Shoddy equipment for a super important day… my daughter’s wedding! Special moments don’t get a redo. Jennifer, the owner, admitted she didn’t check the faulty equipment before it arrived at the venue. I never dreamt I’d be standing in the sun picking up wedding flowers that had fallen and using fishing line and cinder blocks repairing her wedding arch. Jennifer’s none apologetic and flippant attitude was shocking. Please rent from someone who cares about your event… Not Country Creek Farmhouse Tables. Your loved ones deserve better!

It was a pleasure working with Jennifer and her company! She came recommended by one of our vendors who had used Country Creek for her rentals. We wanted a mix of round tables and farm house tables, along with cross back chairs for our tented reception. They provided beautiful farm house tables and gorgeous chairs, which really tied together the look of our reception. I want to add that our venue was quite far away from their base location, and their driver went above and beyond to make two separate trips to deliver all of the inventory. We appreciated it greatly!

ZERO STARS. For our wedding, I fell in love with the product quality based on reviews and online photos as well as the variety offered. I initially emailed in January for our May wedding. It took a week to respond. It's a local business so I gave the benefit of the doubt and let it slide (should have taken it as a warning). I reached back out in April to know when I would need to plan to schedule a phone call/finalize details. She said May 9 or May 10. I never heard anything about a time so I emailed May 8 and never got a response. I sent an email May 11, never got a response. May 13 I called with no answer and then finally tried texting the number. Got a response (mind you this was the DAY BEFORE our balance was due and we didn't even know the total because awhile before we asked her to make adjustments which she didn't respond to. She finally answered the text with her family was sick and she is only one person, yada yada yada. Well don't run a business if you cannot handle it. I was sick that entire week but still showed up EVERY day to my job, planning the rest of the wedding and ending a school year with my students and managed through it. Then she charged us for things we decided to not to rent which if you READ THE CONTRACT she did not say she would do. So she charged us for TWO deposits essentially and part of the reason we took things off because of her lack of response...we didn't even know if we would be having chairs or anything since she couldn't have the decency to respond and even say, "I did receive your emails, I will get back to you as soon as the family is better" or whatever. That's all she had to do. As a business owner one would think that would be a simple task. In the contract you state you are trying to make this the least stressful for us. Well nice words, but your actions don't follow suit. Very displeased with this service.

I have admired these farm tables for years, and was really excited to have their sweetheart table at my upcoming wedding. My venue provides tables so I didn’t have much to rent from them. I was looking for the sweetheart table, 2 chairs, and a few high top tables for cocktail hour. I sent my initial email the beginning of July, to request a quote. A week went by and I had not heard anything back, so I decided to call. I spoke to the owner and told her what I was looking to rent. She asked that I send another email with the request and to state that we would come pick up the items since they have a minimum on delivery. I tried to be patient after sending, what is now my second email request. I waited a month, so mid August, and I decided to call again. I spoke to the owner again and she said she was actually going to get to quote requests that day and that I should have something by end of day, but if I didn’t to text her. At this point, I didn’t really care, we were going to use someone else. I was not going above and beyond what I had already done to chase down a quote. There was no remorse or even an “I’m sorry” that my initial request, sent over a month prior, went completely unanswered. Here we are 5 months later and still no reply. I should have read the other one star review on Google, because it seems oddly similar. Unless you plan to rent a lot of items, I would suggest not wasting your time.
