Our Convention Center is an ideal place to host your wedding, wedding reception, grooms dinner, and gift opening. We are an all-inclusive venue that can handle your every need, from hotel accomodations, bar and restaurant as well as our on-site wedding planner that can help you from your initial booking, up to the day of coordination. We have the best Chef's in the area and they are ready to prepare the perfect meal for you and your guests. We have packages available for your buffet or plated meals, as well as appetizers and desserts. We can work with you to create your perfect menu that fits your budget. We have 72 sleeping rooms that feature comfortable king and queen size beds. Our newly decorated bridal suite is available to you for free just for booking your reception with us.

Laurie was very professional. We brought in all of our decorations and she let us use some of what she had. We were able to come in before the wedding to decide on colors and decorations in person. We brought in our own cupcakes and cake, popcorn bar and cream cheese mints. It was nice not to have to worry about decorating ourselves. The buffet meal was delicious! They are currently working on renovating the hotel, the Bridal sweet is a work in progress, we recommend bringing your own wine/champagne and flowers to make it romantic. Don’t forget to bring cold water as we had no water or glasses to hydrate after dancing all night.

We chose to have a breakfast buffet the day after our wedding. Northland Inn offered a variety of food choices, and the food was amazing! Not only that, but the service was incredible. We were so impressed by the obvious effort put forth to make it a special day for us.

The Northland Inn was convenient because it was a hotel and reception site in one. However, the hotel is in need of updates and a lot of things for weddings are really outdated. If you have the money to spend on linens I highly reccomend on getting your own. Also make sure they have enough help for your size of reception. I was at a wedding and they only had one person serving food for 350 guests! It isn't the best place to have a reception, but for Crookston it was my only choice. It's the only place that you can really make a nice reception with out going out of town or outdoors.
