Briana did an amazing job! She made delicious mixed drinks and kept our guests happy and hydrated! Neil was also a huge help in the pre-wedding bar planning. I was so concerned I wouldn't have enough alcohol for our guests, but Neil provided a super helpful list of what to buy, and how much to buy. We ended up having plenty of drinks, and even had a bit leftover. I would definitely recommend Emerald City Cocktails for your next event!

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we did have a few instances that we were not happy with. We had 2 individuals at our wedding who we continually told the bartender to not serve, but every time I turned around they had drinks in their hands again. I can’t be certain that the bartender served them or not, but it was a hassle that I didn’t want to deal with. Otherwise service was good.

We hired Emerald City Cocktails for our September 2021 wedding and we have no regrets! The bartender was friendly and kept the bar looking very welcoming and professional. They were easy to work with and adapted to changes leading up to the wedding. Both of our signature cocktails were big hits, we had plenty of alcohol for the event, and wedding guests had only good things to say about the service. You can't go wrong with this vendor!

Super easy coordinating with them, showed up plenty early to set up, great attitude, seemed to always be having fun and wonderful interacting with guests! Still professional and made sure I had everything I wanted. Thank you!

Absolute 10/10 service for Neil and his rockstar company! My husband and I planned our wedding last summer and immediately were connected with Neil. He was so helpful during the cocktail menu planning process, made us a custom Google Doc checklist, and was always willing to hop on a call when we had questions. When our wedding plans changed due to COVID, Neil was there every step of the way and was open to changing up the plans (several times). He provided a complete bar to set up at our private residence wedding and it was a complete hit with all of our guests. I couldn't recommend them enough!!

Neil and his team at Emerald City Cocktails were absolutely wonderful on our wedding day and throughout the planning process! Neil was extremely responsive during our communication before the wedding and provided such helpful recommendations regarding our drink menu. He even provided a detailed shopping list for us so we could purchase alcohol ourselves, which helped make him such an affordable option compared to other companies that supply the alcohol themselves. We purchased the alcohol ourselves and Neil sourced other perishable items like fruit for garnishes and ice so we didn't have to worry about that in the days leading up to the wedding. Neil and his other bartender worked so hard setting up prior to the wedding and throughout the entire event. We received so many compliments on the drinks they made! We also hired a staffer to assist with additional tasks during the wedding day like passing appetizers, supervising the parking lot, and helping to move chairs from the ceremony to the reception. He was ready to help with any and all tasks and made the day run smoothly. He even came up to me during the cocktail hour with a plate of the least messy appetizers so that I wouldn't spill anything on my dress :) Neil and his team provided such great value for the cost of their services - highly recommend this company!!

Neil and his team bartended our wedding for 100 guests last weekend and they did a fantastic job. They were upfront on their pricing, and communication was simple and direct. Neil checked in regularly to make sure we had everything needed for our big day. Our guests loved Neil and spent a lot of time chatting at the bar with him as he continued to pour drinks.

Had great communication from the start about what to expect from the company. Timely communication leading up to the wedding. Sydney was our bartender for the evening. She was professional and friendly. We had a lot of great compliments about what a good bartender she was.

First of all, there wasn't great communication in preparation for our wedding. Kind of difficult to get ahold of and multiple emails out before getting a response. However, Neil was very helpful in creating a menu. On the day of the wedding, the bartenders forgot to bring the water dispenser that was required (the one dispenser for the event), and didn't seem concerned about it because there would be water during the dinner. One of our groomsmen then had to amazon prime water bottles for 100 guests. We also had wanted a certain presentation for the canned beer, and the bartenders either purposely ignored it or "thought it was a joke." The bartenders were good spirits, but somewhat unprofessional.

I cannot say enough about Neil and his staff! Leading up to my wedding, Neil answered every single question I emailed him (and there were A LOT) punctually and it became very clear he knows what he's talking about. The day of, both bartenders were punctual, pleasant, and professional. They managed our 130 guests so smoothly! There was never a line for drinks. Our 2 signature cocktails were perfectly crafted, and the wine and beer were perfectly poured. Everyone raved about them, and they made our evening run seamlessly!

As a wedding planner, there's nothing more refreshing (pun intended) than working with another professional that cares so much about ensuring all the guests are well taken care of. Neil and his bartending staff were the life of the party. He went above and beyond when it became clear that the party needed more supplies so ran to the store to make sure the guests could continue to have a full bar. Not only is he a great bartender but he cares about the environment too! He stayed longer than needed to ensure everything was properly recycled. Is there a 6 star rating option because I will definitely be recommending Neil to all of my future clients. Thanks for all your hard work!

Oh my gosh they were so fantastic for my wedding!! JR and Jen were on time, fast, professional and so nice. Throughout the whole planning process Neil could not have been more helpful. I told him what types of alcohol were our favorites and he completely designed our signature cocktails. Everyone loved them!! I would definitely recommend.

Neil was great! I hired him to bar tend my wedding (about 50 people in an outdoor backyard setting). He was personable with everyone at the wedding and was able to quickly familiarize himself with the alcohol we provided. He also offered to pick up ice and cups for us which was a great stress relief off me. Leading up to the wedding Neil was really good about staying in contact with us and when I was thinking it was bout time for me to check in with my vendors he actually reached out to me first. I would recommend him, and would hire him again if I had another event requiring a bar tender.
