Cat made our wedding day flawless. She was concise, direct and clear with instructions to make the day seamless! She was easy to follow and communicated with all of my other vendors beautifully! She was flexible when I requested to change our timeline on the spot to rearrange order of events and did not hesitate to take action or initiative when seeing fit! She kept me calm and reassured not only myself but my husband throughout the entire day! Not to mention her prices are unmatched and unbeatable!

We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Cat! She’s professional, a great communicator, transparent about her services / pricing, hardworking, not judgmental (our families are nuts so we really appreciated how easy going she was about all of their antics!), extremely down to earth and simply enjoyable to be around. Without even being asked, she was respectful of our budget and explained how one of her packages with a lower cost would actually be more appropriate for our needs, even thought we were prepared to pay more. That showed so much genuine integrity and is just another example (of many I could give) why you should absolutely work with her! Cat over delivered on everything she committed to do for us and executed a perfect night for us! We’re SO thankful we got to work with her!

We hired Cat as our day-of coordinator and she is 100% the reason why our wedding day went as perfectly as it did. The information & checklist we went over at our 1 month meeting helped me know exactly what specific details I needed to decide on as the day got closer. She was always available to answer any question I had, and was great about taking over vendor communication. Cat kept everything exactly on schedule throughout the night -- there were absolutely no pauses or awkward moments in the flow of events. My husband and I felt 10000x more relaxed on our wedding day because we knew Cat had everything under control. If it hadn't been for Cat, our day truly would not have been so smooth, so relaxed, and so perfect. Both of our families commented on how impressed they were with her kindness and her efficiency. We were on the fence about needing a coordinator throughout our planning process, but we are both SO GLAD we found Cat. If you want a calm & organized wedding day, you absolutely need to hire her!!

Cat was amazing! From start to finish, the phone calls meet and greets everything went so well because of her. Cat communicated with all the vendors regarding timelines and detail, there were so many details that we did not think of that she coordinated for us. Cat was AMAZING to work with! From the initial phone call, Cat was professional, friendly, detail-oriented and SO INCREDIBLY organized. I was the first in my family to have a big wedding and Cat put me at ease about all aspects of our big day. Cat was amazing! I hired her as a day-of planner, so I did all the legwork selecting the vendors. Once the vendors and related packages were selected, Cat communicated with them regarding timelines and details. There are so many details that I didn't think of that she coordinated. Cat was a very down the earth planner . She was very detailed and thorough from the beginning . She treated this day and my party as if it was her own . She gathered things and details that I wouldn’t have imagined . I don’t know what I would have done without her !!!! So glad that I booked her ! Also please ensure you book the full package , don’t be like me adding things last minute . But even with that she was also very understanding

Cat was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was by far the best vendor I have ever worked with, and my brother, who has DJ'ed dozens of events, wholeheartedly agreed. She was very reasonably priced, timely, organized, easy to communicate with, and happy to accommodate our requests and changes. She was a life saver!

We had an incredible experience working with Cat! She is truly amazing! Prior to the wedding, she answered all of my messages, calls and questions. There were things she brought up that I had not even thought of. Our wedding day was so smooth and easy going thanks to her. Cat Fernandez just coordinated our daughter's wedding 2 days ago and I cannot say enough good things about her service. She was very professional, very organized, as well as warm and empathetic. She handled the minor issues that happened on the wedding day with confidence and resourcefulness and was the absolute master of details. I am very glad we were able to work with her for this wedding as she was able to divert any "stressors" on the wedding day away from the bride to allow her to really enjoy herself worry free!

Catherine was an angel sent from above on my wedding day. She set up and decorated my venue as well as cleaned up everything once the night was over with. She did it all with such grace even during the terrible thunderstorms that evening. Catherine also made sure all my other vendors had what they needed so my wedding could run smoothly. She has an amazing personality and is SO sweet. I knew the second I met her that she was going to be everything I needed and more. During our meeting before the wedding she asked all the right questions and was able to organized my day from start to finish to ensure that my wedding was perfect.
