I can not say enough great things about this place especially Nidhi! Nidhi is AMAZING to work with!! The hall has been newly renovated and is BEAUTIFUL. I’m soo glad we chose this hall for our big day. Even though we postponed our wedding the week the week of due to COVID they were so accommodating! I highly recommend!

This place was very clean. Nidhi is amazing to work with. Very organized and made our lives very easy. Rooms were great and updated. Food was good and everyone had a fantastic time

I got married in January of 2022. The staff at the Delta is amazing. The space is beautiful and Nidhi is the absolute best in the business. Highly recommend having your wedding here!

The staff at the Delta did a wonderful job with our wedding reception! My husband and I met doing events for them and have worked many weddings with their staff so we knew we were in great hands. We knew what we wanted and they delivered! They were very attentive to details. The room was beautiful and the guests were well taken care of. Natalie, Marlane, Nidhi and all the rest were great! Our Wedding Day was extra special thanks to the great job the team did at Delta!

It was such a pleasure to work with Nidhi, Natalie and their team for our wedding on September 25, 2021! They truly made our wedding day such a memorable experience! They were both so helpful with our wedding planning process up until the very last second! They really made our experience so personable and sweet! Their staff are wonderful, professional, and cater to your every need! The bourbon bar was amazing the bartenders Rish & Blu were so attentive and made good drinks for everyone! It was truly the best experience and we couldn’t have asked for more! The hotel itself was very clean, room service was great, the design of the hotel is very elegant and so beautiful! I can’t recommend them enough if you are looking for an amazing and personable experience from the hotel stay to our wedding everything was beyond exceptional!

Nidhi and the staff were so professional and on it with preparing for our wedding! She helped with any issues we had and was so understanding with having to change things. They helped us so much on the day of the wedding and helped us prepare. They were truly the best and we were so happy with our choice for our wedding venue!

Delta Hotels Cincinnati was an amazing place to host our wedding! We had family come in from all over and we all stayed in the hotel and it felt so nice to have everyone in the same place. We had an amazing experience at Delta Hotels for part of our wedding weekend festivities! All the arrangements and accommodations were so great. Nidhi was super to work with closely for our Sangeet event and she did an amazing job working and organizing with all the vendors. I would highly recommend Delta Hotels for any and all celebrations (weddings/parties/gatherings). The staff were all incredibly nice and accommodating, and helped keep everyone safe.

Nidhi the owner of Delta Hotels is simply amazing and wonderful. We could not have found a better venue than this place for my daughter's pre-wedding (Haldi ) ceremony in May of this year and we were so pleased with the services we received from Nidhi and her staff. Nidhi went out of her way to help us out and was very accommodating to our needs in every way. Natalie was simply superb in the way she dealt with every details on the day of the ceremony and she worked very hard to help us out. I am so happy that we chose Nidhi's venue and we will definitely come back here again for all our future events too. I highly recommend this venue to everyone.

Nidhi & Natalie are THE BEST! It was an awful year and I had to reschedule multiple times and Nidhi never once hesitated. Every time she calmed me down and just handled it. The wedding day went incredible and at the end of the night my entire bridal party was shocked because they had everything packed and took it to the cars for us too. When I literally told her I wanted a one stop shop, THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WE GOT! The venue and renovations are incredible. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!

Nidhi and the staff did an amazing job with my sister’s wedding during Covid-19. They took care of all the details so everyone felt comfortable and were able to have a great time. The renovations they have done are amazing. I highly recommend them if you are planning your wedding.

I cannot express how satisfied I am of the services I got while planning my wedding around a pandemic! My wedding was scheduled right as Covid-19 first happened and we found out we had to reschedule due to Ohio restrictions. Nidhi never missed a beat with rescheduling the entire wedding for me. She worked along with me every step of the way with the understanding that these were not “normal” wedding circumstances. She was quick to give upgrades (to make everything bigger and better than originally planned!) as she could and offer solutions to problems/restrictions in place by Ohio along the way. The hotel is newly renovated and it is beautiful. I must have taken tours of it 10 times as it was being renovated and Nidhi was more than willing to work me into her schedule every single time. It was so amazing to be married at Delta Hotels by Marriott and to feel like you had staff working with you who you felt like truly cared about you. Trust me when I say, you are in the best hands here!

BEST DECISION EVER! The Elements was the PERFECT place and only place I would recommend to have a wedding and reception at. Nidhi, Natalie and their team were amazing! They set up the ceremony and reception exactly as what I thought it would look like! Their service is top-notch and I would recommend them hands down. They will not disappoint you! And they have payment options as well if that would fit your budget more! Nidhi is amazing and will work with you regardless of how much you spend! It was perfect!

I had my wedding and reception at the Elements in Sep2019. This was one of the best decisions we made! Nidhi, Natalie and the rest of their amazing team were AWESOME! This facility has everything you can think of for your wedding needs (literally a one stop shop). The bride and groom suite is perfect and the get ready rooms for the groomsmen and bridesmaids are stellar. Fully equipped with 4 beauty salon chairs and floor mirrors in each room. They even had a steamer for those last minute wrinkles, lol. The price point is what you make it, you can have 6,500 dollars or 200,000 dollars they will work with your budget and make it PERFECT just for you (monthly payment plans available)! Oh and let me tell you about the FOOD. The chef is FANTASTIC and EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS! I could go on and on about my experience but you have to set up your appointment and find out for yourself. Our whole experience with Elements was absolutely amazing! Nidhi was there at the drop of a hat to answer any questions and she made the whole wedding planning experience altogether relaxing and easy. All of the Ramada staff was wonderful and the food at our wedding has been raved about even 2 weeks later! We had our Sangeet event at Elements at Ramada Plaza and had an incredible experience. Nidhi and her team were constantly on top of it and were very gracious to allow us to store several large items prior and after the event. The staff is very kind and made sure we were hydrated and fed during our event. After the event everything was so nicely placed and organized for us to take back. Nidhi and her team are extremely respectful and professional and we were so grateful to have had our event in the new ballroom space which turned out looking AMAZING! The modern uplift and lighting worked perfectly for our themed event! Much love for the entire team❤️

Where to begin?! I can’t say enough good things about Nidhi and the Elements team. Nidhi immediately put us at ease upon meeting her and was very accommodating of all our requests. Her staff is friendly and attentive. They coordinated everything so our reception ran smoothly and everyone was taken care of. The food was phenomenal, our drinks were never empty and the tables looked gorgeous. We had such a great night and our families keep telling us how much fun they had! Thank you for everything!!!

The staff at Elements was a absolute pleasure to work with. Nidhi and Anna were not only professional but also kind. When anything went wrong they were front in center, ahead of any challenges. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into making sure our day was wonderful. I will refer anyone I know to get married with them.

Start to finish Nedhi was amazing to work with. I had previously been in a wedding at their old convention center and knew how easy they were to work with. We were one of the first clients to book at their new Ramada Plaza location- I was a little nervous at first since I hadn’t seen previous photos of events. Honestly though, BEST DECISION EVER. Nedhi made everything so incredibly easy on us. All of our meetings were organized and quick. She kept us on track and made fantastic recommendations when we were stuck. We opted out of a lot of little decoration and opted in on going all out on our florals. I was nervous because I wasn’t sure if things would like “bare” in the areas I didn’t have a lot of floral arrangements. Nedhi and her team set up and organized everything in a dream fashion. The decor blew me away. We had SO many compliments all night long. The food was amazing. Especially the beef and potatoes. Seriously, just try the potatoes. I still crave them. The bartenders were a blast and made sure my husband and myself always had a drink in our hand so we could enjoy the fun with our guests. The drinks were great and definitely within our budget. I was in a panic right before the ceremony and reception because that’s what I do. Nedhi assured me she had everything under control and she 100% did. She was flexible and made adjustments as necessary. The night was seriously perfect and the entire process was unbelievably easy. I couldn’t recommend them more to any bride looking for a venue.

Nidhi and The Elements are amazing!! We used them for our wedding back in 2012 and had to go with them for my father’s retirement party this past October 2018. Everything we wanted and more!! Nidhi went out of her way to make the night special just like she did for my wedding!! Pricing was perfect! She makes you feel like you’re family!! I would recommend them any chance I get!!!!!

Nidhi and her staff went above and beyond our expectations! Our wedding day was a success because of their hard work and dedication. The planning went so smooth and Nidhi was a pleasure to work with. She had several meetings with us and was always a phone call or email away to answer the many questions my wife Cicely had throughout the entire process. The ceremony site was breathtaking the reception site had put guest in amazement! It was the most beautiful wedding ever and we are so happy we decided to have it at Elements! If we could do it over again we would! Nidhi’s staff and assistant Natale worked so hard for us! We are going to miss working with them.

My husband and I had our wedding here June 30th 2018 and Nidhi was fantastic through the entire planning process! She went above and beyond to make our day perfect and it was more than I could have asked for. We had the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all at Elements and it was amazing. When my son (the ring bearer) refused to walk down the aisle at the rehearsal dinner Nidhi was on top of it with ideas and suggestions to get him to walk down and when the wedding day came, I dont know how she did it, but, she got him to walk all the way down and he stood there throughout the entire ceremony! As a mother and bride I was beyond grateful for her help. I have already recommended Nidhi and Elements to several of my girlfriends who recently got engaged. I hope to be at more weddings held here!

Working with Ramada Plaza for our multiple day and many wedding functions was one of the best decisions we made for our fusion wedding! The team was so quick to accommodate whatever our guests and our bridal party needed! I have never seen so many people work so quick in my life! Everything ran so smoothly and that’s all I could ask for. Our guests had a blast and so did we! Their team works together to make your big day stressless as possible!

Working with Nidhi and using Elements as our reception planner and venue was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The room at Elements is clean and kept looking very nice for a beautiful reception. Nidhi and the rest of her team make sure that you are 100% satisfied with everything. They are quick to respond to any inquiries you may have. They also make sure that everything goes off without a hitch on your big day. We couldn't have asked for a better team or place to work with. Would DEFINITELY recommend to everyone!

The venue was nice. It was nice to have the room set up with lighting, table settings, napkins, silverware, and basic center pieces...however, you will need to go dress the room up yourself if you want the extra spunk! The food was probably the best wedding food I've ever tasted. Communication was not always very good. Decorations and flowers were to be delivered and the venue was to place those, but my husband and myself ended up doing that. Our food was delivered to us and then I don't think I ever saw the event planner again until it was time to close down the reception....which is fine. But if this is your first wedding and need help, Definately hire a wedding planner. All in all we were pleased with most of the process. A few things could have gone better which is why I'm not rating this venue a 5.

I can not stress enough on how amazing Nidhi and her entire team are at The Elements at The Ramada Plaza. From the moment I walked into The Ramada the night before our wedding to the moment we left, morning after the wedding we were treated not only like vip guests, but like family. Every moment and every detail was beyond perfect. The food, the lighting, the tables, the set-up, the staff, our room everything was what I imagined and more. Nidhi goes above and beyond to make your day perfect. She is truly gifted.

We just got married and were very impressed with the services we received from Nidhi and her team. Both of our family members also had a wedding hosted by elements and they were very impressed as well. Planning a wedding can be very stressful and nerve wrecking, but Nidhi and Kiana took the stress out of our hands and planned the perfect wedding for us. Elements provides everything you would need for a wedding and beyond. They really are a one stop shop. We were provided everything from limos, to centerpieces, to a free hotel room and much more. All of the staff is very professional and nice but Nidhi really sold us with her welcoming personality and experience from event planning. We definitely recommend everyone to check them out, you won't be disappointed!

These guys are great. Very attentive, well organized and are out to please the customer. We just had the first of two weddings (8/26/17 & 10/18) and we are sure glad be picked Nidhi & Jay and their crew. Making sure every detail was taken care and handled any issue (caused by us) promptly. We can't be more excited for the next wedding as we know everything will be handled flawlessly. Nidhi, was great when planning the special day. Going out of her way multiple times to meet with us. She answered emails really quickly. Amazing support leading up to the big day. The day of the event Kiara was wonderful!!! She stayed with the wedding party making sure we were on time (which was a really important thing to me). She came up and got the bride and bridal party to escort us out of the hotel prior to the wedding, making sure there was no issues and once we returned, she stayed with the whole wedding party in the bridal suit, getting times for us and just being great moral support. The Room with waited in right before going into the Reception was really nice also. I didn't have to set up (just labeled items where they went), my husband and I were severed right at our table food and beverages all night. Great atmosphere!! The Food was so good even 4-5 weeks latter people are still talking about it. I didn't have to clean up, they even boxed everything up and returned it to our room in the hotel for us, without even had to be asked. The venue was so much more affordable then other locations we looked at. So glad we went with them. Would recommend them to anyone including close family and friends!!

The Elements was great!! The value of the packages was OUTSTANDING. The best we could find by far!! And even though they were very affordable, they didn't hesitate to make everything as perfect and smooth as possible. The only feedback I have is that our guests mentioned that they wished a 'last call' had been given for alcohol before they closed up the bar. Other than that it was perfect!

My wife and I could not have picked a better venue!! Nidhi and the The Elements EXCEEDED our expectations by a long shot. Nidhi was always patient, available, and flexible. The staff at The Elements go above and beyond to ensure that your wedding night is truly perfect. We did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day because The Elements makes sure everything it coordinating perfectly. Nidhi communicates will all other vendors (i.e. DJ, Cake, Photographer) to ensure a smooth night. And the food was amazing!! I just can't say enough about this place.

Being the mother of the bride, we had to plan a wedding with my daughter living out of town. Nidhi was awesome in making it work. We had rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception here. Everything went perfectly. The bridal room and groomsmen room were great and made it so easy to get ready the day of the wedding. I was pleased how affordable it was. Nidhi and her staff were helpful and friendly. I had many compliments from guests on how good the food was, how nice the facility was and how friendly the staff was. I am very pleased that we made the decision to chose The Elements. The day was perfect!

I can't say enough GREAT things about Nidhi and the Elements team!! Nidhi is so friendly and welcoming and was always available for all my questions, my mom's questions and even when we popped up unannounced to look at the ceremony space or reception space again, she was saying "No problem!" Our wedding was on 7/24 and was absolutely amazing! Nidhi was always prompt when responding to my emails and was very patient with all of our changes through the planning process. She was laid back, yet firm and knew exactly what she was doing. Their decorations and lighting were simple, yet very elegant.

Me and my Husband got married April 8, 2016...Nidhi was always very quick when it came to returning calls and answering questions, and very Generous! However, the day of our wedding it was things I observed which was some light bulbs were out, They were EXTREMELY!!!! short stuff and due to that is the reason we giving the Elements three stars... They did serve our bridal party when it came to cake cutting no one was there to assist us because the 3 people was to busy cleaning up the guest plates.....I also had a very important fame I wanted presented during the ceremony that stated " Although heaven is far, we wish you were here with us today" was nevered put up i believe one of the stuff kept it....I even contacted Nidhi regarding it and she said" she will contact me to let me know if she found it are not" but she had yet contacted me.....At the end of the day Everyone who attended thought it was a BEAUTIFUL!!! We did also....I just wished they had more staff that day and alot of our guest wasn't happy that the fact Nidhi who is a " Profesional was hosting our Elegant wedding with flip flaps on....

My wedding day was perfect because of all the hard work of every employee at Elements ! I'm so grateful for the behind the scene workers that pulled all of my vision together !
