Eric Vitale Photography

I was fortunate enough to know Eric through my work, where he has photographed numerous events for my company. But I discovered the sheer breadth and depth of his talent this past weekend, when he photographed my wedding in Westchester. Eric is professional, considerate, and attentive. He worked within our budget and talked through everything we needed, from logistics to the types of photographs we needed, to our favorite styles and biggest fears about photography on the day. My husband and I have a big family and therefore had a pretty substantial shot list, and during the consultation sessions Eric was realistic and helped us to prioritize our must-have photos, in order to ensure that we could capture both the posed shots we wanted, and the mood of the wedding. He also took the extra step of bringing on an assistant in addition to his second shooter to ensure that nothing got missed. During the photography sessions during the day, he was kind, encouraging, and always considerate of our needs rather than just wanting to get a good shot. He worked quickly and managed to get a bunch of toddlers and small children to somehow look at the camera and smile all at once. The photos we've received so far are stunning, and somehow captured the true feelings of love and joy that suffused the day. At the end of the evening, I had no regrets or concerns about the photography -- I know the full set we get will be something for us to treasure for years to come.

I've known Eric since 2011 when he first photographed a fundraising event I organized for a charity in NYC. He was a pleasure to work with and since has photographed every event for the organization. Eric is always very professional and makes himself accessible which I find important as a client. When I got engaged I knew I wanted Eric to be part of our big day. His agility and breadth of experience in photographing professional environments to wedding celebrations are remarkable. My husband and I were very specific where we wanted our photos taken and he was able to make it all happen. He understood the vision for our wedding and captured all the special moments, some that I didn't even realized happened until I saw the photos. Not to mention Eric's very calm demeanor kept me sane the morning of my wedding. (Thank you!). I would love to work with Eric again and I recommend him to all my friends getting married, or organizing an event, or who just want a really talented, experienced and personable photographer.
