Cleveland Marriott East

Wow! This location knocked out of the park. Everything really came together. I worked with Erin at first, but switched to Stephanie as Erin moved on. Stephanie was beyond wonderful! Trust me I probably drove her up a wall. She was sweet and always available to contact. They went out of their way to accommodate us and we really felt like we were valued and not just another number. The service from the bartenders, to the servers, to the managers. Everyone was so wonderful. A couple minor things that stopped it from being a 5 stars. My welcome bags went missing, my room wasn't ready until after 5pm (supposed to be ready by 3pm). And when my ceremony was starting for whatever reason Rock music was playing and crashing of dishes. Luckily they stopped both, but guests definitely noticed. But overall: Our wedding was fantastic, and the people working there are even more fantastic.

Cleveland Marriott East was the perfect venue for my 270 person wedding! The employees were accommodating, welcoming and overall experienced! I could not have asked for a better experience! Ask for Erin!

We were looking for venues for 250-300 guests in the Solon/Beachwood area and immediately when we went to the Marriott Cleveland East we loved the venue and felt confident that our wedding day would be in good hands with Erin. We were correct. Throughout the process Erin was always extremely helpful and responsive when I would call or email her. She helped make all of the arrangements for our reception and room block and really worked with us on what we wanted to make our day special. The package that she offered for the food/drinks and room price we felt was a really good value for what we received. During the days of our wedding festivities, all of the people on staff at the Marriott were extremely polite, professional, and helpful. They were attentive and treated us and our guests very well, adding to the atmosphere of the day. The reception hall looked beautiful and we really liked how the seating chart was designed by Erin, so that the head table was just a normal long table with people on each side rather than a big long line of us looking out at the rest of the guests. The food was really delicious, we had a difficult time narrowing down food choices at our tasting because they were so good. On the day of the wedding the food was just as good as we remembered. We got many compliments on the way the room looked, the food, and how great the staff was. We also had set up some late night snacks for our guests since it was on New Year's Eve, which were a big hit as well. Ann Marie was our point person for later in the evening, and she also worked hard to make sure we had whatever we needed. Overall we were very happy with our choice in reception venues and would absolutely choose the Marriott Cleveland East again if we did it all over again.

We had our wedding there 10/18/2014 and couldn't be happier with the service we were given by the staff. Erin Browne is the sales manager there that helped us coordinate our vendors, decor, meals, etc and she was extremely flexible and patient! We gave her all of the items/instructions on how we wanted the night and she and her team were able to pull it off without calling me or worrying me about anything. During the event, the staff waited on not just my husband and i, but all of our guests on hand and foot. They even gave complimentary rooms to my groom and i, and both sets of parents! Shout out to Ann Marie, Chelsea, and the rest of the staff as well. If you want your reception to be beautiful and go on flawlessly, have your wedding here! AND it's affordable (for as "affordable" as a wedding goes!)

We had a lot of people in from out of town for our wedding, and this hotel was great! People really didn't have any complaints! Due to the amount of people used, we got a few deals here and there that came in handy. They also provide transportation for anyone staying in the hotel under the block the day of the wedding. Any complaints that were had, were dealt with immediately! Caileen, the event coordinator- was amazing!

Beautiful venue and great staff.

With the help of the DJ's lighting (highly recommend getting lighting added!!!!), the reception turned out to be elegant and seamless. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more.

This place was soooo nice. They really worked with us on everything. The food was great! Erin was our wedding coordinator here and I could not think of anything bad to say about her. She was fantastic through it all. The Marriott really made sure that our day was one to remember and went above and beyond on several things. THE BEST YOU COULD ASK FOR!!!

The Reception was amazing. Erin was a delight to work with and executed all of our requests flawlessly.
