Erin is the most thorough and thoughtful photographer. Her work is absolutely stunning and she captures the best candid moments so we can relive our night over and over. She is so thoughtful and professional and we would highly recommend her!

I’m not even sure where to begin with Erin Kranz. She was absolutely fantastic! When I began my wedding planning, I was searching online for venues when I came across Erin’s blog. I actually chose my venue based on pictures of weddings that Erin had done there! When we had started to plan our wedding we had kept hearing Erin Kranz's name for photography, so we decided to look into hiring her! Thank goodness we did, all the buzz we heard was ALL TRUE! Erin is one of the sweetest people we have ever met and makes you feel 100% comfortable with your wedding day. Not to mention her pictures are drop dead gorgeous. My husband and I have a joke when taking pictures, that you can't fix ugly. Well somehow Erin does in all of her pictures! We still look at our pictures and tear up every time. I definitely hope we get to work with Erin again, whether it is for friends' weddings or our other photography needs.

We found Erin through a wedding photography friend of ours and we were so happy with our choice! Before we even met Erin the first time, she asked us all sorts of questions so she was prepared for our meeting. Our first meeting was great - she had a presentation lined up and let us look through her wedding albums. Throughout everything, Erin was very sweet and extremely professional and organized. We really appreciated her attention to detail! During our engagement session, she made us feel extremely comfortable so it wasn't awkward at all. We got our engagement photos within two weeks. Throughout our engagement, she sent us small gifts, such as a marriage book and a Starbucks gift card - SO thoughtful! Our wedding day was absolutely fantastic - we really appreciated her efficiency (we were concerned about having enough time at our reception) and once again attention to detail. For family photos after the ceremony, she quickly ran through a list so each group would know when it was their turn to be in the photos. She brought along a second shooter who was also fun and got some great shots! We were SHOCKED at how fast we got our wedding photos - in two weeks!! We absolutely LOVE all of them and feel Erin captured our day perfectly. If there is any photo you specifically want, she will make sure to get it. Erin was absolutely fabulous from the moment we met her, to our engagement shoot, wedding day, and sending us all our pictures when all was said and done!! She is such a sweet, kind & genuine person and we loved working with her. Erin was great at our fusion Vietnamese/Western wedding. My family was very skeptical to have someone who does not know Vietnamese traditions to be in charge of the photography but I insisted on getting Erin's help because of the beautiful work that I have seen from her. The wedding day was long-Erin arrived prompt and smiley at 9am in the morning and left closer to 10pm. We walked through the details of the day before-hand and she captured everything beautifully. Everyone was very happy with the results-including my family who can be hard to please.

Erin was a fantastic photographer! Having never been photographed by a professional before, she made us both feel very comfortable and captured some great natural moments! Doing the engagement session and seeing all the great pictures made me feel much less nervous about the photography for our wedding day. It was really really hot the day of the wedding but Erin made sure we were okay and we stayed right on schedule. She also did a great job handling our somewhat rowdy bridal party! Several guests commented that my photographer was "everywhere" (in a good way), and it was true, she really didn't miss anything! Following the wedding, we received our pictures quickly (the online gallery was great!) and then she gave us the cutest package including a USB drive, some prints, and a little surprise. It was really unexpected and thoughtful! After that, we met again shortly after to review the amazing album she designed for us. She was receptive to changes I wanted to make and I had the albums in hand just a few weeks after! I love them so much! Her photography is natural and beautiful- not covered in heavy filters or effects. I would recommend her to everyone. She's a talented photographer and sweet person!

Erin truly provides the total package! My husband and I cannot be more pleased with our experience with Erin. Not only are her pictures amazing, but she provides outstanding customer service. In planning our wedding we were surprised to meet many wedding vendors that were difficult to get a hold of, unclear of services provided, or just plain unpleasant -- Erin is NONE of these things. We wish all vendors were as easy to work with as she was. She met all of our expectations, if not exceeded them. I mean.. the proof is in the pictures. Erin did a GREAT job on our engagement pictures! My fiance and myself were very nervous about this pictures since neither one of us love having our picture taken and engagement pictures are so personal. Erin made us feel extremely comfortable and even had us laughing throughout the process. It was such a relaxing experience. Also, she was extremely helpful and flexible. At first the poses seemed contrived. But after looking at the pictures, they turned out to look natural and graceful. Erin definitely has an eye for things that we would have never thought of. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, there are a lot of ups and downs, many of which stem from the vendors that you work with. I can say without a doubt that Erin was at no point responsible for any of the "downs." She was friendly, professional and responsive throughout the entire process. On the wedding day Erin and her second shooter Brittany were both fun, professional and energetic all day. We recently received our wedding photos back and could not be happier with how everything turned out. The posed pictures are fantastic, but what my wife and I have enjoyed more are the incredible candid photos that really captured special moments throughout the evening and night of our big day. As we told Erin that night, she was our MVP vendor and we would recommend her to anyone and everyone for her quality of work, professional demeanor and how much fun she was to work with.

Erin is absolutely amazing!! I felt like she did a great job of merging our own personal style with her own and she perfectly captured our personalities and relationship on camera. She was very flexible and great to work with! And on top of her incredible photography skills, she is an all around awesome human being! During our family formals on our wedding day, we had rowdy families and members with special needs that needed accommodations during pictures. She was able to manage the crowd as well as accommodate all of the family members. She is incredibly professional and I did not feel like her photography was intrusive like I have seen at other weddings. While photography in general is expensive, I felt like Erin's prices were reasonable and the quality was excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend her!

Since I live out of the Charlotte area, I had to meet and select most of vendors through Skype, which can be a little awkard, but from the very first time I Skyped with Erin, I knew I wanted her to be there to capture our wedding day! I had to ask myself the question, do I want my engagement, rehearsal & wedding pictures to be the proverbial "worth a thousand words"... to be treasured and admired for years to come by me, my husband, family and friends. And of course the answer to my question started my quest for finding the best artist in the field. Erin Kranz was recommended to us and as such selected as our photographer for our very intimate and shabby chic mountain wedding in Boone, NC. She elegantly chose and captured our sunsetting engagement pictures, laughable rehearsal dinner moments and our step by step ceremony and celebration pictures. The experience I had with Erin Kranz Photography was impressive and unique. As a business professional she had previous pictures I could review and answered all my questions at our initial meeting. This made me comfortable with what she could provide. I had no pressure, and she had a sweet charismatic personality that I really liked. I also had her take my engagement photos and that is what sold me! I gave her minimal information on what we wanted and she found the perfect place, and had very creative pictures taken. Honestly, it was the most fun I ever had taking pictures! She made me and my now husband feel comfortable and have fun at the same time. How does a bride pick a photographer to document the one day she has planned since childhood? It is about so much more than shopping for pretty pictures. It is about finding a person who sees the day the way you have dreamed it. It is about choosing someone to enter into your intimate moments and preserve not only the happenings, but also the spirit and the mood. When it was time for me to make this decision, I decided to go with a friend of mine. She was very new on the wedding photography scene (I was actually her first wedding), but I had had the privilege of watching Erin study photography. I watched as she entered the lives of her subjects, learning who they were before she tried to capture anything in a picture.
