This place is the place to be to get married in Brooklyn. From going to the venue for the first time to dancing at the wedding reception, the people at DB have been friendly and professional. Bella is the sweetest person you will ever meet and is a true professional. She made the process so easy, and catered to our needs and concerns. She answers back promptly, even to the seemingly silliest questions, and sympathizes with your stresses. Now, the venue is positively gorgeous. It literally took me and my husband's breath away. After we saw the place, we immediately knew we had to make the place fit our budget and Bella helped us make it happen. The golf course is exquisite. The gazebo area we had the wedding was beautiful and well groomed. We didn't have to do much to make the ceremony beautiful because the flowers surrounding it were colorful and gorgeous. The bridal suite was spacious and fit for a queen. The grand ballroom... that was the thing that made us immediately say yes. It is huge and stunning. Ceiling length windows, beautiful chandeliers, polished carpeting, gold chairs. It's hard to beat. As long as you don't put holes in the walls, you can decorate the place any way you want. You get a lot of leeway. Also, there's free valet parking, which was great for our guests. The wedding day went off without a hitch, due in large part to the DB team. The bridal attendant went above and beyond to make my day go smoothly. Even when we forgot our marriage license in the bridal suite, the attendant ran in there and got it. The maitre d was fantastic and a true professional. He made sure things went according to plan. The food came with the package, which was another factor that made us choose the place. You have a variety of options to choose from and can taste test at a later time. The food tasted great. My guests loved it. They are tough critics so their rave reviews mean a lot. The service was excellent. The waiters were sharp, organized and professional. For example, the waiters put the food on the tables in sync every time. My guests were very impressed. All in all, if you're on the fence, do it. The price is worth what you're getting and then some.

The staff at dyker was amazing . I would recommended to everyone. We just got married on 7/21/19. The event coordinator Bella was amazing she really took time to answer all our questions no matter the time or day. They really know what they are doing. The day went on so smooth I cant believe how magical they made us feel. Our bridal attendant Melanie was excellent she took great care of us always attentive to make sure we had everything we need it. Hands down the best experience ever. The food, the staff ,the grounds everything is so well taking care off.

Incredible service, Exceptional amenities I am so happy to have had my wedding at the Dyker Beach Golf Course! It was a wonderful day and my guests are still talking about how beautiful the gazebo and reception room was, how pretty the stunning view of the golf course was from the patio, and how delicious all of the food was. I am lucky to have been assigned Belladonna Lucas as my Private Event Sales manager as she is truly an exceptional human being. Bella could not have been more friendly, supportive, or patient. She was 100% accessible and incredibly accommodating. She treated me like a high end client though I was far from it. Bella was available at any time to answer my many questions by text, email or phone (and I had many). She carefully listened to my multicultural vision for the wedding and went above and beyond to make sure that my special requests were met and that the day went smoothly. For example, she made sure that the chef was able to accommodate my vegan and gluten free guests, that my vendors had all of the information they needed and gave them extra time to set up, and even offered babysitting services for our child guests! Bella was also there every step of the way so I always felt confident that the wedding would work out smoothly. She arranged a beautiful tasting for us at the venue complete with 2 delicious wedding cake options and additional Italian gluten free cookies. The cookies were just one of many additional perks Bella provided free of charge. My Maitre’D Nick and bridal attendant Melanie were also exceptional. Nick was available to do whatever I needed. Among many things too numerous to list here, he helped us prepare for the ceremony, decorate the reception room, and greeted and directed my guests as they arrived. He and Melanie were also available for little but important things like bringing me bottled water to make sure I was hydrated throughout the day and helping set up the bustle on my dress. They even prepared a breakfast platter for me and brought food from the cocktail hour to the bridal suite for my husband and I! Overall Dyker Beach golf course is a fantastic venue with exceptional staff, stunning views, incredible food and many amenities! I recommend Dyker Beach Golf course highly and without reservation! Thank you everyone for making my wedding day beautiful and stress-free.

Nice venue with pretty grounds (best for warm seasons). Had my wedding in March and lucked out with no rain. Had a tent for 200 people on the patio which turned out great :). All went well. Just wish someone followed through on the uplighting day-off as no one did and we ended up not having uplighting even though I was told I would need to decide day of...

We just had our wedding last month (April 2018) at Dyker Beach Golf Course, and I HIGHLY recommend it. We did both the ceremony and reception there. The staff at DBGC certainly help to make the planning process a little bit easier. Our contact person/event manager was Lila and she was very good throughout the process. Overall, DBGC really knows how to do weddings right! We had a matre’d on the day of the wedding who helps coordinate everything, including the ceremony, and he works with both the DJ/host and the chef to coordinate how the reception will run as smooth as possible. They also provide a bridal attendant throughout the day who pretty much helps you with anything you might need as the bride. The food was amazing (as all the guests have told me, I didn’t get to eat much unfortunately, but knew it would be great based on our tasting). Be sure to get an appointment for the tasting, well worth it! You may have to reach out to them a couple times to schedule it. Also, one small snag, at first we were told we would be able to take home food from cocktail hour, but then they later told us a few days beforehand that we could not. Other than that, DBGC was wonderful, they even let me come practice a dance I had planned with my Dad on the dance floor quite a few times. On another note, they offer ceremony services both outdoor and indoor, I was really hoping to do it outdoor on the lawn with the gazebo, but with the crazy April weather, we got a really cold/chilly day, so we decided to have the ceremony inside, regardless they still made it special! Dyker Beach Golf Course is the ideal place to have your wedding. I had my wedding and reception there this summer, and it was just perfect. It has a gorgeous outdoor and indoor space, so either one you choose will be beautiful for your wedding. The staff is amazing— so helpful and friendly! Carlo is an amazing Events Director, and Lorraine was the best Bridal Attendant. They truly made my wedding run so smoothly, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend Dyker Beach for your next event!

From start to finish, Dyker Beach Golf Course totally delivered and exceeded my expectations. My sales Rep Lila was always so responsive and very accommodating . She kept me sane when throughout the whole planning process and I can’t imagine working with anyone else . Dyker gave me the wedding of my dreams.

My wife and I feel like we made the best decision by deciding to go with Dyker Beach Golf Course for our wedding. Almost all of our guests came up to us and told us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to, and a major reason for that is because we picked the perfect venue. The place is beautiful. We love the patio, especially when it's lit up at night. We loved having an outdoor ceremony there, and the hall was beautiful too. The food was amazing. And the staff was incredible, especially Lila and Carlo who were very easy to work with, very accomodating and friendly, and they helped us plan the ideal wedding. The attentiveness of our maitre'd, Michael, and bridal attendant, Melissa, who ran the show, and made sure we had everything we needed, was just the icing on the cake! We looked at a lot of venues before picking Dyker Beach. We are so glad we made the right decision because we couldn't have asked for a better wedding or a more beautiful place. When we started planning 6 long months ago, we turned to The Knot and Google for everything. We looked at 3 of every vendor to get an idea of what to expect. We tried our best to get variety into those 3 vendors as well so we weren't tied to one theme. Then my handsome groom sends me a link to Dyker Beach Golf Course and I knew instantly that was where we were going to say "I do". Still, we went to view the obligatory two others just to make sure. When we went to Dyker Beach we met with the lovely Lila, who was amazing to work with. She confessed we were her first kosher wedding, but I could tell she did her homework and was prepared to work with us. She answered every question, every request, everything we could possibly throw at her in a very timely and professional manner. Making us feel like we weren't a nuisance, but let's face it...what bride and groom aren't? We lean to the professionals to help guide us and Lila had great suggestions and was so sweet and genuine that she just made the entire process a wonderful experience. Since we had a kosher wedding, we had the run of the entire venue for the entire day. As weather is unpredictable in the summer, we had our plan B ready to go should it be needed, but luck was on our side last Thursday (August 17, 2017) and we had a BEAUTIFUL day. We used the patio for cocktail hour, including the smaller room inside that leads out to the patio. Passed appetizers, along with some stations setup outside for fish tacos, dumplings, etc... There are lights strung up across the patio and gorgeous wrought iron tables and chairs with umbrellas, so as the sun was up and then setting it always looked incredible. When we went inside to sign the ketubah (Jewish marriage contract) our happy helper Kim (who was also amazing and kept us on point all day long and was there for anything we might have needed) helped guide our guests out through the front to the gazebo area where we were having the ceremony. The sun was setting as our ceremony took place and it was stunning!! We were then guided in through the ballroom to see the final setup as we were escorted to the bridal suite for a few minutes to refresh and get a bite to eat. The bridal suite....as I was there all day, it was nicely decorated and super comfortable. We ended up having the hair and makeup stylist come there and do a few of my bridesmaids and myself onsite. It worked out so well! I highly recommend! The ballroom was truly exquisite and we realized early on that we didn't have to go crazy with floral arrangements and décor as the room itself is gorgeous. Also, keep in mind when planning a wedding there that you can make anything you want happen (within reason). My intelligent groom came up with the idea of having half the tables be ovals and the other half be rounds and it was amazing! Everyone had enough room without being on top of each other and it was very pleasing to the eye aesthetically. Lila, Kim, and team were all phenomenal to work with. Everything came together and looked even better then we could have imagined!! We really can't rave about how amazing everyone was! We heard from friends and family all night about what an amazing place Dyker Beach was and how they didn't even feel like they were in Brooklyn. we just had our wedding at Dyker Beach Golf Course, and it was absolutely perfect! it was supposed to rain that day but it held out and we were able to do our ceremony in the garden.. so beautiful with the flowers and greens surrounding us. cocktail hour spread out into the patio which our guests loved because they were able to take lovely pics with the green course as a backdrop. the reception room was a hit, big enough to hold my party of 200. we had white uplighting and it made the room look amazing, our guests couldn't stop raving about how lovely this venue was, how nice the staff was and how great the food was.. even though I didn't get to eat. Our sales rep, Lila, was the best. She worked with us to make this all happen. My bridal attendant, Sarahi, was so sweet and attentive. She made sure we always had food and drinks. Our matre d, Nick, was so helpful with everything. There were some slight miscommunications, not Nick's fault and unnoticed by our guests, but he fixed them right away. Some of my guests were still sitting at their tables once the party ended yelling "I don't wanna leave yet!!" As the bride, I will nick-pick on everything but at the end of the day our guests had a great time and so did we. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Dyker Beach Golf Course for your wedding.. ask for Lila, she's absolutely wonderful... AND INVITE ME AS A GUEST SO I CAN TASTE THE FOOD!!

I really like this venue. I met with Vicky in the sales office. She saw me without an appointment , was patient with all my q's and also offered a custom menu for me. I am a foodie and am very particular and she was willing to meet all my requests. The venue itself is gorgeous. The gazebo is stunning. We are strongly considering booking our wedding here but feel compelled to shop around since this was our first stop.

We held our wedding at Dyker Beach Golf Course on August 6, 2016. We booked about 15 months in advance, and were in awe of the beautifully manicured course and lawn, outdoor patio and beautiful reception spaces. The décor is classy and elegant and the rooms have large windows with tons of natural light. Vicky, Nick and Sherry did a fantastic job as coordinator, maitre’d, and bridal coordinator, respectively. We felt completely taken care of and the day of our wedding went off without a hitch. It rained and was very humid the day of our wedding so we opted to do the ceremony indoors – which meant they had to turn over the ballroom during cocktail hour back to a reception space. We had 275 guests and they executed everything wonderfully. Everyone raved about the food too, especially cocktail hour. While we had to stay on top of Dyker throughout the planning process and manage them a bit, they pulled off a great wedding in the end. Overall, we were very happy with our wedding and would recommend Dyker, but just know that you may need to manage them during the planning process.

We had a day wedding in August 2015 at Dyker Beach Golf Course. We did both our ceremony (outdoor) and reception (indoor, with outdoor patio access) at Dyker. The venue itself is beautiful, located on a golf course so the greens are kept well-manicured and the building is a NYC landmark that has been well-maintained yet still preserves its historical elegance. There is a large parking lot at the venue which is very hard to find in NYC and was key for helping us to accomodate many of our guests who were travelling in for the day. The food & the drinks were by far the best I've ever had at a wedding and even on par with a high end restaurant. Our guests all commented the same satisfaction with food and drinks. The service received by everyone from the bartenders to the maitre'd was hands on and accessible but never disruptive. Many of our guests commented that our wedding was the most fun they've ever attended and keep in mind we had a day wedding! Though the wedding itself was truly a perfect day, the planning was just as fun. This was largely due to our knowledgeable, kind, and patient Private Event Director, Eman. From the moment we met Eman and saw the venue, my parents and I knew that Dyker was the right venue for us. Due to geographic convenience and parking, it was the first venue we saw and our experience was so positive from the start, it was the only venue we visited. I couldn't be happier with our choice to have our wedding at Dyker and am beyond grateful to the staff of the venue and particularly for the efforts of Eman to provide us with not only a perfect wedding day but such a wonderful and largely stress-free planning experience leading up to it.

We were married at Dyker Beach Golf Course on August 8, 2015. I have to say that the moment we walked into the venue, there was a very warm and homey feeling. The entire wedding process was pleasant the staff was very accomodating when it came to special requests and questions. On the actual day of the wedding, the entire place was well run, professional and on top of everything. They really helped to make the day go as beautifully as it did. Anyone who gets married at Dyker Beach Golf Course will not be disappointed!

While the venue is pretty, the staff is terrible. Recently part of a bridal party at the venue and saw the staff display complete incompetence many times. For instance, the bride had to ask for more soap in the bathroom from 4 different employees, none of whom did anything about it. A bride should not be chasing down venue employees during her wedding so that guests can wash their hands. The bridal attendant, Sherry, was the worst. She was no where to be found the entire day even though her whole job is to help the bride. When she did show up briefly she was disorganized and rude. Don't be fooled by the pretty exterior, the staff will make your special day infinitely more stressful than it needs to be!

The venue is absolutely gorgeous. I attended an outdoor wedding following the reception inside. It really is a beautiful place however my cousin had several issues with the place; first off the Cake! The one they presented her at the tasting is NOT what she received which is disappointing when you have certain expectations that a venue present you with and then doesn't deliver. The food was horrendous, School cafeteria food is better than the food that they gave out. The Salmon was ordered by several people at my table and smelled old and awful! It certainly wasn't fresh, the steak was a slim slice of roast beef with some awful gravy. I ordered the chicken which was edible but not so great. Its a real shame because this place is truly a gem with AWFUL AWFUL food! They really should reconsider the food they present people with because I would be embarrassed if I chose to have my wedding here.

Dyker is very nice in taking care of things that normal venues will not. However, the amount of time they leave you for different things before your wedding is lacking. The amount of contact and easy of reaching the person you need to is very poor - however, once you get to the person everything is very smooth.

I planned to have a wedding in Mexico and at the very last minute (two months before my wedding,) I had to change venues. I found Dyker Beach on-line and booked an appointment. From the moment I entered the door, I knew this was my wedding venue! Carlo my sales rep was warm, welcoming and made me feel confident that my wedding would be an event that I would remember for a lifetime. Once I met the wedding planner Vicky, for my first meeting I knew I was in good hands. Vicky hands down is one of the best wedding planners! She follows up quickly, knows her job well and will go above and beyond to make your event special. On October 17th, 2014, I had the best wedding ever! Friends and family still can't stop talking about what a great wedding we had. The food, service, lighting, decor, and staff can't be beat. My wedding attendant (sherry) was the best. She made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel like queen for the day. If you are looking for a beautiful venue, lush green grounds, great food and wonderful service, Dyker is the place to go.

This is a wonderful venue for a wedding. We had about 80 guest in the smaller room and had an amazing experience. Our reception was on a Friday night, October 10. All of our guest stated that the food was amazing and service was great. Our bridal attendant Sherry was great and couldn't thank her enough for all she did. She kept asking if we were okay and if we needed anything. Also the guest stated that the bartender Toni was phenomenal! The Manager John went above and beyond for us and my guest. Everything was set up exactly how we requested. We were also able to use a golf cart to take pictures around the golf course grounds.

I had my wedding here about a month ago and I can not tell you how great of a place this is. Carlo is my go to person for everything. He totally knows what I want and how to satisfy me. My wedding could not be as great as it turn out without him. The bridal attendants were great, made sure I had food along the way. Can't tell you how much I adore my maitre D ! I had a plain white cake and she actually put flowers on my cake that matched my theme color!! That actually made the whole world of difference on the cake.

The team at Dyker--especially Carlo & Vicky were just amazing partners form start to finish. They literally made my wedding dreams come true. All of my guests raved about the food and couldn't believe just how beautiful the venue location was. Having the beauty of the golf course while enjoying cocktail hour in the indoor and outdoor locations, as well as the stunning ball room with up-lighting and beautiful decor just made the whole night special. An added bonus is the amazing staff, including dedicated maitre d'e and bridal attendant that ensure everything flows and is on target throughout the evening and really takes away from any stress for the brides and groom. I am so happy I had my wedding at Dyker and would absolutely recommend it as wedding venue--it is a hidden gem in Brooklyn!

We are locals to Bay Ridge and we thought of keeping our wedding close to home. We tried various locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan, but nothing came close to what Dyker Beach offered. We had the entire venue to ourselves (The Great Room, Grand Ball Room, patio, and Venetian Room) to fit over 250 guests. Vicky Traino and Carlo Lenzi were the employees that made our day exactly the way we wanted. They were absolutely helpful, generous, and accommodating. With all the issues my husband and I had on our end with planning the wedding, and last minute things, Vicky was definitely able to make sure we can squeeze in what we wanted for our wedding. We couldn't ask for anything more. She made our dream wedding a reality. All of our guests had such a marvelous time; they showed up early and they didn't want to leave. The employees of the venue were able to keep them entertained while they waited for the event to start. Kim, our maître d, and bridal attendant (I had forgotten her name) were absolutely helpful during the reception. They made sure my husband and I had a stress-free night. Of course, there were unexpected changes in our timeline, but they were able to run the night smoothly regardless--everything transitioned seamlessly. Dyker Beach Golf Course has an amazing team. We couldn't have an event like ours without them. Needless to say, we will definitely be having future events at Dyker Beach Golf Course.

Dyker beach helped make my wedding dreams come true. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and helful they felt like family. Vikki, John, Jordan and Larissa are the best!

My fiancee and I just had our wedding at Dyker Beach Golf Course on June 8, 2014. We are beyond happy with our experience at Dyker Beach Golf Course. We had previously been booked with a different venue in NJ, but after some very poor business dealings with that venue, we ducked out and went with Dyker. Between Carlo, Vicky, and all the other people at Dyker, we felt like we were working with family to put on our wedding. No question was too annoying for Vicky to deal with. Carlo was an absolute doll who even gave our family a sweet little pastry gift the christmas before our wedding. Decor: Parts of Dyker are a bit dated, but I think it works well if you're going for a garden or vintage theme. We were all about lace and flowers, so it worked well for us. I'm not crazy about a gazebo, so they kindly allowed us to use the outdoor space off the cocktail hour which was a great alternative. It had panoramic views of the golf course and a beautiful backdrop of the Verrazano. Also, i really wanted square or rectangular tables, but this wasn't an option. I could've spent the money to rent them, but when you have a budget you have to cut your losses someplace. The team at dyer worked with me to find a floor plan that I loved (even taking out various heavy tables and re-arranging them in front of me so I could get a feel for everything). We ultimately went with a combination of round and oval tables because I love things to be constantly varied. Food: The food was awesome. Everybody at the wedding said they were stuffed because they didn't want to leave anything behind, as the food was just so delicious. My husband even made it a point to ignore our guests at one point to chow down on his filet mignon. Cocktail hour was amazing. They made sure the bridal party was well fed in the bridal suite as my make up artist touched our make up. All around it was an awesome food experience. Even if I'm judging beyond "wedding hall" criteria, it was realllllyy yummy. I also have to mention the cake here, as it was very important to me. Dyker sub-contracts their cakes to another bakery. Ours was from villa-bate which is one of my favorite Brooklyn bakeries. They do charge for fondant icing (an extra dollar or two if I re-call correctly) so that ultimately had to go. But they worked with us in terms of what we wanted for design and switching up the flavors in the layers. Space: The main dining space can hold up to 300-something I think. We had about 170 guests and the way they arranged everything made the place look neither too crowded nor too sparse. The cocktail hour has two rooms which seems a bit dis-jointed at first but ultimately it gives people more options to move about in. Additionally, they opened up the veranda in the back where we had had our ceremony after they finished cleaning up. Service: Like I said before, I could go on and on about Vicky and Carlo and about how awesome they are. But I also want to mention my maitre'd and bridal attendant. They made sure we always had a drink in hand, food to eat, and ensured everything went smoothly as we needed some adjustments to scheduling to accommodate our photography hours and our chinese tea ceremony. Ultimately, we LOVE Dyker. They put on a beautiful affair for us at awesome prices. From start to finish the staff at Dyker was attentive, proactive, considerate and professional. My bridal shower was amazing! The venue had enough space so that my 150 guests did not feel like they were on top of eachother, the displays were set up perfectly and the food was wonderful. I cannot stress how professional Vicky in the main office was! She was an absolute joy to work with. My maitre d' , Kim, was lovely. She listened and took care of everything that day. I would recommend Dyker to anyone!!

This is truly a hidden gem in Brooklyn. My family and friends did not know it existed and were SO surprised to see just how beautiful it is! The staff was amazing. The food was delicious. They only do one wedding at a time if you want both rooms (cocktail room and reception room) so you are their one and only concern for the night which is just what every bride & groom wants! We received so many compliments from family. Highly recommend!

We had our spring wedding at Dyker Beach Golf Course and it was phenomenal. From the beginning stages of planning, to the tasting, to the day and night of the event, the team at Dyker was always professional, courteous, helpful, and quick to respond to our questions. On the day of our wedding, the maitre d (John) and the bridal attendant (Jordan) were incredibly helpful and attentive to our every need. Our guests were blown away by the quality and quantity of the food. Many of our guests also spoke very highly of the wait staff and said they were extremely accommodating. Dyker Beach Golf Course is a great place to have a wedding and offers a lot that almost no other venues in New York City can match.

I can't say enough good things about our wedding at Dyker Beach. I stumbled upon the website early in our engagement while on The Knot and thought it seemed too good to be true. After our first visit we absolutely fell in love with it. Other venues did not even compare. If you want to get married in NYC (not Jersey, Westchester, Long Island, etc), this is absolutely the place to do it. It is the only place that is actually accessible without a car but is so incredibly SCENIC and BEAUTIFUL. From the very beginning of our wedding planning I knew I wanted a place that felt airy, open, with lots of light and Dyker was perfect!! We did our wedding planning with Vicky and she was so helpful and accommodating. She took care of everything, even last minute details and everything went off perfectly with all her help! At the reception there was a TON of food, and even though we were so busy we barely got to eat everything was absolutely delicious and our guests are still talking about it months later. I cannot recommend this venue enough!!

I had my wedding here two weeks ago and I still can not stop smiling. All of my guests keep telling me it was the best wedding they have ever been to. As a bride, having my event here was stress free. All of the staff were really nice and helpful. They were great at working with all of my vendors including a few complicated and unusual requests that required lots of emails about contracts, extra insurance, set up, etc. and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Our DJ even said that Dyker is his favorite place to work out of all the halls in the tri-state area. I was especially grateful to Eman, my amazing bridal attendant. From the moment I walked in, I immediately relaxed in her prescence because she took care of every little thing. We had a beautiful day and everyone loved the bar set up on the outdoor patio. Everyone also raved about the food. My aunt said the salmon was the best she's ever had. The one thing I sat down to really eat was the chicken and it was so delicious I finished my entire plate. At the end of the night, all of my things were carefully packed for me and ready to take home. The care and detail that was put in to the set up of eveything really showed and the whole night was smooth and flawless. I can't wait to see how the pictures we took on the grounds turned out, the previews I saw looked beautiful! You really forget that you are in Brooklyn, it's so quiet and scenic on the grounds. Though not a wedding, I recently had the pleasure of hosting a charity golf outing and gala at Dyker Beach and truly if I could award Dyker Beach Golf Course 6 stars I would. From the first telephone call with Debbie to a morning-after visit to Vicky for extra materials, every moment of the development and coordination of our event was stunning and flawless. As Vice President of The Johnny Mac Foundation and chair of our annual Golf Outing and Gala, I was thrilled by the opportunity to move our full day event from the private clubs on Long Island to the rolling greens of Brooklyn. Without hesitation I can say that the powerhouse staff from Pro Shop to Events put those private clubs to shame! Our 250+ guests were overwhelmed with the five star treatment they received from a fantastic breakfast buffet during registration to the beautiful course, attentive staff, on-course refreshments and amenities. The event was topped off with cocktails on the patio and an evening reception that is still being buzzed about daily. And keep in mind this event went off on the hottest July day in NYC history. Every bite of food throughout the day, morning to night was perfection and all of our guests were just thrilled - and putting in RSVPs for next year contingent upon The Foundation promising to host the event at Dyker once again! I will also add that the evening was made all the more spectacular on a personal note as the truly wonderful event staff let by the lovely maitre d' Kim kindly conspired with several special people and helped my boyfriend pull off hands down the greatest proposal of all time. Yes, right in the middle of our evening gala. Yes, in front of about 300 people. As a private event planner, an avid golfer, and part of the Foundation Board, I can't say enough wonderful things about the Entire staff of Dyker. If you are planning an event, they belong at the top of your list. This is by far the most under-rated venue in New York City. When searching for venues in New York, my wife and I were quickly becoming exasperated by all the extremes - too expensive, too dated, too far, too modern, too kitschy... but then we came across Dyker. Almost right away we were sold - the price was right, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff was so friendly. When our wedding came around, we were even more certain we chose correctly. We had a few tastings of the food (and both the portions and flavors were perfect) and all of our preparations had been smooth thanks to the helpfulness and responsiveness of the staff. The event went off without a hitch. Everything we wanted was taken care of, and they thought of things we weren’t even aware of in order to make the day special. We recommend Dyker Beach for any other couples, and can't speak highly enough of the venue and the staff. Special thanks to Andre, Vicky, Jordan, Bruno and everyone else who worked hard to make our wedding incredible.

The St. Patrick Society of Brooklyn has been around for 163 years and was shrinking in size. It was decide that a major effort to revive the club was needed. We wanted to explore changing the venue to attract past members and new ones. Dyker Beach Golf Golf Course was the place. At our second event, we had the Irish Counsel General as our speaker. Everyone was impressed with the evening from the room, the food, the service and the convenience of the location. Our numbers are growing! The Society is planning on using Dyker Beach Golf Course for many events in the future. As we grow in size, we will have more events thanks to the professional job the staff delivered! I had the pleasure of working with the best of the best. Carlo, Vicky and John. They helped me stage the best 50th surprise birthday party ever.The food choices, the cocktail hour,the open bar.Best value for your your money. Forget about Long Island or any other catering hall in Brooklyn.Dyker Beach is the best of the best.Organized, professional and classy. Your guests will be blown away with quality service and memories to last a life time.

I had my wedding at Dyker and it went off without a hitch. I did a ton of planning and the day of I didn't need to think about anything, remind anyone about any little detail, they took care of it all. My guests raved about it, said they had the most amazing time. Great food, the employees waited on me hand and foot, whatever I needed, they were always there before I even knew I needed it. I don't think I would have changed a thing. They truly made me feel like it was my special day.

All my guests and I thought this was the best place to have a wedding. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception there. Everything from the grounds, food, staff, drinks, and decor was elegant and amazing. Due to the chilly weather we had to have the ceremony inside but it was beautiful and over looked the golf course. We were even given a golf cart to take pictures in. People from out of town never imagined there was a place like this in Brooklyn. For cocktail hour we had delicious passed hors d'ouvres plus the pasta, 86th street, Asian, and martini salad bar stations. For dinner we chose the grilled vegetable tower, crab cake, prime rib, potato crusted halibut, and chicken stuffed with mozzarella and prosciutto. The wedding cake from Villa Bate was a great ending to the night. We chose a white cake with chocolate mousse and cannoli and butter cream frosting. We also chose the pistachio tartufo to accompany the cake. The bars were all top shelf and they were even giving shots throughout the night. We loved the food choices and everyone else was raving about all the food. At the start of planning, we met with Debbie. She was great and included a 5th cocktail station. Vicky was our planner and she was very helpful and flexible with any requests we had. Eman was our awesome bridal attendant throughout the day of the wedding. She helped with everything from sticking to the schedule, my bustle, constantly giving us food and drinks, and making sure everything was perfect. The groom and his groomsmen got there early and she gave them food and drinks while they waited for us to get there. Our maitre'd was Nick and he was great as well. He made the day go by perfectly by communicating between us, our parents, the staff, and all the vendors. Overall, this place is the best with regards to food, professionalism, location and value.

This venue is the epitome of class. The entire staff embodies the upmost professionalism and go above and beyond to make sure all of your guests are well taken care of. Our family and friends are still talking about how attentive they were throughout the event. The food was absolutely amazing! My husband (a chef and former employee of The Waldorf Astoria) was extremely impressed with the menu and felt the dinner service definitely rivaled if not surpassed many banquets he has been apart of at the hotel. We were smiling from the moment we were warmly welcomed by John and Eman until they graciously wished us well at the end of the evening. Everyone here made sure that one of the most important days of our lives would be cherished forever! We know that if you choose this venue to host your event you too will be overwhelmed with happiness and joy. I got married on December 15th, 2012. My reception was held at Dyker Beach Golf Course. The staff were so attentive to our needs. Our bridal attendant and the maitre d went above and beyond to make our day special and unforgettable. The food and ambiance is second to none. I would recommend Dyker Beach Golf Course anytime! I GOT MARRIED AUGUST2012@ DKYER. I LOVED IT AND SO DID ALL MY GUESTS!!THEY DIDN'T KNOW A PLACE LIKE THIS IN BK WAS AROUND. THE FOOD WAS GREAT AND THE SERVICE. MY PLANNER VICKY WAS AWESOME TOO. ALWAYS WANTED A GARDEN WEDDING & I GOT IT! THANKS TO ALL WHO MADE MY BIG DAY AS SPECIAL AS IT COULD BE!

I had my event here and it was lovely. From the wedding planner to every little detail! My family owns a catering hall in Dominican Republic so we have high standards when it comes to catering halls. This one its the best! Bruno, my sales representative is the most caring person you will ever find! He listened to each and one of my concerns and helped me worked around any issues I had. He is Fantastic. Vicky was the Wedding planner. She sat down with me and help me with every detail. Open to suggestions and great to guide you thru your special day. If I had to do this all over again I would pick Dyker in a heartbeat!

The staff at Dyker were wonderful and the place looked absolutey beautiful for my wedding reception. I would highly reccommend Dyker Beach Gold Course for a wedding.

I recently had my wedding at Dyker Beach Golf Course on September 14, 2012 and it was absolutely the best decision I made. The outdoor ceremony in the gazebo was beautiful and the ability for the guest to enjoy the cocktail hour indoors and outdoors was a plus!! Even a nice group of golfers stopped their game so we can hit some balls before our ceremony. This made for some great photographs. Dyker surely is a gem right in the heart of Brooklyn. Bruno, Deborah and Vicky were super helpful and treated us as if they knew us for years! On the day of our wedding the staff went above and beyond to help us with whatever needs we had. The grounds were nicely decorated with bright beautiful flowers and the food was delicious! We had a wide variety of different foods for our guest to enjoy. The foodie’s in the room including myself were impressed with all of the selections. I want to thank Dyker Beach Golf course for making our day so special. We had such a great time and our guests are still talking about our wedding! Dyker Beach GC's service is top-notch and the staff are pros at running weddings. On the day of my wedding, I didn't need a wedding coordinator since I had a maitre'd to make sure everything happens on time. My entrees were about 30 mins late, but that wasn't too bad. I also had a bridal attendant - I forgot her name, but she was almost never there and I had my bridesmaids doing everything for me. One of my bridesmaids even said: what happened to your bridal attendant? Other than that, no complaints. Vicky is the planner/coordinator that I worked with. She is responsive. The only thing that I noticed that she didn't follow instructions with is with my cake. I sent her a picture of a cake design and got a response from her that it is okay to have my cake like that. On the day of the wedding, my cake looked completely different.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Food was great.. Everyone is still talking about how great everything was!

had my wedding at Dyker Beach Golf Course on July 21st and I could not be a happier bride. My guests raved about the food and they loved the overall venue. The staff was professional and the food was delicious, exactly as it was during my tasting. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The venue is in Brooklyn so you get more space and the lush landscaping, but has a Manhattan vibe. It's close to Manhattan where my city friends cab it to the wedding. Dyker does one wedding at a time so there is no sharing of space or concern about running into another bride. The staff is complete dedicated to YOUR wedding. Vicky, the event coordinator is the sweetest person you can work with and dealt with all my questions for months. The maître'd, Santiago, Nick and team were on top of everything and made sure to check on us constantly. They even apologized for checking up on us so much!! Finally, I cannot find enough words to explain the immense gratitude and appreciation I have for my bridal attendant, Eman. I've been a bridesmaid a few times and I've seen many many bridal attendants, all of which I thought were attentive and helpful. Eman takes it to another level! She made sure I was comfortable, fed, my wedding party were in the right place, sewed my groom's jacket button when it fell off and made sure I had a glass of champagne in my hand. My new husband who thought weddings in general are overblown and cost too much money was extremely impressed with Dyker and couldn't be happier. To the brides to out there: Dyker is THE venue you need to consider for your wedding.

My wedding was an absolute fairytale, and I could not ask for more with Dyker Beach Golf course. Every detail and every person was so helpful. The service was exceptional, the bridal attendant never left my side. She not only worried about me but all of my bridal party, guests. Anything I wanted I received. Always with a smile and professionalism. Every person at my wedding has been saying that it was one of the best weddings they have been to. We used the Dyker Beach Golf course for our wedding reception and could not be happier with our results. The food was to die for (and we are in the restaurant business so this was key) and the service was exceptional. They exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them to everyone. Staff was very friendly and did as much as they could to make the bride and groom happy, as well as, guests. All our guests at wedding enjoyed the phenomenal food, catering, and service. Such a beautiful venue, with beautiful gazebo site! I would definitely hold another event here in the future! Exceptional service on our wedding day, it went as beautiful as it could have went, even if it took place indoors due to weather...only suggestion I have is to allow for more options to having an outdoor wedding- making tents more accessible and affordable so that weddings can still take place outside and brides can make use of the gazebo. The drinks/bar was also very yummy. It was all fantastic and staff was sincere and immensely friendly!!! The staff was exceptional throughout the entire planning process and well through execution. I couldn't have been happier with the staff and management especially during the hottest day of the decade. We never lost power and our guests are still talking about the level of service and quality of food. We had a truly special day at the beautiful Dyker Beach Golf Course. We hope to attend an event there again soon!

My husband and I wanted our daughter to have a wedding that she would remember in her heart as well as in her mind. We looked at quite a few venues. Many were outside of our beloved Brooklyn. Many are very well known. When we entered Dyker Beach Golf Course, I was not only struck by how beautiful the grounds are and how well they are taken care of but by the friendliness of the staff. Everyone is very cordial and respectful. Many places you go to, staff will walk by and not even greet you. It did not take us very long to decide on this venue. My daughter and I "fell in love" with Dyker. Everyone was so nice and so helpful, nothing was too much for them and questions were always answered promptly and always with a smile. The people that we mostly dealt with for the wedding were Robert J. Falanga (to those who love him he is Bobby) and Vicky Kostopoulos. They did everything humanly possible to make our daughter's wedding day the most wonderful day of her life. Not only did they take care of her, they took good care of the groom and of my husband and myself. The wedding was in August 2011. Our friends and family still talk about how wonderful everything was. The food was absolutely delicious, the rooms were beautifully set up. The staff was attentive and cordial to us and all our guests. The young lady, Eman Amer, was our daughter's bridal attendant. She was caring, kind and wonderful. It was as if my daughter and Eman had been friends and known each other forever. It was truly a beautiful night and our daughter and son-in-law had a beautiful wedding to start off their life together. We now fast forward and my husband and I are becoming grandparents. We decided to have a baby shower for our daughter and the only place I would go to is Dyker. I contacted Vicky and told her the good news. I made an appointment and met with Debbie Giasemis. Debbie was also very nice and helpful. I enjoyed being back at Dyker Beach Golf Course. Debbie, Vicky and Bobby make you feel comfortable and confident that everything will be wonderful and your events will be nothing short of fabulous. The ENTIRE STAFF should be commended on their professionalism. I look forward to future parties either as hostess or guest at this beautiful location. Thank you to everyone who made this mom very happy.

Everyone there was great. From beginning to the end. They take their time with you and Never rush you. Vicky was amazing and always very helpful. Everyone raved about the food as well. Definitly worth visiting if your gettifng married!

We had our Wedding at Dyker Beach Golf Course on September 16th, 2011 and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. When our first hall fell through we had only 6 months to find another one so you know I was stressing. I am now so happy that we had to change because the entire staff at Dyker Beach made our wedding one to remember. Both Vicky and Robyn were so helpful and patient with my many phone calls and emails leading up to the day. The food was delicious, the grounds were beautiful and the decor of the place was so elegant. Everyone had a great time and are still talking about beatuiful everything was.
