WOW! My favorite hotel in Nashville. The decor and architecture are so unique, the people are TOP notch at hospitality, and the cafe is incredible.

le room prices. I stayed in a King room, and it was exquisite - the shower tiles were clean, the water pressure was impressive, and the lighting was ELITE. The bulbs are warm toned, so you don't get headaches from annoying fluorescent lighting. Also, I slept like a baby. Big fan of the mattress + pillows.
Overall, this is the property I'd recommend to out of towners for a guaranteed enjoyable Nashville trip, as well as locals that want to gift themselves a proper staycation.
Shout out to the GM Paul, Alexis, the bartenders, chefs, and everyone at the cafe! Thanks for taking care of me.

Location is prime for working in Nashville. I was there about a month and it's super close to the interstate and centrally located so any drive was very quick. I had many packages delivered along my stay which the staff took great care in eithe...
r holding for me and in one case refusing a package that was sent to me by mistake saving me a big hassle while traveling! Parking is through another company, but is easy to set up and manage. The staff were always amiable, and professional and never cold. The gym is perfectly adequate for my needs, plenty of free weights and a couple treadmills as well as several other weight training machines. All in all a great stay!

cktail is a must! Wish I wasn’t so disoriented from 4 days with no power and took a moment to remember their names. You should know if you are a Marriott member, they run their own rules. Go there with an open mind and enjoy yourself. This is not the Ritz. This is a great hotel with fantastic renovations though!! Think vibey place with good staff.

to the ambiance. The best part is the service. They communicate through text. They keep everything in the same place, including how to get into your room, parking and more. Super responsive. We needed a microwave and they brought it up w in minutes, later we needed Advil — we text and within seconds they let us know they have some at the front desk. One of the most seamless hotel experiences I’ve had! I wish parking was free, but honestly didn’t mind it. Location is close enough for driving downtown, but there is no walking there. Still accessible!

te and fun. The rooms on the other hand are concrete boxes. Walls, floors, ceiling all concrete. The floors were sweating by the window and hvac unit (heat was on). The hvac unit was loud, sounded like a motorcycle or a generator in the room, that paired with the concrete box made difficult to sleep. We didn't even stay the entire stay. We spent 1 night and left. Sad part- no refund.
