Courtyard Boston Norwood/Canton

The Courtyard Marriott Norwood/Canton, the hotel itself was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff working during our stay was all incredibly nice and helpful. The manager - I believe her name is Jill - was also super helpful throughout my time working with the hotel. However, I gave a low rating because of the staff member in charge of handling the room blocks. When I first called to book the room block months in advance, I initially spoke with a man, and then from there on out I worked with Angelica who handles the room blocks. 90% of the time she was incredibly difficult to work with - she was rude, unresponsive to emails, and was not willing to work with me when I had questions or issues. She made an already stressful time much worse. I would recommend this hotel, but only if you are not required to work with Angelica.
