We cannot thank Kiyoko, enough! It is such a relief to have so much trust in a vendor without seeing the final product until the day of! She went above and beyond with our vision, recreation of inspiration, responsivness, and overall compassion for her work. I think it says a lot to this day that my husband says, "Those flowers babe were incredible" For a man to comment on those details truly is a compliment to your talent!

We used Cherry Blossom Floral Design for our flowers for our recent wedding. Florals were the vendor I had the hardest time nailing down. I had reached out to so many, but none were a fit until we found Cherry Blossom! Many of the other florists’ designs weren’t my style, or required a minimum we wouldn’t have been able to meet with our small wedding. Kiyoko was a dream to work with! Not only was she so kind, congratulatory and sweet, she was prompt in responding to emails and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. She was also super flexible when I needed to switch some things up a few weeks before the wedding (I miscounted my bridesmaids #s). Day of, the florals were even more beautiful that I could have imagined, and my bouquet lasted for days afterwards. We’re so glad we went with Cherry Blossom for our wedding florist. We would recommend Kiyoko and her team to any couple for their big day or other big event!

AMAZING!!!! Kiyoko was super attentive and very helpful! We didn't have an idea of what we wanted except for a few pictures. So we gave her creative freedom essentially and we are so glad we did! Everything came out amazing and totally affordable! Highly recommend!!

She was so informative and very open to our ideas while providing great suggestions. Kiyoko did an amazing job with the flowers at our wedding this past weekend. We had a chuppah and it was absolutely beautiful and well put together. She made our vision come to light with the flowers exactly how we wanted them. The flower setup on our sweetheart table was also very beautiful. Kiyoko was a joy to work with! She was very responsive, friendly, and organized - for those couples that have an idea of what they want but aren't trying to get bogged down in the details, this was perfect! We showed Kiyoko some Pinterest boards that we liked, and she did the rest! My husband made our arch from scratch and she also worked great with him to provide an amazing floral arch arrangement to fit our custom arch. She made the most beautiful bouquets in exactly the style that I wanted and a gorgeous flower crown for my 3-year old niece who was our flower girl. Kiyoko and her team were on time and ready to go on the day of - she really was a huge part in making our wedding so beautiful and special. Kiyoko was an absolute joy to work with! She was so friendly and had great attention to detail when meeting with us and drafting up our floral plan for our wedding in March 2023. We had a lot of small changes along the way and Kiyoko was very responsive and quick to update the floral plan accordingly. Our venue dealt with most of the logistics, but the flowers came out gorgeous, her work was seamless, and she did a fantastic job! Seriously, more beautiful than we even imagined. I can't recommend Kiyoko enough! I filled out a questionnaire with the colors for the wedding and the types of flowers I generally like, and she put together a proposal with beautiful arrangements. I felt like she had read my mind. She was very flexible and accommodating with the small adjustments that we wanted. When my husband I met with her before the wedding we were really impressed with her professionalism, creativity, and organization skills. Kiyoko's floral designs are stunning! I couldn't believe how gorgeous all the flower decor at our wedding turned out. Kiyoko met with us two times prior to the wedding date to discuss our color palette, our vision, and set-up. After that, we showed up to the venue, and it was like magic, the bouquets and boutonnieres were perfectly arranged and waiting for us in our dressing rooms. The same goes for the ceremony and then when it was time to transfer the flowers from the ceremony to the reception area. It was all done magically! Well, Cherry Blossom staff were there, we just never saw them! They were stealthy which made the magic of day that much more delightful. :)

We loved the flowers at our wedding, and everyone commented on how beautiful our tables were. We really appreciated her kokedamas on our bar tables. Our friends took them home, and ours still lives several months later, on our dining room table.

Kiyoko's floral designs were one of my favorite parts of my October 2022 wedding. I had originally thought florals weren't that important and was planning on doing all the décor myself. As my wedding quickly approached I realized I had overstretched myself and I reached out to Cherry Blossom Floral Designs with "I want simple, elegant, affordable, and calla lilies". Kiyoko took that sentence and turned it into the most stunning florals and décor I have ever seen, I can't believe how beautiful it turned out.

Kiyoko was so great and easy to work with. You tell her details about your wedding, and she sends you a really great, organized and easy to use proposal that really helps you visualize everything. The first proposal Kiyoko sent me was not really on point for my wedding and was a little more trendy/rustic than what my taste is; however, Kiyoko gladly re-did the proposal and got it perfect. Kiyoko also made changes here and there as our wedding got closer and sent updated proposals along the way. She also handled delivering the flowers to us for getting ready while also delivering the flowers to the Church, and after that, the reception venue. She arrived on time, did a beautiful job, and it was so nice not having to worry about the flowers and trusting Kiyoko had everything handled. I highly recommend Kiyoko to anyone getting married!

Kiyoko did an absolutely stunning job with the florals for our wedding. We didn’t really specific ideas on what we wanted for our florals, so we told Kiyoko that we were looking for something “elegant and romantic”, what our color scheme, and showed her a few inspiration pictures, and she was able to put together perfect arrangements that fit our venue. The floral plan she presented us with had example pictures of what each item would look like, as well as a detailed list of the flowers that she would be using. She also provided some “upgrade” options that we could use (ex: bigger centerpieces, fancier vases) if we liked. She was so easy to work with and very responsive throughout the whole planning process and during the wedding. Additionally, her prices are very reasonable and she worked with us to find places where we could reuse pieces and save money as well. So many guests complimented the florals, and our coordinator said that she recommends Kiyoko now as well to her clients. We highly recommend Kiyoko and her team!!

Kiyoko did such an amazing job with all of our floral arrangements! They were BEYOND beautiful. I wanted all white flowers and she added some greenery which tied everything together perfectly since my bridesmaids dresses were sage green! We had a destination wedding and unfortunately weren’t able to take all of the gorgeous flowers home. Kiyoko was able to give them to a local retirement home which was so amazing. Kiyoko was such a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend Cherry Blossom Floral enough!!

We had no idea where to start when we were looking for a wedding florist. We were surprised when we learned how much wedding florals cost and knew we wanted to keep it to a “smaller” budget but also really set a beautiful scene. Our wedding was outdoors with lots of greenery, so we wanted simple, elegant, beautiful florals that would add to and further accentuate the surroundings. Kiyoko was absolutely the best and we couldn’t recommend her more. We had no idea of what types of flowers we would want and she was able to take our pretty basic descriptions of what we wanted and make great, on budget recommendations. She also provided floating candle hurricane vases to add to our tablescape; she returned at the end of the reception to pick up the vases herself. She also took some of our flowers to be donated to nursing homes in the area which we appreciated. She was totally respectful of our budget and made suggestions on where we could save. She was so sweet and communicative- we had had trouble in the past with other vendors not getting back to us, and as we were planning from across the country, communication was key. Kiyoko is wonderful and so easy to work with. She is sweet, calm, flexible, and not pushy at all. I loved how our flowers turned out and she helped to make our reception venue look extra elegant and beautiful. Our color was dark purple and she struck the perfect balance between incorporating our color but also making sure our bouquets and arrangements had plenty of lighter colors so the end result was gorgeous rather than gloomy, which is exactly what we asked for! My mother in law also asked for her help for rehearsal dinner flowers, which were then repurposed to add to our wedding reception flowers as an awesome bonus.

My now husband and I were 20 minutes late with our first meeting but Kiyoko was kind and patient with us. I cannot thank Kiyoko enough for everything that she has done for us. This is not a review, but my expression of gratitude, and strong recommendation of her to anyone who is serious about wedding flowers. Finding a vendor exactly matching our personalities and styles was the most challenging thing I’ve experienced throughout our wedding preparation, and I learned that, even on the wedding day itself, I have to, in a positive way, let go and live with imperfection to some extent -- except for the flowers arranged by Kiyoko. Everything -literally everything- went so perfectly with Kiyoko from the start to the end, and I am so happy with the whole experience that we’ve had with her. First and foremost, Kiyoko is extremely kind and attentive. She listened to my abstract concept (like using the words “enchanted” “magical” “fantasy”, etc.) patiently, picked up some subtle nuances from our conversation, planned carefully, and turned them into beautiful flowers in the exact way that I imagined. Throughout the consultations, she made a very detailed proposal, which she updated many times to customize to our needs while working within our budget. Both my husband and I are detail oriented, so we appreciated her meticulously prepared proposal greatly. The warm and welcoming feeling coming from her always made me feel relaxed throughout the consultations and on the day of the wedding (our families also liked her very much!) Every part of her flowers (bouquet, church altar, pew flowers, flowers at the reception venue and wedding cake, etc.) looked so amazing and we got countless compliments from our guests, and one of the best parts were flowers arranged on the fountain in the outside garden area of La Jolla Woman’s Club. The fountain decorated with flowers was one of my “must haves” and Kiyoko and her team did some awesome work that left me beyond speechless. I never forget the moment when I first entered the Woman’s Club -- I was immediately enveloped with happiness by looking at the flowers at the fountain. They were shining beautifully with sparkling water reflecting the summer sunlight. They were absolutely gorgeous, but also carried a soft, kind, and encompassing atmosphere. I felt as if I were in a fantasy story, which was exactly the feeling that I wanted to have at my wedding. They indeed have a sort of magical power, believe or not, I even felt my stress level going down! We enjoyed the entire afternoon and evening in the beautiful flower garden filled with love and happiness, and I am forever thankful to Kiyoko and her team who gave us these precious moments!

Kiyoko was amazing to work with for our San Diego wedding! We planned our wedding from out of town, and for our first meeting, Kiyoko had no problem meeting with us later in the evening. We provided her with some examples of flowers we liked, and she threw in her personal touches to make all of the flowers look beautiful on our wedding day! We received a ton of compliments on the girls’ bouquets during and after the wedding! Kiyoko even had a spare boutonnière ready for our little ring bearer when he lost it during the pre-ceremony photos! Kiyoko was super responsive during the entire wedding planning process. Kiyoko DELIVERS!!! We, along with our guests, were absolutely blown away by the beautiful flowers that Kiyoko provided and arranged for our special day. I had difficulty at first explaining exactly what I wanted, but Kiyoko was so patient and made sure everything was EXACTLY to my liking. We wanted simple, classic, elegant (blue hydrangea, white with hints of rose gold) - we wanted to bring the east coast (via blue hydrangea) to the west coast - and she delivered - and then some! She went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for - including the beautiful white urns and the large planter boxes for the ceremony. I vividly recall walking to the head table and just being sooo happy to be surrounded by my favorite flower - fluffy blue hydrangeas!! It was so beautiful!!! Kiyoko is so talented at what she does and made our reception look like a DREAM with her amazing floral creations. Flowers are such a big element of a wedding and I was blown away by our gorgeous centerpieces and the wedding bouquets she created. She understood my vision and made it come to life, was always available to answer all of my questions leading up to the day. She was so kind and helpful throughout the process. She created stunning florals for our wedding and we received so many compliments on the beautiful creations that came to life. It was really such a big factor that made our reception unforgettable! Absolutely stunning flowers - I cannot say enough great things for working with Kiyoko. I was completely blown away by how the flowers turned out and was literally speechless when I saw our archway and the bouquets for the girls. The centerpieces were all absolutely breathtaking as well - we did slightly different sets of centerpieces and "re-used" flowers from the ceremony for the reception which saved us a BUNCH of money - it also made each table look a little unique and I cannot express how amazing it all turned out. It's been three weeks and people are still commenting on the flowers. My biggest recommendation - DO NOT MICROMANAGE!!! She knows flowers better than you do. Trust me. Just giver her some high level suggestions and let her do her thing. If you try to micromanage and come up with absolutely all of the designs yourself you will be under-utilizing her talent and knack for florals. Just trust in the process - if I would have tried to design my arrangements myself there is No. Way. I would have gotten a result as spectacular as what I did - find great vendors and let them be the experts!!!

Kiyoko was amazing! I showed her some pictures from Pinterest and let her choose the flowers. It turned out AMAZING. She also provided all the candles for our ceremony and it was absolutely beautiful. She was very flexible and was able to add on arrangements and change things as I needed. Loved her!!

Kiyoko was incredible! I planned a destination wedding to San Diego and had to do everything over phone/email, and from our very first telephone call, she was so sweet and responsive. I wanted large tall floral arrangements, and her prices were the most reasonable. I also changed my floral plan three times, and each time Kiyoko was patient and understanding. Our flowers came out exactly how I imagined them! Everyone was in awe of how the ceremony and reception looked. Thank you, Kiyoko!!

We worked directly with Kiyoko and she did an amazing job. We weren't quite sure what we wanted, but we were able to discuss ideas with her and come up with a plan that worked for everybody. We were able to match our wedding colors for the girls' bouquets and our mothers and grandmothers' corsages. Kiyoko was able to create a few fantastic designs that perfectly complemented our outdoor setting and we were even able to use some flowers as aisle markers at the reception and then re-purpose them as displays for the reception. Kiyoko has awesome flowers and talents and more importantly was able to understand our desires and create a comprehensive, gorgeous design scheme that helped make our wedding day beautiful.

Kiyoko was so wonderful to work with! Not only is she a fabulous florist and designer, she is the sweetest person, too. We weren't local to the area so we only met in person once, but she was so easy to work with over email. She responded immediately and had no trouble keeping up with all of our adjustments at the end. Kiyoko is truly amazing! I used Cherry Blossom Floral Designs for my wedding this spring, and all the floral arrangements were something that I won't forget. She executed my vision (that I changed on her a number of times!) perfectly, and my guests were commenting for days after about how beautiful the flowers were.
