Clifton Park Rental Center

I rented bistro/ Edison bulb lights, a catering tent setup, and several silk swags from Clifton Park Rental for my wedding. They had exactly what I was looking for and had previously worked at my venue. Everything looked amazing on my wedding day in the barn set up. Originally I had planned on creating an outdoor patio area as well, but my venue changed its mind about 3 weeks prior to my wedding (after I had already paid all my vendors) and Clifton Park Rental was so understanding and was able to provide me a refund for the patio setup even though it wasn't their fault!

Nancy Bardin at Clifton Park was the first person I reached out to when planning my daughters wedding in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. We live 4 hours away so much of the planning needed to be done by phone or email. Nancy immediately sent me photos and measurements and helped design a lighting package that was stunningly gorgeous! Who knew there was a distinct difference between white lights (cool) and amber lights (warm)? She assisted us with the rental of Farm Tables and Nappa backed chairs to complete our rustic, woodland theme. Best of all, she recommended a Day Of coordinator (KatieO Events) and helped create a fabulous team that became family to us! Couldn't have done it without them and their inspiration...Thank you Nancy! So many of our guests were WOWED by the ambience of your tent in the courtyard of the National Museum of Dance! Over the Moon with happiness :)

Renting extra chairs did not land high on my priority list for the wedding. When in panic mode, I called almost every place that was recommended to me with no luck. Then I was so fortunate to speak with Nancy. She didn't shut me down right away, but instead asked what I needed and that she would see what she could do. I gave this place 5 stars solely on the fact that Nancy from the very beginning was nothing but kind and professional. She helped my wedding day go on without a hitch! Thanks Nancy!!

CPRC was recommended to us by our florist/decorator. They initially quoted us a very high price. We shopped it around and found lower prices at 3 other vendors. We went back to CPRC with these prices and they lowered their rate. It was still expensive, but their service is excellent. They are very responsive to questions/concerns. They set up everything on time and took everything down on time. Overall, it was very pleasant to work with them.
