I cannot recommend Erin Cleveland Events more highly! As a couple who was very intentional and decided on our wedding vision, it was important to find a planning team that would not only help us execute our vision but provide all of the considerations (and questions!) to make it even better. Erin and her team were communicative, supportive, thoughtful and downright professional. These ladies know what they are doing, and it showed! They didn't flinch at my crazy ideas, they were there before you knew you needed them and if there was a problem, we certainly didn't know about it. What started as a wedding vendor relationship turned into a full blown friendship on our wedding day. Our perfect, magical day(s) couldn't have been possible without this team.

Erin Cleveland is a phenomenal wedding planner who went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was absolutely perfect. From the very beginning of the planning process, Erin demonstrated a level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail that left you feeling confident and excited about your big day. Erin's creativity and expertise were on full display as she worked tirelessly to bring our vision for our wedding to life. She took the time to understand our personal style and preferences, and was always there to offer creative solutions and suggestions when we needed them. She was incredibly organized and efficient, ensuring that all of the vendors and details were in place, and that the timeline for the day ran smoothly. Throughout the planning process, Erin was always available to answer our questions, calm our nerves, and provide support and guidance. Her warm and friendly personality made her a joy to work with, and her genuine enthusiasm for her work was infectious. On the day of the wedding, Erin and her team truly outdid themselves. They were everywhere at once, making sure that every detail was perfect and that everything ran seamlessly. From coordinating with vendors to setting up decorations, Erin and her team were true masters of their craft. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that we and our guests had a wonderful, stress-free experience. In summary, Erin Cleveland is an outstanding wedding planner who truly exceeded our expectations. Her creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none, and she made our wedding day an unforgettable and absolutely perfect experience. We would highly recommend Erin to anyone looking for a wedding planner who will go above and beyond to make your special day truly magical.

Erin was my saving grace before and during my wedding, and truly felt like I was working with a close friend all the while. She's detail oriented, communicative, and has anything you could possibly need on wedding day. Working with her was a dream and I wish I had more events to plan so I could work with her more!!

Erin and her team are the literal best! She started helping coordinate vendors months in advance and even attended meetings with us. She always kept us in the loop on all conversations and got our approval for any changes. When we needed help deciding on vendors, Erin made thoughtful suggestions within our budget. On the day of the wedding Erin and her team helped setup for hours while also managing to keep the whole bridal party and vendors on our agreed upon timeline. Through out the reception Erin and her team went above and beyond with their assistance. For example the section where the bride and groom were sitting was incredibly warm which led to the bride overheating. Erin’s team left the reception and retrieved a personal fan for her to cool off with. With Erin helping plan your event you won’t have to worry about the details and you can rest assured that her team will be there to make sure every thing goes to plan.

Erin is the absolute BEST! I am so very grateful we had her support during our wedding planning process. She is everything that we could have asked for in a planner - she is organized, communicated with us freely and frequently, has lots of vendors that she's worked with before, and offered to help with the little things that I didn't even know a planner would help with. And I would know, because I actually was working with a different planner prior to Erin, so I could quickly tell the difference. Erin is so timely and on top of things, and I never once felt worried that something wouldn't get done. When small issues came up on our wedding day (as they always do), she helped us feel calm and I barely even knew that there were any issues, as she took care of them right away. Many other planners that I interviewed had a cap on number of phone calls that they would do, etc., but this was not the case at all with Erin. We scheduled weekly calls when we were a month out so I never felt like I was out of the loop. When I decided I wanted different colors for my bridesmaids, I then became overwhelmed with them asking me for opinions on each dress. Erin (without me asking) offered to help out and create an email chain with my bridesmaids, so I didn't have to worry. Her eye for colors and design was impeccable, and everything turned out beautifully. Lastly, we had a Jewish wedding, which Erin had some experience with but ours was a little different than some of the others. She was eager to learn and support us, and even made us the most beautiful chuppah. I know each family and couple has their own traditions and I definitely recommend Erin as someone who will learn about them and respect them as they come to life on your wedding day. As I said, I couldn't recommend her enough :)

Erin was the perfect wedding planner for my big day. She was so caring, enthusiastic and organized throughout our entire time together. She made my floor plan and event timeline flawlessly and offered to do above and beyond what I would have expected. She even managed to coordinate and get in touch with my DJ and transportation vendor where I was unable. The whole process was seamless and Erin is such a pleasant and calming presence on what can already feel like a very exhausting and stressful weekend.

Erin stuck with us as our month/day-of wedding coordinator after COVID delayed our celebration by a year, and we are incredibly grateful she did! She is a mover and shaker who makes things happen and just gets things done! She brought an extremely positive and encouraging energy that instilled confidence in us that our special day would go off without a hitch. With Erin at the helm, we didn't have to worry at all about logistics or execution, and we could just be present and soak up every moment. From setting up rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks, to leading and coordinating the big wedding celebration, all the way to packing up after the party, Erin truly made the whole thing possible. She is decisive, efficient, and incredibly generous and selfless. She contributes great ideas, brought assistants to help execute, and makes everything all about the happy couple. It was remarkable how she did so much but in a smooth and discreet way where it was almost like she wasn't there! Erin is an awesome professional and beautiful person; we had a wonderful experience working with her and couldn't recommend her more strongly. Thank you Erin!!

Deciding to work with Erin was truly the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process. She is polished, professional, organized, and creative, and yet SO fun, friendly, and down to earth. Erin and Haley were both exceptional to work with day of and kept the entire wedding party on schedule and smiling the entire time. I truly do not know what I would have done without Erin and her team and could not imagine our wedding day without her. Every element of our wedding was a dream and Erin executed our vision flawlessly, all while providing much-needed expertise and advice throughout the process. We are so incredibly lucky to have worked with Erin as our wedding planner and now to have her in our lives as a friend.

Erin is terrific. She kept my daughter on schedule throughout the entire planning of her wedding. Her recommendations pertaining to vendors were excellent and she was on top of scheduled payments. She was a delight to work with on the wedding; enthusastic while still being a total professional. The day of went off without a problem and she deserves the credit for that. I highly recommend her as your wedding planner.

I can't recommend Erin Cleveland Events enough! From initial consult to wedding day they made us feel supported, calm, and organized. Not only are they fantastic at what they do, Erin and her team (we had the pleasure of working with Steph!) are really warm, friendly and enjoyable people to be around which made the whole process stress-free.

Our daughter's wedding day was perfect! I can't imagine anything we would have done differently. One of our best decisions was hiring Erin Cleveland as the wedding coordinator. Erin spoke with us several times and even scheduled a call with my daughter before we booked her services. From my first conversation with Erin, I felt confident she was the coordinator for us. I can not imagine trusting anyone else to handle the details involved in planning a wedding. Erin helped my daughter's wedding vision come to fruition. She was a great source of support for myself and my daughter. When my daughter wanted a champagne tower, Erin did not discourage her but suggested ways to make a champagne tower safely. Erin is a kind and dedicated wedding planner; She is so talented at her job and is encouraging. Erin coordinated with the other vendors, which made everything flow perfectly on the wedding day. Erin was so accommodating; she met with us several times in person. Her expertise was a huge help to us when meeting with the caterer and the florist. The last week before the wedding would have been particularly stressful without Erin, but Erin checked in regularly and offered her assistance. She knew the stress my daughter would be under as the wedding approached, and she requested that the vendors contact her first with last-minute questions. Erin is adept at computer wedding programs that allow you to visualize the entire reception. She created shared documents that evolved as the wedding planning progressed. As a result, It was easy to turn everything over to Erin on the wedding day because we were confident she knew what my daughter wanted. On the morning of the wedding, Erin and her assistant took all the items we brought for the wedding and set them up exactly as we discussed. She worked with all other vendors and the officiant to ensure the wedding and reception were exactly as my daughter dreamed. We were able to dance and have a carefree night of celebration; Erin and her assistant took care of everything for us. They ensured all the special moments in the receptions occurred on schedule. Also, Erin's assistant caught the bride and groom's exit on video, something we had not requested, but we were so thankful they thought to do that for us. At the end of the night, Erin and her assistant packed our car. We had so much fun we didn't want the night to end. I wish I had another wedding to plan with Erin!

There are not enough words for how much I loved working with Erin. From our very first phone call, she made sure to make our wedding exactly what we wanted - all while staying in our budget. She worked tirelessly to make sure our wedding was picture perfect. You always hear "well, at least one thing will go wrong on your wedding day" and I think "well, you didn't have Erin" because our wedding was the perfect day. From vendor communications to making sure we were fed at the reception, Erin did everything I wanted and so much more!! I was worried about letting a planner do all the vendor communications but Erin was SO responsive and attentive to any messages/questions I had and was very quick to get an answer from the vendors. Erin made sure to get to know us and what our vision was for the wedding so she could bring it to life - and let me tell you, she is an artist at weddings. I had a small vision for how I wanted our reception to look and Erin made it so much better than I ever thought possible. Looking back on our photos, I still can't believe she made our wedding happen. We had some rain issues and she made sure to have a rain plan in place and was very quick in getting our plan B set up. The entire wedding planning process was painless with Erin. Coming from someone with two older sisters who are both married, I was having wedding nightmares the night we got engaged. Erin listened to all my concerns, and even my absolute crazy nightmares and reassured me that everything would be perfect - and it was the most perfect wedding!! Honestly, I could write forever about how great Erin and her team are. I would have never had such a wonderful, stress free wedding if it wasn't for her. I am forever grateful for all of her hard work in making our day so so special!!

Erin and her team were phenomenal throughout our special day and leading up to it. She made the whole process so much less stressful and I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing the day off. Her and her team communicated and coordinated great with the rest of the vendor. Everything went extremely smoothly and I never got a single question the day off - so I know her and her team did everything behind the scenes: this is what you want the day off! It rained even though it wasn't supposed to and Erin & Team did their magic and reworked the venue, etc. Lastly, Erin and her Team are so so so so nice, friendly, people oriented and enjoyable to be around and perfectly vibed with us and our wedding guests. Everyone fit in perfectly and felt like part of the group rather than an outsider. I would hire her 100 times over again.

Erin the THE BEST!!!!! I hired Erin for Day/Month Of coordination and genuinely was blown away. From helping with a floral emergency to texting me to check in on how I was doing, Erin insured the planning process and the wedding day went as smoothly as possible. Working with Erin was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding! Planning a wedding is stressful enough, and then doing so while the world is exiting a pandemic was mental torture. Erin balanced all of our concerns with a realistic perspective of what our local regulations and vendor regulations, and was just a relieving joy to work with. Our wedding was beautiful and seamless, and definitely the best day ever. She is a great friend to have in your corner telling your other vendors the what's what! My family is still singing her praises almost a month later. I'm so grateful for her companionship and guidance for such an important event.

Erin was my wedding planner that went above and beyond for me during the wedding planning process and the day of the wedding. Although COVID canceled my wedding plans, Erin was so supportive of the situation and rescheduled our day easily. She was quick to respond to all my emails, came to my vendor meetings, and was always updating my timeline to fit my needs. On the day of my wedding, her staff treated me and my husband like a queen and king. I didn't have to lift a finger for anything, she was always there helping me get to the next place. Her staff even held on to my husband's wallet for the whole wedding because he forgot to leave it in our hotel room. 10/10 recommend Erin and her team!!

Erin flew in from out of town & only saw the venue the day of the wedding yet she executed everything flawlessly. She saw what needed to be done & did it all with no direction. As a bride, I never knew when anything went “wrong” and that was all due to Erin’s skill & ability to be a fixer. She is organized, calm, has a can do attitude, & is just the best gal to have running the show on the biggest day of your life! Knowing Erin as a friend outside of her work, her genuine spirit & the way she cares about people in her every day life is the same way she treats her clients. I cannot recommend Erin enough. Erin was absolutely amazing! I have a career in project coordination so I knew I would have to really find somehow I really trusted to coordinate my wedding and really feel at ease passing everything off to them instead of doing it myself and WOW was Erin the perfect person for the job. She was perfect. There is no one else I would have trusted 100% to handle my big day. So reliable & friendly - Erin handled everything perfectly!

Erin is not only the ABSOLUTE BEST coordinator but also by far one of the most genuinely kind people you can meet! I can't even keep track of how many of our guests and wedding party members told me how they were so impressed with her. I think it's so rare to find someone with such a clear gift for leadership/coordination but who can also be able lead a day with so much grace. Along with this, Erin's thorough work ethic, and years of experience in event and wedding planning we can honestly say our day went so much better than we ever imaged. I cannot say enough about Erin!!! I was in NY planning for my wedding in VA and she handled every single detail. I felt so at ease on the day and SO MANY of my guests remarked how nice and knowledgeable she was. My venue was new at doing weddings so Erin had a lot of work cut out for her, and she did so with such grace and professionalism that I did not even know there were issues until they were solved!! I would recommend Erin to all :)
