Elegant Limousine & Charter

I'm so grateful I came across Elegant Limousine & Charter!! I had read many reviews from other vendors that made me very weary of who I hired. When I came across Elegant, I knew I found the one for both my rehearsal night & wedding day! Come to find out, about a month later after I had hired them, I was actually on one of their shuttles to another event!! Both that day & on my wedding weekend, we were all so impressed by their professionalism, timely manner, friendliness, & awareness that ensured the safety of all on board! I had an open bar at my wedding so I couldn't bear the thought of expecting my guests to drive themselves home at the end of the night. Elegant Limousine & Charter took the stress away from worrying about our guests & provided the comfort knowing they were in the best of hands!! I highly recommend this vendor for all transportation needs!!

Our driver was amazing! We ordered a bus and they were able to pick up our guests at two different hotels and take them to the venue. They waited for us to finish cleaning and took us back to the 2 hotels. 100% recommend.

Our driver was amazing! Not only did she patiently wait while my husband and I took our time checking the rooms at Old Glory Ranch to make sure we had everything, and then politely said goodbye to Karen Smith, and Carey Millington, and the rest of the OGR staff, but she let me take a nap so I would be able to be refreshed as much as possible and somewhat awake when we reached San Antonio. She was also very helpful and kind! Recommend 100%

The perfect get-a-way car. The staff is so professional and friendly. The car showed up on time and looked amazing. I would 100% recommend using one of their vintage cars for your get-a-way. The pictures are to die for. Your guests will love it. And you'll enjoy your exit.

Wow!! Elegant Limousine went above and beyond for our wedding!! They provided guest transportation and a getaway car for our big day and really went the “extra mile.” After our event we learned that the 55 passenger tour bus we rented was hit by a car while en route to our wedding… which could have really delayed our guest arrivals… but the Elegant Limousine team handled the situation flawlessly. They sent several busses out in time to transport guests to the event and everyone made it to / from the wedding on time. From our perspective, they handled a really tough situation (that was not their fault) perfectly… we didn’t even know about the issue until the next day! Our getaway car looked super cool in photos and our driver was so nice! We would definitely recommend Elegant Limousine to others!

It’s 2021, and every vehicle we used had issues with AC and Bluetooth/Aux capabilities. Use another company.

Our wedding guests loved having a ride for the evening and not having to worry about driving. It made their night more carefree and enjoyable. We hired Elegant Limousine to drive a party bus for our bridal party on the day of our wedding and their service was incredible! Throughout the planning process, the Elegant team was responsive and professional. Our driver, Tucker, helped make the day so special. It was a rainy day and he escorted me everywhere with an umbrella so I didn't get wet in my dress. Truly went above and beyond! Would recommend them to everyone!

Our driver was very personable and was great all around. We only had about a 2 mile trip, but he was able to make an impression on us in such a short time!

They were so amazing and easy to work with! It made my life as a CVOID bride, so much easier. They are very quick to respond, make quick changes, and are very flexible. They even stopped at a gas station on the way home so that my guests could grab a few beers and snacks before we headed back to the hotel. Really great service.

Elegant is absolutely amazing!! We had the 29 pass bus for our whole wedding day with Tucker! He help transport the wedding and guest throughout the whole wedding day and it was perfect! Transportation is tricky at a wedding. There are different destinations, timelines and the number of guests to consider. We contracted with Elegant Limousine & charter for a 49 passenger bus to transport our guests to the church and venue then back to the hotel. We then added a 29 passenger bus for the wedding party AND in the last week when the original getaway car fell through Kristen was able to somehow pull a limousine out of her hat to transport the bride and groom safely to their hotel. Thank you Elegant Ride for being professional, on time, patient, and for getting all of our friends and family safely to and from our son's wedding!

Right from the beginning this was a great company to work with. They were quick to respond to questions by phone and by email and were really easy to work with. They were flexible and helped us find a transportation plan that fit well with our budget. We used them to shuttle guests to and from the venue for our wedding and everything went very smoothly. Elegant Rides provided us a sprinter to transport the bridal party and guests to and from multiple locations for our wedding. The service was excellent. Bob worked with us to get the most out of our budget. The sprinter was clean and the drivers were professional. Could not ask for more!

Communication at first was a little if-y, but after everything was booked, everything went perfectly! Limo was on time and fancy. The driver was very polite. It is very reasonably priced too!

I thought transportation would be difficult for us to find because our wedding venue was in Kyle and we stayed at Hotel Emma in San Antonio. I got multiple estimates, but I appreciated the simple, gratuity-inclusive pricing of Elegant Limos. Their estimate was the most detailed and I felt a very fair price. Our driver was attentive, safe, and very nice. They also have a good selection of new limos in both black and white. Thank you Elegant Limos!!

Our driver was awesome super friendly and pleasant to be around. Jess who booked our transportation was amazing. She was super patient and very helpful in providing all the information we needed to choose our vehicles. I loved that they had antique cars to choose from because that is what I always imagined driving away in after our ceremony. Our bridal party loved the limo bus but was bummed the radio didn't work for them. They have a great selection of cars and limos to choose from and the price was all inclusive with no hidden charges or fees.

Elegant Limousine & Charter provided us with our party buses and roll's royce for our August 5, 2017 wedding at Kendall Plantation. They were timely, clean vehicles and all of the driver's were super nice. We highly recommend using them for your next weekend or event!

We rented the Rolls Royce for our wedding on October 15, 2016, and I'm so glad we did! The driver was out in front at the exact time he was supposed to be. He was also generous enough to pull over and wait for someone to bring us the grooms bag (which didn't make it into the car as it should have). The car added that extra special touch to our beautiful day. I would definitely recommend Elegant Limousine to anyone!

I was a little hesitant at first to reserve a limo/ charter service as it was not in our budget. After talking to my wife she wanted a bus/ shuttle for her and the bridal party for our wedding. After searching the sites I came across ELS and upon talking with them and the JW coordinator I knew service would be fantastic. My initial reservation was smooth and everything was set months in advance. I am glad I did since May is very busy with other weddings, proms, and graduations. About a month before the wedding I called and after speaking with Bob they confirmed everything and even assisted us with our additional request. Now the week and day of the wedding I spoke with Jess and just as described Tim our driver arrived just as scheduled and the bridal party was off in the bus. It was a wonderful experience to work with everyone at ELS! Now I know why most of the limo services I see at events around town have ELS plates. If you are in need of charter services big or small I highlu recommend Elegant Limo and Charter. Though short thank you for a wonderful experience. Two great performances!!! Jess planned our sons two wedding transportation needs in a superb professional manner! The drivers that picked up for our two weddings, Sept 23 and Oct 7 2016 , were friendly, professional and on time!! Highly recommend this elegant service!!

Our experience with Elegant Limousine was a once in a lifetime kind of deal! We were unlucky due to the fact that the Mercedes S550 we were suppose to ride away in had hail damage & wouldn't be ready in time. However, our misfortune turned into an opportunity to instead be driven away in a 1960 Bentley!! Needless to say we were extremely happy with the service we received!!! Our driver Carlos was so great & we had a great time driving around downtown San Antonio!! Thank you again!!!

It was a pleasure working with Elegant Limo for our wedding! Kent was extremely responsive, provided excellent service and guidance as to what vehicles we needed for our guests. The drivers were exceptional and I could not recommend another company over Elegant Limo.

I used elegant limousine for our wedding. It was a horrible experience, first the car arrived late , and no "just married sign" as well as no champagne in the classic car we had reserved. Which in the contracted they stated that it comes with the "just married sign" and champagne. The only good thing was our driver was super nice. Also charged twice and one of the charges wasn't even on the bill they sent, when I emailed them to ask what the separate charge was for I didn't receive any explanation on as to why they were two separate charges all I saw was a credit back on my credit card 2 weeks after the service was rendered. Still no explanation as to why. Good thing I check my credit card statement because if not they would have double charged. Stay away from this vendor.

My bridesmaids and I used the limo service to get from the hotel to the church and then my husband, MOH, BM, and I used it to get from the riverwalk to the reception. So not a whole lot of time spent in the limo, but it was an enjoyable experience. There was traffic on the way to get to the church, but that is nothing to fault the limo service for. They had water/soda refreshments in the limo which was nice to have when we were picked up from the Riverwalk. We also had to wait a little while for the limo to pick us up from the Riverwalk (traffic again), but everything was still on time. Just make sure to keep that in mind whenever planning wedding events in a downtown area on a sat evening! My husband and I used the town car service for our get-a-way. When we got in the car and had already driven a couple of yards from the exit, I realized I forgot my phone with my brother and asked the driver if he could go inside to get it. He did, so that was nice of him!

They were ok, I was disappointed in that I was told i would get a white limo and a black one showed up along with asked if they could take the long route to the reception so the new paper can get a picture of the limo. They driver took us the very very long route causing my reception to start late and be rushed.

We hired elegant limo to whisk us away after we danced through sparklers saying goodbye to our friends. Except that didn't happen. We were waiting in the limo for 20 min until we finally asked him why we weren't leaving. We both needed to use the restroom so we were ancy. My groom just decided to get out there and go through the crowd to go to the restroom back in the venue. Totally defeating the purpose of our grand exit. The driver was extremely rude to us threatening to not take us at all and to leave us there, because we wanted to leave before everyone else. Its our day, we should be able to have our grand exit. Except he didn't know where he was going. Instead of asking us if we knew (we would have gladly shown him) he waiting for the other guests to leave so he could follow them out.We must have been waiting for at least 40 minutes. Our guests were passing us saying "Geez, yall haven't left yet??" Have I mentioned already how rude he was to us? While I was talking to the guests as they were walking to their cars he tried to roll the windows up several times on me. What's wrong with talking to my guests as they pass by? We were sitting there bored! I didn't want to even take the limo back but I feared that my father would not get his money back and it was a surprise he had arranged for us. Needless to say, our driver did not get a tip. He was angry about working at 11pm and having to haul drunk people around. I'm sorry, that's what you signed up to do. It's a wedding. Don't take it out on the bride and groom. While we were waiting for the other guest to leave, I noticed the radio didn't work. I asked him to help and when he came back to help me he said "well it was working when I pulled up" Implying that I had messed it up. It was never fixed. I was so infuriated I insisted that part of our wedding party ride with us back to the hotel to deflect the situation. Oh and did I mention he got lost?!? Yea...10 minutes the wrong way following the wrong people! so done with this company and their awful driver. I give ZERO stars!

After reading so many scary limo reviews, I was afraid to hire anyone. I decided to try Elegant, and they did a great job! Jess was very easy to work with, the limo was on time, Troy the driver was very nice and the limo was very clean. I would recommend them to anyone and they had a very reasonable price compared to a few others.

After my experience with San Antonio limo I was very skeptical about any limo service. Calling around town they have the best rates by far and are very friendly. When we stopped by to check out the limos I felt very relieved. We were greeted by the owner who I actually received my quote from. We used the 2 hummer limos for our rehearsal dinner and a Lincoln stretch or getaway the night of the wedding. Both days they were on time and the drivers were professional.

They were great. They showed up on time, they delivered! I was so impressed with the service. We tipped them extra money because the service was excellent. I love Elegant Limo! The cost was a little over 300, but it was for four hours. They were worth it!

The shuttles that we rented from Elegant Limo were wonderful! They were on time, and very friendly - especially to all the guests who were a little tipsy on the way back to the hotel :) My one critique would be that the shuttle we were on from the wedding was crazy hot, but other than that, I would recommend them to anyone!

My husband called around to several limo companies as we were planning our wedding, and this company by far had the best value. We spoke to Kent, whom my husband said had great customer service. He offered a competitive rate that was not dependent on the number of stops we were going to be making. It sometimes felt like it took forever waiting or driving, but that would be the case with any limo trying to get around the one ways of downtown San Antonio.

We had a limo for 4 hours and a charter bus for 7 hours our April 9th wedding and were very pleased with the services provided by Elegant Limo. Kent was extremely helpful in assisting me with what services would be the most appropriate for the number of guest I have along with making it cost effective. The drivers were VERY punctual (which I think is the most important thing on your wedding day--getting there on time :) and were very friendly. Great experience, would highly recommend.

They were easy to work with. Least expensive in town.;The AC went out so we had to go straight to the hotel; we were unable to be driven around town because it was too hot. Also, they did not have the red carpet and the JUST MARRIED sign like they said. Again, it was the least expensive in town so you get what you pay for.
