We did not have any “colors” for our wedding. My bridesmaids wore black dresses and the groomsmen wore black tuxedos. I wanted the florals to look minimal, but organic and timeless. I wanted mostly dark greenery with hints of white florals. I also her gave her my budget, which she had absolutely no issue sticking with. I essentially trusted her to know what was best. As we narrowed down guest count, table numbers, etc., Rosemary easily adjusted the plans and the design. Rosemary is such a pleasure to work with – so kind, genuine and knowledgeable. She has this calming aurora about her. Honestly, I wish she could just follow me around and give me life advice haha. Rosemary set up all the florals for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception. She also picked up all the vases/items after the weekend was over. With almost no input from me, Rosemary created an absolutely STUNNING backdrop. I swear she came in quietly like a fairy, sprinkled some of her magic flower dust and disappeared. I couldn’t have imagined anything better. So many people commented on how gorgeous the arrangements were. Our head table, a large rectangular table that ran down the middle of the seating area, was breathtakingly beautiful. I cannot wait to get the photos so I can see it all over again.

ary, it all clicked for me. Rosemary does her flowers out of her home and they are elegant, tasteful, and she will listen to your ideas and make them come to life! She listened to how I wanted bouquet centerpieces for half of the tables and floating candles and greenery for the other half. They were AMAZING! Guests who wanted to were able to take home the bouquet centerpieces so we knew that wouldn't just be thrown away. Rosemary is also very accommodating when it comes to pricing. She worked well within our budget and our flowers looked like they cost two times the amount! She personally delivered the personal flowers to our hotel rooms, the church flowers, and reception flowers. I could not have been happier with English Rose Designs. I will be using he for all of my future flowers!

Also, instead of traditional centerpieces, I asked Rosemary to do the flowers for my cake centerpieces, it was a unique request and she pulled the look together perfectly! I wanted my floral arrangements to be stunning but we had very little budget for flowers and Rosemary was able to deliver bouquets for my bridal party that lit up our neutral wedding photos and came in $150 under budget by using in-season blooms. Rosemary herself is wonderful to work with. She has a working style that balances professionalism (on time, responsiveness, probing questions) and consideration (listening to your needs, creative concepts, flexibility). She hit even the smallest details from ribbon color on the boutonnieres to giving my bouquet a shape that helped me remember how to hold it in the photos. As English Rose Designs is a small business it is flexible on contract and payment terms so you do not feel like you are getting locked into anything. I couldn't have been happier with Rosemary and will use her services for floral arrangements in the future.

When the bouquets were delivered to us while getting ready for the wedding, she simply blew me away. Everything I envisioned came true. She took the photos of what I wanted and made it a reality. Rosemary is a wonderful person to work with and made everything having to do with the flowers a breeze for me. By far one of the best decisions I made for my wedding was hiring Rosemary!

I’m not incredibly well versed in floral design, so wasn’t great at articulating what I wanted, but I sent her a few photos of bouquets I loved, described our other decorations and my dress and I was blown away with the results. The bouquets were perfectly romantic and complemented my gown and my girls black dresses beautifully. We originally were going to do our own centerpieces, but few weeks out decided to see if she could help us with these as well, and I’m so glad we did. She did a beautiful arrangement of carnations and white waxflower that was perfect with our other decorations. On top of the beauty of the flowers themselves, Rosemary was just a pleasure to work with and was so sweet when she dropped everything off for us at the church. I would highly recommend her!

h more personable than the large flower companies. I knew we had made a good decision when we were at a bakery tasting cakes and they raved about Rosemary. I didnt have a great vision for my wedding other than colors and a few dos and dont's. Rosemary made fantastic recommendations and even showed us where we could save a few dollars without sacrificing the ambiance. The day of the wedding she dropped off the bouquets at my house and was kind enough to take my guest books and set them up at the church while she was setting up the flowers. She also came and got the ceremony flowers and took them to our reception to place on our gift table so my family didn't have to worry about a thing. Rosemary was very responsive, easy to work with, flexible, personable and all at less than I would have paid going to a "name brand" store. The flowers were georgous and I'm still in awe looking at the photos of them 5 months later. I would recommend her to everyone in a heart beat. She was fantastic and I got loads of compliments on my flowers.
