Terrible company, drivers, management. They did not do anything they said they would, were late for everything, and rude to top it off. AVOID!!!
We used Denver limo for our wedding party and our driver was Brent. Brent was fantastic and great about communication on his arrival. The bus was huge and we had plenty of room for all of us and our stuff. He was great about listening to our requests. Brent put up with our crazy bridal party. They were extremely reasonable on pricing, and would use again for other events.
The company is no nonsense, straight forward to use. The staff was friendly. Pickup on time and dropped off on time. Accommodating to take pictures at one part of the park and then wait to hide me (the bride) at the ceremony. One small thing was the noise of the truck sitting near our ceremony as we were talking the driver turned the bus on twice, which drowned us out a bit, but it wasn’t intentional and nothing we could do at the time to let him know. Definitely would recommend!!
This service was amazing!!! Very comfortable for my bridal party, and very patient months before when changing addresses. The driver was very professional and offered the best service ever!
We used Denver Limo to transport our bridal party to the venue and as our grand exit getaway car! Denver Limo provided professional driver we was very flexible. They got us to the venue on time and tried there best to avoid Denver traffic! We would recommend Denver Limo for any special event!
Im not usually one to leave reviews unless ive been seriously done wrong by a company, so im just gonna start my review off by saying that these people are crooks. I set up a bachelor party for about 12 guys and im told by the person at Denver limo that i need to pay in full for my trips when the limo picks us up, as well as the driver telling me the same exact thing. So i pay for all three separate trips which totaled ruffly 700 dollars. The first limo which was also the same as our second didn’t have the blue tooth working so we were forced to sit in silence or with a static radio. While i will say at the very least everything was on time for us but then at the end of the night when we were all tired at 1:30 in the morning our last ride home which was a different driver and car claims we didn’t pay for the last ride. we argued for a bit and he was trying to make it seem like we were the ones in the wrong, made us get out and then left us in downtown denver. We ended up having to pay 115 dollars for an uber back home. The uber ride was better than the 2 limo rides we did get. So all in all this company stole money from me, the service was sub par, and ill be shocked if they end up making this right by me. One final tip, if you do decide to go with this company do not pay in cash. So that way when they do screw you over (and im certain they will) you'll have electronic documentation to throw back in their face. Denver limo should be called Denver thieves!
I was very pleased with the customer service that I received when I first booked Denver Limousine. There were very detailed in their notes and took my full payment over the phone.
The morning of our wedding, the driver contacted me and let me know he was lost. I told him the cross streets and he found our location, though he was 30 minutes late due to going to the wrong address. That turned out to be the least of our issues.
After the ceremony, the driver was very pushy and kept telling us to we needed to leave the ceremony site while we were taking pictures. When we left our ceremony to head up to the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, the ride was smooth and the driver helped up get the Bluetooth set up for our playlist. We got into Estes Park and drove for a long time... finally, my husband asked the driver if he knew where we were and he was lost again.
As he attempted to turn around in this neighborhood we ended up in, the limo died. The driver tried a few times and got the vehicle restarted, but as we continued on to the Stanley, the car died again. We did eventually make it, but there was no Air Conditioning during the last 20 minutes and my groomsmen thought they were going to have to get out and push it! Definitely a stressful time.
Once we arrived, I asked my Best Man to tip the driver, though considering that he got lost (twice), the limo died (twice), and it was hotter than heck in the back, his tip was more than generous. The driver then proceeded to tell my husband that he had not been tipped yet and took more tip money.
I felt great about my decision until the day of our wedding. What was supposed to be a fun and celebratory ride to our reception, turned out to be stressful, hot, and long. We also feel slighted by one of our vendors. I highly recommend looking elsewhere, there are so many great vendors out their and sadly our experience leaves me unable to recommend Denver Limousine.
If this is the one thing you can skip for your wedding, I'd do that. I had actually really appreciated how prompt and friendly they were in making reservations, but the actual transport was just horrible My limo broke down on the way to the venue. They did send another limo to come get us, but I was freaking out because that changed my time line for getting ready at the venue. Then the ride from the venue was not good..our driver was going about 120 miles per hour on the highway and we felt like we were passing other cars like they were standing still. He was also jerking the wheel and we were getting thrown all over. We had to move, sit in the back, buckle up and then our air conditioner went out. We were just melting of heat. I would rent a car and drive myself before I ever got another limo.
Our driver Yan was amazing! He was on time for our pickup for our wedding. Got us to the church on time and to our wedding venue. Yan even got us to an area that was difficult to get to at Daniel’s Park just so we can get good wedding photos. He was professional and very kind. We’re very grateful for him and this company. We highly recommend them! If you can get Yan for your driver, you’ll be golden.
We had the worst experience ever with Denver Limo, Inc. They completely botched our entire wedding, never even apologized, and tried to blame all of it on us. They didn't give any cushion on the timing (I'm a first-time, one-time bride, so I've never planned a wedding before, and would have been completely open and receptive to advice on how much time to build in. I even asked advice from the exceptionally surly and unhelpful woman who set everything up, and mentioned that our ceremony venue can be a bit tricky, and at no point did she make any recommendations for reserving the limo longer) so ended up stranding me, my husband, and our photographers at our ceremony venue to drive ourselves to the reception in a rented minivan. I literally had a bucket of rocks between my legs. We would have paid extra for them to stay longer, or we would have understood that they couldn't stay longer, but they charged us for an extra hour (which we did not use) and still didn't stay to give us a ride. Then, even though they charged my card without confirming with me, even though I had expressly asked them to confirm with me, they claimed they needed the actual card on the day of the wedding to process payment (payment which had already shown up on my credit card bill) and, since they had left us at the ceremony venue and wouldn't wait for us, we weren't able to provide the card because we literally weren't there. Instead of being nice about it and understanding, the driver hassled our best man, one of our guests, and forced him to pay. When I tried to call to get the charges on his card reversed (on our honeymoon, no less) and have our card charged again, it took them a week and throughout the entire process they were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I wasn't even going to complain after the first set of issues because I figured it was at least partially on me for not knowing better, but after the second and then third set of issues I decided it was my duty to warn other people away from this service. DO NOT BOOK WITH DENVER LIMO, INC. They are unreliable, unprofessional, rude, unhelpful, and overpriced. My wedding was supposed to be perfect and magical, and my honeymoon was too, and I spent half my time worrying about the awful transportation service. I'm devastated, and it's all Denver Limo, Inc's fault.
My recommendation is to find a different transportation company to use... there's plenty of options. We hired Denver Limo to take our bridal party back to our hotel after our wedding, and they were an hour late. Several issues with this company. 1. My wedding coordinator called prior to the arranged time to make sure they were on their way. The dispatcher said the driver was only minutes away. LIE. I could have arranged alternative transportation had I known they weren't actually minutes away. 2. It wasn't until after our arranged time had passed and our wedding coordinator had called the dispatcher several times (always being told they were just minutes away) that the dispatcher finally allowed our wedding coordinator to speak to the driver, because they finally admitted that they were lost. 3. The limo driver still would have never found us if the security guard from the venue hadn't driven around just to find him and lead him to the venue (not a difficult place to find in the first place...). 4. The limo was NOT clean at all. There were dirty rags on the floor that we cleaned up. It smelled like vomit. We were told there would be water and soda... there were maybe two waters and a soda or two (for 14 people). 5. We initially hired them because they said they knew the venue very well and were there often. That's a negative... our wedding coordinator who works for the venue said she had never heard of this company before. 6. My wedding coordinator and my mom both tried to get a hold of the company after the wedding, and they both received the run around... it's been over a month and neither were granted what they had been promised due to the incredibly poor service. Don't make the same mistake I did, please.
We used Denver Limo for our wedding party to get from the Westin to the Botanical Gardens then to the reception. The car was fine. It said it seated 22 people, and we barely fit 16 adults into the limo...
The payment process is antiquated at best. they will require your credit card the day of the ceremony to imprint, or you have to fax in a copy of your credit card prior. We did fax in our cc since I would not have my wallet with me on my wedding day. When we confirmed everything was set to go 3 days prior, we assumed we were good to go.
On the day of, the driver showed up and before I was allowed in the car I had to provide my credit card which I didnt have. One of my groomsman gave a CC to the driver and we moved on. The company then charged my groomsmans card and refunded the card they had already charged.
We are a month after and we are still trying to clear this up. The cars and drivers seem to fine. I was told "we have been doing billing this way for 25 years and will continue to do so". My thought is 25 years ago we didn't have paypal, venmo or yelp. Since they are now using the interwebs to promote their company I thought maybe they could use it to confirm payments...
For our wedding party we rented the 40 passenger party bus for transport to our reception. We had Bisquit as our driver and he was on time picking us up and he was so patient and accommodating taking us to multiple stops. We got everywhere in perfect timing! I highly reccommend this company!
We used 4 limos from this company. All the drivers were friendly.
My husband and I are so utterly disappointed with this company. This is the one thing that went wrong on our wedding day. After confirming our multiple times the month prior to our wedding, the limo driver's boss demanded we pay cash instead of card while taking us from our photos to our wedding ceremony, even threatening not to take us to our reception if we didn't stop at an ATM. I don't know about you, but usually there are schedules on the wedding day. My husband and I had to argue with this company on our wedding day when they told us prior that we didn't need cash to pay for the amount due. An absolute nightmare and not what you want to go through on your big day. Do not use this company!

The contract was quick, easy and straight forward. 2 Hour minimum, no excuses. They included a complimentary bar. The driver came from Denver, CO to Colorado Springs, CO to do the job, so that was really nice. Unfortunately he hit traffic so was about 15 - 20 minutes late, which, on the wedding day is kind of a big deal because you're dealing with an intense timeline. He was super apologetic and offered to make it up to us by transporting our guests from our hotel block to the reception, which was kind of a cool little unexpected touch for the guests who thought they would be taking shuttles. Ultimately, the 15 -20 min delay did not set us back, so it was actually really great to have that added bonus. The driver was professional and drove well. We would recommend to a friend.
I used three limos/shuttles from Denver Limo for my wedding. Two of the limos were used to shuttle my wedding guests from their hotels to the ceremony, the reception,and back to their hotels. One shuttle was rented for the wedding party. All of the drivers were very nice and took care of our guests and wedding party. The only issue I had was a misunderstanding of where each limo was suppose to go and when. My wedding planner gave the company a VERY detailed agenda of where to be and at what time and two days before the wedding my mother and I also went over the specific routes with the management of Denver Limo. In the big picture of things, everything worked out. But there were a lot of missed pickup times, incorrect destinations, and misunderstandings of when to take guests back to their hotels. They were a nice company to work with, but definitely keep communication lines open between you and the drivers.
Our Driver Rocked! His name was Mike and he was very professional, and opened our bottle of champagne for us before heading to the venue.
even afterwards right after our send off he just talked with us and the bridal party before heading back to the hotel.
The company itself is awesome! We got an hour free and everyone was great to work with!
We thought the experience would be great after a positive booking-the party bus size and wet bar were perfect for our wedding party to get fro the Church to the reception. I called 5 days prior to the wedding to ask if the champagne came with glassware and the customer service said that glasses would be provided. On our wedding day, the party bus was 35 minutes late, "spilled" an entire bottle of vodka before it arrived, and DID NOT have glasses to drink champagne. Even worse, when we called the next day to request a small refund for lack of service and follow through on promised services, the manager barely apologized and said, "nothing can be refunded at this time." So much for making things right with customers. When we asked our limo driver for post wedding transportation about Denver Limo, Inc he said they that the company does not have a good reputation for service and not to expect anything from calling them to address their lack of service. Would be VERY hesitant about booking with them if you're looking at hiring Denver Limo, Inc.
When we started planning for our big day, we wanted it to be EPIC! So, we embarked on a new adventure. We chose to be married on the 3-year anniversary of the day we met and eventually chose the location of where we met as the venue. It had a special meaning to us... Our ceremony was up at the Grand View Overlook in Palmer Park because that is where we sat down and had our first conversation. The reception was at the same park because we spent a healthy amount of time mountain biking, hiking and running at Palmer Park during the beginning stages of our relationship. This part was easy.
Now, having a reception in a city park has its pros and cons... the sites are beautiful and it is an amazing location. However, there is no alcohol allowed and we were having a wedding reception. So, we pondered this for a moment and decided what better way to end the day than with a Party Bus! We decided we would have the ceremony, have a short reception, and embark on a fun tour in a party bus with 33 of our guests.
Thus, the research for the best company had begun. We called around all over Colorado and spoke with several companies. We finally chose to go with Denver Limo, Inc and I am very glad we did. They had the most to offer for what we were looking for and the people on the other side of the phone were professional and courteous. They wanted to make sure we had the BEST experience, and we sure did! We had signed up for a six-hour block in a 35 passenger bus with an open bar and it was AMAZING!
On the day of, we all arrived at the pickup location and met our driver, Ken. He was AWESOME!! He was extremely flexible, accommodating and an all around cool person. We ended up making several unscheduled stops but each time a request was made, he complied and with a smile! If anyone had a question, he had the answer. If the photographers saw a nice photo spot, we were able to stop. He had a fun personality and we certainly enjoyed working with him. We couldn't have asked for a more professional and appropriate individual as our driver.
The bus was super clean, comfortable and air-conditioned. We had a fully stocked bar and beautiful glasses to enjoy the rest of the day with. The lights on the inside were all functioning, the pole was sturdy, the upholstery was all smooth and plush, and all in all a WONDERFUL experience!
We do not have a single complaint or ANY negative feedback about Denver Limo, Inc., the services offered OR the driver provided! They provide a high value and high quality service that is worth utilizing and we would recommend them wholeheartedly.
Denver Limo was a HUGE blessing! We were originally working with The Longest Limo. We found out they were scamming us the week of the wedding and called Denver Limo. They helped us out right away and confirmed drivers to get my wedding party from the rehearsal on the east side of Denver to the rehearsal dinner in Golden.
We ended up with 2 different drivers because it was late notice, but they matched the quote with Longest Limo and threw in a stocked bar.
Denver Limo absolutely saved the day for my rehearsal night. I was worried about my out of town party members having to drive across town during rush hour in a city they weren't familiar with, having some drinks, and having to drive back late, the night before the wedding.
Instead, we had a great experience on the ride to the rehearsal dinner that even made my grandmother smile.
Everyone said it was a great idea and the drivers were professional and fun.

The limo driver left the entire wedding party under a bridge and we had to walk a half a mile in the snow with 4 kids, it was horrible. When we called to complain, they said he was one of their best drivers and must have been a communication issue---really because he didn't even talk to us before he left, we had just picked up the entire wedding party and opened a new bottle of champagne. We didn't even get a chance to tip him before he left. HORRIBLE customer service and company. The limo was beautiful but not work the risk esp on the biggest day of your life.

Wow, this limo company was awesome and very reliable.
From previous experiences with other limo services, my husband and I were a little wary of this part of the planning because anything could go wrong. Denver Limo Inc. assured us that all vehicles have fully operating a/c and that if something went wrong with the vehicle day of, they would upgrade us for no charge. They also had a full bar as promised and were very accommodating throughout the entire process.
We scheduled a limo for our wedding day (pick-up from Longmont to Denver ceremony location, then to reception location in south Denver). They were punctual, professional, great driver, and overall very good experience with a very reasonable price. Great value!

We waited til the last minute to book a limo for our wedding, but Denver Limo was able to give us a good deal, the limo the driver and were fantastic.
We were happy with our limo service provided at our wedding. We rented a 30 person party bus. The driver was very professional and arrived on time.
Our only complaint is that the bus was not quite stocked like he said it would be. We were told he would have a bottle of vodka and whiskey, specifically for us, and enough Bud Light for each guest to have approximately two to three beers each. Upon arrival, the liquor was in unsealed glass serving bottles, obviously carried over from trip to trip, and there was maybe a 12 pack of bud light. This wasn't a deal breaker, but it did cause us to have to stop a pickup our own beer.
WOW - great company, great drivers, great service all around. We ordered a limo for our rehearsal/dinner to take our bridal party around, and a shuttle to and from our hotel to the venue for our guests during our wedding. They were puntual, professional, and even made an extra (unscheduled) trip back to our wedding venue at the very end of the night to pick up a big load of our, um, inebriated guests to bring them all back to the hotel, causing them to go over their scheduled timeframe. They were great - very understanding and totally accomodating. Highly recommend!
Denver limo has pretty much any limo you could ask for... including the extra stretch Porsche we rode in. Great drivers, great value. Only hiccup we ran into is that the stereo didn't seem to work with the radio, but we were able to plug in an iPhone.
I once heard that if your wedding day goes perfectly your marriage is doomed. Thanks to Denver Limo, Inc. my wedding day did not go perfectly. After my bridal party and I got out of the limo at the church where my ceremony was, our limo overheated. Another limo was called and didn't show up until a half and hour after we were supposed to get picked up, which pushed back our photos and our reception. We also reserved a Party Bus from them for the night of our wedding. The radio wasn't working well and we were unable to use the iPod feature. The driver of that party bus did take extra care to make sure my wedding party made it home safely, which was a positive point. The next day, my Husband and I were leaving for our honeymoon. The limo driver had mixed up that we needed to leave at 4:15am not pm. They also got our address wrong. When we called to complain they were rude and refused to give us any money back. Use this service at your own risk.
We rented 3 limos for 3 different locations. They all arrived early to make sure we had plenty of time, and made great time through rush hour. I was very pleased with the limos we got and how smoothly everything flowed with these guys. We had a few issues with the radio and air conditioning, I tried changing the chanel on the radio from the back and couldn't pick up any stations and the air conditioner wasn't all that cold. I'm sure I could have asked the driver to fix either one of these things, but none of us minded it at all. It really wasn't a big deal as we were able to bond and talk during the car ride. I very much reccommend Denver Limo Inc. And would use them agian.
We rented a Chrysler 300 Limo for our daughter's wedding. The driver did arrive on time to pick the bridal party up at the hair salon and transfer them to the wedding venue. The car was HORRIBLY SMELLY !! Even my three year old niece said how stinky it smelled before any of the adults even made a comment. The driver was oblivious to this and only focused on getting my credit card for the balance of the rental fee, before we could depart. He did not have the addresses or directions of where we were going and we had to look up everything on our phones. After the reception the wedding party traveled to Old Town (car still smelly) and the stocked bar consisted of an opened bottle of Vodka, bad champagne, and several cans of Bud Light Beer. Most definitely the worst decision I made in planning the wedding and a total waste of money!! Look elsewhere for a limo. Disappointed mother-of-the-bride.
We used Denver Limo, Inc. to transport us to and from the airport for our honeymoon. They were timely, friendly and offered clean and safe service. The best part about them is you didn't have to worry, you could truly count on them!
Gina and her team did a great job setting our Bridal Party in the Krystal bus. Bud, our driver, was great and fun to be around. They are very affordable and reliable!
The company failed to listen and didn't run my card four days prior to my wedding so I was hit with the expectation of paying my balance at pickup. Unfortunately it was partially my fault for not reading the contract more closely.
Also, I was told in order to use my ipod that all I need to bring was my usb cord. Well the usb outlet didn't work in the limo and I was pretty much told "tough luck" unless I wanted to go by a store and pick up an auxiliary cord. Ridiculous! We spent the night listening to the radio.
Otherwise, the driver was great about getting us to our locations and picking us within 15 minutes of calling.
We hired a stretch 22- passenger Escalade. We had 12 adults and it was tight. We couldn't sit across from each other as there was no room for our knees and there was no space to move around. We did have ample space for a cooler in the back.
The cost online was much cheaper since we booked as a family reunion and not a wedding. However, the driver told us it would have been the same price for a wedding, which perplexed us given the online price difference.
The driver was great and took us everywhere we wanted to go and was on time as expected. He was pleasant to deal with.
Denver Limo was great, professional and patient. We had 2 midsize limos and a stretch Escalade and everything went very smoothly. After the reception we had one of their SUV's drive us up to Beaver Creek, we were over an hour late coming out that what we originally said, but they were very understanding and never rushed us. The guy drove us 2 hours up at 10:30 at night, even hitting a blizzard around the tunnel, and he was extremely gracious the whole way. They did overcharge us though, just double check your statements in the end!
We used Denver Limo's 32 passenger hummer limo. It was AWESOME! The limo was beautiful, clean and came with a stocked bar. The service was great. They were timely in getting back to you and arrived on the day of pick up on time. I will definitely be using Denver Limo for future parties and would recommend them to any bride. The cost was right too!
They showed up on time. The driver was very curtious. The only thing I have to complain about is the sterio was missing a knob. It was a little more expensive because it was prom season.
So easy to work with. Each vehicle, we had 3, was clean and equipt with everything a person could want. The experience was painless, the office stuff coordinated every pick up and drop off flawlessly.

They were on time if not early. Everyone was happy with the wet bar and how clean the limo was. The drive knew directions and was very friendly.
They were there on time and they were able to get us to where we needed to take pictures and then to the reception location all on time.
