Our photographer and videographer were amazing! They were easy to get a hold of, flexible with our schedule, and made sure we were comfortable with everything. They were easy to get along with and felt like family. I highly recommend them for any event.

Eivan's service is very good, both corporate and the team we were set up with (José & Abe). We had an absolutely wonderful day. Abe and José were extremely professional and flexible when we had some location changes. The packages are very easy to understand and they really walk you through the whole process from start to finish.

It was such an awesome experience working with Eivans for our wedding day. The photographer and videographer made sure they captured all special moments. The pictures turned out amazing and our guests even noticed how attentive to detail they were

Eivans did an amaaazing job on our wedding photos. We got the package with both photographer and videographer and Vincent and Randall were both great. They went above and beyond to get us beautiful footage and directed us to the perfect areas of Presidio park as it was our first time in San Francisco and we had no idea where the best backdrops were. They were personable and professional, I would definitely recommend them I could not be happier with how everything turned out!

We got the photo/video package and were very happy with it. Each one for 6hrs long. The rep who I booked with was very nice and professional and did great explaining the difference between each package. Our photgrapher Brendan was amazing we loved ALL of our pictures. He was very patient and professional listened to all request and delivered! Videographer was very trendy and made an awesome highlights video that captured the whole night. Highly recommend, great quality and very responsive.

Zero stars; bait and switch tactics; no customer service. This review will be factual to help other couples see what they are getting. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs, spend the extra money on a good photographer who will be communicative, have your best interest at heart, and ensure you are taken care of for your wedding. Eivans does none of this. My fiancée and I were excited at the prospect of a photographer and videographer package. We saw the reviews by others showcasing their satisfaction with the product (much like you are doing now). However, Eivans attempts to have negative reviews moved or flagged, stating that the reviewer is not a customer; however, we are and have a contract and receipts to prove it. We prepaid for one of the top-tier packages (completed six months prior); we were asked to pick our top photographers and videographers from a nine-member list of talent in the area to find what would work best for our wedding. She and I sent a list of four we liked five months prior and received instructions that photographers/videographers are assigned within 30 days, which we understand. However, with almost a month to go, I was instructed to fill out a form we had completed five months prior. Seeing that this could be the first time they were getting to our account, I was concerned that they were missing more, so I asked for clarification. I called and still did not receive any clarification for over 24 hours until I forwarded the confirmation email, attaching the PDF generated with the information I filled out. I asked to speak with a supervisor to discuss the next steps, with no response for 72 hours. Our wedding coordinator emailed and was ignored completely. I then asked to escalate the matter and talk to a supervisor the following Monday, a month out from the wedding, with no response. Eivans only action was sending the information regarding our photographer and videographer that Monday. Insert the bait and switch. The assignment included none of our requested photographers. Our assigned photographer was NEVER on their original list and not showcased on their site. We looked at their website and saw novice-style photography such as 1) overexposed front flash and lighting issues, 2) ISO and noise issues, 3) novice aperture settings, 3) Framing and structure issues, 4) post-editing is minimal and batch-processed. These issues made their featured pictures look like they were taken with an older iPhone. This made me respond again to every email alias we have been in contact with, demanding to talk to a supervisor. Once again, I received no response. We want other couples to know what we are dealing with to avoid this company's stress and lack of customer service and communication. We strongly urge anyone reading these reviews to look elsewhere, find a good local photographer and spend the extra money; nothing is worth the stress and the poor product you receive from Eivans. Considering we haven't received the level of service outlined in the contract, emails, and marketing material, we would appreciate a full refund of our money. Yet, Eivans writes the terms of service so customers treated like us do not have a leg to stand on and are out of luck. If this is the experience before the wedding, imagine the service after the event.

I would highly recommend Eivan's Photo & Video in Austin, TX for anyone needed photography or videography services for their event. The entire staff was a true joy to work with and made it very obvious that our requests and opinions mattered the most to them! We had a wonderful experience with all the people we interacted with at Eivan's Photo & Video in Austin, Tx! We initially spoke with Megan W., she answered all our initial questions, provided an initial quote and was very sincere about wanting to make sure we felt completely confident about partnering with Eivan. We secured a photographer & videographer for our wedding at a very reasonable price! We have to give a very special "Thank You" to John K. (our photographer)! He was quick to reach out and set up an introductory phone call. He first asked what we wanted, then took the time to offer some additional suggestions on photos he had seen many couples wanted at their wedding. John reached out a couple of times before the actual wedding date, was at the wedding before the start time and was taking pictures for the entire time! He was very professional, courteous, friendly and did not draw any undue attention to himself. As we wait for the final pictures, we feel extremely confident he got all the pictures we requested and many that we know we will be thankful he was able to capture! Thank you to Megan W., John K., Tony P. and everyone at Eivan's! We can't think of anything more they could have done to make our wedding day more special and a little less stressful!

The photographer (Matt G.) & videographer (Reggie L.) I had on my wedding day were amazing. They work their magic behind the camera while you carry on with your day as if they aren't even there. My now husband HATES pictures but these two made the day run so smoothly and it was like he didn't even know they were there. I highly recommend these two for your needs if you book this company!

We booked Eivan's back in early 2020 before the pandemic. Their beautiful photos and reasonable rates are what drew us in. They were very supportive and flexible in meeting our needs as things rapidly changed due to Covid. Eivan's has been incredibly great and accommodating to our needing to split our wedding into two days. The events department was very helpful in ensuring we still had our photographer and videographer for both days. They were very professional and kind. Leading up to the wedding days we had been given forms to complete to select our preferred songs for video and must have photos. On both days the photographer and videographer provided by Eivans more than delivered. We now have beautiful photos and a lovely video to last a lifetime. We're so happy we chose Eivan's for this once in a lifetime day.

I had a great experience with Eivan's Photo. On the day of the wedding our photographer Dorin and videographer Andrew were amazing and made sure we had all our pictures and sites taken. They communicate efficiently with my ceremony and reception sites. My husband and I love our pictures and waiting for our video. Our wedding was 1/8/22.

The company as a whole is great at customer service. Even though we had an issue with our photographer on the day of the wedding and the prices on the pictures are very high and not ideal if on a budget, the companies customer service as a whole was great and Dughan went above and beyond to help alleviate our issues and we were very impressed with that aspect of the company. We are happy we are able to have some memories of our wedding.

Eivan’s was the most budget friendly company to provide photo and video for our wedding. Our contracted photographer and videographer were both awesome. They were prompt, professional, and knew what they were doing/good angles and moments to capture. Our gallery was just released about 4-5 weeks after our wedding with all of our photos (about 800). We were very pleased with the quality of the photos. Be aware that Eivans doesn’t release the photos for download until 90 days after your gallery is opened. Although this is inconvenient, we were still satisfied with Eivan’s especially for the quality of work for the budget friendly price.

Our wedding photographer and videographer were punctual and polite. They were excited to work with us as a couple and share ideas for photos.

The services offered were provided at a reasonable price. The contracted photographer and videographer were prompt, friendly, and professional. Evian corporate can be difficult to reach at times.

Eivans has been so helpful throughout the entire process so far. They have been very responsive and take the time to answer all the questions I have. I will update after the wedding is over

Please do not use Eivan’s. They use contract photographers and videographers who release all raw content back to the company. Your photos are not available for free download until 90 days after the edits are made, and video content is only available for an additional price. If you want your photos before your 90 day holding period is up, you may purchase all of them for over $2000 extra. That is in addition for the services you have already purchased. I got married over four months ago and I still have not been able to share any photos from my wedding because they are still in a “holding period”. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I absolutely loved working with our photographer, Caleb! He arrived early to our wedding, entertained the guests and made sure to capture every special moment. I got to see my pictures after only 10 days! Eivan's had such a great price for such a long day, too! I am so happy that they are all over major cities and states, so I do recommend them for sure!

I would like to start by saying I am so happy I booked Eivan’s for my wedding photos/and video. I had the pleasure to work with Matthew G. as my photographer and Reda as my videographer. Both of those guys were great! Matthew also took my bridal shots and all I could say was WOW! He is so talented! I have all the confidence in the world my wedding photos will turn out great! When you see bad reviews about Eivan’s, DO NOT let that scare you. I am sure some people have had bad experiences with certain photographers/ videographers, but I am sure there are way more good ones than bad! The company was more than easy going when I had to postpone due to COVID and there was no fuss at all! Also, they are very affordable!

All staff/employees are extremely friendly, informative, Professional, and easy to communicate with. Overall process was simple and stress free before, during, and after my wedding. My pictures turned out absolutely beautiful! 10/10 would recommend.

I found out about Eivans through a post on the Knot and reached out to learn a little more because of the mixed reviews. The pitch we were given was the "this is a family run company and we care about your needs... blah blah blah". Well turns out Eivans just out sources for third party photographers and they could not care any less about providing a quality product and service. Our photographer was mediocre and missed many great shots that we had requested. We didn't even get a full family picture. A few pictures that we got included my husband zipping up his pants, peoples eyes closed, crooked angles, portraits with people standing in the sides of the pictures - not great quality and certainly not what anyone wants out of their wedding photographs. After the sessions, there was no communication to let us know what was going on with our pictures. We had to wait 2 months to view our engagement pictures (that was only because we called and sat on the phone for way too long to talk to someone) and then over a month for wedding pictures. The worst part is that they then hosted them online for another 90(!!!!!) days before we could download them all and actually use them. The whole process has been a complete joke! I've never heard of a photography company that doesnt give you access to download your pictures until 4 months after the wedding. In addition to the wait times, the editing is barely that. They simply apply the same filter to all pictures and called it "professionally edited" but it made all the colors look completely different and is not an accurate representation of what our color scheme was. I know that there are some great promotions floating around for Eivans but they really are too good to be true. My advice would be to look elsewhere and not waste your time working with Eivans. The photographer is a big part of a wedding and its not worth losing these moments because of poor execution, editing, and service.

I looked for highly rated photographers and videographers on The Knot because I know that photos and video of the big day is so important, but i also wanted to find someone that had reasonable pricing so eventually I picked out Eivan’s. They had amazing reviews and I had looked at some of their work as well. They really met up to my expectations. Michael was my photographer and he was very professional throughout the day. I know I put him on a time crunch with portraits because of the time of my ceremony since it was outside but he did a great job. Ryan was my videographer and he was very professional as well and also got along well with my husband which says a lot, considering he was very stressed about the entire thing. Overall I loved their services and I will highly recommend Eivan’s to my friends and family. Now that I’m in the post wedding process I’m getting plenty of help from the Eivan’s team on what to expect next. Eivan’s will make sure the memories of your big day are affordable for you and beautiful always.

Did not receive communication in weeks prior to wedding as videographer had a "family emergency" but we are still pretty happy with footage received. We are glad we have a video to look back on. Initial communication was very professional with those in the HQ.

This was a great vendor, I loved my photos, my only issue was that they are super expensive, even afterward to order prints and canvases through them is way high. But over all they were a great service, I just wish it was a little more personal.

Eivan's photography will NOT disappoint. Ryan V was our videographer and Matthew G was our photographer for my daughters wedding a few weeks ago. If I could give them both 10 stars I would. These two guys worked together seamlessly and they took some amazing shots of the wedding and even had a drone to take a picture of all of the wedding attendees. They were kind, attentive, respectful and on task at ALL times. They even went and got water for my son in law...and removed my daughters heels and put on her sandals so she would be more comfortable with the shot they were attempting to setup. I can't give them enough credit for the job that they did! Amazing humans and professionals!!!

Two of my colleagues from law school originally told me about Eivan's. I decided to look into them after consulting with two other reputable companies. Save the best for last!! By comparison, Eivan's offered me the most comprehensive package with multiple locations. They provided 10 hours of photography and video for the same price that most companies charged for only photo services. Further, a representative set down with my fiancé and I and showed a true interest in finding us a package that would suit our needs and budget. The Eivan's representative walked me through the process, answered all of my questions in a calm and professional manner. He also showed me their massive portfolio of quality pictures, albums, canvas and videos. I was impressed with the quality of their work and the time they spent with us to plan or out big day. Other places barely answered our questions and only seemed interested in our money. My pictures and video are beautiful and captured a life time of memories. I highly recommend Eivan's to any bride and groom looking for a one stop shop and a stress free process.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I love ANNA!! Anna was our photographer, she worked so hard during the ceremony and reception to get all the best shots for us! Our videographer was just as comparable! This team was so professional and very respectful! We were alll very impressed with Eivans! I CANNOT WAIT to see our photos!!

I cannot express enough what a great job that eivans did. We had the photographer (dorin) go through mud to get the best shot. Seriously I cannot express how wonderful they were and how much they worked for us and we're flexible with changes. Best company ever. Also very affordable.

For going into my wedding day blind, by not previously meeting either my photographer or videographer I was very impressed by the services we received. Our photographer William was so great! He walked right into the salon in the morning and started to get to work without any hesitation what so ever. I got so many compliments from guests about his professionalism, and could not have asked for a better person to take ideas from just about everyone in the bridal party as calmly as he did. Overall I am very pleased with the service we were provided with!

Mitchell and Galen were our videographer/photography team. I was pretty nervous because they did not know each other and it was our videographers first event with the company. However, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

Eivan's made my husband's and I wedding day unbelievably special. The photographer and videographer we're amazing! They were definitely fun to work with! Our pictures and video turned out amazing, and I would choose them again in a heartbeat. I felt comfortable with what they were doing, and trusted them fully. They made my pictures look beautiful. We booked Eivans last year for our July 9th wedding and couldn't be more pleased with the services that we received. From the initial phone call to finally getting our pictures, they were always professional with our interactions and answering the multiple questions that I had. After we booked with them, they sent us a timeline of when we should be expecting certain things, and I was so excited when we finally got connected with our photographer and videographer a few weeks before the wedding day. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality photographer/videographer!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Eivan's Photo & Video Inc. for our special day last month. It was really easy to communicate with Sam and he made sure he was always there if we had any questions or concern. Our wedding package included 10 hours of photography, but we realize a week before the wedding that we needed an additional 2.5 hours. Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free. Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day. I would recommend Eivan's to anyone out there who's looking for great service along with value and professionalism! Thank you Eivan's for capturing our special day, all 1k of them!

I was hesitant at first since Eivans provided such a good deal. I sent emails, triple checked the contract to make sure there were no strings attached. Again, I was super skeptical. Overall the customer service was phenomenal, the photographer and videographer were excellent. Not only were the photographer and videographer great but they were cool as all get out. I liked their personality and quality of the images. It really did exceed our expectations.

Sam was fantastic!!! He captured all the moments we wanted without being intrusive!!! Eivan's was such as easy company to work with too. Highly recommend!

I did not end up booking with Eivan's, but I had poor customer service which stopped me before I could even reach my consultation in person. I opted for a phone consultation before making the drive to their nearest location and the representative was poor, to say the least. He rushed me off of the phone and with every question I asked he simply told me to look on the website, which for the record I had many times and was where I got my questions from. Again, I cannot speak for their work as I did not book, but their customer service poor.

I did not think this quality of photography / videography existed for this price. Eivan’s blew us away with how professional they were to work with, and the quality of their work is unmatchable. We used Eivans to coordinate a photographer / videographer for our wedding in Austin in June. We got matched with Sandor G and John A. They were fantastic! They were so polite to all of our guests, and got amazing shots. We really feel very blessed that we were able to get these guys at such an AMAZING price! All of my friends could not believe that there was a service out there like this, and when I tell my friends that are getting married they are so thankful. They are so easy to work with too. They always emailed back right away, or were able to answer the phone. They made photography stress free and easy, and even thought of things that I had not. If you are looking for a photographer or videographer for any service you hit the jack pot! I look forward to using them again! Thank you for everything Eivans. ☺

The team at Eivan's was very helpful when we were choosing the photo package we wanted. Never did we feel pressured to add on anything we didn't want. On our wedding day, our photographer, Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, flexible, and friendly. We have already recommended Eivan's to other friends who are starting to plan their big days!

I called to schedule an over the phone consultation to my surprise when the day came for my consultation I did not receive no phone call at my scheduled time. I waited an hour more with my daughter and her fiancé for the call and still no call. I sent them an email informing them how upset and unprofessional it was and that I was disappointed. I thought that they would read my email and maybe I would get a response back but wasn't expecting it. Monday morning came and I received a phone call from the district manager apologizing and informing me that there was a glitch in the system and if I would allow him to go fix it for me and my daughter. I thought what do I have to lose I can always say no and not sign a contract with them. We went onsite this time for the consultation because I was not taking any chances for another glitch. So we get there and we were greeted very nicely then we were taken to a room for the consultation and to our surprise it was the manager he was going to conduct the consultation. I was happily surprised he again apologize and showed us the packages and because of the glitch we had happen he made sure he took care of it and made the package really sweet. He did not have to add all the extra stuff he did but because he was sorry and wanted to make sure we knew that he valued our business he made sure my daughters wedding package had everything she wanted. He was awesome I would highly recommend them because even if they mess up the accept it and fix it. Love them and will use them again.

I was beyond excited to find this company!! So many services were outside our budget and I was nervous that I would have to sacrifice quality and professionalism but with Eivan's, NOT AT ALL! There multiple package options really allowed for us to customize everything we wanted/needed for our big day! Eivan's was able to match my husband's and I's styles and photo needs to a PERFECT photographer that worked extremely well with my family and bridal party. The quality of our pictures are beyond words and are just simply amazing. I am so happy to have found/used Eivan's services for my wedding and can't wait to have these memories for a lifetime!!

From beginning to end, our experience with Eivan's was first rate. We were looking for wedding photography over the course of our big day and Eivan's delivered. Our sales representative, Dughan, was highly responsive to every question we had, took us through our entire contract in great detail and was attentive to our needs at every step. Our photographers, Artur and Nick and videographer, Max were tremendous. They were professional, yet relaxed and very pleasant, and fit in with our guests extremely well. They took well over 2,000 photos and hours and hours of video! We could not have asked for any better than this team. I highly recommend Eivan's.

All I can say is wow! We hired Eivan's for our wedding day and I have to say it was the absolute best decision and right choice! The price was very fair and the employee who booked us was very flexible and willing to help us out in any way possible. Our photographer, Tom Widmar, was absolutely AMAZING! He was very prompt in responding to emails, he communicated well with me, he was on time and ready, he stayed busy the entire time taking thousands of pictures, he was patient with me when I was overwhelmed, he was kind, and most of all he shot BEAUTIFUL work. I would do business with both Eivan's and Tom as well. Thanks for having such an important part in my special day!

Our Wedding was June 12th 2016 at the Abbey Resort in Fontana, WI. The venue was beautiful, and our photographer, Mike, knew exactly how to capture our perfect day. He had structure, which I appreciated. It was very clear that he knew exactly what to do to get great photos. I felt he, and Brandon (our videographer), were very flexible and professional. Not to mention, they were extremely kind and outgoing. When we received our photo gallery, we were over-the-top excited and happy. Mike truly caught the essense of our big day. My suggestion to you brides and grooms- do not get the lowest package. It was impossible for us to choose only 30 photos- we called for an upgrade right away. Definitely get the package with the rights to all the photos because they do such a wonderful job capturing all the special moments :) When doing my upgade, Sam was also extremely helpful in making sure I could get exactly what I needed. We highly suggest Eivan's!

Eivans did such a wonderful job the day of our wedding on May 28, 2016. The entire staff was polite and respectful and they showed up on time to each location the day of our wedding. I would recommend Eivans to all of my family and friends looking to hire a a photography company.

My husband and I were married on 12/12/15 and we were very grateful to have Eivan's photography and videography capture our special day. We worked with Mike and Shannon and they were a pleasure to work with. They captured moments that I wouldn't have otherwise seen which made me very happy. They were very professional and prompt and worked well with my large bridal party. The price for what you get is amazing and Eivan's was always quick to answer questions throughout the planning process.

I got married September 28, 2013! Not sure why it took me this long to write a review. But here it goes: I love pictures, I think they are one of the most important aspects of any celebration. A picture can take you back in time and allow you to remember that day like it was yesterday. For that reason I was looking for a company that took their job seriously and was affordable. I came across Eivans while searching on this website www.theknot.com and gave it a shot. I saw the price and thought it was too good to be true. We scheduled a consultation and got lucky to have Steve as the consultant and as our photographer. He was awesome, so easy to work with and went along with anything I asked of him. He was so helpful and friendly. He was yes to make sure the day went smoothly. They prices were reasonable, compared to other companies. I felt that we got a lot for our money. The one thing I wish I would had done however was buy the copy rights to the pictures before the wedding. As they become extremely expensive after the wedding. After almost three years I called Evian's to see if the price for the pictures' copy rights had gone down, unfortunately it was the same price. I asked my husband if the pictures were worth it, which to be honest they are, but the price was out of our budget. I called again and asked if something could be done, they were able to bring the price down to something more comfortable. Though ideally it's not what I wanted to pay, I'm thankful they worked with me and lowered the price. I went ahead and bought the copyrights to my pictures and I don't regret it one bit! I do love the pictures and the work that Steve did! I know I will have these memories to cherish for years to come! I recommend Evian's Photography in a heartbeat.

Our photographer and videographer were amazing! very artistic and had great ideas. The customer service is great too, they always emailed back or returned my calls in a timely manner! Cant wait to see my photos and video.

We had a wonderful experience with Will as our photographer and Nancy as our videographer! The day was handled with efficiency and professionalism and Will was wonderful at directing the flow of the pictures and arranging us for pictures. We received the picture proofs this week and we are so pleased with the photos and the fact that we received 2300 pictures! Eivans lets you see the proofs on their website with a watermark and then you can purchase the download rights immediately at an additional cost or wait a couple of months to receive the CD of all the photos (if purchased with your package). We will be waiting, but we are very happy with how they turned out and looking forward to sharing the photos!

Read the contract! We were going to go with Eivan's for our photos and video until we read the contract. The experience from the beginning was a bit off. In the initial phone consultation, the girl spoke so fast and it seemed like she just wanted me off the phone to sign the contract. Then they want a $250 deposit before ever seeing the contract, which turned us off. It was refundable, but still, we don't get to read the contract before putting money down? And then when you get the contract, it's only good for 24 hours, so you can't shop around. Then in the contract, it states several times that they are not responsible for lost pictures, or pictures not taken. I'm sorry, but if the photographer erases all of the pictures, then he/she IS responsible. It also states that photographer has priority over the guests for pictures and will do whatever is needed, i.e. push guests out of the way or just not take the picture at all, which of course they are not responsible for. They are also not responsible for taking any pictures which you want them to take. If you need to cancel the event, then you have to pay the full amount of the contract PLUS 50%. Seriously? They claim it's not a penalty, it's for damages. Finally according to the contract, you are not allowed to write any negative reviews. If you do, they will charge you for every day the negative review is posted. It is not enforceable, but you would still have to fight it and this is why you can't find many, if any, negative reviews about their service. What are they hiding if you can't leave a negative review? Buyer beware!

We are throughly disappointed with the Eivan's Nationwide Photo vendor. Composition was not done well with legs cut off or too much foreground. Editing was incorrect with subjects so far away. The photographers were inconsiderate to wedding guest and wedding party alike. when we share our concerns before we had received our pictures, Eivan's held our photos "hostage" until we remove our poor review. BEWARE BRIDES, you will spend $1,200. or more, and the memories of your special day will be sub standard. (they get one star ONLY because a rating is required) Kelly from Colorado Springs, CO

Although we loved our personal photographer and videographer, working with this company was a nightmare. We were going back and forth with them for about 6 months after our wedding because there were missing pictures from our wedding. Some were still never located (some of the most important photos to us) and the few we did receive came back poor quality. When we asked the status of where our photos were, we were told they were "too busy" to find them. We were able to get enough to make our album something we are proud of, but I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Our photographer, Sandor was fantastic! He was energetic yet thoughtful about the poses we shot. My husband is not the best at taking picture, Sandor made him feel comfortable and the pictures turned out beautiful! Thank you so much!

Went through an online registration process to schedule a consultation. Consults were two weeks out, and they no-showed. Literally I'm writing this after waiting 15 mins past my scheduled time that I booked two weeks ago. In the meantime they've also sent me about 20 emails... I'll be spending my money on someone who will show up.

Eivan's Photo & Video provided me and my wife exceptional service. They were very kind and professional and they helped me with accomplishing our desires. The photographers have great knowledge because they took superb engagement photos and our photographer chose our beautiful location. So no worries if you can't think of a place to do your photos! They were also very helpful in what I wanted to do in the reception because I wanted to sing for my wife and they provided me a mic to clip on my jacket and it was heard directly to the video so there was no echo. Overall, the service was stellar and you get a lot for your money so if you want QUALITY, go with Eivan's Photo & Video.

Eivan's was a great company for photo and video. The package that I received was a fantastic price! I was a little upset that my photographer was 3o minutes late to the hotel. The videographer was on time and didn't stop rolling for the majority of the time. I had to remind my wedding coordinator to tell the photographer to take photos during certain times, but it still went well. The photographer was very funny and easy to work with. I would recommend them again!

Every moment I wanted captured was done, even the ones I didn't expect. Both photographer and videographer were wonderful. Publications department are very professional and cooperative.

I couldn't have asked for a better team for my wedding. Will and John were both amazing and had no problem creating any visions I had for pictures. They did all I asked plus more and were so great in carrying out requests made by me or guests. I had several guests rave about how wonderful will was in taking photos from table to table. I was skeptical in pricing from the beginning but after I have no doubt I received the best for my money.

I would recommend Eivans to everyone. They did such a phenomenal job with our video and photos, that I cannot thank them enough. I know, after having our wedding, that one of the most important things that a bride and groom need to look into is their photographer and videographer. That is the only thing, besides your memory, that lasts from that day, until forever. They were able to capture such amazing footage that I did not know was possible. I've never really done any photo shoots or anything, and the way they made us look in these photos were incredible! Some of the shots they took were so amazing, we had about another 5 couples book with them, just based on the two or three photos they saw of us on our wedding day. Someone always gets back to me immediately if I call with any questions, and we were shocked that the pricing for photos and videos were not outrageous compared to several other companies. We are so happy we chose them for one of the most important days of our lives. This is truly a great company that I would recommend to anyone!

Last year, my husband, (then fiancé at the time), and I were on the search to find a wedding photographer and videographer. Since we were on a tight budget, we sought out a company that can offer quality photo and video within an affordable price point. After several months of research, we came across Eivan's. We found them through a magazine advertisement on The Knot Chicago for a 10 hour Photo and Video package starting at $1299.00. Knowing this info, we were intrigued and decided to do more research on their work and what they can offer us. At first, we were skeptical with the low cost of the package. Many photographers charge thousands of dollars (I've seen photography pricing range from ($3,000 to 5,000) for photography only! And that's just separate from your additional video expenses!!! So obviously when we learned that they would provide both photo and video for a fraction of their cost, we then decided to check out their portfolio on their website to view their work. On their website, they had sample video highlights from prior weddings (which were shot on location) off their blog page and I'll have to say after viewing a few, they were excellent. It's no wonder they claim to hold the title of being professional storytellers of weddings! Their video reel highlights had professional grade cinematic quality to them. It was almost like watching a Hollywood movie except the stars are you and your husband!!! You even get the chance to add in your own special music to your wedding video so that was an added bonus. Using their downloadable link, you transfer your MP4 music and download it to their web page. Having the ability to add your favorite song to your wedding video really offers that personal touch to signify your special day. We loved their work so much that after looking at a few portfolios, my husband and I immediately booked an appointment with Elaine over in sales to make sure our date was available (which it was ). YaaY!!! Flash forward to 6 months post wedding... As I look back at our wedding album and DVD, I never regret choosing Eivan's. Once you've booked with Eivan's, there are forms they will periodically send you up until your big day. These forms are for you and your spouse to fill out detailing exactly what moments you want documented in order of priority. From there, they build a timeline for you so that every shot from beginning to end gets covered and nothing gets missed. On the week of your wedding, your photographer and videographer contact you over the phone to go over logistics and final details. They go over your ceremony and reception time line one last time to make sure your day runs smoothly and you get the pictures you want. I love that they have all this organized down to a science which tells me that they A.) Know what they're doing, B.) they've done it for a long time, and C.) they make sure that no detail goes missed as long as you specify what you want documented. Customer service was awesome and their customer relations handled any questions I had as quickly and prompt as possible. Sam was a pleasure to work with and the staff were kind and attentive to what my husband and I were looking for when it comes to professional wedding video and photography. Thank you Eivans for helping us create and document wonderful memories we will cherish for years to come.

I was very impressed with their website and the prices are the best around so I tried to hire Eivans for my wedding and found it was too good to be true. The sales tactics are high pressure: they would only send a contract after making a $250 deposit and the contract must be signed within 24hrs. I asked for contract amendments since the contract listed the videography service for $1299 instead of the $999 deal listed on the website. I was told there is a $300 fee that is added to every package. So I asked for the contract to clearly show this fee was added to the $999 package, not a problem. I asked for basic consumer protections added to the contract: a statement of guarantee of turnaround time and the company cancellation and refund polices added to the contract. They were very polite about it, but it is clear that they are looking for people that just sign a contract without looking at the terms. They immediately refunded my deposit and wished me a great day.

The planning for a wedding is so stressful especially as we got closer to our wedding date. The one thing that I was confident and secure in was our photographer and videographer Evians. Everything went so smoothly from beginning to the end. They are very professional and offer competitive prices. We were able to schedule all of are pictures when we were ready we did not have to worry about dates unavailable and all of are pictures turned out great. I was also glad that I decided to get the wedding video because there were so many things I did not see or forgot about because the day goes so fast. Thanks to Evians I have beautiful pictures and a video that will last a lifetime. I have no regrets and refer them to all my friends.

Our wedding was december 19. We had Will as our photographer and John as our videographer and we could not be more happy! Both of them were the best we could have asked for! They both arrived at the house to take pictures/video of the girls getting ready. They were very respectful of our house and even put up with the craziness of getting ready. At the ceremony they made us feel very comfortable. They were not in our face the whole time, but the pictures came out wonderful! We actually just received the link to view today and we could not have asked for better pictures/video! The reception they made sure to get the dancing as well as everyone who attended. They went table to table to take pictures of everyone. there had to have been 10 different people there taking pictures because they seemed to catch every single shot! They were great! They didn't make us awkwardly re-do any moments or anything like that. They kept our family group pictures moving smoothly, and made sure to catch some great action shots. If you go with Eivans you are definitely getting your money's worth! And be sure to ask for Will and John because they will undoubtedly do an amazing job!! We cannot thank them enough! Thank you guys!!

The package is a great deal and the company is easy to work with at first, but pay attention to your contract. It takes forever to get your pictures and your video. The photographer we had was nice and professional but did not take very creative photos and we were left with a limited selection. Did not get as many photos as I thought we would (very few of the ceremony, no first kiss, and missed key moments I specifically requested). Overall somewhat disappointed in our photos and Eivans did not respond when I questioned the quality. The videographer was great. We have not received our video yet and it has been over 2 months so hopefully worth the wait. I don't think I would use this company again. dissatisfied with our photos.

My photographer was rather green and inexperienced. Despite this she did a good job of working with us and she took some great shots! She was also very friendly and flexible and worked hard to make sure we were taken care of throughout our special day. I was grateful to find a photography company for such a great price!

Eivans was absolutely wonderful. We had a few issues but the Owner Sam promptly took care of our every need. He never let days or even hours pass after I called or emailed with a question or concern he was on top of it. They are truly like family before, during and after the big day. If you are lucky enough to have Bill for photos and John as your videographer you have received a top notch duo, their work is phenomenal. They both made my event less stressful. Overall Eivans is a great conpany to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality photo and video services not just for a wedding but any special occasion.

I havent received my pictures or video yet because my wedding just past. However, we had our engagement session with them and the pictures turned out amazing. We worked with Steve and he is amazing. I definitely recommend requesting him. He has a good sense of humor and he does an amazing job. The price was great!

When it comes to capturing the most important day of your life...you have to pick a company that YOU can trust and that shows experience and talent. You get that with Eivans. I was truly ecstatic with how great our pictures turned out! not to mention how quickly we got them back from the photographers! The photographers made sure that even with our crazy busy and hectic families that things ran on time and took every suggestion for picture ideas that we wanted! I sincerely thank Eivans for giving us such a great experience from booking to service to picture results! i will definitely be using for other occasion and recommend them to EVERYONE!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I first began hunting for a wedding photographer, but I knew I wanted someone who was professional and an expert in their field. I came across Eivan's on The Knot. I visited the website, did online searches for feedback, and even got lucky with a co-worker's niece using them and highly recommending them. We booked out of the Schaumburg location since it was closest to our venue. Will C. was AMAZING!!! All of guests kept commenting about how fantastic he was. I haven't seen my images yet as it's only been a couple of weeks, but in the few images he shared directly on his camera, I'm confident the best is yet to come. Note: We booked a promo package so the $1,800 was for videography and photography services.

The photographer was very good and he caught every great moment including so many things I didn't catch until looking at the pictures which is so cool. He took 1800 photos! Make sure you buy your pictures on the disk! It sucks its like $600 extra but otherwise you will never actually get your pictures unless your a millionaire, and you don't get your disk for 3 months,again sucky but overall I'm very happy. I've looked at them online 1000 times and I can't wait to get my disk!!

Best bang for your buck! We had 10 hours of photography AND videography (with full rights to raw images + 3 dvd's) all for about $2000. Our photographer, Bill, did an outstanding job and understood my vision to a tee! And our videographer, John, did an excellent job as well. They both captured every moment and every emotion - which is always something you look for in your pictures when remembering your most special day.

I worked with Nancy Stahnke from Eivan's as our wedding videographer. She arrived early, she did great work, and kept great communication before and through the wedding. She asked me if I or my husband had any special requests and also came up with great ideas that we did not think of prior.

I did the $1499 package for all the RAW photos and videography, but after taxes and purchasing the digital edited photos, I probably was closer to $2200 total. I would have liked a more creative photographer, but I knew that I was getting a lot (10 hours of a photographer and videographer) for my money after doing price comparisons. Eivans has some negative reviews out there and it made me skeptical so I did what I thought was best which was to prepare for the best photos possible. I communicated look, feel, and the exact timeline of the day. My photographer was kind but professional. I wish sometimes he would have had me adjust my stance, but we were left with 2400 photos and love so many of them! I recommend them for any couple on a budget who is willing to put in the little effort to communicate well and often. Ensure you track when they are supposed to contact you and know that you may have to travel to their offices to pick up your pictures. It's a hike, but you're not spending $4000 on the photographic artist that would do it all for you.

I got a package from here that included 10 hours of photography and 10 hours of videography for $1750. It was worth every penny. We loved the photographer and videographer assigned to us. They were great to work with. Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend Eivans.

Eivan's Photo and Video was a good choice for us, as it offered 10 hours of photography AND videography for $1950 and provided good quality work. It was easy to set up an appointment to view previous work, and then the photographer and videographer were excellent and very helpful the day of. The photos and video turned out great and exactly what I imagined them to be. The only thing is, with this deal you are offered a CD of all the photos and a small photo album, as well as the DVD of the video. I'm not sure how this compares to other companies, but I would have preferred to also have some hard copies of photos that I didn't have to pay extra for (ie, the hard copy photos are available for purchase, but are quite expensive per photo...on the order of $8-15/photo, which is something to think about for when your family/guests want to order some). However, the quality of the photos is very good, so it might balance out in the end.
