My fiance and i went to Concierge Diamonds in Downtown LA and had an amazing experience. I got a beautiful 2.01 ct H SI1 Natural oval diamond with 1.58 ratio on a size 3.5 finger. I got it in rose gold low profile prong pave. They even added our birth stones on 2 sides inside the ring. My fiance compares the experience to a wine tasting due to how thorough it was. We got to see a lot of oval diamonds and were able to look at each stone with our magnifying glass tool and also in different lighting options. The purchasing process was easy and pretty seamless, we chose the design and specs of the ring the same day we came in for the viewing (04.22) and then approved the 3d rendering of the ring through email (05.06) and then my fiance picked it up at (05.26). Super happy with how it turned out and the craftsmanship is top notch! We will go back to them for our wedding bands.

My husband used Concierge Diamonds when designing and buying my engagement ring while he was living in Southern California and he could not rave enough about the experience. He has told so many people about how professional and thorough working with the staff of Concierge Diamonds was. He was so proud of the final product and confident that he was getting absolutely the best quality. When we started to look at wedding bands, we could not find anything that met our needs or expectations so I reached out to Concierge Diamonds. We live in NYC, so I was hesitant to shop cross-country, but they provided excellent service. More impressively, they worked extremely quickly in our 6 week window - considering that I even had to send them my engagement ring (with the most thorough and secure packaging instructions) to make sure it paired with the band perfectly. I worked primarily with Aubrey! She was able to price out different options for me, and kept me in the loop during the design process as well. She sent multiple videos and called a few times too to confirm that we were working in the right direction. So now my husband and I can BOTH vouch for how incredible Concierge Diamonds is! I adored my engagement and I love my matching wedding band. My husband has already received many compliments for how simple and beautiful his ring is as well.

Really appreciate everything the people here do, as they have provided absolutely excellent customer service during my engagement ring purchase process for my fiancé. They are all extremely courteous, helpful, honest and knowledgeable about the Diamonds and the entire process. They truly take time to educate and explain all options to fit any budget in a very personal, professional manner. Their attentiveness and true care for me to make the perfect decision was amazing. Overall my fiancé and I are 100% satisfied with a beautiful ring with the best quality. Honestly could not have worked with more friendlier people during this process as the staff here is hands down wonderful. Thank you so much for everything! This review is long overdue but needs to be out there. The gist of it all is that Concierge Diamonds is an excellent place to find the right diamond for your budget while getting the customer service you deserve. I worked with Dan and his team to get the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancee over the course of 3 months and the whole process was enjoyable. I first contacted Dan back in early December 2018. Dan quickly referred me to his teammate Kim who is also a diamond specialist. Throughout this whole 3 month process Kim was very enthusiastic and patient. She made sure I knew what I was walking into by covering the 4Cs, informing me where I can make trade-offs, and answering all of my (many) questions. When Kim first gave me her down-selected set of diamonds, I made a change in which certifications I was willing to accept and also lowered my budget. Kim respected my preferences and gave me another selection of diamonds that fit my new criteria in a timely manner. When it came to manufacturing the setting and getting the stone set, I informed Kim that I was on a tight schedule and needed the ring completed by a certain date. Crystal, the production coordinator, was informed of this and her and Kim gave me regular updates on the status of the ring. They did not forget my schedule and by the end of this process managed to get the ring done and quality checked just in time!! Overall I highly recommend Concierge Diamonds, especially Kim. She was a pleasure to work with and will make sure you come out with a diamond that you and your partner will be happy with!
