I got my start doing abstract nudes in college. Right after school I traveled around the world, made television documentaries and lived in London for 10 years. I started two studios when I moved back to the US: family portraits (Spector Photography) and Boudoir. Doing boudoir photography is such an amazing adventure. I want to give that intimate portrait experience to women. I want to show them how beautiful and sexy they are. I want to foster confidence, joy, expression, decadence and love. I want to be part of making them happier and their relationships stronger. It's a passion for me!

Fantastic experience. I COULD NOT have been more nervous going into the shoot. I have always looked at myself as so awkward and unphotogenic and had never done anything like this before. The minute I arrived at the studio, Jacquie took immediate charge which is exactly what I needed. She went through all of the clothing options I brought (which I had no idea what to or not to wear) and strategically and thoughtfully went over her thought process as what would work best. She listened to all my concerns and ideas and made sure to take them into consideration throughout the entire afternoon. It was more of a collaboration, rather than her just telling me what to do or vice versa. The direction during the shoot was absolutely what I needed. Positioning, eye direction, every last detail, she was on it and never overbearing. I truly went way out of my comfort zone to do this as a gift for my fiancé for our wedding in August. I can’t wait to give it to him so badly it’s hard to not spoil it and show him now. Thank you, Jacquie!

Simply an amazing experience. I contacted Jacquie about a boudoir shoot as a wedding gift for my fiancé. She took care of every detail including my makeup and hair. She made me feel so comfortable! I had such a wonderful time working with Embrace Studios! I was a little nervous at first because I had never done anything like this, but Jacquie made it such an amazing, fun experience. I had so much fun doing this!! I am a total newbie, but didn’t feel like it towards the end, she knows her stuff! Jacquie makes you super comfortable, she’s so fun and energetic and even if you feel like you’re not photogenic (which I am not) she makes you look and feel like the queen you are! Couldn’t recommend more!!

I highly recommend Embrace Studios. Jacquie is amazing to say the least. I was worried about doing something like this, but decided it'd be a great experience and gift. I had a fun time - she was wonderful to work with. I thought I was going to feel nervous or stressed but she made me feel comfortable. It starts with professional hair and makeup (she was also very nice and fun to work with) and champagne. Jacquie then helps pull together outfits and photo backgrounds. She is also very hands-on and made sure each pose and photo was perfect - she was also very cognizant of the lightening and such - I could tell she was a professional and has been doing this for some time. It was a really great experience. Also, before I left, she gave me a gift - delicious chocolates from a bakery/shoppe. It was such a thoughtful thing for her to do that. Again, I recommend Embrace Studios. You will not be disappointed.

I was so nervous going into this as boudoir is very outside my comfort zone. From the second I first emailed Jacquie inquiring about services, I instantly felt at ease. She made me feel so comfortable about the whole process right away. Due to COVID, we had to reschedule a bunch and she was SO flexible with moving dates, and finding a way to make it work in time before my wedding. On the day of, I was again extremely nervous before I got there and right away Jacquie was SO welcoming, kind, friendly, and took the lead on everything to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Once we started shooting, I had never felt more confident, and that was because of Jacquie. It was so much fun and such a great time. She had all my pictures edited and sent to me in less than 24 hours which I was so impressed and amazed by, and a proof for my photo book in less than 2 days. My pictures all came out AMAZING and I could not be happier with the results, and with how professional, talented, and fabulous Jacquie was throughout this entire process. I HIGHLY recommend her!!!!

Jacquie is a consummate professional and makes you feel comfortable from the very first inquiry about a session through choosing images and putting together a fantastic album. I had lots of anxiety and very little "vision" heading into this experience and Jacquie patiently answered questions, offered recommendations, and expertly shaped the photo session and resultant pictures into something very memorable. Jacquie masterfully coordinated to have hair and makeup done in studio while she put together ideas for settings and outfits. Jacquie is incredibly personable and makes sure that you remain comfortable throughout. She is lightning fast at sharing proofs and putting together album pages with her artistic eye. From start to finish Jacquie is incredibly responsive, enthusiastic, creative, and professional

Jacquie is an incredibly talented photographer, she is kind, and so down to earth, you'll feel like you've known her forever. I met her for my first boudoir shoot in 2015, I was excited but slightly skeptical about how they would turn out, I mean it's me and my body is not perfect.....but they were AMAZING! She captured me in the most beautiful way. I was not uncomfortable for a second, she directed me so gently, I never was thinking "what do I do?" I have done one more session since 2015 and hope to do another soon. If you are considering doing a boudoir session, I highly recommend using Jacquie at Embrace Studios. You will be so happy with your photos and experience.

Jacquie was absolutely amazing the entire process. From picking out lingerie to the photo shoot itself, she was a dream to work with. Her hair & makeup staff were absolutely wonderful and really knew exactly how to execute the look I wanted. During the shoot, Jacquie made me feel comfortable and beautiful, which is so so important for a boudoir shoot! I am so so excited to see how the images turn out because the sneak peek I got to see was just stunning!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a boudoir shoot.

Jacquie was incredible! I had my session yesterday and I am still glowing from the experience. I really wanted to do a boudoir shoot for a wedding gift but was nervous to do something so intimate. Jacquie made me feel instantly comfortable. Tiffany made me feel beautiful and sexy with my hair and makeup. I felt like I was just hanging out with friends. I talked all about my wedding details while we selected outfits and discussed poses. During the shoot I felt so relaxed working with jacquie. I haven’t even seen the photos and I feel so happy that I chose embrace studios.

I can not speak more highly of this experience!!! Absolutely amazing! I am the type of person that doesn't even like to wear a bathing suit around people so to say I thought I was going to be uncomfortable is an understatement. Jacquie made me so comfortable and was so fun to work with I was not uncomfortable at all!! In fact, it was quite the opposite. I was having fun and felt sexy and beautiful! Every woman deserves a moment it the spotlight like this! I would recommend everyone to try this at least once! All of Jacquie's reviews are spot on! She is absolutely amazing! She is one of the most talented people I have ever met-truly an artist. Jacquie was extremely professional throughout the whole process: from inquiry to printed album. This was my first time in a boudoir photoshoot (and I am extremely modest), but Jacquie made me feel comfortable from the first moment I stepped through the door. The photos took my breath away- I never thought I could look like that. I HIGHLY recommend her as a photographer. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could! She will give you the best boudoir experience imaginable!

Absolutely AMAZING!!! You must go see Jacquie if you're considering doing a boudoir session. Best thing I've done for myself in a long time. She's welcoming and very easy to talk to with more than fair pricing. Saw one picture so far (a little sneak peak) and my jaw hit the floor! I was blown away. Been 7 hours since my shoot and I can't stop talking about it. I want to go back and do it again... Thanks Jacquie, you're the best!!

Where do I begin?? I had been wanting to do a boudoir session for a couple of years but either I just wasn't happy with the style of the photographer or the few that I had contacted over the years, none of them ever responded to my inquiry. When I started up my search again, I (very fortunately) stumbled upon Embrace Studios. From the moment I first reached out to Jacquie I knew I had made the right decision. I very quickly received a response followed by a phone call. Jacquie was very personable from the moment she said hello. She answered all of my questions and gave me some great ideas. When I pulled into the driveway the day of the shoot, Jacquie came out to greet me and gave me a big hug and I instantly felt as though we had been friends for a long time. She has a great way of putting you at ease and making you feel as if you're the most beautiful woman on the planet. She's fun and makes what can seem as an intimidating experience very comfortable. And the end-product ... WOW!!!! If you want the best boudoir photography experience around, look no farther. You won't regret it :-)

Jacquie was the most amazing person to work with, especially doing something like a boudoir photo shoot which could be super awkward and unnatural. Jacquie immediately set the tone for the shoot by being genuinely interested in getting to know you and wanting to give you the best experience. There was never a dull or awkward moment and I had so much fun the entire time shooting. From the complimentary champagne and accessories to the professionalism and skill she has as a photographer, I could not imagine a better boudoir experience. I've only seen a couple pictures from my shoot, but from seeing how amazing they look, I cannot wait to see the rest. I highly recommend Jacquie to anyone looking to do a boudoir shoot!

Jacquie is a wonderful woman to work with. As this was my first boudoir session I was extremely nervous. Jacquie made me feel right at home and even provided me some delicious champagne to calm my nervous. By the end of the session, I felt excited to have done something completely outside of my comfort zone. When I saw the portfolio I was amazed at the beauty she was able to uncover that I never saw in the mirror. It was definitely worth the investment and I would do it again!
