We used Cross County Limos for our wedding last month & they were absolutely wonderful. Billy, the owner, was easy to talk to & always available for questions! The drivers were experienced, on time, and safe throughout our entire experience. They also had champagne set up for us outside the church after our ceremony which was so generous and made for the cutest pictures. I would definitely recommend Cross Count Limos to anyone and would use them again !

Booked Cross County Limo. Contract was for 6 hours. Driver arrived 6pm for a 6:30 pick up time. When passengers left venue at 11pm in New Rochelle, driver rushed them, was rude, complained they were taking too long changing for a Manhattan drop off at 12am. (plenty of time) Technically, I had them til 12:30am anyway! Very frustrating for all of them. Then, upon arriving at drop off location at 11:50pm, left them on cross street instead of going around and dropping off at destination. Passengers got a little turned around and had some difficulty arriving at destination. Thank goodness they did, but when I called to discuss with owner, he said sometimes "they" won't let you down street to drop off at location. Every other limo and party bus pulled directly up to location. Expensive and not the service contracted to provide.

Billy and his team are awesome! We used Cross County Limousine for our wedding and were so happy! They were extremely easy to work with, quick to respond and extremely reliable! We would recommend Cross County Limousine to any bride! We had a Bentley, 2 coach buses for our guests and one party bus for the bridal party. Everything was perfect! My husband and I got married on 8/22/20. At first I was in communication with Billy. He was great to work with and very responsive to my emails! I couldn't be happier with our transportation selection! Ray arrived on time with the Escalade Limo and it was absolutely beautiful! The door that opens upward was so helpful to me, the bride! Ray was fantastic and knew exactly where to go, times to arrive! We had to get off track and make an unexpected stop but Ray without a problem made the stop! Outstanding!! They arrived at my house the day of my wedding 20 minutes early, and our driver Anthony was fantastic! We arrived at the church early, so I had to sit in the limo by myself and wait for everyone to get in etc.. and he kept checking on me to make sure I was okay and to see if I needed anything - he also helped open the doors to the church when it was time for me to go in and got us where we needed to be safely and on time. Cross County Limo was a great choice for my wedding on August 3rd, 2019. Everyone was responsive and easy to work with. We ended up switching our time for pick-up to about a half hour earlier the week of and they had no problems with this! Our driver was also a half hour early and ready to go, he was nice and sweet and easy to work with. The limo itself was very clean, good AC, and roomy! I highly recommend them!

My husband and I recently got married this past weekend. We used Cross County Limo Inc and have no regrets! Billy was our contact person. He was very helpful and always answered promptly. Our driver Dave was great! He showed up early and was prepared for anything. My matron of honor had to go back into the church as we were all in the limo. As soon as she went in it began to rain. I was worried about her hair and dress. However, Dave saves the day. He had an umbrella waiting and escorted her back to the limo. I would recommend this limo service.

For our wedding party we had the White Hummer (a lot of fun and plenty of room for a big group!) and also the White Rolls Royce Phantom. Excellent and reliable service! My husband and I booked the Mercedes for our wedding day - what a luxurious car and a great price to boot. Prior to booking, we were able to view and sit inside any vehicles we were interested in. All vehicles were clean and well maintained. We were lucky enough to have Billy as our driver that day - he arrived early, was very professional and drove safely the entire time. Billy went above and beyond just being a driver though - he made sure I made it safely into the church, fixed the train of my dress before I walked down the aisle (and during pictures), and held the church door open for me and my dad! And if that wasn't enough, he surprised me and my husband with a red carpet and champagne service after the ceremony! Absolutely amazing. Billy was a real pleasure to work with, and by the end of our wedding day we felt like we had to say goodbye to a good friend! We used Cross County Limousine for our wedding this past October(Mercedes and 30 person party bus). The owner, Billy was very friendly, approachable and easy to work with. He invited my husband and I to view his fleet prior to booking; all of his vehicles are clean and well maintained. On the day of our wedding we had two excellent drivers Fredi and Peter. Both of them very prompted, courteous, and professional. The drivers knew exactly were all the different locations we wanted to go for pictures ahead of time. The vehicles came stocked with Ice, water and a few bottles of Champaign. We were so happy with their service we would highly recommend Cross County Limousine to anyone and I will 100% use them again in the future.

The owner of Cross County Limousine is a true professional! I was planning a bachelorette party, for 10 ladies to travel to NYC in a stretch, for 5 hours, plus we added 2 hours, to stay in NYC. I made a few calls to limo and van providers, but then I found CCL. The owner, Billy, invited me to see his fleet, so hubs and I went, checked out the beautifully maintained, fully decked out, up-to-date, inspected vehicles. We were so impressed, we booked one immediately, as he had the best prices, attitude, and offers. The driver, Steve, was a delight: he showed up early and was always close by and easy to reach. Steve was an experienced and safe driver, plus he was pleasant, polite, and flexible. I think the guests enjoyed the trip more than the event (which was fabulous), because we chatted, listened to music, laughed, drank champagne, and comfortably felt like we were in a private party room! I must comment that Billy's flexibility and scheduling abilities were most appreciated, as he made sure that we got to our dinner show on time, and we even extended our night in NYC a few hours longer! Billy and Ray went above and beyond for my wife and I on our wedding day. We rented the party bus and the Bentley. They arrived early to each of our houses on our big day. They were more than just limo drivers. Ray held onto all of my wife's belongings and fixed her dress during pictures. Billy helped to organize the procession of briesmaids and opened and closed the church doors for the bride and her dad. Billy also fixed her dress as she walked down the aisle so that it looked perfect. They went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly and were wonderful throughout. It's like they were part of our families! I would highly recommend hiring them.

We used Cross County for my daughter's wedding. We had many people to transport from the hotel/reception to the church and back to the reception. I was concerned about schedule and traffic. I called Billy several times the week before the wedding to update info on the schedule for 2 limos. Billy was very patient and accommodating. We received excellent service from Cross County. They arrived on time and kept us on schedule. We had a brand new stretch excalade. The Limo drivers were professional, pleasant and excellent drivers. The champagne service was a nice surprise. Amazing wedding transportation service! Booked the 30 passenger party bus and two 56 passenger charter buses for my wedding. Excellent Wedding Limo Service company! I booked them for my wedding and was beyond pleased with the package deal we were offered by Billy the owner. We told him we were under a budged and he worked with us. We booked the luxury Bentley to send me and my father to church then to drive me and my husband to the part for pictures and then back to the venue. The drivers were so professional. I loved the red carpet and the special couples toast all taken care of and provided by Cross County Limousine. My bridal party of 18 people was also extremely happy on the Escalate white limo. Their driver was so polite! The limo had all the special connections for music and all those lights! They definitely had a pre party on the limo before the venue LOL We were provided by complimentary champagne bottles for the Bentley and the Escalate limo , plus cups, water and ice. We booked this company for our wedding last weekend in Westchester and I was absolutely blown away. Not only were the stretch hummer and Bentley amazing but our drivers went above and beyond to help out throughout the day. They did everything from helping my 18 person bridal party line up for ceremony to straightening my veil and train before I marched down the isle.
