Elite Events was amazing to work with! We used them for chair rentals along with day of coordination! The chair rental portion, with Bryce, was easy, fast, and simple, from set up to take down. Our day-of coordinator, Marissa, was a dream to work with! Answered every question and truly went above and beyond with the whole process from a few months out, all the way to the day of the wedding. We had multiple venues for our whole weekend, and it felt like Marissa was truly in multiple places at one time, to make sure everything ran perfect. Also, big shout out to Bryce who ran 4 blocks back to the car a couple minutes before the ceremony because I forgot the rings in the car. Truly cannot recommend this company and these people enough!

Words can’t express how grateful we are for Elite Events! We were originally heartbroken when our wedding plans were ruined by the hurricane, but they swooped in and completely transformed our special day in just FOUR days. From start to finish, they were nothing short of amazing—flexible, understanding, and so incredibly thoughtful in making sure every detail was perfect. Every rental was top-notch quality. The dance floor was pristine and elevated our wedding beyond what we could’ve imagined.They turned a stressful situation into an unforgettable celebration, and we’ll forever be thankful for the love and care they put into our wedding. We used Elite Events for our day-of wedding coordinator! I was very last minute hiring someone to be a coordinator, and Elite Events was quick to respond and super helpful throughout the whole process! They got us in touch with their wedding coordinator, Marissa, and she took the reins from there! Our wedding day was smooth and super relaxing for myself—the bride—and all others involved, thanks to Marissa!

If you're looking for any type of rental service, look no further! I recently hired Elite Events for my wedding and they provided chairs, tables, a dance floor, and lighting. From the very first phone call, the team was incredibly professional, patient (especially when I had to adjust the order as our guest list changed), and highly efficient. Their punctuality was impressive—they delivered and picked up everything exactly on time. Before I knew it, everything was set up flawlessly! We loved the entire experience and really hope we have another occasion to work with them again. Huge thanks to William, Bryce, and the entire Elite Events team!

Marissa was absolutely amazing to work with! She was incredibly adaptable and always had a solution for any unexpected situation that arose. Unfortunately on my wedding day, the venue had no power as well as no service or Wi-Fi. Despite these challenges, she showed up in the 95-degree venue to help wherever she was needed. She truly listened to my vision for the day and made sure every detail was perfect. She communicated with all of my vendors ensuring their arrival to the venue. Marissa helped us stay on schedule throughout the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator. Thank you for making my dream wedding a reality! I would recommend Marissa to any bride looking for a coordinator who is so easy to work with and who goes the extra step to ensure that your day goes as planned!

Marissa is the girl!! She is great at giving instructions and if there’s something that needs to be fixed she is on it! She is extremely kind but at the same time she can and will lay down the law! She’s not afraid to call out things that could possibly ruin your perfect night! She’s always on top of things whether it’s the time or what has to be done next! She’s also extremely detailed and will have things perfect!! If you want your day to go as perfectly as mine, then you will definitely want Marissa!

Marissa proved over and over that she was the most capable person I’ve ever worked with. She foresaw everything that I could possibly need and handle every issue as it arose. She has a knack for understanding people and making you feel like you are incredibly important and the only thing that matters in that moment. She goes above and beyond what’s expected from a coordinator, and has a multitude of resources to make sure you have everything that you need on your big day. I could not recommend somebody more.
