Columbus Cultural Arts Center

The Columbus Cultural Arts Center is an absolutely beautiful space to have our wedding reception! The gallery has rotating art, and it was beautiful to have surrounding our guests. We also had the courtyard for our guests to enjoy the beautiful fall weather on our wedding day. Jackie responded promptly to all our questions, and we liked having a list of approved catering vendors to work with as well. Otherwise, the rest is if for you to determine, which is more of a DIY. We hope we can go to classes sometime at the Cultural Arts Center!

The space is absolutely beautiful! We had to move the ceremony inside due to rain, but the gallery was still a gorgeous space for the entire event. I thought some of the regulations for the space were unnecessary and very inconvenient. The contact was a little difficult, but by the end everything fell into place and turned out great!

This was an absolutely gorgeous setting for our wedding! We used both the gallery (reception) and the courtyard (ceremony). Jackie was an amazingly responsive coordinator - she didn't seem to mind my millions of questions! We were lucky to have a beautiful day, and the setting of the CAC made the pictures stunning. This is a pretty DIY venue - you have to get your own tables and chairs (we ordered ours through our caterer) and you can't get in there to set-up until later in the afternoon for a Saturday wedding which made us crunched for time. But we were able to bring our own alcohol in (have to hire a bartender) which is something we really wanted to do to keep costs down. You can rent the surface parking lot that's catty-corner to the building - I would recommend this so your guests don't have to pay to park. The only hiccup in my day . . . the art in the gallery is what it is - I didn't love what was hanging up for our wedding and it's in a lot of our pictures, but overall, I LOVED this venue. It was a great place to have a wedding, and I would highly recommend it!

My Husband and I just got married at the CAC this past weekend. The venue is stunning! Jackie, the rental coordinator, was always quick with responses and was instrumental in helping us have the day of our dreams. We were hoping to have the wedding outside, but mother nature decided that plan b was the best, and no one even knew that it was supposed to be outside, because the inside was so beautiful. Everyone commented on how awesome the place was. The artwork that was on the wall was amazing! They support the local artist, and the community! I can't say enough about the amazing venue!
