazing service they provided. But I'll leave it at this - if you are even slightly considering Chateau - I would 100% recommend you go for it! I have zero regrets from my wedding day and I owe most of that to Chateau!

I highly recommend Chateau Elan if you are looking for a venue of elegance and class for your wedding. I was married in the vineyard with a reception following in the Monte Carlo Room; it was all I had dreamed of and more. Throughout the planning period, Jessica and Dawn provided impeccable service and attention to my wedding-day desires. The food, wine,service, and accommodations were remarkable, but most importantly, my guests were also very well taken care of and very pleased with their experience at the resort. My husband and I are very thankful to have Chateau Elan as the beginning location of our "happy ever after."

Chateau Elan was everything that I had hoped it would be! We had the best overall experience at this venue. We had the cask room for our rehearsal dinner, had the ceremony on the Chateau Elan lawn and then had our reception in the Winery Pavilion. We also rented two villas for the bridal party and several rooms for our guests to stay in and the resort. Ashley Campbell was our catering manager and she did a wonderful job! The wedding ran very smoothly and all of our questions were answered. The chefs at Chateau Elan did an amazing job. Our family dinner at the cask room at the rehearsal dinner was great and so was our duo platted entree of ribeye and lobster at our wedding. I would not change anything about our wedding!

We are so glad that we chose Chateau Elan as our wedding venue. From our first meeting with Dawn, we realized it was going to be the perfect venue – easy to get to, beautiful hotel rooms, elegant reception spaces and such a special setting. Everything during our wedding weekend went off seamlessly. It was really nice to have an all-in-one venue from a group wine tour, an amazing couples massage at the Spa, to our rehearsal dinner in the Cask Room, wedding ceremony in the Atrium, our reception in the Debussy and breakfast in the Versailles. Each venue was perfectly set up and the service that we received throughout the weekend was fantastic. The food throughout the weekend was delicious, which is not always expected for a large event. I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Dawn, Carolyn and the entire Chateau Elan team. They responded to every (and I mean EVERY) question we had quickly and thoroughly. Carolyn, our catering manager, was truly our partner every step of the way, and made planning our wedding a complete pleasure. And let’s not forget how beautiful the vineyards are! We were lucky the vines were still full of leaves in mid-November, providing a beautiful backdrop for our wedding photos. All of our guests had a great experience at Chateau Elan.

Chateau Elan was the absolute best choice for our wedding! Ashley responded quickly to emails and phone calls and were able to answer any questions we had about the ceremony, reception, or even our guest accommodations. Chateau Elan caters their weddings and the food is TO DIE FOR. Seriously, if you care about having good food at your wedding, this is the place to go. We chose to do a seated plated dinner. If you or any of your guests have dietary restrictions or allergies, Chateau Elan will make sure they are taken care of! Our wedding was amazing, everything went smoothly, and I would highly HIGHLY recommend Chateau Elan to anyone that wants everything to be perfect on their wedding day!

From the time that we visited the Chateau Élan in July 2015, we knew that this was the place for Robin and I to enjoy our special day. Dawn Tibbles and all of the staff members were so very helpful, kind and genuine with their passion to make our April 30, 2016 Wedding one to remember. When we had questions or requests, the responses were very quick with positive answers and suggestions. Our overall view is that the Chateau Elan personnel are focused to ensure that every detail was planned exactly how we wanted it. This venue was perfect for our wedding and our guests with the options available to simply enjoy oneself. Most of our guests needed to travel down from the Kentucky, Iowa and around the country. All have shared how much they loved having such a beautiful and convenient place to spend the weekend of our wedding (it is also very simple to get to from the airport, which they appreciated). They were very professional throughout the one year plus planning and were helpful and accessible whenever we needed a question answered. Our guests loved the resort and the friendliness of the staff. The dinner was delicious and the evening was magical. We were very pleased with Chateau Elan and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding.

Our November wedding weekend was absolutely amazing and every detail was executed flawlessly by Dawn, Ashley, and their teams. Our family and friends were extremely impressed with the resort, food, grounds, and level of service provided by the entire staff that weekend. It truly is a first class resort! We had our rehearsal dinner in the Cask Room, which was beautiful and intimate. It allowed our guests the opportunity to enjoy the incredible winery during their stay and then afterwards we headed to Paddy's! Our ceremony was held on the Matisse Lawn and then our gorgeous reception was in the Debussy ballroom. The entire weekend was magical...truly a dream wedding. We received so much positive feedback and compliments from our guests. We will be looking forward to many return trips to Chateau Elan!

Our November wedding at Chateua Elan was perfect in every way. The staff was extraordinary, especially Dawn and Carolyn. All of our guests raved about the beauty of the grounds as well as the hotel. The food was delicious, even including our rehearsal dinner (held in the culinary studio in the winery - highly recommend). The event staff went out of their way to make every detail beautiful, even in ways we had not specifically discussed. I did the planning process myself, so it was nice to have Carolyn there the day of the wedding to help make sure everything went according to plans and ran smoothly. Honestly it was a very stress free process, as well as the day of. I would get married there all over again!

The absolute best experience I've ever had! The staff is beyond amazing and professional and are extremely accommodating. Everyone from the doorman and valet to the housekeepers and front desk staff, everyone was fabulous! Already planned our return visit next year!

This is the place to have your wedding! Be sure to ask for Dawn/Ashley; they make an exceptional team! The service is exceptional! We had our perfect outdoor wedding at Chateau Élan a couple weeks ago! I did not hire a wedding coordinator so Ashley became my new best friend while working on planning the wedding the months before the wedding. She was great when I had a question and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly! On the day of the wedding Ashley she became my Day of Coordinator! All I had to do was enjoy my PERFECT wedding! The staff there was extremely nice! Every single person in attendance loved the wedding!

We had our summer outdoor wedding at Chateau Elan a couple weeks ago and the staff is amazing. I did not hire a wedding coordinator so I got to work closely with Ashley throughout the process of planning and she was great! Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. She was there to make my wedding day great and on the day of the wedding she was a dream come true. She took care of everything and I just had to enjoy my perfect wedding!

I can't say enough about how amazing Ashley and Dawn were at Chateau Elan. From the beginning stages of wedding planning to the day of the wedding everything was so easy! We were incredibly impressed! The only thing that I would complain about is that the day is now over. We loved everything from the hospitality of every single staff member at the resort to the AMAZING food served at our cocktail hour and reception! We had so many compliments! I ripped the bustle on my dress while practicing our first dance song during cocktail hour and Ashley and Dawn even sewed me into my dress! Thats service! Our wedding turned out perfectly!! My husband and I had been living in Germany due to his job with the USARMY and we chose Château Élan on a visit home. Our wedding planner and the wonderful team from Château Élan put together the wedding of our dreams! Everything turned out better than we could have ever expected! Everyone who attended the wedding said it was the best wedding they have even been to! We had a slight issue with weather but Château Élan knew how much an outdoor ceremony meant to us so they shifted everything around last minute so we could continue to do the ceremony outside! The food was amazing, the staff was beyond helpful, and the coordinators were perfect! This was the best day of both of our lives and we are so thankful we chose Château Élan! If we could do it all over again, we would not change a single thing!! We highly recommend this location for the wedding and the reception!!

Dawn and Carolyn worked hard to make sure our wedding was a complete success! Our ceremony took place in the Vineyard, followed by our reception in the Caskroom. Our special day at a special place: My wife and I from the beginning had our sights set on having our big day at the Chateau Elan Winery & Resort. Little did we know that the day was going to be so amazing. Our on site coordinator Ashley Campbell took care of every need we asked for from the very beginning. We would bring ideas to her and her response was always, "Yes we can make that work"! Planning a wedding from Dallas, TX, you never realize how nice it is to have a team like that on your side making sure everything is what you want. Ashley and her staff went above and beyond any expectation we had for our big day. If anyone is in the area looking for a wedding site, or planning a wedding from afar, this is a must to visit and keep on your radar. I had a small wedding at Chateau Elan in February. 33 people total, including myself and the groom. I chose their winter wedding package, so I was able to receive some discounts. We saved about 20% of our estimated budget due to the winter discount. At first I was worried that we would not get appropriate service from the venue since my budget was tight and we had only small number of guests. But, on the wedding day, everything turned out to be PERFECT. It was just more than anything I hoped for. We were provided with more than enough staffs for our reception and their service was just flawless. Ashley was my catering manager and she was so friendly and compassionate. We had bunch of email conversations before the wedding and she tried her best to accommodate my needs. The food was excellent and their wine was the best - I highly recommend their muscadine wine. It's my personal favorite. Ohh, and my guests loved the open bar. Everyone LOVED it. it was included in my wedding package and one of my bridesmaids ended up drinking 10 glasses of cosmo! :) Our bartender was also very friendly and he made us some specialty cocktails with his own recipe. Lovely! Even with all those luxurious service they provided us - two nights stay at King suite, open bar, gourmet dinner service, champagne and chocolate covered strawberry upon our arrival, and so much more - my wedding was surprisingly affordable. If you choose this venue for wedding, you will not regret. had the best day of my life here :)

I usually don't write reviews, but I HAD to share my awesome experience. I got married at Chateau Elan on January 17, 2015. My ceremony was held in the Atrium and my reception was in the Winery Pavilion. Chateau Elan provided me with an amazing wedding experience. Ashley Campbell is by far the BEST wedding consultant. She ensured that I was stress free not only on my special day, but throughout the wedding planning process. Her suggestions for vendors and the flow of the event were spot on. She was very prompt in responding back to my e-mails and phone calls. I was extremely pleased with her professionalism, knowledge base, and her promptness!! I can't say enough great things about her. From the moment, my fiancé and I initially visited the property until the day after our wedding, Chateau Elan's staff provided a wonderful experience. My guests are still talking about how everything was simply perfect and how the staff was so nice. I honestly can not think of one complaint. Many brides state that their wedding day is a whirlwind and everything seems like a blur. Well, not for me. I was able to focus on my husband, guests, and having a great time because Ashely and her team ensured that everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend Chateau Elan!

Chateau Elan is one of the most beautiful wedding venues there is and this was by far one of the best decisions my husband and I made, when it came to planning our perfect wedding. We are from Atlanta, so Chateau Elan was the perfect weekend wedding get away for our family and friends. Many guests were able to make a long weekend out of it and play golf, go to the spa or enjoy the winery and tours before our wedding. The staff, especially our planners Dawn and Carolyn, were absolutely amazing and so incredibly helpful in every aspect. I did not even really need to hire a wedding planner, as they were great! Super attentive and their communication was quick, clear and right on point. Everyone was super accommodating with any of our requests from dressing rooms to us creating a cookie table at the reception. Anything we wanted, everyone worked hard to give us. I had my bridal luncheon at Le Clos (amazing), our rehearsal dinner in the Winery Pavilion (even more amazing), our ceremony in the Atrium (breathtaking) and the reception in the Debussy Ballroom.The whole property is simply beautiful its self that we didn't have to add much to anything, just really a little drapery and flowers. Our guests are still raving about how wonderful the food was. Their Chef truly creates some wonderful dishes and happily worked with us to alter our menus in each location, to exactly what we wanted. There was not a single bad dish that could be created there. You always worry about food at some venues, but not here! I couldn't be more thankful for everyone at Chateau Elan to making our wedding weekend even more than we could have asked for! Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were very nice and comfortable especially the Three bedroom Villa we stayed in for 2 nights! I can't say enough great things about Dawn Tibbles (Director of Catering) and Kelsey Boggs for accommodating my wants and needs on our special day. Kelsey kept me calm and stress free! She made sure everything was done right and on time! They definitely know what they're doing! Also, the food at the reception was excellent and abundant. October 25, 2013 Everything was perfect! The set-up for the wedding and reception met all expectations. The staff was professional, warm and kept the event running smoothly and on time. The food was delicious, hot and plentiful. The wine and bar service was excellent. We used many of the vendors from Chateau Elan's preferred vendor list (DJ, decorator, florist, bakery, video grapher, string ensemble, & photo booth. All did and exceptional job and were very familiar with Chateau Elan. We used the new bridal room for hair and make-up for the wedding party. It was wonderful and gave everyone and the hair stylist plenty of room to work. We enjoyed a light lunch and mimosas while getting ready. I have 2 daughters and this is the second wedding I've planned. I feel Chateau Elan did and outstanding job and I would not hesitate in recommending it to other brides.

From the moment we began our wedding planning experience at Chateau Elan with Dawn Tibbles and Ashley Campbell, we felt as if we were the only family planning a wedding. We were cared for and guided every step of the way with expertise and professionalism. Every time we contacted them with questions, they immediately followed up with us and assisted us beautifully. The entire staff treated us as if we were the most important family at Chateau Elan. They were gracious, polite, and professional. The staff members were at our service regardless of our requests and needs, and did everything in a timely manner. The food quality at the reception was presented beautifully, simply delicious, and rose above our expectations. It was amazing that there were several weddings going on at the same time, but our service and food quality was impeccable. Finally, The hotel suites and the grounds were beautiful and most comfortable. Our family will always cherish the memories made at Chateau Elan and we highly recommend this venue for a simple relaxing weekend, a conference or a grand wedding! Thank you Chateau Élan!

At first, Chateau Elan was not my top choice for a wedding venue. My now-husband and I originally wanted a small, quaint wedding; one that would be more casual and less "stuffy." Well, much to my surprise, our wedding was NOT stuffy; in fact, it was the most fun and energetic day of my life! The coordinators that I worked with, Dawn Tibbles and Ashley Campbell were a blast throughout the whole process of planning and executing the wedding. They joked with us to ease our nerves, but were completely professional and on point with planning. Every step of the way they communicated with us and kept us on track. During the wedding, the other staff members working with us were polite, professional, and seamless. I am not lying when I say that NOTHING went wrong. We all expected a cell phone to ring during the ceremony or for something to be forgotten; however, it was perfect from beginning to end! I can not imagine having the most important day of my life at any other venue in the country!!!! When choosing a venue, CHOOSE CHATEAU ELAN!!!!

We got married here October 10, 2014 it was amazing!!! The staff was very nice and knowledgeable!!! Ashely and Dawn were the best!! They deserve a staff of the year award!!! We (My husband and I) originally had our own perspective of where we wanted to get married (Getting married in mountains or on beach). My family wanted me to get married at Chateau Elan because the location was easy for everybody to get to including the elderly people and out-of-state relatives.. On my wedding day, it was so beauitful!! Dawn Tibbles and Carolyn did a FABULOUS job getting everything set up and ready to go! I had a coordinator arrange the flowers from Buford. My husband and I have busy schedules with our jobs. Carolyn and Dawn made sure everything went so smoothly. Carolyn asked us every single question that anybody could ever think of because a wedding is the most detailed event ever. I really liked that because it shows how much they care about your big day and how carefully they are planning your wedding day for you. I also liked how Chateau Elan has different activities for adults (our wedding guests) to do before and after the wedding such as going to the spa or winery. There is hiking and golf as well. Cocktail Hour was awesome! The bartenders did a great job! The food was delicious!! The valet, bellman, catering, housekeeping, and the wedding coordinators know what they are doing. I was thankful that the housekeeping stocked up on make up eye remover, q-tips, and so on in the honeymoon suite. They know what a bride can go through when putting on make-up, and they were helpful with that. The DJ player, Hal Mealor, was awesome! Also, Eric Larkins is a guitar player, and he did awesome too!

Having our wedding at Chateau Elan was the best wedding decision we could have made. We had a small wedding but they still treated us like royalty. Every employee we encountered at the Chateau was top notch. Our coordinator, Kelsey handled everything and constantly checked in with us. She had everything covered from getting us water to helping me chase my two year old. In other words, she went above and beyond.Their planning was meticulous and everything went perfectly. Looking back there was not a single thing I would have changed. Another thing that I appreciated was the fact that all of the vendors we hired commented on well they were also treated. I think that says a good deal about a venue. I would highly recommend them and I look forward to spending our anniversaries with them.
