Incredible Edibles was excellent to work with. They crafted an extremely tasty 4 tiered cake for us with 3 different flavors included. The cake looked beautiful and may have tasted even better! There was not a piece left behind.

I just got married on November 4, 2023. I look back on our wedding day and I am so thankful for Alan, Robyn, and Jim, as well as the rest of the team at Edibles Incredible for making the wedding cake of our dreams, which was a 4-layered almond cake with almond buttercream with roasted almonds sprinkled in the filling. I highly recommend that brides in the Northern Virginia area and greater D.C. area book this spectacular vendor! They book fast so get on it! For any bride, it is critical to do a wedding cake tasting with your fiancé. At the tasting at Edibles Incredible, Kevin and I liked the almond cake but wanted to tweak the recipe to not include the Bavarian cream. We spoke with Alan and Robyn about our ideas, and they tweaked the cake for us to come back and try another day. This new cake was an almond cake, with almond buttercream, and sugar-roasted almonds, and from the first bite, we both knew that THIS was the wedding cake for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we liked all aspects of our wedding cake, and they were incredibly open to any suggestions. On the day of the wedding, our cake had four round tiers and had a shell border and was placed on a beautiful gold board. The elegance and simplicity of the cake was complimented by roses from Karin’s florist and a custom cake topper we purchased from Etsy. The cake looked spectacular in all the photos and tasted so delicious. Many guests approached us during the wedding to ask us who the vendor was and many stated that our cake was the best tasting cake they had at a wedding. We had some extra cake left over which we froze to eat a couple weeks later during Thanksgiving. We cannot wait to come back for our one-year anniversary cake. 😊

Edibles Incredibles slayed when it came to our four tier cake with different flavors - try the ube - simply sublime! They were very responsive and also made sure that we had everything we needed. Our guests devoured the cake and went back for seconds! They offer to make you a cake from your wedding day a year later which is super thoughtful and lovely

My husband and I began working with Robyn from Edibles Incredible December 30, 2022. I called the store on December 30, 2022 to inquire how to set up a wedding cake order for our May 27, 2023 wedding. I sent an email with all of the wedding details such as date, wedding colors, and a photo of the cake we were looking to have. Robyn called within a couple days and went over the details such as how many tiers, the flavors, what kind of frosting, the design, and frosting color. We spoke several times via phone between December 30th until March 25, 2023 to go over details. Each phone call was confirming our cake would be white and styled as the photo attached to the email on December 30th. I signed, scanned, and attached the contract via email that has “White BC” circled and “light blue BC” crossed out. On March 29, 2023, I talked with Robyn on the phone to pay for the cake in full with a credit card. It was at this time we confirmed again that the cake was to be white. We spoke 4 more times on the phone between March 30th and the wedding on May 27th. On May 20, 2023, Robyn called my husband asking for him to confirm the cake would be blue. He told her no and to stick to what the contract says. I called Robyn within 2 hours of her phone call with my husband to confirm the cake would be white. At the end of the conversation, we both agreed it was a white wedding cake. On May 27, 2023, an employee from Edibles Incredible delivered a blue wedding cake to the venue. My day of coordinator signed for it and wrote that I will need a refund because it is not the correct cake. The day of coordinator then called Robyn to tell her to either fix the cake or refund my husband and me. On May 28th, I emailed Robyn asking to talk with her about the blue cake and explained that this was unacceptable. I did not hear from Robyn and sent another email on June 16, 2023 stating I want a full refund. On June 24, 2023, I spoke with Robyn on the phone. She stated they had made a mistake; however, she kept reiterating that I wanted a blue cake back in December. I argued with her for several minutes because I have never wanted a blue wedding cake. She claims to have misread the email from December 30th when I mentioned light blue flowers on the cake. However, since December 30th, we have spoken several times and confirmed the cake to be white. She refuses to give a full refund because the guests ate the cake. It was either we served the blue cake or had no cake at our wedding. I tried to explain this and she said she would only give a full refund if something was wrong with the cake. There WAS something wrong with the cake. It was BLUE and broke our signed contract, which leads me to believe I am eligible for a full refund. I also explained to Robyn that my guests thought I was pregnant with a baby boy. This is absolutely disrespectful to put me in a situation like this in a very conservative Greek Orthodox Church. As I explained this, she began to get angry and claimed she didn’t appreciate my day of coordinator calling her and telling her the cake was wrong and that it looked like a baby shower cake. Robyn then put me on hold for a short while and came back to say she can give me a $100 refund. I do not think this is acceptable at all. I am not looking for an apology (which was never given), I am only looking for a full refund because the contract was not fulfilled. I'd highly advise not to order a wedding cake from this company.

Robyn has been an absolute delight to work with regarding our wedding. She has been flexible, warm, and so detailed with the coordination of our wedding cake. If you are looking for experience, tact, and thoughtfulness, Edibles Incredible is the way to go.

We had an AWFUL wedding experience with Edibles Incredibles. We had to constantly remind them of our name & contact information even after making the deposit. We then confirmed an additional dessert order to which they sent us a completely different invoice for another wedding. I called to confirm our order and again, had to repeat it multiple times. We called the day before the wedding to confirm delivery time and the day OF the wedding they took it upon themselves to change the delivery time from 1:30PM to 3:00PM (which was the time of our ceremony) They claim the hotel requested the change but I remained in very close contact with the hotel and this change was never decided by anyone but Edibles Incredible. When the delivery driver did arrive he was very rude. Our order also included desserts we did not request- one of which a guest of ours was very allergic to! So this mistake is an incredibly dangerous one especially when we tried so hard to confirm our order. Overall, we felt zero confidence in them throughout the entire process & it added so much stress to an already stressful process.

Edibles Incredible made a DELICIOUS wedding cake for my daughter's wedding! We loved the idea of 3 different flavors for each tier of the cake! Our guests loved it as well! Alan and Robyn were wonderful to work with! They had great suggestions for the classic cake we were looking for, excellent communication and took care of everything from beginning to end!

5 stars is not enough! Edible Incredible is not only the best cake I’ve ever had but has the kindest owners! Robyn and Alan are so passionate about what they do. They did this beautiful 90th birthday cake for my mom! Robyn put so much love into this cake! She worked with me on designs. I sampled lots of the flavors with my mom. They made us feel so special! I’m forever grateful for all they did to make this birthday unforgettable!

4.5 stars! On the whole, we were very happy with our wedding desserts from Edibles Incredible. We asked for a "winter wedding" cake (think woodland greenery, white icing, etc.) and they delivered a truly beautiful cake that was also quite delicious (pina colada and lemon sublime). We also ordered a bunch of "Christmas-themed," decorated sugar cookies from them that were tasty and so cute! Our guests loved them. Our only complaint is that we discussed with them numerous times (via email and on the phone) that we had purchased a cake topper to be added to the cake the afternoon of the wedding, once the cake arrived at our venue - they walked us through how our coordinator could handle that, all fine. We were surprised, then, to walk into our reception and see that EI had decorated the top of the cake themselves, leaving no room for our topper? Our coordinator ended up putting it elsewhere in the room, but we were disappointed that such an easy ask had been ignored.

Edibles Incredible create the best cakes in the DMV area. We had such amazing experiences in the past admiring and tasting their work for birthdays and other special occasions that we chose to do a tasting with them for our wedding. We were immediately impressed by the tasting as the portion sizes were very generous, and the flavors we chose were all delicious. After the tasting, we had a conference call with Alan and Robyn to discuss our wedding cake. We could tell that they’re both very knowledgeable and passionate about wedding cakes. They’re also both extremely nice, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. Following our design consultation with Robyn, we ordered the lemon sublime 4-tier wedding cake. When the cake arrived at our venue, we were both in awe. The cake was so beautiful, and it exceeded our expectations. The cake was designed exactly how we discussed with Robyn and gorgeous accent flowers were also added which we did not expect. In addition, we received amazing feedback from our guests on how delicious the cake was. We absolutely 100% would recommended Edibles Incredible to anyone looking for their wedding cake.

I first met Alan at a bridal expo, where I decided to sign up for the free tasting that was being offered. I’m so glad I did! After the tasting, my now-husband and I were looking forward to our cake with great anticipation, and telling all of our guests how good it would be. We were not disappointed! Even though our guest count decreased due to the pandemic, we decided to go along with our original cake size, and allowed guests to take leftovers home with them, and ended up bringing leftovers in to work for our coworkers to try as well! Everyone agreed that the cake was delicious, and we were so sad when it was finally all gone!

Alan and Robyn were nothing short of amazing! We downsized our wedding due to the pandemic and they happily accommodated! We ended up with a three tier cake with the absolute best flavors- lemon, pina colada, and vanilla with strawberry filling. The cake looked amazing and tasted even better! We barely had any cake leftover and can't wait to get our new cake on our one year anniversary. Robyn listened to what we wanted the cake to look like and made it happen, it was gorgeous! Highly recommend Edibles Incredibles Desserts for any wedding!

Stay Away for Weddings! I recently contracted with Edible Incredible Dessert for my wedding for specific sized cakes. Different (smaller) sizes were actually delivered on my wedding day and not enough was prepared for all the guests. Robyn at Edible Incredibles consistently made excuses afterwards, such as it was not her fault that she did not have the size pans needed and actually went as far as blaming Amazon for not selling the pans. She also refused to be reasonable about the fact that she changed the cake order without notifying the bride and groom at all. They have a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on the website, but know if you use them it will not matter. Wrong size cakes, not enough to feed the guests, no notification to customers, and continuous pushback while trying to discuss and rectify the situation. Use another company…don’t take a chance.

Please respond to my emails. I do not want to go about it this way. I had enjoyed EID many, many times and was so excited to book them for my wedding. Unfortunately, I was a March COVID bride who was forced to have a 12 person, immediate family only wedding. EID was great about it at first - they said they would absolutely reduce the order and refund our money - a difference of about $500. Now, 7 months later, they will still not return our calls or emails to discuss the matter. I was going to overlook the fact that they ignored my cake design emails and sent a plain white buttercream cake because they were so flexible and we made the cake work and it was truly delicious, but now they will not respond to discuss our refunds and I fear this is the only way to get their attention. Please respond to my emails! Side note: I'm wondering if Ivonne O. below got my cake? Lol!

They did an amazing job. My cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted AMAZING! Robin took the time to talk through options and build a cake that both myself and the groom were happy with. They were also accommodating in the change of date due to Covid. I can't wait for our 1 year anniversary cake :)

Unfortunately we have to give at least 1 star, otherwise we would give no stars. This vendor had one job, which is to deliver the cake. We had numerous calls with Robin that we wanted a specific white cake. To our surprise, a blue cake was delivered. Fortunately our wedding coordinator made them go back and bring a white cake but it was not detailed like we requested. I could have gone to Costco and gotten a plain white cake. This company only brags about all the awards they win but they couldn't fulfill their obligation. If you decide to hire this company for your wedding, don't prepay them. We tried to talk to them about the cake a month before the event but they didn't respond until a week before. Three calls with Robin confirming the WHITE CAKE. Thank you for the wrong cake!!

Edibles Incredibles did a beautiful job with our wedding cake. We discussed what we wanted and they created exactly that. It tasted delicious and I had many guests compliment the flavor as well. No issues came up on the delivery day.

Amazing bakery! My wife & I got our wedding cake from Edibles Incredible, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how perfectly delicious it was! Both the flavor and the décor of our cake were spot-on, we were really impressed. The team is also very professional, helpful, and responsive. Bonus - they'll bake you a fresh new cake for your one-year anniversary so you don't have to eat frozen leftovers :)

Edibles Incredibles - its all in the name! They really are incredible, they were the first cake tasting we had and we knew we didn't need to look any further. The moment we ate their cakes we knew they were the one. We had a tasting for 4 people and they were absolutely heavenly, not to mention the amazing conversation we had. They listened to everything we wanted and went over all the little details from the 20 pictures I had brought :) I wanted a lot. We had a 4 tier 3 flavored cake. The wedding guests thought the cake displayed was fake because it was so gorgeous. Needless to say the moment they ate it they were in heaven. They devoured the cake! We had NOT A SINGLE PIECE OF CAKE LEFT. Believe it or not, I only got a bite of the cake, I was heartbroken, but I was thrilled everyone loved the cake so much. I had been to a wedding a few months earlier where there was a lot of left over cake and I didn't want that to be our wedding so I was happy everyone loved it so much. Do yourself a favor and use them, its going to be the easiest decision you've ever made. Thank you so much Robyn, Alan & the Edibles Incredibles Team!

Edibles Incredible did an amazing job for our wedding. We ordered our wedding cake, cake pops, macaroons and mini cheesecakes and they were all delicious. Robyn did a great job matching my vision exactly for the design of our cake and cake pops. We received so many compliments on the presentation and taste. Thank you for making our day special!

Edibles Incredible designed a beautiful cake for us! We tried several different flavors at our tasting and ended up choosing them for their great recipes and prices. We were able to scale down our order after we had the final RSVP count and they executed our vision with the gold molds to match our Versailles feel perfectly. Guests complimented our cake and it looked beautiful. My only recommendation would be to confirm details with them. We ended up making our order over the phone, so it made matters a bit more complicated when we had to finalize the flavors and number of servings and didn’t have a written order on file, just notes from our tasting. This was easily solved, though!

They are not kidding when they say Edibles Incredible makes the best cake you'll ever have! We got the lemon cake with pineapple curd, chocolate mousse, and carrot cake- they were all delicious. Our guests raved about how delicious the cake was! We also ordered some gluten free cupcakes for a few guests and they loved those! The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process.

This is the BEST bakery not just because their cakes are beautiful and creative but because they taste amazing. My daughter and new son-in-law chose a three tier cake with the top & bottom layers having the flavor of coco pina colada and the middle layer was a vanilla raspberry. It was terrific to have two different flavors to please all the wedding guests. And at their one year anniversary, Edibles Incredible bakes them an anniversary cake for free! WOW! The vanilla rum-infused buttercream icing was fresh and delicious and everyone was asking who baked the cake? Thanks you for the perfect wedding cake!

Edibles Incredible has the best cake ever--and I mean *beyond* wedding cakes. We found Edibles Incredible at a local VA Wedding Expo, and we have not stopped going back to them ever since then. My husband and I go to them for any cake we need for any event, and they deliver on quality and service every single time! In regards to our wedding cake--it was a big hit with the guests! Our guests still come back to us saying it was the best wedding cake they've ever had, and continue to ask us who did our cake! Alan and Robyn were a pleasure to work with since our tasting. They were so incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to work with their customers and provide their services. Their sincerity and transparency truly adds to the quality of work. They were so pleasant and easy to communicate with, very flexible, and overall wonderful people. Our wedding cake came together beautifully and we couldn't be happier! Their Carmelicious cake is my absolute favorite cake *ever* and my wedding day would not have been complete without it!

Everything about the cake from Edibles Incredible was amazing. We found them at a local wedding expo and were blown away by their cake. After reaching out, they invited us in to taste several flavors of cake and let us pick different ones for each tier. I've never really cared for lemon flavored cakes, but theirs was delicious. We also did the chocolate, coconut, and Everyone at the wedding enjoyed their cake immensely. Our catering staff even asked for their information so one of them could book them for his own wedding (and they do wedding catering every weekend). It was the one thing we didn't have any leftover of because everyone wanted more!

Edibles Incredibles Desserts makes the best cakes out there! When I first tried the cake at a wedding expo and saw all of their reviews, I thought that they must be a very good business. Their reputation didn’t disappoint! I was so excited when my venue made Edibles Incredibles Desserts a preferred vendor because that’s who I really wanted to go with! When working with Alan and his team, it was incredibly easy to. We had a delicious cake tasting where we got to try many cakes and fillings for free. We did not have to commit with a cake design until about a month before the wedding, which was incredibly helpful for anybody who might like to change their mind last minute. They were very receptive to what designs I wanted on my cake and they did exactly what I wanted them to do. They were also really helpful in placing the flowers on my cake, which I know can sometimes be a hassle finding somebody to that is willing to do that for you. They are an incredible bakery that cakes are very flavorful and moist and I am excited to have the specially made one year anniversary cake next year!

I sent her a picture of a cake that I found on Pinterest and they delivered an even better version of it! Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Edibles Incredible was amazing! They guided us through the whole process, offering suggestions along the way. At the tasting, they fed us so much cake. Everything was so good it was hard to choose. After our final guest count, they called us to discuss the actual amount of cake we needed and recommended we reduce the amount of cake. Their recommendation was perfect. We fell in love with the cake at our initial tasting and booked immediately. You can't go wrong. We love the flexibility and ease of designing. Our guests loved the cake and while there wasn't much left after the wedding we can't wait to sample again at our 1-year. Highly recommend!

We ordered two cakes for our wedding (lemon and chocolate) and both were phenomenal! Guest loved them and the presentation was beautiful, just as they had discussed with us at the tasting. Very easy experience to work with them, and great results!

My fiance and I knew we were going with Edibles Incredible as soon as we came in for our tasting. Alan was personable and answered every question we might have. We were treated to three giant slices of cake with the tasting with the option to try more (which we did) and they even boxed up the leftovers for us to take home! We were sold on the customer service and obviously the cake itself! Loved the rich flavor and that it was fondant-free. :) We made our tier selections that night and as we got closer to the wedding date, we spoke on the phone to confirm our vision, which turned out perfectly! We have never been happier to eat leftover cake!

Edibles Incredible was an great vendor to work with. Not only was the tasting alot of fun (and included tons of cake), but the owner was very nice and helpful with our design preferences. Every guest I talked to was blown away by the cake (both taste and look) and wanted to know where we got it from. I can't wait to use them again for future events!

Let me start by telling you that this is the ONLY place we visited when selecting wedding cakes for our wedding day. We pre-selected three cakes to try, which were ready for us when we attended the cake tasting. Alan sat with us and explained the process and pricing while we devoured the cake. They were hearty slices for the taste test and we were disappointed we couldn’t finish it all so we took them home to finish off! We tested the Red Velvet, Chocolate, and Vanilla with Raspberry filling! We loved all three and decided to incorporate all three selections into our wedding day cake. We also chose simple but intricate detail for our wedding cake and rented a beautiful gold stand from them as well. We were very happy with the quality of the cake on our wedding day and no one had a single complaint. Many people went for seconds as well! There wasn’t a single slice left over. The only thing to keep in mind is if you rent the cake stand you will have to deliver it back to them as they do not pick up the cake stands for you.

Not only was our cake beautiful but the four different flavors/layers we had were incredible. Everyone said it was one of the best cakes they ever had. The decorating was perfection. So glad we chose Edibles Incredible Desserts for our wedding!

My husband doesn't even like cake and we walked out of our tasting with a 3 tier cake.... the wedding cake was so good and we hyped it up so much that our guests were asking for 2 pieces before they had even taken a bite. My only negative note was that our cake was scheduled to be delivered between 2pm-3pm (so that my mother in law/florist could decorate the cake before getting on the bus to go to our ceremony at 3:45pm) and the cake showed up at 4pm. We were all on the bus ready to go waiting for her because the cake was late making us slightly late to our ceremony photos). But going back to the details- we chose the vanilla raz & the lemon sublime with vanilla buttercream. Every thing about the cake was INCREDIBLE. They really live up to their name and we can't wait to get our complimentary anniversary cake in 11 months.

I'm a November 2018 bride and I'm so glad I went with Edibles Incredible - I got so many compliments on our cupcakes that I have requests on specific flavors to order to bring to family holiday parties! Everyone raved about the red velvet and the cheesecake cupcakes in particular. The desserts we ordered (cupcakes + cutting cake for the reception, mini macaroons and chocolate fudge for the rehearsal) were delicious, and the team was great to work with. The only issue we had was that the original order we did for the rehearsal dinner desserts came out incorrectly, Otherwise, we had a great experience and I would recommend Edibles Incredible! Looking forward to our anniversary cake.

Edibles Incredible was one of the best, if not the best, vendors of our wedding. They were recommended to us, so when we saw them at a wedding expo, we knew we had to try them. We signed up to be contacted about a tasting on the spot! Theirs was the only cake at the expo that wasn't dry or had weird flavor combinations. They were punctual with the follow up and the tasting was a great experience with the owner. We knew we were probably going to book with them and then go on other tastings just for fun (more cake!), but we completely forgot about anything else after the tasting. Fast forward to a few weeks before the wedding, when they called to check on us and our guest count. When I told them our count had gone down, they immediately set about reconfiguring the layers to make sure we still got the three we wanted (amaretto, piña colada and lemon with pineapple curd) but decreased the size to be able to voluntarily refund us some money! In the year we were engaged, we'd stop by whenever we were in Reston to grab a slice because we just couldn't wait. I thought we might get too used to it but it was just as delicious at the wedding. I'm sad their new storefront is even less convenient for us to get to than Reston, but can't wait for our first anniversary cake.

Our cake was beautiful AND delicious. The tasting with Al was phenomenal, and meeting with Robyn to discuss design was quick and easy. Thank you!

The cake was delicious. They don't use fondant, but the end result was beautiful. It was prettier than I imagined it would be. Even the buttercream was delicious. They were easy to deal with and not that expensive. I got sugar paste flowers (instead of buttercream) and even those were only $50 extra.

The cake was very delicious. If you are concerned abut the design, I recommend you watch carefully. They will quote the size without actually quoting what you ask for. Just be careful if the design matters, I even provided stencils and pics and it came out wrong.

Our cake was hands down the best Wedding cake I have ever had. It was moist and delicious. All our guests loved it and took seconds home with them. The next day my husband and I sat down to enjoy the cake as we only were able to take a bite at the actual event. It was still delicious the following day. They did a fantastic job creating the look we were going for and we’ll be forever customers at their store in Reston.

I first tried Edibles Incredible’s cake at a friends wedding. Their cake was one of the talking points of the reception, and my friends and I were all running after the servers to try every flavor. Their cakes are amazingly moist, and the buttercream frosting is so much better than the typical wedding fondant icing. Working with Alan, Robyn, and Elvira was very easy. They helped me design a custom cake based off one picture and worked with our florist to arrange fresh flowers on the cake. Their business is like a well oiled machine and their products reflect that. Our cake had three tiers, each a different flavor, and each of them turned out perfect. We have already convinced a few of our other engaged friends to go with these cakes as well!

The cake from edibles was delicious and beautiful! They even accomadated my gluten allergy by making the top tier gluten free! All my guests loved the cake!

We ordered a 3 tier cake, that feeds 75 people for our wedding on May 25, 2018. This was our first (and last) place that we visited for possible wedding cake vendors. Alan was very confident in their cakes and told us "get that idea of plain dry wedding cake out of your head". In our first bite we did just that. We tasted 3 complementary generous slices of cake: Pina Colada, Lemon Sublime, and Amaretto, and we fell in LOVE. We selected all three flavors for our wedding cake and purchased two additional slices: Chocolate, and Red Velvet which were equally amazing. The cake is MOIST, so moist it sort of just melts in your mouth. Each flavor actually tasted the way you would imagine, however, the lemon (the most popular) is not tart like one would think. It has a light taste of lemon with a pineapple curd in the middle. It was amazing. My personal favorite was the Pina Coloada. We came up with a design that was very modern to fit our wedding scheme and it was executed beautifully! Elvira checked in a few times, was very helpful in advising us what would work best with the design that was chosen. She was also VERY helpful in designing a Groom's Cake that was executed perfectly! Our wedding guests RAVED about our wedding cake. People called us the next day asking for another slice (not joking). I plan to work with Edibles Incredible again in the near future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a delicious cake for any occasion!

My fiancé (at the time) and I informed our planner we disliked cake in general. So rather than waste our time she took us right to the best and said If you dint like the edibles tasting we’ll just try a different dessert. To our utter amazement what they do with their unique frosting recipe and their amazing lemon with crushed pineapple (and their vanilla with raspberry we ended up doing two flavors it was so good) was enough to overcome our cake aversions. In addition they accommodated our semi-naked cake request, and provided us with something that was a perfect match to pictures we’d sourced online, which helped the florist immensely in decorating the cake. My husband(Yay!) and I received countless compliments from the guests who had no idea how close they’d come to a cakeless wedding if not for the talents of these guys!! Edibles Incredible created a four-tier wedding cake for my event last Saturday (5/12). It was beautiful and our guests were coming back for second and third (and fourth!) servings. It was that good! The ombre design was exactly what I imagined. Thank you again!

Edibles Incredible did an amazing job on our wedding cake. We gave them pictures of how we wanted each tier to be and they recreated it just like the pictures! We were sooo happy when we saw our wedding cake for the first time on our wedding day. Alan and his team were great to work with and very professional. No wonder they are well renowned. Also their cakes are delicious so it was a no brained. Thanks again!

They were easy to work with and very responsive when designing the cake. Not only was the cake beautiful, but everyone thought it was delicious as well! Chocolate mousse bliss is heavenly!

The initial consultation with Alan was great as expected. We decided on the almond amaretti flavor and requested a subtle spackled texture for our wedding cake. We provided an inspiration photo and were reassured they could make this design happen. However on the day of, we were really disappointed to walk in and see the cake we ordered. Unfortunately, it looked poorly constructed, cheap and unfinished. There were apparent spaces between the cake layers and just a failed attempt of the texture. The situation was upsetting since we really looked forward to enjoying it. We would’ve appreciated if they told us the design was unattainable for them in the first place so we could have went with another look.

I found Edibles Incredibles at a Bridal Show. In fact, they were the only vendor I booked through the show, and it was 100% worth it to go just to get our perfect cake! What we loved most about Edibles Incredibles was that not only was it delicious (seriously, the cake was the most delicious wedding cake I've ever had), but it was incredibly fairly priced. While many bakers charge excessive amounts for decorating, our decoration was included in the price. We were able to have an incredible (pardon the pun) four tier cake for less than we would have paid for most bakeries to have a two tier cake with the rest of the servings in sheet cake. We loved that we could have four different flavors (with no upcharge), and that we could even have a gluten free tier for our Celiac guests. Alan is so passionate about the work he does, and having a cake tasting with him was truly a treat. We loved hearing him talk about his cakes (and obviously we loved eating them!). Choosing our design was incredibly easy, and the team executed beautifully. I also used Edibles Incredibles for the Groom's Cake, and they made the coolest cake that made my husband so happy (and surprised). They also delivered to Baltimore for an incredibly reasonable $50. You should absolutely use Edibles incredibles for an affordable, beautiful, and - most importantly - delicious addition to your day.
