Doug did a GREAT job at our party last Saturday night! Everyone was impressed and we were thrilled we had chosen him!

Doug was a great DJ and kept our party going all night long. We enjoyed working with Allen throughout the planning process, and all of our special requests for music were honored that night.

I had a horrible time with this DJ Service. From the contract on it was a mistake. First, I misunderstood which service I was agreeing to because of the poor way in which it was presented to me. I thought I was paying for certain interactive services for my guests (I wanted everyone to have an amazing time so I was willing to spend the extra money); however, it turns out that I chose the package one below what I thought I was getting and ended up simply poaying for the privilege of interviewing and choosing my DJ. I did not realize this and ended up with the first DJ who contacted me, as he led me to believe he was the DJ assigned to me. Once I realized the mistake I contacted the DJ Service only to be told I am sorry you mistunderstood and that it was my problem that I did not interview other DJ's. After this I began creating an itinerary for the evening , which the DJ kept trying to change even after specific instructions that I wanted certain things in a certain order. I should have known that he would not be a great DJ. At the event the DJ called on guests to go to dinner immediately after teh bridal party and completely ignored the family of the bride and groom! I thought that was just an automaticly accepted thing that the parents of teh bride and groom adn the rest of their family went before the other guests! I was mortified that the people who paid for teh wedding ended up being relogated to some of the last people to eat! I could not believe the DJ had done that! Then he treated teh cake cutting as if it were a minor event. Half of the guests did not een know we were cutting the cake. He raced though the iteinerary, then asked my husband what my husband wanted him to do as he was almost through with everything (hlaf way through the evening). To tope it all off, the DJ came up to me at the end of the evening to inform me that he had gone 30 mins over time and wanted me to email his boss to tell him what a great job he had done. He also told this to my father. Then he emailed me that night to remind me adn asked me to blind copy him so that he coudl see what I said. He then texted me the next day to remind me yet again! I still had guests in town and did not have time to deal with him and he continued to harrass me like he was the most importatnt thing I had to do! Bottom line, I do not receommend Classic Entertainment.

The company was very easy to work with. They were able to do music for both the ceremony and reception and provided a good mix of music during the reception.;The DJ did not play the specific type of music I requested during the dinner service. I had given him the names of specific artists but during the reception he said he could not find those artists so substituted other music. The other music was ok but I wish he had contacted me in advance so that we could have arranged for the music I really wanted.
