Elite Chicago Limo

We had the Royal for our wedding and it was beautiful! They followed our itinerary exactly which for an OCD bride like me it definitely set me at ease! The driver was so nice and helped with music getting on and off safely and drive safely and got us everywhere on time. Whenever I called for confirmation or to go over details they answered everything I needed and was very easy to plan and work with.

We had a 30 person party bus for our wedding over labor day weekend and it was great! They were early for the pick-up which we appreciated, followed our itinerary to a T, and were very accommodating. Couldn't recommend more!

We booked Elite after an unfortunate incident with our prior transportation company resulted in us being without transportation for the bridal party less than 10 days from our wedding. The booking specialist commiserated with a very anxious/stressed bride, helped us find the best option for booking, & got everything handled within minutes. The day of the driver showed up in a timely manner & ensured everyone was comfortable as we drove from our rented house to a local forest preserve & finally to the venue. He was flexible with the route (as we needed to change it at the last minute) & quite frankly hilarious in his commentary.

We booked Elite Chicago Limo for our wedding day transportation. They were supposed to pick up the bridal party from the hotel and drive everyone to the church. On the day of our wedding, the driver called my husband to let him know he was running late due to bad weather. He told my husband he would be there in 25 minutes, but when my husband asked where he was, he was way farther than 25 minutes away. My husband called the number provided for help and no one ever answered or called back. Everyone was forced to spend $50+ on ubers. The driver made it to the church to drive us to the venue and the experience got even worse. The driver turned onto inner Lake Shore Drive into the WRONG LANE, then proceeded to ask my photographer what to do. Everyone felt very unsafe. I called the company to discuss my experience and they argued with me and said the best they could do was $100 refund (which is $50 less than their hourly rate).

Our bridal party had an amazing time on our bus. We had the Bellagio and it was super roomy! The folks doing customer service know what they're doing. They're very friendly and accommodating. Our driver was patient with us as we took a bit longer than expected for some of the photos. Can't recommend them enough!

I have used Elite Chicago Limo a couple times in the past and had a great experience so when it was time to book a party bus for my wedding they were the first place I looked. Service was great, driver was very nice and arrived on time. He was very accommodating and patient when we had to make an unexpected stop and helped our big day run smoothly.

Do not use this company. Elite Chicago limo left us stranded at our venue the night of our wedding. To top it off while I called to see where our limo was as we had been waiting outside since the agreed upon time and no limo showed. The man I talked to called me a liar, stupid girl, and I still have to pay. Disputed the charge with credit card company and I got my money back.

My wedding was in September. I made a reservation about 6 months in advance because I wanted the best price and service. When making a reservation, you should know the size of your party.How many will be riding in a limo?.Estimate around two passengers less to leave space for the bride's dress. Know how many hours you will need your transportation for. Know your picture locations. Plan! Their party buses are very nice, I stopped by to see them all and wasn't disappointed. I picked out the White Mercedes minibus. It's spacious and has fun party bus interior. Thank you Elite.

Ok, let me put my two cents in. The booking process was rather easy. I had to pay a down payment to secure the date. Sure. Most of my vendors required it. The reservationist was friendly. She emailed me the contract. I read the whole contract. All good there. Like I said customer service was good. She answered all my questions and helped to set up the times, locations and even mapped it all out. The price was good too. Cheaper than most of the limousine/bus companies, but not the cheapest. (I wasn't looking for the cheapest option, I was looking for the best option!) Elite has all the proper insurance and licenses. I checked. Now the driver was on time and everything was clean. There were no delays in my schedule, everything went just as planned. My party and I enjoyed every minute of my party bus.

I decided to get elite party bus because my group had over 20 people. I wasn’t sure if the photographer and my in-laws would ride with us so I chose to go bigger. I got the 30 passenger party bus and boy did I make a good decision. Fist, the ride was great. It was colorful and fun, the bus having two coolers really helped to get my group going with the drinks. So thank you for that. The driver was friendly and easy to work with. A huge plus was the extra time I had before the ceremony. I added 30 minutes extra for my arrival (after the boys were already dropped off at the church) and that really helped me keep my cool. With good planning and coordination your wedding day can be perfect. Trust me. Oh, Elite also offer in-house fleet viewings, which I didn’t do, but it’s good to know that there’s an option for that. After all, when in doubt, go see the vehicle in person. Easy. You will see exactly what you are getting. And oh boy, you are getting a nice, spacious, fun Party Bus.

I loved working with Elite. Their customer service is great and the person assisting me was very nice. The price is definitely affordable, and my group of 24 was nicely accommodated with two Mercedes Sprinter Party Buses. Highly recommend! I recommend working with Tina - she helped me a lot! I had two groups of 12 and I needed them to be driven around for pictures. I ordered two Sprinters: one for the girls and one for the boys. Both Vans were nice and clean, stocked with some soda and water. My husband and his friends brought a cooler on board and the driver was fine with it. I was very happy with the service my family seemed pleased too.

A wonderful bus full of fun entertainment. I did not have any expectations for transportation as it was one of the last things on my list. Let me tell you, their bus was more than just a party bus. We took some beautiful colorful pictures, had our champagne toast and listened to my wife's favorite songs all while on the way to our reception. Thank you.

I had two vehicles rented with elite Chicago limo: a Party bus and a limo. The party bus was for my bridal party and the limo was for my fiancé and me after the wedding. Both drivers were on time and were easy to work with. The bus ride was a lot of fun for me and my party. We literally had a dance-off after the ceremony while on the way to take pictures. I'm here to share my experience with Elite that I had two weeks ago. It was great. We had a limousine for the bridal party and the driver was courteous and helpful - a true professional. The booking process was easy and transparent. They gave me an-all inclusive price. No surprise fees. I was happy with it. Besides, it was very affordable. The service was great, the driver was early and we made it on time to every picture location. Our pictures turned out great! My wife loved it.

So the booking and emailing process is great! Tina that works there is so nice, and helps you out with everything!! The drivers on the other hand are AWFUL!!! We had a party bus and a limo, and the limo driver that picked us up didn't even offer to help the bride and bridesmaids load the flowers in the limo, or help us unload. He wouldn't turn the a/c on in the limo until ALL of us were in! He was on his cell phone and was extremely rude!! Honestly I don't think this place is worth it at all! The drivers need to be nice and respectful, especially since we have paid so much money and its our wedding day!

Katie was very friendly assisting us with the booking process. She helped us choose the best vehicle for our bridal party as well as plan out the hours. I booked additional half hour on each end of the rental just to be safe: the driver will arrive at 1:15 pm, but we will depart at 1:45 pm. And at the end of the rental he will drop us off at 6:15 pm, but is booked till 6:45 pm just in case we get stuck on the way there. Thanks for all the help and thought that went into planning my wedding transportation.

They were very accommodating with my last minute changes. We had to switch our picture locations because of the construction that was going on in the area. Then, the driver went above and beyond to make it everywhere on time and made sure we still had fun in the bus. I was quoted by several other companies, but chose Elite because of their friendly customer service, great price and positive reviews.

Elite Chicago Limo was very easy to work with. Booking process only took about 10 minutes. The lady on the phone explained the package details and send me an email with all the info. I shopped around for about a week and decided to go with Elite because of their value. The service and the price were the best in town. The driver was on time and the vehicle was fantastic. I had the Mini-Party Bus Mercedes and it was great choice for my party of 12. I had enough room for my dress and we brought a cooler on board. Happy I chose them.

Used this company for my wedding June 24th. HORRIBLE!! They gave me a brand new driver for my wedding. He showed up late. Then got into an accident with the shuttle bus that was parked out front the hotel!! Had to file a police report. He completely missed two stops from the itinerary so I had to call him to see where he was. Imagine being a bride sitting in your wedding dress waiting for your ride while he's sitting in the parking lot of your country club. He made me late to my church- then when driving me to the country club had the nerve to ask if I wanted him to drive me around. No! I'm already late because of you! Worst of all for over a week now I have been trying to get a hold of the owners to resolve the situation and cannot get anybody to call me on the phone. Terrible customer service. When I called the day after the wedding the people in the office didn't even know about the bus accident. Do not use this company if you want to get somewhere on time. Not reliable.

I chose Elite because they were the most professional and most reasonably priced Party Bus service provider in the area. I got to come to their store to view their fleet and chose the bus that I liked the most. The contract was transparent, there are no hidden fees or surcharges when you make the reservation. Also, their customer service representatives are very courteous and helpful. I even got to pick the color of the bus decorations - teal and gold. My wifey loved it too.

We rented two party buses and a limo from Elite to pick up the father of the groom to bring to the ceremony. About half an hour before the ceremony was to begin, we received a call from the father of the groom to say that the limo was still not there to pick up him and his guests. We called the company to find out where he was and after some back and forth, they were finally able to get us in touch with the actual limo driver. He said he was dealing with a flat tire and would be running late. At this point, it was already close to ceremony time so the father ended up having to drive his own car to get to the ceremony. He ended up getting to our ceremony late which in lieu made our ceremony run late over our alotted time which in turn meant that it cut off time afterwards to get pictures at the church (because another ceremony was scheduled right afterwards). If we had started on time or only a few minutes late, we would've had ample time, but because of what happened, we missed out on pictures that were important to us. We completely understand that these things happen and getting a flat tire isn't planned, but what really frustrated us is that NO ONE attempted to call us or our wedding coordinator to let us know what was going on. It wasn't until we reached out that we found out how late the driver was going to be. Even worse, when we spoke to the company afterwards to ask them what they would do for us, they said they wouldn't charge us for the limo . . . that we never ended up using so we shouldn't have been expected to pay in the first place. It would have at least been nice if they were apologetic about not having clear communication the day of.

I used them for my wedding. They were great picking up the guys but then forgot to come get the girls who were getting ready at a different location. Luckily we were near by so all it took was a quick phone call. The bus was big enough for everyone and their dates. I was worried about trying to walk up and down the steps in my dress, but they were pretty normal height and there was a hand rail to hold on to. The bus was clean and a great temperature. We had access to drinks and bluetooth speakers to connect music to. Everything was great!

I just want to thank you and our limo driver for everything. All went well. The driver was on time, the limo looked GREAT - clean and stocked. I loved the red carpet and champagne upon departure! For our wedding we didn't do anything special. Just a 10 passenger limo. We were very surprised when it pulled up since we were expecting the old school town car limo and instead got the new MKT. It came decorated looking very nice. The service was exceptional, the driver was top notch and we got everything that was promised. The price was very reasonable and affordable. We would recommend this company to anyone. A+ in our books.

Great service. The driver was on time, the limo was stocked with all that was promised: a case of beer, soda, water, champagne and ice. Also, when they showed up, the driver rolled out a red carpet in front of the limo door to greet us. I felt like a queen. Our driver was lots of fun and still professional. He knew where to go and never asked us for directions. Making the reservation was so easy. The girls and guys I spoke with in the weeks prior to the my wedding day were super nice, friendly and very helpful with my questions and updates.

Elite is really the best limo company around. My husband and I have spent a few weeks researching transportation companies around Chicago and Elite beat the competition by a mile! Their customer service is flawless, the prices are low and the vehicles are GORGEOUS! Our party bus, Odyssey, was a state of art. I stayed 30 minutes longer in the bus with my photographer just to take more pictures, that's how beautiful the bus was!

Great vendor, beautiful buses. We rented the party bus for our October wedding. The girl, Tina, that took our booking was super nice. She explained the contract over the phone and helped us map out our itinerary. Before booking, we wanted to see all the buses in person, so we set up an appointment to come to their garage. We were able to choose the bus we liked the best for our wedding. On the day of the service, the driver showed up 10 minutes early and was wearing a suit. The bus had ice in the bars, soda and beer. The driver rolled out the red carpet as we were coming back from our ceremony. Overall, 5 stars.

Elite was very accommodating and friendly. Before we booked, we went to their office to see all the party buses in person. They happily showed us around and helped choose the best party bus for our wedding. We picked a bus called "Palace". It definitely fit our wedding style. Not only that, the pictures taken on the bus were stunning! On the day of the wedding, everything was flawless. On time, clean, stocked and ready to serve 26 out-of-town guests. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I have chosen Elite Chicago limo as our primary transportation provider. And let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions we have made. We had a 30 passenger Party Bus rented for the whole day. First, it got me and the guys to the church, then brought my wife and her bridesmaids. While we were at the ceremony, the driver rolled out the red carpet and got the champagne ready. After the ceremony we all got onto he bus and spent next 3 hours driving around for pictures. Our photographer had quite a few locations in mind, and we all made there on time. In fact, we were done 20 minutes early and had even more time to spend with our guests at the cocktail hour. At the end of the night, we got picked up in a stretch limo and taken straight to the hotel. Unforgettable experience. And all thanks to Elite!

We got an escalade limo for our Sep 6, 2015 labor day weekend wedding. It was 97 degrees outside, and we had an outdoor wedding + outdoor pictures. We were really looking forward to the limo as a bastion of A/C and comfort, but it was actually hotter inside the limo than it was outside, due to the A/C being busted. We had one working AC blower, except it only blew hot air. We focused this on my bride so that we could keep her from fainting in the heat of the car. The rest of us sat in our full suits sweating it out. I tried to put the windows down but all of them were broken so they were stuck in the UP position. We tried turning on the radio, but the speakers were mostly blown out so the music sounded warped. The limo service didnt bring enough gas for the event so we had to stop at a gas station half way and stew while the driver filled up the limo. All in all, it was the worst money spent on the wedding and I would never use them again. They actually made my wedding significantly worse as everybody in the bridal party got a dose of heat exhaustion before the reception. One plus: The limo driver was a very nice guy, and did his best with the crappy car he was given. This wasn't his fault. We called and filed a complaint around Wednesday, Sep 9, and the manager there said he'd get back to us about some kind of refund on Friday. He never called, so I called back on Saturday and we got a different guy who told us a manager would get back to us again. We imagine at this point we will receive no refund, and our wedding was significantly worse because of this service.

Bus was a little small for 14 people. It was the Mercedes stretch limo bus and it was TINY! mind you we had 3 coolers in there but it definitely was much smaller than anticipated. Maybe go with a normal stretch sedan limo :)

After reviewing many limo companies, I decided to go with Elite and I am happy I did. The bus arrived on time and the driver was very easy to work with. Instead of having set locations our photographer would tell him the next location and the driver went along with the flow and was great in helping me in and out of the bus in my dress. My only negative and the reason I am not giving them 5 starts is because the bus was supposed to be decorated and it wasn't as well as they gave us Miller Lite despite my request for Bud Light. Looking at the big picture these were very very minor and I would recommend Elite to anyone who asked!

Elite Limo was on time and the driver was professional and pleasant. The two errors were that they did not roll out the red carpet which was included in our service fee and also the driver did not know where we were going. When we booked we didn't have the address but we did call them to update the details and they apparently did not get that info to the driver. We were very disappointed that they did not pull out the red carpet.

After hearing all these horror stories with wedding transportation, we were very selective before booking our limo. For our wedding transportation, all we wanted was a standard limousine transportation in-between reception and ceremony to be on time and for the driver to be polite. On the day of our wedding, we received a beautiful white limousine with a driver Paul who seemed to understand his craft to perfection. He was very courteous in helping all of the guests get in and out of the limo, and he was mindful of smoothly driving 9 passengers through traffic. We were very satisfied with the service and professionalism of Elite.

My wife and I spent nearly a month searching for wedding transportation before settling in on Elite. Having been to almost half a dozen viewing appointments, we chose Elite because of how friendly their staff was and the party bus "Vintage" fit our wedding theme almost perfectly. Initially we thought that a shuttle bus would do the trick, but considering that the prices were almost as high as for a party bus, we chose the latter. For $1025, we received 5.5 hours of amazing service from our driver Alex. The bus was in pristine condition, decorated with purple and champagne gold flower poms. Everyone in our party had a blast hanging out while we drove around Chicago taking pictures. I would highly recommend Elite for your wedding.

I wish that we could share pictures on WeddingWire because the vehicle was stunning, decorated and attended by one of the most professional drivers I've yet to have.
