I specialize in menu planning, and entertainment, while managing budgets and ensuring smooth, safe event execution. I love being part of significant milestones in people’s lives. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, playing games, and cooking. My calm and grounded approach ensures every event is a memorable success.

My wife & I like to go to Chops for their stuffed lobster. We had a Chops chopped salad, a Wedge salad, a 3lb stuffed lobster, creamless corn, and creamed spinach.

We had dinner at Chops last weekend. Chops is one of our favorite restaurants in the area however, the previous experience felt rushed and the food was not up to their usual standard. We were optimistic about returning and Chops came out swingi...
ng! The quality and state of the food was incredible! The octopus was the most tender that we've ever enjoyed. Both of our steaks were cooked to perfection. (Something that is rare in this area.) And lastly, our server Gary was such a delight. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Gary was always smiling and very personable without feeling like he was trying too hard. Hands down the best service experience we're ever had at Chops in the 9 years we have been dining there. We'll be sure to ask for Gary on our visits moving forward.

Excellent restaurant. The service is great, the food is absolutely delicious, and the drinks are awesome.
Love coming in here for special occasions, pricey but worth it!

The seafood, especially the lobster dishes are great. We also ordered steak and grouper for entree and it was good. The service was excellent. I wish the noise level was not so high. The tiled ceiling didn't help either
