Crackerjack Sound Decisions is the best DJ/coordinator duo ever! Chris was the absolute best DJ, we got multiple comments on how good the music was. He completely felt the vibe of the room and kept everyone on the dance floor the entire time. And Jessica was an amazing coordinator. She kept everyone on track the day of, and made us feel taken care of throughout the entire process. 100% recommend!

My mom and I went to a wedding expo and talked to Chris who is the owner. He was so friendly and helpful. We left the expo and maybe days later hired them to dj for the wedding. I’m so glad I made the decision quick, because they book up fast. We set up a meeting and got the pleasure of meeting his wife Jessica, they are both just so kind and professional. They answered all questions and even gave me their professional opinion over chips and salsa. Communication leading up to the wedding was very good. Chris provided music for the ceremony and was our dj for the reception, he was fantastic! He knew what to play and when. I will recommend to everyone looking for a dj for an event

Hands down the BEST DJ and coordinator duo ever! They paid attention to EVERY detail and made sure the month leading up to the wedding was not stressful and the day of the wedding flowed so well and was perfect! Perfection! This process could not have been easier. The online portal is easy to use and informative. We met with our assigned DJ, DJ ATF (Ashley), about two weeks ahead to make sure everything was planned out how we wanted to. We had a semi complicated setup at our wedding with multiple DJ sets. These were all perfectly and professionally set up. All the songs requested were played and Ashley gave us a truly memorable wedding celebration. Would recommend Crackerjack Sound Decisions for their attention to detail, passion and professionalism. Overall a great experience.

We actually "won" Jessica as a day of planner and hired Chris as our DJ for our wedding in Nov 2017. They were both unbelievable! They went so far and above to make our day special. Jessica was way more than a day of planner, she made our day perfect! We can not thank them enough for everything they did. We has issues with our venue and they took charge and got everything we needed and fought for us! We honestly feel like they were a true blessing and we feel like we made friends for life! We can not recommend them enough, they are simply AMAZING!

Crackerjack sound decisions was an invaluable part of my wedding! Jessica helped with organizing and planning things big and small for my ceremony and reception. I was planning while icing overseas, so there was a lot that I couldn’t do myself that she stepped up to help with before I came home. Her experience and support were such a blessing to have; there was nothing she couldn’t do. I recommend her services very highly to anyone who is feeling daunted by the process of planning a wedding.

Jessica and Chris were absolutely fabulous to work with from the second we met them. I am so glad that I booked the premium package to include day of coordination. Everything went very smoothly on the day of and Jessica was great about keeping us on schedule and making sure everything went off without a hitch. Whether it was last minute decisions based on the weather or gathering people on the dance floor, their teamwork was phenomenal! I couldn't have pictured my wedding to be any more perfect with those two in charge. Chris played songs that kept people on the dance floor for hours! I am pretty sure the floor was never empty. We hired Chris to be our DJ at our wedding and could not have been happier with our decision! He was absolutely fantastic! He was so easy to work with and was great about meeting with us beforehand to make sure he knew what we wanted. He was great at keeping the crowd engaged and making sure everything ran smoothly during the reception. His wife Jessica, is also amazing! I decided I wanted a slideshow last minute and just threw one together and sent it to them, and she stayed up late working on it for me and making sure it was perfect for us! We used Crackerjack Sound Decisions for our daughter’s wedding in May in Mooresville NC. It was an outdoor venue and Chris and Jessica made the day a huge success. Chris had everyone dancing the entire reception which I understand is not usual for daytime weddings. And Jessica, our day of coordinator, took all the worry out of the day and added special touches that were perfect like moving the flowers used for the wedding area to the reception area which was unexpected and added so much to the already lovely venue. Chris and Jessica smoothly coordinated the music for the processional and recessional considering the great distance between the start and altar and music site. It all went without a hitch! All our requested music was played and they stayed and helped us clear the area too. Wonder why I am writing this review in December? Well, we want to make a Christmas gift of our kids wedding music and asked Chris and Jess if they still had the play list and they both immediately responded to our inquiry with the complete list of songs played. Now that’s service! I wish I had another event planned for NC so we could work with them again. Easy to work with and fun, nice folks! Highly recommended!

Met Chris and Jess awhile back through my job. Chris does trivia every Tuesday night at the bar I work at and it's always a hit. From the moment I approached him about DJing my wedding, him and his wife were so helpful. Besides my venue, they were my first vendor I booked and they helped me find all of my other vendors. They are SO knowledgeable about the industry and always willing to give a helping hand from advice to offering decorations for the day of. They stayed in contact with me through the whole planning process. The day of my wedding was crazy, as I got married the day Hurricane Matthew rolled through, but Chris and Jess handled every last minute change like pros! They kept my ceremony on time, my people in place, my sound on point, and my music rocking! I am so happy I booked them and would recommend their services to anyone and everyone! Chris was our DJ for the ceremony and reception. He brought such a positive, fun loving attitude that blended well with our family and friends. He had a large selection of music that fit every age! The week of our wedding he met with me to go over all the details to make sure everything would go smoothly. We got married June 11th, 2016. We loved crackerjack sound decisions for our wedding DJ and Day of Coordinator! We had DJ Robert who was absolutely incredible he kept our guests dancing all night long and we had a blast. Jessic and Chris are both awesome, I knew as soon as I met them that we were going to book them! Chris was our DJ for the actual event and he was AMAZING!!!! He choose all the songs and no one ever left the dance floor! He also worked so well to make sure that everything happened when it was supposed to happen! Chris and Jessica are great!! Chris was our dj for our wedding and Jessica was our day of coordinator. The lady who owned the venue was terrible and Jessica made everything okay! She seriously saved the day!! We left it up to Chris to pick a few of our songs cause he's the professional. We couldn't have picked better songs ourselves for the bridal party being introduced!! Everything was completely flawless and I completely believe it's cause Jessica and Chris were there!!! If you don't go with these two for your wedding you aren't making the right decision!

Simply amazing! We hired their services for day of coordinator and DJ. Everything went better than expected and DJ Crackerjack kept the dance floor going the entire time! I would hire them over and over again, they are just good people that would be a blast to hang out with.

DJ Rob, aka DJ Wonderbread, was the DJ for our wedding and he did an amazing job. I didn't have anything to worry about as far as music was concerned. He keeps communication open and is able to make any last minute changes to ensure everything goes the way you want it to ( even if it's not the way it was planned). My husband and his groomsmen decided to change their intro dance song right before the ceremony and DJ Rob had no problem accommodating. He is also great with keeping the party going and playing the perfect music and songs at the right moments. By the end of the night, most of my guests had left, but the few remaining were still having a blast with Reggaeton and upbeat music. We literally danced the night away! If you want a flawless ceremony and reception with seamless transitions, then Crackerjack Sound Decisions is the company to hire!

Chris with DJ Crackerjack Sound Decisions came highly recommended by a good friend and we are so glad to have found him! He made the whole process run smoothly and efficiently. I literally can't say enough wonderful things about Chris and Jessica, owners of CrackerJack Sound Decisions AND Wedding coordination. My fiance and I are not married yet but both Jessica and Chris have done so much for us already. As soon as we met them, we knew they were perfect for us to use...they get to know their clients so they can jump in with suggestions, advice, and really create a custom unique experience...an easy one too at that, which is very important to us. Jessica is not overbearing like some wedding planners can be, but is there for me when I need her. She truly has a knack for this and has a great eye on styles, colors, decor, vendor suggestions and has basically helped me in every way possible. I have a long way to go with wedding planning but I know I am in capable hands that we trust very much for the biggest day of our lives. Chris has so much experience DJing and knows how to read the audience and truly devotes his time and resources to make the event the best it can be...after all, the DJ can make or break the event. He was our company holiday party DJ and everyone was so impressed they will use CrackerJack Sound Decisions every chance they can. Do yourself a favor and stop looking at any other vendor for your wedding DJ and/or wedding coordinator, as they are the best in the business.

Everything was absolutely perfect and leading up to the wedding it was easy working with this vendor. I was able to tell them exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it and they accomadated it. The sound was excellent during the ceremony and music was perfect- I had guests on the dance floor all night!

We had DJ Wonderbread (Robert) and he was just fantastic. He met with us multiple times before our wedding to make sure he knew exactly what we liked and what we wanted. The company altogether was very professional and organized. The price was extremely fair. Our music was perfect! My husband had a surprise for me at garter time that he forgot to let the DJ know about, the DJ was so quick to whip out the perfect song for the surprise. We were so impressed. When we first met Chris Roland, we knew he was the DJ we wanted for our reception. Not only did Chris and I have the same last name, but our daughters names are the same and my husbands name is Chris as well. All of these coincedences made a nice icebreaker but didn't touch on the amount of knowledge and professionalism that Chris showed. He did an amazing job and made our night very memorable.

We met with DJ Crackerjack and at first were disappointed he wasn't going to be the one at our wedding. But he put us in the very capable hands of Rick Lopez. Rick met with us at least twice before the wedding, and quickly answered emails and texts. He listened closely to details and on the day of our wedding, didn't miss a beat! Everything was perfect and we owe a lot of it to Rick.

Not only was he a great price, but he delivered an amazing final product - he listened to our needs and what songs we liked or didn't like and made the night so memorable for me and all of our friends and family!
