Classy Events was recommend to us by our wedding coordinator, and we are so glad! Melissa was super easy to work with: no muss, no fuss, no pushing. Very patient with me and my bride-brain! She also flexed at 11th hour to add an arch/arbor to our contract when we discovered 3 days before wedding that our florist was actually NOT providing one! (As an aside, I do wish there had been a better solution for anchoring the arbor down than two bulky black sandbags, BUT!!! again, Melissa and the Classy team saved us at the last minute, because if not for them we wouldn't have had an arch at all! But for any other prospective clients, I'd just recommend planning to add something around the arch posts to conceal the sandbags.) Perfect pipe/drape setup at our venue, napkins were styled beautifully per our request and photo inspiration provided, all of the linens were exactly as promised, and we felt that the cost was absolutely reasonable and fit into our budget perfectly. I would highly recommend Classy Events for your rental needs for the variety and quality of their offerings, but even more so for the sake of having truly kind and caring folks taking care of you for your big day!
Classy Events did a wonderful job with decorating our wedding. We were more than impressed with the way our venue looked for the cocktail hour and the reception. They also provided our dance floor and draping. Our guests were more than impressed and they exceeded our expectations. Set-up and clean up was a breeze. Our wedding turned so beautiful!

Working with Karen and her team was super easy! They set up 200 chairs for a beach wedding - not an easy task - and it looked superb! They were always quick to answer the phone and offer suggestions when I wasn't sure about many of the details that come up while planning. I will certainly use them again for future needs.
Classy covers is a very professional and thorough service. Also the pricing is more than reasonable compared to what is out there. I used them for charger plates, overlays, napkins/rings/chair covers and sashes. My room looked amazing for the reception and they were super responsive and easy to work with! I highly recommend their services.
Due to my original vendor cancelling on me at the last minute (3 days before my daughter's wedding), I was in a panic when I was given Classy Covers/Classy Event Rentals' name. Not only did they come through for me, I got better quality linens. They were so easy to work with and so very helpful making sure they had what I needed while I was on the phone. Pick up and drop off were easy and quick. I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat.
I highly recommend renting with Classy Covers. They are professional and easy to work with. Their service is outstanding. They provided chargers, napkins, overlays, linens and chiffon chair weaves for our wedding of almost 300 people. They were flexible when I had made some last minute changes. Prices are good compared to other venders. Very pleased with their services.
Karen and her team our awesome! My tables looked beautiful, and they were on time with delivery and pickup. They helped me so much when I was undecided on how I wanted my tables to look and let me come back multiple times to make changes as I needed. I highly recommend them.
Karen and her company are amazing. Karen was able to accommodate seeing me without an appointment and helped my vision for my wedding come to life. She was prompt to respond to emails and helped in anyway she could. I could not have been happier with the way my reception looked and it's all thanks to Karen and Classy Covers!

My father and I were celebrating our 80th and 50th birthdays together. Classy Covers provided the table linens, runners, center pieces, chair covers and sashes. They ordered the sashes in gold as requested and they were perfect. Our guest list went from 125 to 175 and they were able to accomodate us with no problem. Every phone call was returned promptly. Karen and her crew very helpful in selecting items for the event. They were caring and very professional. I would highly recommend them again for any event I am considering. Our guest are still calling us to say how "beautiful" and "elegent" the event was. Thanks again.

Liz & Karen at Classy were fabulous to work with and so accommodating. They helped make our southern-style wedding at Woman's Club of Portsmouth the best day of our lives. They were easy to communicate with and were able to offer suggestions. Liz was a resource by which I could bounce ideas off of.
We chose to do a neutral, taupe polyester linens for our tablecloths. We did a shade or two lighter for the napkins. They set up everything for us at the reception site and it was so elegant! We did an assortment of round and long tables. They were organized, timely, and professional. We would definitely use again!
Classy Covers was very easy to work with and provided the perfect service to decorate our reception hall. For a little extra, the delivered our seat covers, set them up, and did break down in a minimal amount of time. The price was also very reasonable, and they offer a great assortment of other services. Would recommend them to anyone!
Our wedding was held on April 26th 2014, and Classy Covers provided overlays, chair covers, sashes, tablecloths and plate chargers for our reception (12pm-5pm at the DoubleTree Oceanfront Hotel). We live in Northern VA, and our wedding was in VA Beach, so we communicated 99% on email. I had only gone into Classy Covers once to look at the items, while I was still shopping around. Classy Covers offered me the best deal of everyone that I met during that time, and Karen was always very quick to respond on email. She tirelessly fielded all of my questions, and requests for invoice changes, and she worked quite easily with me through last minute changes. We were unable to see the reception hall during setup, but when the bridal part arrived for the reception we were immediately impressed with the setup done by Karen and her team. Everything was perfect. The sweetheart table was absolutely stunning, and her team even took the initiative to do a different sash and style for the sweetheart chairs, despite my saying that leaving it the same was fine. I really loved that initiative in particular. We had very tight setup and breakdown schedules at the hotel, but this never phased the Classy Covers team. After the reception they were there immediately taking down everything and were done in no time. I could not have asked for better.
I definitely recommend Karen and her team at Classy Covers to anyone, they are very efficient especially if you are working with a tight schedule. A 5 star rating goes without saying. To Karen and her team I say a very heartfelt Thank You!
There are some pricey services for lighting out there, every place I contacted quoted me well over a grand to 3 grand for lighting design/rental/setup. I highly recommend the DIY option or paying the small fee for setup/breakdown of lights through Classy Event Rentals (we did the latter). If you can visualize the color and learn where there are available electrical outlets at your venue, and if paying less than the prices I mentioned above sounds good, why not pay less and rent from these folks?
As a side note, we also did our tablescape rentals from Classy Covers, and they made sure we had everything we needed and then some! It was fun to play around with different ideas in their showroom and then see it all come together beautifully at our Christmas-themed wedding.
I enjoyed working with this company to develop the perfect look for my wedding. I'm not the most creative person so it was good that the staff had their own creative minds and several pictures from previous events to help me choose the look I was going for. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my wedding but will not only use Classy Covers for future events, but I will gladly recommend them to anyone who is planning a major event.
Classy Event Rentals is a great company to work with! The ladies that work there are very knowledgeable and helped us not only with our rental items but with all aspects of our wedding and reception! They were extremely patient and allowed is to change and tweak our mock set-up as many times as we wanted. We returned to do mock-setups closer to our wedding to be sure we still loved everything we picked out! They are a great company not only for chair covers but for linens, centerpieces and lighting but all sorts of things! Great prices with excellent quality!
At first I was a little skeptical of renting just chair covers and sashes from a vendor, but I think this was one of the best choices I made amongst my vendors. The team was really easy to work with, and the set-up and break-down service was really nice. The chair covers and sashes changed the look of the whole reception. I would highly recommend this vendor for quality, service and value.

Good Service
Classy Covers did a great job dressing the chairs at my wedding. I looked around at several different event rental companies and not only was Classy Covers the least expensive, but they actually carried sashes in my color (teal) when most other places I checked out did not. The chairs looked beautiful. Highly recommended!
Karen is so helpful and knowledgable. She made my reception look absolutely stunning....I got so many compliments. Her table toppers and chair covers were the exact colors that I wanted. She had so much variety to choose from. She has LOTS of other things to rent too.
