Amazing in every way. Jodi was courtesy and easy to work with, she went above and beyond making sure the evening went smoothly. cottage charm is exactly what you will get with the decorations and atmosphere inside the venue... so charming, beautiful and peace of mind, great style, the decor is placed so perfect, very little set up (used outside carters/vendors) welcome packet and instructions are spot on and very helpful... we just had to show up and get the celebration start! we are so very grateful :)

This was everything I ever wanted in a reception venue! It was SO BEAUTIFUL inside, and already decorated, although we could add and rearrange anything we wanted! Everyone commented how much they loved the venue! It was the perfect size for the amount of people we invited. (we sent out 375 invitations) Jodi is so helpful and sweet, and made sure everything was perfect for the night! Also super awesome that the sparklers are included!! LOVE LOVE LOVE

This was an absolutely wonderful experience and met all of our expectations! Jodi took great care of us and paid attention to detail! We couldn't have asked for more!

I have been working as a wedding DJ for 10 years and never have a seen such a well run venue. The staff is welcoming and organized, attending to all the little details people usually forget about. They coordinated well with other vendors and staff all while being attentive to the wedding party and family. The venue itself is so cute! Homey and comfortable with just the right amount of decor and romantic touches. I absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a welcoming and simplistically classy event.

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The only thing I didn't like is that DURING my wedding the owner was giving a tour of the venue to a couple... which is unfair and rude, considering first of all, its MY wedding... and I had paid for the allotted time she was showing the place to complete strangers. Super unprofessional.

I wish I could give more stars than just 5! This was the most amazing venue and we knew it the second we walked in. Jodi was an absolute dream to work with---texted right back after my MANY questions I seemed to have. She had everything set up and was ready for us right when we got there for the reception. It was clean, beautiful and just the perfect venue! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!

I absolutely loved this venue for our reception! I happened on it by chance, and couldn't have been more grateful. I was looking for something that was going to be easy and stress free and believe me, this was! Jodi is amazing and has done an incredible job with making the venue very unique and beautiful. She takes care of all of the decorations herself, from table decor even to picture frames! All I had to do was show up that day with my pictures and she was there to put them in. My guests absolutely adored it as well, and everyone wanted their picture taken by the "love" sign and still use them as their profile pics haha. They couldn't stop raving over the venue and so many people have asked about it since. Best part, everything is included in one simple (affordable) price. One down side, it's hidden and was a bit strange for people to find. Just include directions or a map in the invitations! But sooo worth it!

We had our ceremony and reception at Cottage Charm. The venue was perfect and Jodi is great to work with. The venue is fully decorated and easy to add your personal touch. We loved this venue and highly recommended it.

The second we stepped through the doors we fell in love with Cottage Charm! Jodi was great to work with. We had our ring ceremony and reception here. All of our guests could not stop talking about how cute and fun this place was.

We had the ring ceremony and wedding luncheon at Cottage Charm. The venue is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. It was the perfect size for our needs and Jodi was great to work with. Our caterers had a problem and arrived later than we had planned which put the lunch running late. We ended up being an hour late getting out of there and Jodi was so nice and understanding about it. I would absolutely use this venue again and will be recommending it in the future.

Mother of the bride: I worried about shopping for venues, what would they include, the cost etc. we were on a budget, would we find something we all liked. when my daughter and I walked into Cottage Charm we instantly fell in love. It is like being home, it has a quaint, comfortable feel. We booked within 15 minutes of meeting with Jodi(the owner) who by the way is absolutely the best and knows how to make your day special. As our guests arrived they also instantly fell in love and stayed to talk to others around them. I would recommend Cottage Charm Venue for your wedding day. The Bride: Cottage Charm Venue exceeded all my expectations, when we arrived for our reception we were greeted by Jodi and her Husband and everything was ready. It has such a comfortable relaxing feel to it. The decor was stunning and made it feel like “ come in and stay awhile” home many of my guests have said weddings are usually a chore, you go and pretend to have a nice time. But with Cottage Charm Venue it was different they wanted to stay, they wanted to visit with other guests. It was the most amazing day in my life and I owe it to my Mother and Cottage Charm for capturing my style and making my day the best. We had our ring ceremony and brunch at Cottage Charm and it was AMAZING! Jodi is fantastic and is there every step of the way. I especially loved that it was already beautifully decorated, which took the whole worry of centerpieces and decor away. It was the absolute perfect setting for our family and friends to celebrate with us. If you have a wedding, anniversary or any type of party in your near future, I would highly recommend Cottage Charm!

We used Cottage Charm for a wedding luncheon and a wedding reception later that same evening. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! We were so pleased with how wonderful everything turned out! Finally, a place that is both BEAUTIFUL and AFFORDABLE! We wanted a place that we could do the ceremony and the reception and this was the perfect place. Jodi thought of pretty much everything and it was so beautifully decorated, and she even had picture frames, so it was pretty much stess free. Everything went flawlessly and I would and do recommend Cottage Charm to anyone looking for a wedding venue. Thank you, Jodi, for everything!

Cottage charm was a very big breath of fresh air when it came to planning our wedding, they made it very easy for us. When it came to the big day, they were very accommodating and helpful! Alright, Jodi is amazing! And the venue was so cute! Everyone who attended my wedding reception loved the venue. She definitely has a knack for putting on events. I'm LDS and I didn't want my reception to be in a church gym, I wanted a pretty venue without the hassle of finding decorations and setting them up. The cottage charm is already decorated and it's so adorable! Jodi was also so great to work with. Throughout the planning of my wedding I would text or call her and she was always so quick to answer my questions and help me out.

We had our fundraising event at cottage charm and it was perfect. The venue has such a great rustic luxe theme. The owner treated us so well. They have such great decor and had everything we needed from sound system, TV, and different seating areas that really added to the feel of the event. We can't wait to do another event here.

We actually used this venue for a gala-type event for a charity called The Best Seat in the House. It went PERFECTLY! First of all, when you walk in, not only does it smell AMAZING, but it feels like home. It's hands down the most welcoming and inviting venue I have ever stepped foot in. The venue host was the kindest, sweetest lady. She was unbelievably accommodating and easy to work with. We packed about 150 people in there, while taking up an entire room/space with 4, 8ft tables, and 5 smaller round tables all filled with auction items (this doesn't include the farm tables that were already at the venue for people to sit and eat at) and it STILL felt like there was more than enough room for everyone to move around, socialize, eat, and even dance. The kitchen was the perfect size to prep everything. The bathrooms were cute and clean. And the sound system was INCREDIBLE! This place was seriously a dream. I have no doubt I will be coming back here to host more corporate events or charity events in the future. Honestly, if I could redo my wedding I'd totally do it here!

My wedding was a whirlwind experience for sure. I had a month and a half from engagement to "I do" and I had no clue where I could book a venue on such short notice. Jodi and Cottage Charm were the answer to our prayers! I watched all of the progress on her Instagram account and I could not have been more pleased on my special day! To say that they exceeded my expectations is an understatement. They thought of everything! I never had to worry about anything. They even helped my groom with his tie. Every single one of my guests commented about how breathtaking the venue was! If you are still looking for a venue - stop; you just found it! I will definitely use them for my next event.
