I worked with the DoubleTree for a wedding room block last week. They were easy to work with and responding quickly to any questions or issues I had. They also have a shuttle service for hire which is great as well, since many surrounding hotels did not offer this. Would recommend if you need a wedding room block in the future!
Karen was very helpful and Michael, who was in charge of shuttles, was so great to work with. The location was great and the parlor room provided a great place to do hair and make up. There were a few hiccups with the front desk not being 100% sure what was going on that weekend or who was who - some confusion about what rooms we were supposed to be in and saying they had no record of our reservation - but it was quickly cleared up with Karen. Our bridal suite provided us champagne and a breakfast the next morning, but it did smell like cigarette smoke upon entering. Overall, a great time at the bar and a good place to sleep after a great wedding :)
My daughter ‘s wedding was last Saturday and it was just beautiful! Many of my guests told me it was flawless! Beautiful ballroom, delicious food, spacious atrium for cocktail hour, and large well appointed guest rooms for those who chose to stay over.
I worked with Cynthia Schwartz and she and her staff are amazing! We had a large wedding of 325 guests and a large bridal party of 26. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend holding your wedding reception here.
We were so happy to have our reception at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville. The service was great and the food was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything looked beautiful. They are true professionals.
It was a pleasure working with the event planners at Hilton Lisle/Naperville. The actual reception went off without a hitch. The most important factor for me was constant communication with the person who was in charge at the reception. She checked in with me about every detail to ensure that all was perfect and made adjustments if I requested anything. I highly recommend this venue.
We held a 200 person wedding reception with the Hilton this month and I can only say great things. When searching for venues, the Hilton was far and away the most reasonable cost-wise for us and I want to note there were many things included within their packages: cake, centerpieces, bar with signature cocktails, linens/chairs, and a 5-course meal. They added a complimentary sweets table due to how quickly we booked with them and their uplighting was cheaper than going with our DJ's company.
We did notice that there seemed to be a lot of turnover. We booked under one woman who absolutely sold us - we felt so comfortable! She left, and our second assigned coordinator was also wonderful - unfortunately she also left a week before our wedding! I felt confident however because everything with the Hilton had been smooth. The new coordinator received notes from the previous one; we had already signed our event order. Going through that process was very easy and they were very thorough.
The last thing I will note is the staff that set up, worked our wedding, and took it down, were also wonderful. We had no issues and overall a really fun reception. Thank you Lisle Hilton for being an amazing reception venue!!
We had our wedding on 7/21 at the Hilton. Eileen was amazing! She communicated fast and was always willing to meet to discuss details. The food/cake/decoration were all PERFECT! The staff that worked the wedding was also amazing (servers/bar staff/management). We also worked with John for our lighting/head table and it was beautiful. I couldn't be happier with everything and everyone at the Hilton!
We also enjoyed our stay after the wedding and the brunch the following morning!
When we first met with the Hilton, we were very excited to see what was to come, but as over the months went by during the wedding planning, we were met with numerous bumps in the road... such as the staff we were meeting/emailing with, kept turning over. I think at the end, over a period of 1 year, we spoke with 4 different people regarding our event. Because of this, they did upgrade us to the larger ballroom at no extra minimium. Bonnie was thankfully always prompt to respond to my emails and get back to me!
The food was amazing. We offered a chicken, beef and vegetarian dish and we had no complaints from anyone. The one thing I instanlty noticed was that the caluliflower was different than what we had previously tasted. Our cake.... drool... was delicious. Service was top notch and my drink was never empty. People continue to tell us how amazing the food was.
The hallways, especially on the 7th floor were always warm, and as it was a busy weeeknd, waiting for an elevator was uncomfortable.
There was some issues with the group rates that my parents had to discuss with management regarding better rates online that included breakfast than what was offered to our group rate.
The parlor room was a great space for entertaining and getting ready the morning of, however, the fridge took a while to cool down. It would have been nice to have a bigger fridge or even a microwave in there.
Our room on the executive floor was absolutely amazing. The bed was comfortable, although there wasnt much drawer space in the dresser.
Overall, our wedding was a success with the Hilton, even with the road blocks mentioned above. Its a great lcoation for out of town guests and has a cozy feel. Thank you for our dream wedding!!
The Hilton went absolutely above and beyond to make our day perfect! We worked with Eileen, who made sure everything was perfect and ensured we were happy with every little detail. Our guests raved about the beautiful room, the food, cake and the well oiled machine that was the serving staff. We could not be happier that we chose the Hilton Lisle/Naperville for our big day!
Choosing to use the Hilton Lise/Naperville for our wedding reception was one of the best decisions we made in the planning process. They were extremely easy to work with throughout the planning. We booked about a year in advance so we had a lot of time working with them.
A few of the huge bonuses of working with them, is everything is included in their package (food, tables, chairs, linens, set up (they put all of our decorations up for free), bar, center pieces, cake and pretty much everything else you can think of other than the DJ, Photographer and makeup artist.
The day of the event the staff was amazing. They checked on everyone at the head table several times throughout the night, as well as the parent's tables. The food was amazing, everything was warm, and well prepared. The cake was one of the best I have ever had (try the banana with chocolate mouse). They also helped with tearing everything down and brining everything up to our room. We didn't have to worry or think about anything once we were at the venue.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. It is easy to get to from the interstate and has several items to do around the hotel for out of town guests.
As mother of the groom, I hosted the rehearsal dinner at Allgauer's in the Hilton Lisle/Naperville. The Seafood Buffet featured so many delicious fish items and carved prime rib too. Plus the best Caesar salad I ever had. Every dish was fantastic! The service was gracious and not rushed -- just what we needed to relax a bit before the big day. Then up to our rooms for a good night's rest in really comfy surroundings. Great place for our great weekend.
We used the Hilton Lisle/Naperville for our wedding reception. The food was fantastic and the room was set up beautifully. There were very well organized from contract signing to the end of the reception. The cake that was done was very tasty and beautifully decorated. They were also able to handle any special request that we threw at them. I would recommend to any new bride and groom to use them as it was fantastically done.

Our daughter's wedding was at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville on July 15, 2017. What a wonderful experience!!! The food was absolutely delicious, the room was beautiful, the staff was kind and very helpful. Taylor was our contact at the hotel and she was wonderful! We brought out placecards, guestbook, table favors, etc. two days before and she took care of putting everything where it needed to go. It was such a relief to know that was being taken care of and everything was done perfectly! So many people told us it was the best reception they'd ever been to! Everyone loved the room and the food! We couldn't be happier!
What can I say? I just love what they did to my wedding which occurred just last week. I was so happy what the outcome turned out to be. The servers were so nice and they really took care of us like a Queen and a King. Alejandra, who was one of the servers was so sweet and she made sure that we were okay and would asked if we wanted something to drink. The servers even left us some of the hors d'oeuvres that we didn't get to eat so much because we were so busy. I was so amazed how the venue looked. It was exactly how I imagined it to be. I worked with Amanda in the beginning of the year but eventually worked with Stephanie and then Katie. They were all super nice and accommodating to work with. It was the best wedding for me. They made our wedding look so amazing and a lot of people loved the food. My husband and I were afraid that the food wouldn't taste the same as it was at the food tasting but a lot of people were telling us how the food tasted good so we were satisfied on that. I wish we can go back time and have the wedding again. It was just amazing. Thank you Hilton Lisle/Naperville! Best wedding ever!
I absolutely loved my experience with the Hilton Lisle/Naperville. Planning with them was a breeze, and the wedding reception was absolutely perfect. Every single person I worked with there was very helpful and genuine. I booked with Amanda, coordinated hotel room blocks with Sandi, worked with Katie & Helen the day of, but I mostly worked with Stephanie. She could not have been nicer. The month leading up to the wedding I felt I was calling or emailing her every day, but she was so sweet every time! The wait staff the day of could not have been nicer either!
When choosing the venue a year out, I chose the Hilton because I loved that it was a hotel upstairs for guests (didn't have to worry about transportation, and how convenient!), and included the floral centerpieces, the cake, an iPad, champagne toasts, wine at dinner, open bar, a 5-course meal, and hotel room for us - I loved all of it! There was no rental charge for the room, and most other places I considered had higher prices per plate and charged extra for the centerpieces, champagne, and the cake!
Paying for a wedding is extremely expensive… I mean we paid for dinner & all-inclusive drinks for 200 of our friends & family… but I absolutely loved my experience with the Hilton. Guests RAVED about the food, and many said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Every little detail I requested was carried out beautifully, the price was reasonable, and I am so, so happy I had my wedding here!
I cannot say enough about Amanda! She was nothing but a pleasure to work with. She returned my emails and calls right away.

We chose to use the Hilton Lisle/Napervile for our hotel block associated with our wedding. Our wedding was at The Abbington and we worked with Sandi to set up our shuttle to bring guests to and from the wedding. Everyone was so helpful and our guests were extremely happy.

My husband and I had our wedding reception in the Regency Room. The room was beautiful and it was nice to have our cocktail hour right outside the ballroom in an atrium that had a skylight and plenty of space for guests to mingle. The ballroom was separated from the other ones so we did not get any outside noise and we had out own set of bathrooms for the guests. Our wedding reception coordinator at the Hilton was great; she was very knowledgeable and easily accessible for questions or advice. She did not end up working the day of our reception which initially made us uncomfortable but everything turned out beautiful. The service staff that evening was great and very friendly, our guests had all good things to say as well. More than a few guests told us that they had problems booking their room in our guest block, so that was the one big disappointment, but our wedding coordinator was able to see to it that everyone did get the appropriate rate, it just took us having to call her each time a guest let us know they had a problem booking.
I have absolutely NOTHING to complain about. The food was incredible, the service was impeccable, and Erika Wysaski was a dream to work with. She made things easy! And that is amazing when you are trying to plan a big wedding. I wouldn't have changed a thing, the entire night was incredible. Don't hesitate to have your wedding at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville, you won't be disappointed!!!
I had my wedding reception at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville on June 22, 2013. Everything was amazing --- the staff was phenomenal and all of my guests raved about the food and good time that they had. I had about 240 guests and the Hilton had a receiving line for me, plenty of servers, amazing food and delicious cake! We missed our appetizers because the receiving line was long, and the head of the wait staff, Alejandra, saved some for my groom and me. I also liked the variety of options we had to choose from for food. Perfect night.
The day was amazing, and the staff at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville did a wonderful job. We worked with Jamie Bunting to plan the event and she was excellent. Very professional, on the ball, and very easy to work with. The staff the day of were very attentive and classy. We really enjoyed using them! The food was fabulous!

We had our ceremony and reception here and couldn't have been more pleased. Our coordinator Jamie was so helpful in our planning (made from out of state). Jamie and her staff were most prompt in answering all our questions and with arranging details. We met with several facilities and the Hilton Lisle/Naperville is definitely the most bang for your buck. The wedding cake was included with the package; several kinds and designs to choose from. The wait staff on the day of the wedding was great as well. Food and bar service were exceptional. We had several out of town guests, including ourselves; the rooms were very spacious and clean. Would love to get married again just to enjoy the experience a second time. Highly recommend!!
I cannot say enough about Jamie and the rest of the staff at the Hilton Lisle-Naperville. It really was them that made my wedding planning experience so wonderful and I can't thank them enough for it. They have weddings down to a science. They have a list of recommended vendors and I stuck to that list, making the planning easy. All of the vendors were great! We were able to try all of the food they offer at weddings at a tasting a couple months before the wedding. ALL of the food is fantastic. You will definitely get quality. I had so many people tell me how great they food was, so much better than typical "wedding food." My dad walked into the reception hall before the reception started and he said that the wait staff was in there going over our menu and making sure that everyone was on the same page. And the service and reception were flawless. Jamie was always available by email and was so helpful. I really can't say enough about the Hilton. It was so completely worth every penny. People are still coming up to me and telling me that it was one of the best and most fun weddings they have been to, and I credit that largely to the Hilton and it's staff. If you want great, professional service that will make the planning process as smooth for you as possible, then definitely check out the Hilton Lisle-Naperville. You will definitely not be disappointed!
We had our reception at the Hilton Naperville/Lisle. Jamie was our coordinator and she was FANTASTIC! I cannot say enough about her! She always got back to my emails super fast and was very helpful with everything throughout the WHOLE process! She worked with us to do everything that we wanted and needed to plan our special day. The day of the wedding went PEFECTLY! The Hilton did a phenomenal job setting up all of our decorations. Everything was as I told Jamie. It looked absolutely beautiful and we had sooo many compliments from family and friends. The service that night was also above the top! The servers were great! They did everything for us and were always there if we needed anything at all. The food was also phenomenal! Absolutely delicious everything! From the salad, to the sorbet, to the main course (vodka crusted chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans almondine) and finally the cake. Everyone loved the food! I could not have asked for a better place to host our wedding reception and I also could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Jamie!
Our accommodations for ourselves and wedding guests were at the Hilton Lisle. We had about 15 rooms booked Friday (the rehearsal night) to Saturday, and about 30 rooms booked on Saturday (the night of the wedding) to Sunday. The planning leading up to the weekend was extremely easy - everyone was very nice, emails and phone calls were responded to quickly, they worked with us very well. The hotel was nice enough to book everyone that would fit together, so we had the 8th floor to ourselves. My parents and I arrived on Thursday morning, and the elevators were not working. We were told they were working on fixing them. We assumed that the elevators would probably be fixed by Friday night, AT LEAST, if not by Saturday morning. Well, they did not work the entire weekend. We heard stories of guests waiting 10+ minutes, getting stuck, the elevator was stopping at random floors/the wrong floor, etc. We had elderly guests, and my mom has two hip replacements and had to walk up and down the stairs to and from the 8th floor more than once. So, yes, it was nice of them to put us all on one floor, next time can we have the first floor instead of the top one? My next issue I take quite personally. My maid of honor was refused service at the bar in the hotel because she had a Wisconsin ID. She is 25. The man at the desk whom she was arguing with told her they'd "had this problem last week with a girl from Wisconsin." When my friend told them that that, "Wasn't her problem" she was told "Well, it is now." The cops were called and dispatched to the hotel. By the end of it, she received her drink. How rude and embarrassing for her, AND for me and my parents as the host of this weekend celebration. I am appalled that she was treated this way. My husband and I had approached the front desk 2+ times about the elevator and then once again about my maid of honor being refused service. There was a very rude front desk manager who we dealt with. Also, they printed lovely personalized breakfast coupons for us to put in our welcome bags, however they gave some of them to people who were not within our party and we were charged for their meals, after some back and forth those charges were removed from the bill. Usually our stays at the Hilton are very nice, however this was not one of them. We have since been comped a room and brunch, and I've heard a few other guests had their rooms comped (as they should) when they complained about the elevators/rude employees. But as I said before, the employees who helped us plan prior to our arrival were FANTASTIC! And also, our bell hop (it was his birthday) was very nice and did a great job too!
My wedding reception was initially supposed to be at another hotel. The hotel closed, and we had to find a new venue. The Hilton was the best about the situation. Jamie and her team took care of every detail of our reception. The moment we arrived, the front desk staff were accommodating for all of our guests and treated everyone well!! Jamie, Erika, Allie, and Vince could not have been better. The evening was magical and it was all due to the staff at the Hilton. They listened to everything I wanted and exceeded every expectation!! I would recommend this site to anyone. I had the world's best experience, and my guests are still talking about the quality of the food and how great the cake was!! The Hilton in Lisle should serve as an example for all reception venues!!

I fell in love with the Hilton the first day we went in there. Everyone was GREAT! Jamie was a great catering manager, and she was very helpful and patient with all the questions I was asking. The Majestic Ballroom was BEAUTIFUL!! Even though we had close to the room occupancy max, everyone had a great time. The Hilton did everything venue, catering, cake, guest accomodations and our accomodations. We even got a free stay on our 1 year anniversary at that hotel. It was great to have so many things in 1 place.
They have on-line tools that are amazing. You can see who has booked a room, how many rooms are booked and your guests can book online. They also give you ideas for welcome bags and you are able to get free nights with your booking. They were extremely flexible with us even though there were several weddings going on that weekend. Even with the shuttle, we had they were always ontime and providing amazing service.
This was the best place to stay. The rooms were an excellent price and there was a free room for the bride and groom with a chance for upgrade with enough guests. The rooms were great. We used a conference type room for getting ready before the wedding. They also offered a shuttle (for a little extra $) to take guests to and from the reception site. The manager was always prompt with replies and worked with us on any changes, etc. We would highly recommend this hotel!
Excellent stay and very reasonable prices to offer my guests. I personally spent very little time in the hotel, however my guests did and I received fine feedback. We reserved an extra parlor room for guests to kill some extra time between the ceremony and cocktail hour and it worked out perfectly. Staff were very friendly and cooperative and the sales staff were always available with questions about our reservation/booking/shuttle service, etc.
We worked with Jamie for our wedding, and she did an absolutely beautiful job. When I walked into the room and saw everything all put together...I cried. Prettier than I EVER could have imagined. She was helpful and flexible. Not to mention..the food is great!
I am very happy with the Hilton and the way that everything turned out. Our coordinator, Jamie was great at follow-up and made the experience an easy one. The reception was heavenly, the food was excellent and any small issues were resolved quickly and professionally so that the celebration would continue.

All of our requests prior to the event and the day of were handled with ease. Guests could not stop raving about the wait staff and the food. This location was perfect for us given a lot of out of town guests! We would certainly recommend the Hilton to others!
Our coordinator, Erin, did a fabulous job helping us through the process. The staff paid close attention to the bridal party and the parents and guest at the reception. It was a little pricey, but included all the beverages, food, cake, deserts, etc.
The people that helped us, everyone from the party planner to the servers, were very accomodating and nice to work with. They are willing to make changes to their 'normal' routine to make it work or YOU.;The outside of the building is fairly unattractive, but inside the hotel, everything is beautiful.
I loved the fact that the reception venue was a hotel and no one needed to travel after the night was over. The staff was professional and courteous in the planning as well as the night of. They workded wonderfully with our other vendors!
The staff was very accomadating with my requests and answered all of my questions timely. The food was great and we were able to give our guests a choice for their entree. The room looked great and provided a romantic atmosphere.
the included wedding planners were great; the food was phenomenal; the cake was reported by guests to be the best wedding cake ever had; the staff was very professional and friendly; our guests could party as much as they wanted and didn't have to drive anywhere.;hotel carpet is busy-looking so make sure any photos of your hall don't show much of the carpet
