Sable and her team at Crossroads were amazing to work with for our wedding day. We were happy that everything was all in one place - ceremony, reception, and even rooms and restaurants / bars for our family and friends to enjoy for the weekend. The chic and upscale design is exactly what we wanted for our big day. And the food was amazing too! Thank you for ensuring our wedding day was exactly what we wanted!
Crossroads Hotel KC was the location of our room block for our wedding. They took great care of us and even provided champagne in our hotel room with a handwritten card. They are wonderful!
The Crossroads Hotel is a completely unique and absolutely gorgeous hotel. It is a beautiful tribute to the building's own history and to Kansas City itself, and is well worth a visit regardless of whether or not you’re spending the night - but you certainly won't regret it if you do!
Personally, I stayed at The Crossroads Hotel on my wedding night, and my now-husband utilized the hotel as a getting-ready suite for his groomsmen the day of. We also used the hotel for our hotel block and rehearsal dinner venue. It was the perfect place to get ready at/in and to have as the backdrop for some fabulous photos. The staff are all very professional and accommodating - from the valet(s) to the front desk and everyone in between. We made several requests that were all accommodated graciously, our guests were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the entire building.
The room itself, a vault suit, was stunning. We had a fabulous view of Kansas City on our wedding night, and the guys were able to comfortably accommodate 10 people to get dressed in and have drinks in the morning/afternoon. It was very clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into making the room ready for us; both in the morning and then again at night. We will definitely be visiting again soon!
We used Crossroads Hotel for our wedding block and where we stayed our wedding weekend. Prior to our wedding, I had only been to the Crossroads Hotel to the rooftop bar (loved it). When looking at hotel blocks, we wanted something unique for our guests to stay at. The staff at the Crossroads were amazing to work with. They kept us posted every few weeks where we were with our wedding block/did we meet our requirements/do we need to add more rooms? They were easy to get a hold of, promptly answering all our emails and phone calls.
We did have welcome bags we wanted our guests to get, they were delivered to all the guest rooms.
We were treated so well by the staff all weekend. Our rooms were incredibly clean. Everyone that stayed at the hotel loved the experience. My husband and I look forward to staying down there for our anniversary!
