Thank you Custom Coach for a wonderful experience! We used their services to transport our wedding guests from Portland to the wedding venue in Yarmouth. Everything was super customizable and easy to arrange, even with rescheduling our date due to Covid. We actually ended up using the school busses and they were very nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you!!

The Custom Coach team was helpful in planning the shuttle schedule for our wedding day. We had an issue with one of our shuttles getting lost between the hotel and venue which was disappointing and caused our ceremony to be delayed. I would recommend using them but confirm ahead of time that driver's will be following a GPS or comfortable with the route ahead of time.

We enjoyed our experience with Custom Coach and would recommend them for any event. We had shuttle buses for our guests and a limo for the wedding party. Custom Coach was great to work with through multiple postponements and stayed flexible to make sure we had everything we needed. Our limo driver Mark was the true highlight, he really went above and beyond to make sure the bridal party and our parents had an enjoyable ride for a very important day!

Working with Custom Coach to provide a shuttle bus for our wedding was great. They were extremely responsive and accommodating, helping us to select the most convenient pickup and dropoff points for our guests. We had guests staying in several locations, which would have been tricky to figure out on our own being from out of the area. While we did not ride the shuttle ourselves, our guests reported that the bus was lovely and very comfortable. We'd highly recommend working with Custom Coach and Limousine!

We got a charter bus for our guests and a party bus for our wedding party through Custom Coach. They were on time, very professional, and very clean. The cars were well air conditioned too! The drivers were very professional and helpful to our guests as well. Highly recommend!

We held our wedding and reception at a private lakehouse in Sanford Maine. It was the most beautiful location but we needed a shuttle to run between the parking and the venue. We opted for the 29 passenger bus to take care of this. The bus driver arrived almost 2 hours early which did not really impress me since I was paying for this time. We where told there would be a DVD player and there was but it did not work. We spent ages working on a DVD to be shown on the ride and it was for nothing. The transportation was comfortable and clean. The driver was friendly. But to pay $750 for literally 40 minutes was outrageous.

I chartered a bus for our wedding guests to shuttle them from the hotel to our wedding venue. The bus was an hour late and the only source of stress on my wedding day unfortunately. They were supposed to call the Monday following our wedding to resolve the issue but never did. I was not at all impressed with their customer service, they called it a mix up. The bus got our guests to the venue about 10 min before the ceremony.
