Lucia helped make my day so special and seamless! She brought my vision to life and it was everything I ever hoped for!
Lucia is an absolute sweetheart and cares so much about making it your perfect day. She was very organized and kept things running smoothly throughout the whole day and everything leading up to it. I sent her so many texts in the middle of the night with random ideas and notes and she kept track of every one. I highly recommend her and her company and would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Lucia is from Castle Rock, but she helped us out in Steamboat Springs. She made our dreams come true. She helped out with our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. She brought items like a ladder for cupcakes. & yard games She helped us set up and clean up. She went above and beyond with coordinating vendors and making sure that we were having the best day.
Lucia was so fun to work with. She made planning our wedding easy and she was worth every penny. She goes above and beyond. Hire her!!!

Lucia was the coordinator for my October wedding. It was the most beautiful, absolutely perfect day and a big reason for everything running so smoothly was Lucia's help on bringing my wedding vision to life. I remember walking into the venue and being absolutely blown away by how she nailed making sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted it. Weeks later, guests still comment on how it was the smoothest wedding they have attended. Both my husband and I, our parents and our guests were able to enjoy the night and no one had to worry about helping out because Lucia had it covered. Thanks Lucia and team for making my wedding day absolutely amazing!
Can’t say enough positive remarks about Come Join Us. Lucia was absolutely amazing to work with as my daughter’s day of wedding planner. She kept things organized with all the vendors, did whatever needed to be done to prepare for the ceremony/reception and was so professional. I was able to enjoy the day with our daughter and not stress about anything as I knew she was handling it all. Thank you, Lucia!
Lucia is the absolute BEST!!!!! I would recommend her and her team to every single bride to be! Lucia was there at a drop of a hat for anything I needed, questions I had or just need to vent cause I was stressed out! Not many people could of handle me as a bride but she definitely did! After this whole experience I not only look at Lucia as an amazing wedding planner but also a friend!!!! Our wedding went off with our any ounce of problems and I have her to thank for that! She made the whole day easy for me and I ended up being the most calm bride! Thank you so so so much to Lucia and her helpful team for making my dream wedding come true!!!
Lucia was an absolute gem and one of the best vendors we hired for our wedding. She was real, no nonsense and got the job done. But she was also very laid back and fit in with our vibe wonderfully.
We hired Lucia for our Day Of Coordinator and we’re so thankful that we had her there to help make everything stress-free on our Big Day. Throughout my planning process, Lucia offered guidance and support, while still giving me space to do my DIY elements. She made helpful suggestions when I got stuck, and gave us plenty of fun ideas to incorporate.
The day of, Lucia had everything organized and ready, despite some missed connections on our part of getting all of the supplies there on time. Everything was beautiful!!!
Having her there also helped calm my nerves, and like a friend, I knew we were well take care of. She made sure we remembered to eat and gave us her full attention during the reception.

I knew hiring Lucia was gonna be a amazing decision and it absolutely was. She was so easy to get a hold of and every single time I worried about anything she was a text or phone call away. She always had an answer for me and gave me the best advice. She made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. I dropped everything off the night before at the venue and put one table together of how I wanted it to look and she did the rest the next day. I didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of. She even got our bouquets for us at the venue and brought them all to us at our location where we were taking pictures. As soon as we did our entrance she asked us what we wanted to drink and told us to have a seat she would make our plates for us. She even made our older grandparents plates for them. It was amazing that not only I didn't have to worry about anything but my family didn't either and they were able to enjoy the day with us. She even helped and ran around with my 2 year old daughter while we were taking pictures. Lucia is AMAZING. I enjoyed the whole day because of her. I definitely recommend Lucia to anybody!!!
I have mixed feelings about our day of coordinator, Lucia. She has been very pleasant and friendly throughout our planning process, answered questions promptly and seemed to be available whenever I needed her. On the day of, as far as I knew, she arrived at our venue a couple of hours before the ceremony to make sure everything was set up and running smoothly for the reception. Then she came over to the church to help get the ceremony started and went back to the venue to finalize reception details after the ceremony began. Then, when we arrived at the reception she was outside waiting, she brought us in, helped coordinate the entrance, brought the groom and I our plates of food (and drinks) and seemed to be making sure things were running smoothly. She also stayed late into the night, longer than I had expected. So, for these reasons I would give her 5 stars. However, after talking to our parents, friends, etc. we found that Lucia was not very helpful. Apparently she was difficult to locate all night and when asked questions she didn't seem to have the answers. We were also told that she didn't really know what was going on at the ceremony and that it ran a little behind because of that. It's frustrating because we paid her good money to make sure that things ran smoothly and from an outward appearance things did run smoothly, at least from what I could see. But what I didn't know is that mine and the groom's parents were largely responsible for making sure things actually ran the way they were supposed to, they set up and organized a lot of things at the venue, they stayed all night long and made sure everything was cleaned up and they basically were incredible. I hate to say that I don't know that I can say the same for Lucia. I'm sure she worked hard, so I can't say that she didn't but I would have liked for people to think that she were more helpful and organized and that they could have gone to her for whatever they needed. I was actually told that at one point she was asked how things would go at the end of the night during clean up and break down and she responded by saying, "I don't know, I'm leaving at 11:30," essentially telling them it wasn't her problem. Based on the other reviews I expected a lot more out of her services. So, for these reasons I took away one star and gave her 4 stars, although this still might be too generous :-(
What can I say about Lucia and her team? I couldn't of done this wedding without her. She was there every step of the way.. Especially when i needed her help making decisions and finding vendors. She was even there for me when i was being indecisive. Lucia, i am so thankful for you and everything you have done for me over the last 8 months. no one could go wrong with going with her. She is simply amazing and she cares about each and every bride/groom she works with.
Lucia and her team are outstanding. Lucia can help you with whatever you may need for your event! She was always there to answer my questions and connect me to amazing, reasonably priced vendors. If I needed something and could not find it Lucia either already has it in her inventory or was able to find it within my budget. Lucia saved us money on so many things; for example, I really wanted a balloon drop for my New Year's Eve wedding. The company who does those was not within my budget. Lucia to the rescue! She put me in touch with a place to get the kit and balloons and she set it all up herself with the help of her team! It was beautiful! That saved us so much money! Come Join Us is the best in the business!

I didn't think I needed a planner, boy was I wrong. I am so glad that Lucia talked me into it. Attention to detail was incredible and she took all the stress away from us so we can enjoy our wedding. Best decision ever!

Lucia was wonderful to work with! We hired her for day-of wedding coordination. Lucia was so much fun and had a wonderful personality. She helped answer questions we had leading up to the day. On our wedding day, she helped keep our schedule on track, helped with the switch from ceremony to reception, tear down, and made sure we got to eat. We really enjoyed having Lucia by our side on our big day!
Bridesmaid here but Lucia is the best! She was there all day overseeing the details. She recommended amazing vendors. We had an amazing time and I know these guys dont get noticed as often as they should.

I actually was the DJ for a wedding that Come Join Us was a part of. Lucia and her team were amazing to work with! We worked together to cruise through all the formalities in a timely manner straight into the dancing. I wish I could have her assist me at every wedding and event I DJ. I know the Bride and Groom were more than pleased with her services. If you are looking for flawless execution, mindful organization and excellent interpersonal communication, then Come Join Us is your choice.
Lucia and her team are phenomenal! I could write a long review of how helpful she was and how at ease I felt on my day knowing that the team was there but there is a ton of that on this page. The best thing I could say is that even now, a month after my wedding, my family is still raving to me about all the work Come Join Us did while I wasn't looking. It means so much to me to know that not only was I taken care of, but so was the rest of my family and they were able to focus on having a great day with us and not on taking care of details. 10/10 would recommend Lucia and her team to any bride!!
We hired Lucia with Come Join Us, LLC as our wedding coordinator and could not have been more impressed. I did a lot of DIY to cut back on costs, but I knew I wanted a day of to execute my vision and to help me relax the day of. Lucia and her team surpassed my expectations. If there was an issue that came about, she handled it without me being involved. (which is a huge stress reliever for brides). Even though, Lucia was a DOC, I could message her with questions or ideas anytime and quickly got a response. She was VERY professional (which believe it or not, is hard to find when planning a wedding), and went above and beyond. I definitely recommend Lucia at Come Join Us, LLC for any party needs..
Come Join Us saved our wedding after an act of nature! Nothing like having to completely shift gears and re-plan a wedding starting at 9 am the morning before! They were absolutely amazing and handled it with grace and determination. Lucia and her crew worked to decorate and set up the new venue like that was the plan all along. She helped us to not be stressed and dived right into what this bride would have called a crisis! I can't recommend them enough and I will make sure that any of my friends getting married know the importance of having a wedding planner, and having a good one. From the first time we met with Lucia we knew that things were going to be handled. Just having her remove the stress of our families so they could enjoy the day was a million times worth it, and if I had to do the whole thing over she'd be right back on board. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, so making our wedding so special.
This company provides wonderful ideas and well-planned events from the moment you meet til the day of the event! There is a whole lot of detail put into the events and they are quite unique in style. I will be the first to recommend this event planner to any friends/family!

We made the smart decision - though last-minute - to hire Lucia as our day-of wedding coordinator. I can't imagine our wedding day without her now! She took care of every detail, large and small, so the bride and groom didn't have to worry about anything. Lucia was a problem-solver on her feet - she figured out the best, quickest way to get things done, and didn't bother us with any questions or issues. It was all seamless - and the most PERFECT day, and we owe so much of that to her. My favorite thing - we were sitting in the limo awaiting our grand entrance into our reception, and Lucia came out to the car, letting us know when would be a good time to come in, but she brought 2 of our signature cocktails - so we could try them and actually join the party. That is just one example of her thoughtfulness and attention to detail, down to the smallest thing.
My husband and I (still weird to say) didn't think we needed a planner, but we were wrong. The attention to detail by Lucia and her team was amazing. She was a life saver and now a dear friend.
Lucia is amazing! She can make a truly unique event that really does reflect the tastes & interests of the guest(s) of honor. She has planned & executed some movie worthy parties. I just wish I could get invited to ALL of her gatherings!

Before the event, Lucia did an excellent job of keeping all of the vendors informed with a clear and well organized timeline and contact information for day-of. She was alaways available to answer any questions.
When I arrived for cake delivery, I was greeted immediately by a smiling Lucia who had everything ready for set-up and made sure the path for the delivery cart was clear!
Most importantly, she was relaxed and cheerful for my business and for the bride and groom on their once-in-a-lifetime day!

Lucia is truly amazing! I was on edge about hiring a day of coordinator, then I met Lucia, she made me feel like we had been friends for years from the moment we met. She was so outgoing and full of ideas, which I loved! I am very organized and like to be in charge, it took alot for me to let Lucia take charge, but I'm so thankful that I did! She made sure that absolutely no vendors contacted me or my groom the week of the wedding, so we could sit back and relax. There was a couple mishaps with a vendor or two, but she stepped right and got it taken care of! The day of, I couldn't even tell you if anything went wrong, because she handled everything. The day before the wedding we discovered that we were 3 table cloths short for the reception, I called Lucia and within 3 hours, we had table cloths in our hands that matched ours exactly! She saw that our wedding cake was melting because our venue was so extremely hot (which was out of my or Lucia's control), but she stepped up and rounded us up to have us cut the cake early, before it turned into a disaster! Our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT thanks to Lucia and her crew!! I promise that it will be the best decision that you'll ever make by having Lucia coordinate your wedding!
