The pictures we have with our family are our favorite pictures, he captured the most precious candid moments that we will cherish forever. He went above and beyond for us; Dave visited the venue and church prior to the ceremony/reception to map out the perfect area to take pictures. He went at the time the events would take place to make sure he took the lighting into consideration! y from our initial conversation. We chose his package that had 8 hours of coverage and video as well. From day one through the engagement photo session all the day to the wedding Dave was responsive, professional and super easy to work with. For our engagement photo session Dave gave us recommendations on locations and outfits and he did an amazing job on the photos. He even stayed extra time beyond 60 minutes to make sure we had all the shots we wanted. The engagement photos came quickly and looked amazing. About two weeks or so before the wedding our planner set up a call with us and Dave and Dave asked questions and was very engaged making sure he knew every detail of the photo timeline. Dave worked closely with us to make sure we got all the shots we wanted at our wedding. On the day of our wedding Dave showed up with his assistant photographer and videographer and they made sure we stayed on schedule and did an amazing job. We received our photos about a week and half later and we loved them! We are so happy with our decision to work with Dave and his team and we definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome photographer!

On the actual day of the wedding, we were so excited but also very nervous about everything. Dave arrived early, and with his experience, he was able to offer some suggestions and he even went beyond what we expected and helped us with some last minute changes. We wanted everything to be perfect and we were worried about several things, but Dave put our mind at ease and continued to restore the calm. What we learned from working with Dave is that it isn’t just the quality of pictures, but a good photographer will also consider telling a story and helping us with some of the unexpected things that arose. As our photographer, he helped make it a day that we will never forget. Dave sent the digital photos to us a few days after the wedding and we could not believe what he provided to us. Our wedding took place in a dimly lit church interior, but you could see our faces and those of our family so clearly that we still don’t know how he managed this feat. We look at these pictures and cannot help to smile because he captured everything so beautifully. We will always remember our special wedding day, and as we grow older together as a couple, Dave’s pictures will allow us to enjoy those memories time and time again. Each time we look at them, it is like we relive our wedding as he took pictures throughout the day and captured so many unique and memorable moments. id. In our intro calls, Dave made it clear to us that he is flexible around our style/preferences, and this was very true throughout every step of the process. He came and did an engagement shoot for us where he braved a hot NYC day and endless pedestrians to capture a ton of amazing shots, all with a smile on his face througout. Leading up to the wedding, we spoke with Dave multiple times to go over the schedules, preferred photos we were looking for, etc. Where we were often frantic and anxious, Dave was calm and incredibly helpful on pointers regarding photos we may want and recommendations on capturing the day. On our wedding day itself, Dave and his team really shined. They were prompt, professional, dealt with any twists/turns throughout the day, and most importantly - captured endless amazing photos. Dave went above and beyond to capture great angles, get in the mix of the partying to get great action shots, and know just the right level of pushiness so that we get the photos that we dreamed of. We could write many more paragraphs about how great Dave was, but at risk of running on too much, will just say that we are so happy we chose Dave to work with us on our big day and are confident he will be amazing for any event!

. In fact, we held Dave as the standard when evaluating other vendors' professionalism. He was proactive throughout, took initiative and set up meetings to make sure we were all on the same page, and created a photography timeline that satisfied my need for organization. I was stressed about many things while planning the wedding, but the photography was not one of them as I knew I could trust Dave to do a good job. He did not disappoint. On the day of the wedding, he arrived early and was even flexible enough to stay later than planned to capture photos of me in my reception dress. The photos turned out amazing and we even received more than we expected. I love looking at them and so do my family and friends. My only regret? Not hiring Dave for videography as well!

Fortunately, Dave McIntosh showed up as a top result in our online searches and his in-depth website made us know we wanted to work with him. Meeting with him initially, we told him what we had in mind for our ceremony and reception (two locations that were a 25 min drive apart, with the ceremony ending at 1 PM and reception starting at 3 PM) which was no problem for him in terms of setting up for the live stream. I told him we were doing a Catholic wedding and he responded by saying that was all he needed to know. He also provided good recommendations to help us work within our budget but provide the services we really wanted. We also went with getting engagement photos to get more photos of us together and to get to know our photographer, Jason, who posed us in a way that required minimal direction. We received the photos within a week and were able to get a large variety of photos we loved. For the wedding, Dave and his team showed up early to set up at the church and rolled with last-minute changes that happened throughout the day. The ceremony and reception were recorded and photographed beautifully and after the wedding, we got all of the live streaming footage, Zoom logs, and photos within a few days of the event! Dave's quick responsiveness and experience have made working with him absolutely wonderful. We are so grateful to him and his team (Jason and Dan) for helping extend our wedding to many who could not make it and recording our memories that we can look back upon for years to come!

Sometimes I was hesitant to send him a late night email or weekend question because I felt bad knowing that he would always respond so quickly even when my request wasn’t urgent. He worked really well with our DJ and had to make last minute behind the scenes changes related to mics that I didn’t hear about until after the wedding. Hiring Dave was worth every penny and I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the people who recommended we just throw an iPhone in a tripod and do the livestream ourselves. My uncles review really sums up how great the live stream was: “We started with the slide show, and continued on to the end of the broadcast. We set it up to watch on our big flat-screen TV, and the technical quality was terrific for both sound and picture. Obviously, the people who made it possible knew what they were doing and used the best equipment. The opportunity you provided for us to attend virtually is very much appreciated. Lots of smiles and nods on this end.” I will add that these words from my uncle were completely unsolicited, he just sent my mom an email after the ceremony because he enjoyed watching it that much!
