Embassy Suites Chicago- Schaumburg/Woodfield

Sheree and her staff and Embassy Suites helped me and my husband have a picturesque reception that was everything we ever wanted and more. They worked really well with all of our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly and how we wanted it. There were some issues along the way with our guest rooms (blocks filling up and it was a lot of work to find more rooms for our guests since the hotel was pretty much booked solid) but they made sure they were able to accommodate the 80+ guests in 40 rooms and that's all that we asked for. The food was beyond amazing and Sheree took my visions and made them a reality. Not one complaint from any of our guests and most importantly, no complaints from my mom and in-laws or the bride and groom! Thank you Embassy Suites for working with us to make our wedding dreams into reality!

I knew from the first moment i walked into Embassy Suites that this was the place we had to have our wedding at. The scenery is just beautiful and made our pictures absolutely breathtaking! Sheree is AMAZING!!! She was an incredible wedding coordinator and planner for us with everything. I dont call someone amazing unless i can really stand behind it. Sheree did above and beyond what we ever could have even expected. She always was answering my calls and emails to find the answers or give us advice. She kept in touch with vendors and also made arrangements when we needed to show the venue to a vendor or bridal party members. Even on the day before and day of she was making sure she had everything exactly how we had pictured it and checked on me as i was getting ready making sure i was doing well. The food was delicious and the cake. They staff was great and they presented the food wonderfully and my allergy and special food needs were met to ensure that the meals were safe for me to eat. Even guest special accomodations were met as well. Handfuls of family and friends said the cake was the best cake they had ever had at a wedding and the food was delicious! As far as price goes it was all inclusive i couldnt have asked for a better way for it to work out. Alot of venues make you pay thousands and thousands just to rent out the room space and not including linens and alcohol for the reception. Here the cost went by how many people we had which made things much easier. It included rooms for the bridal party to get ready in, all the cocktail hour snacks, the soup salad and dinner, our wedding cake and even a gluten free cake for me to be able to eat, all the table and decorative linens, and a honeymoon suite room for the night for us and for our 1 year anniversary! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants something beautiful, appropriate price, and you get what you are paying for and will not be disappointed. We were so so pleased with how everything was and went we are so excited to come back for our 1 year anniversary!!

This hotel is beautiful and the service is even better!! Our guests loved the hotel and its decor, especially the atrium. The staff was very organized and the event manager, Sheree, is fantastic and so helpful! Thanks for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

If you are looking to have an outdoor wedding in IL and not willing to trust the weather, consider the Atrium of the Schaumburg Embassy Suites. Was a second wedding for both of us and wanted a unique experience. The Atrium provided an outdoor experience with plants, candles, fountains etc. We used the entire Atrium for our party including a DJ, photo booth, food stations, 2 bars, dance floor area etc. Our wedding planner, Sheree was wonderful, helpful, attentive to details and very willing to accommodate to meet our needs. Afterwards so many of my guests said it was the most awesome place to have a party.
