Julio is AMAZING to work with! I inquired the week of my wedding to a couple vendors regarding lighting and a custom but Del Rey’s sales team was super prompt, professional, punctual and delivered an amazing product! Julio himself responded to my inquiry within 10-15min and I felt confident that he would deliver. I'm so happy I went with Del Rey Party Rentals! I'm very particular about how I want things and I want to make sure that things are in place and Julio reassured me that his team would be there and they were exactly on time. If I ever need help with a party or wedding I will recommend him and his excellent team! His work is beautiful and his professionalism is Top notch! I can't thank you enough!
We utilized Julio for our wedding at a hall in San Diego, and he did a great job in our consultations making suggestions for what would and wouldn't work. Even though this was quite a bigger event, he had quick responses and was also available to us. His pricing was very reasonable, particularly for labor cost. I appreciated that he was personally on-site at our event overseeing everything and that he knew our needs from start to finish. His team also brought backup equipment, and were able to make changes and adjustments on-site quickly, including making suggestions for how to improve the aesthetic. Julio was kind, professional and we could tell he really cares about his work, clients, and business. I would definitely use him again for any future events!
Julio was amazing to work with! I found Del Rey Party Rentals Rentals on The Knot and asked Julio if he could provide the lighting for our wedding. He was extremely accommodating and his professional crew set up our venue lightning fast without any problems! He even met up with me and my husband to make sure what we were asking for was feasible. He and his team at Del Rey Party Rentals made our wedding absolutely beautiful and our guests were wowed with how the lighting made our reception look even more elegant. Del Rey Party Rentals was a pleasure to work with! I am so happy they provided rentals for our wedding. They were friendly, responsive, flexible and very well priced. They didn't mind that I asked lots of questions and changed our rentals the week before the wedding. Julio & his assistants were also conscientious about setup of the tables and eager to do whatever we wanted. I was looking at other party rental companies in the area and they were either really expensive or had very inflexible demands, thankfully I stumbled across Del Rey. Plus every interaction I had with Del Rey Party Rentals was extremely pleasant and well mannered. I highly recommend Del Rey Party Rentals for your party rental needs in Southern California!
In all honesty I was very particular about getting the rentals for the bar and the dance floor on time because the venue allowed us in a day early, and I wanted everything to go as smoothly as possible. Julio was just too nice about it all! The bar and dance floor arrived precisely on time, they installed the dance floor and put the bar where we asked them to put it. They didn't just drop it off, like other party rental companies. And then we have a HUGE request that they come back on a Sunday at 8 a.m. to pick it up! And they arrived on time! Despite the early time. Equipment was fantastic, looked good, not a bunch of raggedy stuff at all. I was really surprised at how well kept literally ALL of their equipment is. They worked extremely well for our wedding and I would recommend Del Rey Party Rentals for any of your events!
I came in just wandering around like a little lost soul. I was approached by a nice young lady by the name of Maggie. We run a small local company ourselves and pride ourselves in customer service. So it was nice that something so simple says so much about how much a company cares about business. She greeted me, told me I can pick and choose and set up samples. After a while, I guess I was looking dazed and confused and she came to aide.
She had a ton of great creative ideas. I came in wanting a traditional set up for our wedding and she showed me different settings. And for some reason I strayed from my original idea as hers was so much better! It really was what I was looking for. I'm going to go home and price it out with our budget and come back to see her! I saw the table samples in the showroom and they are all amazing! Prices are reasonable and I will definitely be renting from Del Rey for all my party needs.

The entire experience was fantastic. Julio is incredibly patient, answered my occasionally unknowledgeable questions, and was especially flexible when it looked like it would rain on the day of the event, but thankfully did not! Julio and his team also met with us on site on multiple occasions to ensure we were all on the same page. It was, to say the least, very comforting to know that we could rely on his team to make sure that everything would look great. Which it did thanks to their amazing equipment and rentals! Every product was displayed the same as seen on their website.

We rented wine barrels from the company to put our flowers on, and they were very easy to work with - responsive and got the job done quickly. Would definitely recommend them again!
My Husband and I cannot thank Del Rey enough. They were such a huge help when it came down to it. From the beginning they went out of their way to help us get exactly what we wanted. Which was a lot! We rented everything from silverware, chairs, linens, napkins, glasses, the bar, pipe and drape, the dance floor, flower vases, heaters, and trash bins. There drop off and pick up staff was early both times, they were very polite and asked if everything was ready to be taken away or if we needed a little more time. The pricing was amazing for all the items we rented. It was a big risk renting everything from one provider but Del Rey was responsible and professional. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a party rental business in southern california. It would be wrong not to go with them!
I used Del Rey Party Rentals for most of our rental needs when we got married this summer in Malibu. We rented banquet tables, plates and bowls, glasses, silverware and napkins. The prices were the best we could find in the LA area. Since the wedding was on a Sunday and our venue required a specific drop off time, we opted to use their delivery staff. We couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. The Venue was being very strict on the set up and clean up time, we explained this to Del Rey and they made sure to be on time right on the dot. They went above and beyond by being respectful, well dressed, and efficient. Since we weren’t from the area all the items had to be seen online, they reassured us that they looked the same in person as they did online. When the crew started unloading we quickly realized how right they were. Everything looked the same as online and was in perfect condition. Would highly recommend them!
We used Del Rey Party Rentals to provide almost everything for our wedding, tables, chairs, coffee maker, heated servers, glasses, etc; and the experience could not have been better.
I believe it was Itzel who booked our equipment she was patient and wonderful at suggestions and we were lucky to be able to add a heated tent only a few days before the event.
Everything was put together just fine and on time, same with taking it down, and there were no hidden fees. The cost overall was extremely reasonable.
Weddings are inherently stressful and anything could have gone wrong with the many items we rented from Del Rey Party Rentals, thankfully they tested all their equipment prior to the wedding day and reassured it us it was all in good working condition, which it was!
In general, Del Rey Party Rentals was a huge help in minimizing the stress associated with the event and I can't recommend them highly enough!
We loved working with Del Rey! Del Rey was recommended by our wedding venue for chairs, linens, napkins, and even staging for our wedding!.They were very patient and kind even though I'm sure I was very indecisive. They had many great suggestions and showed us many samples of colors and linen options. Del Rey is honest and transparent on their pricing which I found very fair. The end results were amazing. I was impressed even though I was very indecisive when we started the whole wedding planning process. In the end everything turned out even better than I thought it would originally be! I highly recommended Del Rey Party Rentals, great pricing and even better staff!
I live in Palos Verdes California and I hired Julio from Del Rey Party Rentals to take care of my wedding because I am in the middle of my masters and didn't want to deal with all the small details and he did such an AMAZING job. I took care of finding a photographer, food, venue etc. He helped me with all my decorations, and creating a timeline for when the wedding start to end, he took care of all the chairs, tables and linens. He had his own crew to set up and clean up everything when the time came. His crew was on time both for the set up and the pick up, the process was very fast and efficient. The day of the wedding he coordinated everything and took care of literally EVERYTHING. It was a blessing for my wedding to have him and his crew. It was literally like a one stop shop for my wedding and Julio is a miracle worker.
Del Rey Party Rentals MADE our wedding. We rented around 150 chiavari chairs, glassware for our guests,and an acrylic bar --all in great condition and obviously well cared for. I would 100% recommend them for anyone needing that "extra" special touch for their wedding in Southern California. Also, everything was extremely affordable to rent, with all the other things we had to buy for the wedding, which ended up costing us an arm and a leg, we were pleasantly surprised at how adding extravagant rentals for our wedding didn't break the bank here. Very professional and punctual. Thank you!
We had 2 weeks to plan for our big day and Julio helped us by leveraging his relationship with his network of vendors and be the person we could count on so that we would not have to sweat the small stuff and focus on the big picture of getting married. We rented several stuff from Del Rey, i.e. farm tables, cross back chairs, linens, napkins, pipe and drape, and banquet tables. His team was well dressed in uniform and very polite. The set up and clean up was all very fast and without causing any ruckus. The moving trucks were in and out.Julio and his team were responsive to our needs and we are so glad we got the right anchor person to make our day about us and our marriage.

The rental process with Del Rey could not have been better! I was very impressed with their quick responses and meticulous attention to detail! Their event coordinator, Itzel, was very polite and helpful. On the day of my wedding, everything arrived on time and they made it look more beautiful than I had imagined. The pick-up was very speedy and clean. My venue had a strict time requirement for the rentals to be removed and they were able to work with me and even managed to be out with enough time to spare. My special day would not have been so perfect without their help. Highly recommend!
Del Rey is the way to go all the way!!! I did everything through the website. It was easy to navigate and get a quote. When we were getting close to the wedding day I wanted to change some things up. Nervous that I was too late to make changes I called and Eva answered. She was more than happy to accommodate my needs. Wedding day comes and they arrive to my estate on time and hustled to get everything set up. When they finally finished I was surprised because it was so lovely. My wife was so happy with the outcome. We will definitely be using this company for many of our future events. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Great team of people who are hardworking and want to make the customer happy.
My Wife and I hired Del Rey for our wedding, and we couldn't have had a better experience! I had the pleasure of talking to Itzel, she had a very professional manner and put up with all our questions. We rented chairs, linens, a bar, tables, chairs, and pipe and drape. They arrived on time, set everything up quickly and discretely. Everything we ordered from them was just how it looked on their website and had no issues. We couldn't have asked for a better service. When the time came for them to pick everything up there workers arrived on time and just as quickly as they had set up they took everything down. I would definitely recommend them and would work with them again!
We hired Del Rey for our wedding at Crafted: At the Port of LA because Del Rey was a required vendor. Over and over, we were assured by our contact, Jane, from Crafted, that she had worked with Maggie from Del Rey for many many events, and that their services were well worth the price tag. In total, we spent around $4,000 renting the bare basics (tables, chairs, curtains) from Del Rey.
The main issue we ended up having regarded the middle dividing curtain between the 2 sections of our venue. They called this 'Pipe and drape'. I was told (multiple times) that I should ask for "standard white pipe and drape", it would cost me $750, and Del Rey would not need any further info. Instead, I received what I can only describe as a long curtain dividing the venue into 2 sections.
On the MORNING OF my wedding, my planner informed me that Del Rey had arrived with see-through pipe and drape that covered no more than 1/3rd of the length I was promised. Upon talking to them, she was told that there was no way Del Rey could gather enough materials and deliver them before the start of the wedding, and offered to try if we wrote a check for another $1000+. I refused and tried to put it out of my mind and focus on enjoying myself. After the wedding, I tried emailing Del Rey and was simply told that I should have gone and measured the building myself and that it was my fault that we didn't get what we were promised.
This was a basic request that I was promised would be more than fulfilled by the oh so reliable Del Rey rental company. Instead, I was never refunded or given any apologies by Del Rey, even after sending multiple follow up emails. 8 months later, they still have not reached out to me to reconciled this issue. This company over-charges and has no remorse for mistakes made. Stay far far away and put your business into much more honest and reliable vendors in the LA area!!
We rented from Del Rey for our wedding this past weekend. We had our deposit paid and everything sorted out months in advance. I dealt with Emily and she was always very helpful, but the moment I contacted her about the issues we had with our delivery AND pick up, she completely ghosted me. I have sent her 5 emails and no response. (She usually responded within a couple hours) The rentals were ordered, paid for, and scheduled to arrive at noon on the Friday before our wedding, and they never showed up. I received a phone call at 5pm saying they weren’t able to come and that they’d bring them the next day in the morning. So that was the first annoyance. The second issue came up when they were supposed to pick up by noon on the Sunday, it was made VERY clear that it had to be by noon because we were out of our venue at that time, but once again, no one showed up. I simply wanted to ask for a refund on our pickup and delivery fees because we received such horrible service for BOTH occurrences, but she is choosing to unprofessionally ignore me. So, here I am, taking this to the public so that any one considering working with Del Rey in the future can be aware of this and hopefully reconsider. 10/10 would not work with them again.
They made the whole process very simple! I needed to rent 2 bars and some bar mats, to be delivered and picked up same-day for my wedding. The pricing was some of the best I had seen out of any rental companies in LA, even considering the added cost to pick it up outside of normal business hours. (I had to have the bars picked up from my venue at 1 a.m.)
They arrived on time (early actually!), and were very easy to communicate with, so I never had any doubt that they'd come through for me. The pick up and drop off was seamless.
It was a great event, and I'm glad to have found a reliable, quality company to help make my wedding day wonderful!
i ordered my cake stand frm del rey party rentals. the service was fast and the price was great. my wedding was vinagte and the cakestand added that special touch!!!
The price for the pieces we rented were very reasonable. The quality of the product was good. Delivery was on time. Pickup was too early. They started breaking down an hour before the reception ended. I was annoyed at this but didn't want to let it bother me. Wanted to just enjoy the night. Other then the early pickup, they were great.
