We hired Echo Limousine to provide a stretch SUV limo for bridal party transportation. They were professional and easy to deal with - their quote included everything (no hidden fees), and they arrived on time. With an hourly rental, they were flexible to change our itinerary day-of when the weather dictated that we change the locations where we took photos. The limo was clean and comfortable, although I will say the capacity of 14 adults might be a bit optimistic; with my large dress we were pretty cozy with 12. Definitely recommend Echo, they were reliable, communicative, timely, and easy to work with!

Transportation showed up on time as scheduled. Ray was a great driver and got us where we needed to for a few picture stops and then on to the brewery for our wedding/reception. I would recommend Echo Limosine. Cost was also very reasonable compared to others.

Showed up on time and made trips between our hotel and the wedding venue. 14 Person Stretch Limo was large enough for our wedding party plus two photographers (total of 12 people). I think it would have been too tight for a full 14, but it was perfect for our needs. 2 hours of service plus taxes and gratuity for about $300. Gratuity was prepaided upon booking, which was nice. I would advise you bring your own music, as this was the first question the driver asked. We hadn't prepared anything and so we drove over to radio tracks, which was fine just not amazing. This maybe should be on their intake form? Driver was professional and drove safely between the two locations. No real complaints.

We booked Echo Limousine to transport our wedding party to/from our wedding venue in Chicago. We made our reservation about 4 months in advance after searching for a good balance between cost and reliability in transport companies. Our Stretch SUV arrived perfectly on time for both trips and our driver (Arturo, same for both trips) helped us pack our boxes into the back. We were able to connect via Bluetooth easily and play music the whole trip while popping a bottle of champagne. Highly recommend!

I booked a coach bus for my wedding. The driver was pleasant enough, didn't say anything to me but also wasn't rude. I will say it was a bit annoying that we were unable to take advantage of audio streaming, as the posting alludes to. The driver said there wasn't a way to stream from our phones. So if you book them be prepared with your own stereo of some sort. They did arrive when they were supposed to & the bus was clean, followed directions.

I cannot overstate how terrible our experience with this company was. We hired them for transportation on our wedding day and selected a stretch limo to take us around town for pictures before dropping us off at the venue. They sent an old limo with no air conditioning (it was about 87 degrees that day). As soon as we got in the limo we noticed something was not right, so when we asked the driver to turn on the AC he told us it wouldn’t get cool until we started moving and that we should just “roll down the windows”. There were 7 of us - including my in-laws one of whom is in his 70s - and the temperature inside this hellish hot box was well over 100 degrees. When we inquired the driver why it wasn’t getting any cooler he was extremely rude and dismissive, and basically told us to deal with it. He was also rude to our photographer who was riding up front and drove so erratically people were sliding all over the place. I was seriously concerned for the well being of my family members but being stuck in traffic on the Eisenhower there was little we could do until we got to our first stop. Both myself and our wedding coordinator were trying to contact Echo to arrange for a different vehicle but they just told us there was nothing they could do. I had to get an Uber XL to take our party directly to the venue and missed out on taking pictures with them at all the locations we had planned. We can’t get those moments back and that is entirely due to an astounding lack of professionalism on the part of this so-called transportation company. They did (and this is me trying to be fair here) arrive on time and refunded us the amount for the limo ride. But this review isn’t about the money; it’s about arriving at our wedding soaked through with sweat and disheveled because Echo didn’t have the decency and respect for their customers to at least offer an alternative to their inexcusable screw up. They could have called ahead of time and offered two town cars, or a bigger vehicle, or a small party bus. Instead they knowingly sent a defective vehicle along with a rude driver and ruined our wedding day. Please heed this advice (and, as you can tell from my Yelp profile, I never leave reviews but felt compelled to in this instance) and take your business elsewhere! It’s simply not worth taking a chance with Echo.

We had a great experience with Echo Limo for our wedding day. We rented an SUV for 3 hours to get us around town while doing photos. Their online system is extremely easy to use and I emailed and called them about 3 times leading up to the wedding to make updates to my reservations. Each time they were very prompt and very accommodating. Our driver was on time and kind for the time we were with him. I would highly recommend Echo!
