Crowne Plaza Hotel - Concord

Overall, my family and I felt like we got a good deal with this venue and had a great time! There was good communication between the hotel and I. However, my husband and I felt like we could've saved a few thousand dollars. They had suggested a certain amount for the open bar and had told us that if we don't reach that amount, then we could get that money back. But when we signed the contract, it had included that amount in the non-refundable price. We ended up using maybe half of what was suggested for the open bar and, due to what we had signed for in the contract, there wasn't anything we could've said or done to change things. That was about the only issue that we had. Otherwise, my family and friends had a great time and the hotel staff took really great care of us. I would highly recommend this venue because it's spacious, has beautiful decor in the atrium to where you don't need much extra, and has friendly staff who are willing to work with you in any way. Even on the day before the wedding, I noticed where the arch was nicely decorated for the wedding after us and our hotel representative arranged to where we were also able to use the arch for our ceremony, which was very thoughtful of him!
