Chantel made the wedding day run very smoothly! She went above and beyond to make by becoming an impromptu florist after an error from the florist. Made sure that’s the wedding time line went according to plan and no hiccups came about!

Chantel was so amazing. She made our day run seamlessly. Something I was nervous about was having a planner who was overly dependent on me as the bride, and I can confidently say Chantel was the opposite. I gave her minimal information and she ran with it and took care of absolutely everything. If I ever had any questions, I texted her and she immediately answered with kindness. She even helped calm my nerves just about the big step in life that marriage is. She was incredibly professional when dealing with the other vendors and helping to confirm them for our big day. On the day of, she made sure every detail was 100% taken care of. I didn’t lift a finger and I feel like she didn’t have to ask me a single thing that day, because she’d worked so hard to prepare and it was all good to go. It made me much more relaxed to just focus on getting ready and hanging out with more girls. She did things like bring our food to the table herself and hand us drinks before our entrance. She brought candles and candle holders when I asked her last minute if we could have some. Little things like that that made such a big difference to us! She is also just an incredibly sweet human being, and I honestly want to be her friend haha. Without any doubt in my mind, I’d recommend Chantel to plan your wedding. She did a spectacular job for us and went above and beyond to make sure our day was one we will always cherish.

Chantel made our wedding day and months leading up to it so stress free and enjoyable, I can’t thank her enough. She’s extremely organized, dependable, communicative, kind, and confident in her role. Chantel A. is a wonderful human being. She was an impromptu florist with the brides bouquet. She went above and beyond to ensure that the sweetheart table was beautiful. Because of Chantel and her assistant our wedding day went super smooth and we were able to relax and have fun. Her communication and accommodations were top tier. Chantel and her team at Elite Event Planning have the art of wedding planning mastered! My now husband and I were living in different states leading up to our wedding in November 2023. It worked out that Chantel was the prospective wedding planner we both got to speak to in an introductory call. We were very impressed by Chantel’s professionalism, expertise, availability and calm demeanor. We are happy to share that Chantel and her team maintained this throughout our wedding planning process, especially with the added stress of my husband and I being apart. Chantel is candid and sincere in her consulting, diligent, and her years of working in the wedding industry shows through her excellent event planning, vendor recommendations, and ability to keep you on track as a bride. Elite Event Planning truly shines the weeks leading up to the wedding and on wedding day. My husband and I got to enjoy our wedding rehearsal and day and not stress about anything! Chantel and her team handled ALL of it impeccably, to our timeline, details, vendors and set up and take down. She even made sure to bring us our signature cocktail drinks and appetizers while our guests enjoyed cocktail hour during our B&G pictures! The only thing I would have changed would be to set a time to go around and greet our guests. My husband and I should have planned this in our timeline sooner and reiterated to Elite Event Planning during our finalization calls. I advise future brides/couples and Elite Event Planning to keep this in mind and possibly put this in wedding timelines so it leaves more time to enjoy the celebration and dance since it does go by fast!! :) We enjoyed our day and couldn’t have done it without Elite Event Planning. Also, I hired San Antonio Floral Designs for our wedding, and it is a floral company co-owned by Chantel Aboytes Jasso and her mother Josie Aboytes. She knocked my vision out of the park with my floral arrangements (I wanted deep jewel-tone colors and dark evergreen greenery). They were GORGEOUS and everything I dreamed of. Also, if you have Elite Event Planning as your wedding coordinator, it can be economical hiring SA Floral Designs since Chantel will already be on site which covers the costs of set up and take down of florals. Chantel was AMAZING! My daughter’s wedding was last week and we couldn’t have done it without Chantel! She was in touch with all the vendors so I didn’t have to worry about it! Let me tell you... Chantel is worth every penny plus more! I was initially nervous going in because we were a couple paying out of our own pocket for our entire wedding and we had gone back and forth about hiring a planner with us both having demanding jobs and little time. When we contacted Chantel she made it easy for us to decide we absolutely needed a coordinator and we needed HER as our coordinator. She was very down to earth, needed little direction to execute, and always available (even on vacation)! During the wedding planning process she gave us the best options within our budget, and when things didn't go smoothly with a vendor she had our back 100%. We also loved that she had sister companies and contacts to work with, which made or vendor shopping 1000% easier. We were able to get our florals and bar completely taken care of at a great price which meant I was able to have exactly what I wanted. I also can't say enough about our flowers. I gave Chantel only a few pictures of inspiration and the only direction I gave her was I would like something colorful for our Mexican themed wedding, and man did she deliver. When we walked into the Witte that night I was floored. She had set up my vision exactly, again without much back and forth and with little information. She did so much leading up to and on the day of, I have no idea if I would have loved my wedding as much if I had hired someone else. She was able to handle last minute changes to the timeline and run of show smoothly and was running around behind the scenes making sure everyone was ok and having a great time. She even fashioned a makeshift throw away bouquet because I had forgotten to bring one and didn't miss a beat. I have to say the thing I am most thankful for is the BTS content she caught of our wedding. Myself and my family look at this almost daily. After the event everyone raved about the space and the planning and most of all what great a planner I had because they could physically see her giving 1000% during the event. I failed to mention that we had a ton of moving parts to our Mexican/Jewish ceremony in a different location that she had to accommodate . Overall all I have to say is, if you are on fence about hiring Chantel and her team of experts to handle your planning and wedding, do not hesitate. She is kind, accommodating, and resourceful and I promise you, you'll be thanking yourself for years to come.

Chantel and her staff went above and beyond to make our day special. My finance and I had a few months to find a planner and the whole team was more than willing to help. They made the whole planning process easy by making a detailed schedule and finding unique solutions to all our problems. We got married in August of 2023. Chantel and her team, AMAZING! I am not a planner, at all. I wanted someone/team to help eliminate the day of stress. Chantel helped with every vendor we had, set EVERYTHING up the day of (literally matched my vision of the day!!), helped pickup food and made our day just that much more perfect. They kept us right on schedule and made sure everyone in the bridal party ate, had drinks and made sure we had the best day!! If I could give 10 stars, I would a hundred times over!! Chantel and her crew are awesome and make your visions come true. They help set up and organize everything so on wedding day you, your parents and bridal party do not have to worry about anything. They treat you like royalty!! It was hot and once the ceremony was finished Chantel was right there with a fan, water and some food! I’ve been searching for enough words to describe how incredible Chantel is with Elite Event Planning! I hired her for day of coordination and from the moment we hired her she was always on the ball, very thorough, calm, and is truly an expert in the industry!! I’m detail-oriented, anxious, and type-a and she handled my (many) questions with grace and was always so quick to respond with great organization and communication skills! She fit our many unique wishes for our reception into the smoothest timeline and when we had to make changes close to the wedding she was so calm and made the changes and communicated it to our vendors with ease! She handled all vendor and delivery communications (on top of everything else) so I could truly focus on being a bride for the day. She fulfilled my dream wedding vision for our ceremony and reception. I trusted her expertise and she fulfilled it more than I could imagine! I had many unique features and aspects of my wedding and she handled them all SO well! She was truly there for EVERYTHING during the day! From helping decorate our cake, decorating, coordinating, she even bustled my dress, grabbed us cocktails, curled my hair while I reapplied lipstick, and was a source of calm amidst all the excitement of the day! She made me feel like a bride and managed our wedding head on to make it go so well! She even grabbed my phone and took incredible clips for my wedding tiktok! It’s taken me a while to write this review because it’s hard to find the words good enough to say about Chantel. I hired her as a day of coordinator which is really about 30-40 days out from your date and includes her and an additional assistant. This meant I did all the planning and hiring of vendors, and she pretty much took over right before the wedding. This however doesn’t mean she won’t talk to you beforehand. She was more than willing to answer any questions I had, offer suggestions, recommend vendors, etc as part of my planning process. Chantel is a dream to work with; always professional, polite, prompt and is a real hustler in the wedding world. She made me super comfortable that I was in good hands. I am a type A perfectionist and she followed my every request for my wedding. I had a particular vision in mind and she nailed it. Without her I don’t even know what I would have done. She even remembered important things that I forgot. Chantel handled all my vendor follow ups, set ups and tear downs, had all my requests ready to go as planned and was just overall a gem. I would recommend her to any bride as someone who will make sure everything goes as you plan it. The value of the service for the cost was second to none. Highly Recommend. Chantel is literally AMAZING! We hired her as our full-time wedding planner (16months) & it was the easiest/BEST decision. When I first started my wedding planning, I did not think I needed a coordinator or any outside help planning (to me it sounded like an extra cost) but I am sooooo soooo glad we hired Chantel!! Her follow up process is amazing, so you ensure you did not miss anything important and she has excellent referrals and reviews from vendors! Day of the wedding, went very smooth and seamless. Chantel was super awesome. She really came in clutch when we needed her. Since our first meet up, until the last minute of our wedding day, she did not miss a beat. Chantel is the best! We had our wedding at The McNay on October 2021 and it was an AMAZING experience! We met Chantel through the recommendation of our bartending service and we couldn't be more thankful. We started working with her a bit over a month before the wedding and I have to say she is so organized, professional and knowledgeable! She guided us through all the things we hadn't even thought of and guided us when we needed a recommendation or advice. She was always super fast in answering emails/questions and she was on point the whole time we worked with her. Her assistant was very detail oriented as well and I can say nothing but good things about them both. Working with Chantel was a GREAT experience, please don't hesitate to hire her as your wedding coordinator if you want your wedding day to be seamless and memorable!

First Chantel is absolutely AMAZING! She is literally the best wedding coordinator ever. She created my entire timeline and knew exactly what was best for our wedding. She answered any questions that I had leading up to the wedding and was always available! She pays so close to details that I would have never thought about it if it wasn’t for her. Three days before my wedding our original DJ cancelled. I was absolutely freaking out and right away she recommended an DJ that ended up booking with them last minute. Chantel took care of the rest! The day of our wedding went by so smoothly and she took care of absolutely everything! I was able to enjoy the entire day without having to worry about a single thing! I would recommend her a million times! She is reliable, responsible and such an amazing woman to work with! She will literally allow you to have the best wedding ever!

Being a first time bride and being overwhelmed with everything Chantel informed me about her wedding planning services. I am so happy I choose Chantel to be my wedding coordinator and florist. She definitely made everything run so smooth. She was so easy going, always available when I had questions and made sure to keep us in the loop with any vendor issues. Plus she was excellent at keeping us on our timeline the day of our wedding. We received several complements from our guest about our floral arrangements and decor Chantel provided. Chantel is the BEST! We hired her initially for floral services through San Antonio Floral Designs and then added on coordination with her through Elite. From our first consultation, she was extremely organized, knowledgeable about her craft, and creative, and throughout the planning process, she was consistently the perfect balance of friendly & personable and professional and meticulous. She worked with us to meet our budget for both floral & coordination, and when little bumps came up in our planning, she was more than willing and able to help come up with creative solutions that didn't cost us anything extra. On the day-of, she and her team had minimal time to set up all the floral and our personal decor, but they pulled it off flawlessly and I kept getting comments from my wedding party about her, saying how great she was. I've actually worked as a wedding planner and been in the industry for nearly 10 years, and I would absolutely say that Chantel is one of the BEST out there. I would recommend her 11/10! She truly cares about her couples and that passion shines through in all the work she does.

Not only is Chantel and excellent wedding planner she is also an excellent florist. Her flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Once we decided on her, she was always available for us if we had any questions. Her advice and opinions were helpful and needed. She took care of everything on the day of the wedding so we could enjoy our daughter's wedding and not worry about anything. She is very good at her job! Hire her!

Chantel Idid an outstanding job coordinating our daughter’s wedding 2 weeks ago. Despite my perfectionist nature, Chantel was supportive and her positive attitude was just what I needed. Everything turned out beautifully! Chantel was always available and very responsive by phone, text or email, which goes a long way with an anxious Morher-of-the-Bride! Chantel did an excellent job of planning and running our wedding. She offered her professional opinion and expertise while also listening to all of our thoughts and concerns. We were getting married in San Antonio but live in Alabama and she made the process so much more relaxed and less stressful. She was highly responsive and also knows everyone and thing in the area.

From our first meeting with Chantel, we hit it off right away with her. She made us feel comfortable and allowed us to be ourselves. As our wedding journey continued she was with us every step of the way. When the pandemic hit, she never left our side. She assured us she would help postpone our wedding, and was able to get with all our vendors at a timely manner. She stayed on top of e-mails, text messages, and all zoom meetings. As our wedding approached she checked on us if we had any changes or needed any help with reaching out to vendors. She was always able to provide the best advice, and suggestions that made our wedding day that much better! She was always available and handled all hurdles we may have come across. We never had to second guess because we knew she would take care of it. Finally our wedding day arrived and she exceeded our expectations! Our day was perfect all thanks to her experience, professionalism, and perseverance. She is the best wedding planner ever! We gained a life time friend!

Chantel is truly amazing. She helped us through the process of postponing our wedding twice due to the pandemic. She made sure all our contracts were up to date and that the vendors were all on the same page. Day of, she made sure everything got where it needed to be and that things happened when they were supposed to- all while making everything look even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Chantel was on top of every aspect of our wedding and worked with us to coordinate our vendors, gave us suggestions along the way, kept us on schedule, and was always transparent and upfront with expenses.
