It was just an ok experience with Eventhaus:
I am thankful that the delivery team was timely and helpful. Everything we ordered was delivered. On the negative side:
1- one of the sales people I talked with questioned the tent size another sales person had recommended for our # of guests. I was told they would consult and get back with me but there was no follow-through. I got my own graph paper and cut to-scale tables to make my own decision.
2-when delivery was made, we found many chairs in need of repair. They were such that a woman's dress would be torn. We got wood glue and clamps and repaired 30 chairs!
3-We rented 15 8' dinner tables. They were wobbly and I worried the large flower vases would topple (thankfully not).
I hate to leave negative reviews but hope Eventhaus will consider and at least repair their supplies and work on their communication.
Overall an "okay" experience with EventHaus. Biggest issue is they sent light, sage, green table cloths when I specifically asked for dark, (hunter/forest) table cloths. After the event this was brought to their attention and my concern with the miscommunication was brushed off. However, they were flexible with changes due to covid and last minute adjustments as guest numbers fluctuated. I probably wouldn't hire if I could choose again.
We used Eventhaus for the rentals for our daughter’s wedding & they did a phenomenal job. We had to postpone from our original date in April 4, 2020 to June 27, 2020 due to Covid & they handled that amazingly. Caroline Was great & helped us every step of the way. All of the staff were professional, dependable & knew what they were doing. Our rentals were beautiful & in excellent shape. I highly recommend them.
EventHaus was fantastic to work with from the very beginning! They were great at helping us narrow down options and nail down exactly what we needed for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Caroline helped me make changes up to the very last minute (COVID weddings, sigh) and I couldn't be more grateful.
Deliveries were timely, the selections we made were GORGEOUS, and everything was perfect! We will definitely use them for parties in the future!
It was a pleasure to work with Eventhaus. We scheduled a time to go to their warehouse and view their items that we were interested in renting for our wedding after looking at their website. They were easy to communicate with and Caroline was very responsive to my many emails regarding last minute changes! Everything that we reserved was brought and set up on time and exactly how I wanted it! I highly recommend working with them and I also recommend going to see their items to help you make your decision as to what you want to rent as it was very helpful for me versus just looking at pictures from the website!
Absolutely loved working with EventHaus. We used them for all our ceremony and reception rentals, including draping and lighting, and it could not have turned out more beautiful. They took my vision and really hit it out of the park while being so kind and responsive the entire time. Work with them you won't regret it!
I used Event Haus to rent my wedding tent and could not have been happier. Erica Bailey was responsive, organized, and extremely pleasant to work with! The tent, lighting, and dance floor looked great and were set up exactly as I had asked. I was told that pick-up after the event went smoothly as well. I highly recommend Event Haus and working with Erica!
Caroline at Event Haus is nothing short of amazing. Her efficiency with a quick response and willingness to change my invoice dozens of times (and then some) does not go unnoticed. On top of the amazing office staff service, the crew that come out to assemble all of the rentals are always on time, respectful and helpful. They go above and beyond and I really appreciate it. Not to mention, I've never had an issue with the wrong items coming or broken items. If I did, I can be sure to know that they will quickly come out with a replacement without anyone even noticing! They are the best and I always recommend using Event Haus x 100!!
EventHaus did an outstanding job with the rentals for our event. We loved working with Caroline! She was on top of everything, from our first email to the event completion, she did a great job. We will certainly use EventHaus again next year!
What do you do when your daughter’s wedding day almost gets ruined, thanks to mother nature? You are thankful you hired the right vendors. On Friday, May 31, 2019 my daughter was to be married at Lowndes Grove Plantation @ 5:30 P.M. At 5:15 everything was ready and more beautiful than we ever imagined. Loluma had outdone themselves. In comes mother nature, not just rain and wind, but a microburst or a squall. The ceremony area was destroyed, one tent ripped away and wrapped in a tree, the main tent partially collapsed. There was broken glass, toppled furniture and ruined linens. I was stunned, and for a few moments unsure of what we were going to do and where. But with our wedding planner, Michael Winship at the helm, the vendors I hired, ever the band Charleston Groove Factory, joined forces and went into action and in an hour turned the nightmare back into a dream. Great Food, Great Music, and the guests all enjoyed themselves. I will be forever grateful. These are the guys you want to hire for your big day. I am blessed and thankful that we did. Working with Caroline at EventHaus was so easy! We had a smaller wedding and we didn’t need to rent too much and surprisingly finding a rental company that would deliverer for us was a challenge! Caroline responded back so quickly to all my crazy emails where I changed things about a million times! My venue required rentals to be picked up the same night and Eventhaus was able to do a pickup pretty late to get everything which made things way less stressful for me!
This company was so great to work with for my wedding! They had a wide selection of high quality rentable items (seating, outdoor decor, tables, lawn games, etc) and were very professional and responsive via phone and email. Special shoutout to Caroline Kraich, who captured and accommodated all my last minute order change requests! On our wedding day, everything item showed up promptly and they made set up and break down worry-free. In addition for great quality service and communication, this company has very reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend going with EventHaus for your wedding or any big event!

We experienced some minor glitches with our event, but I'm now confident that Eventhaus management will address our concerns and make appropriate modifications to their service.
A lot of options to choose from and very flexible to work with. They have a nice show room you can go visit to see everything in person. The day before my wedding they realized the chairs for my ceremony were damaged so they upgraded at no additional cost to a different option without any hassle. Definitely recommend.
We used Eventhaus for our wedding lighting and they did a phenomenal job! We were planning our wedding from afar and they went on-site to look at the space and came back with a full lighting plan, floor plan, and estimate that was very reasonable.
We were staying at our venue for the week so they delivered and installed lighting early so that we could enjoy it! The delivery guys were awesome and super careful of the garden where some of the lighting posts needed to be installed. Total gems.
We worked with Caroline Kraich who was fabulous! She was incredibly flexible and responsive. I would highly recommend partnering when Eventhaus for your upcoming event!

My planner works closely with EventHaus and they were our primary vendor for large rental pieces such as tables, chairs, and umbrellas. They were priced competitively and everything was in excellent condition on the day of the wedding. I found their collection of "unique" pieces to be a bit limited, but those can be easily contracted with a second vendor. Overall, I would highly recommend using EventHaus to make your wedding beautiful.
We worked with Emily from Event Haus and had a great experience. They have a vast inventory of furniture and linens from which to choose, including all of trending and up to date pieces that some rental companies don't have. About a year out from our date, we went and selected our furniture and linens. Emily was so patient in explaining everything we would need and helping us put together a mock-up of what our event would look like. Then, when our bridesmaid dresses came in, I realized that we had picked out too dark of a color. She was so flexible with changing the linen, and accommodated me when I came in with the actual bridesmaid dress to compare to the linens and make sure they matched! Even within the month of our wedding we made some changes (added a chandelier, an additional table, etc.), and they were so accommodating to all of our requests. They helped us figure out exactly what size dance floor, how many tables, etc. On the day of the wedding, their rentals arrived on time, were set up in a timely fashion, and were in peak condition. Every single chair, dish, tablecloth, etc. was of the highest quality. We also rented their bar, and it was a gorgeous addition. I highly recommend using them for the high quality and wide range of rentals they offer, and their great customer service!
Eventhaus was absolutely AWESOME to work with for our small beach house wedding! They were easy to work with, with a great selection and didn’t miss a beat. After realizing one day before our wedding that our layout was not suitable for our reception, Eventhaus came out to our venue, remeasured, designed a new layout, and changed our order! We were so impressed and thankful that they did, they really wanted everything to be perfect! We are so glad we chose Eventhaus for our rentals!
EventHaus was absolutely wonderful to work with. We recently got married at Magnolia Plantation where we needed everything from the table to chairs, forks, napkins, and everything in between. EventHaus was extremely helpful and no matter how many times we changed our minds they were always helpful and kind. We really can't thank them enough for making the day so effortless and magical!
EventHaus was fantastic to work with! They were very accommodating and affordably priced. Emily and Erica were great and easy to communicate with as well. We changed so much of our rentals up until the wedding, as it was all dependent on guest count and they did not blink at all of our changes. They have so much inventory and variations of items to rent to make your day perfect. I highly recommend using this vendor for all of your rentals!
I just have to say how much I loved working with Emily David at Event Haus to coordinate the rentals for my wedding. I can't even begin to say how easy she made planning my big day! She was just lovely to communicate with in general, but so so polite and kind, so timely to respond and so organized! I'd hear from her within the day, and when I got overwhelmed and forgot what was going on (as can happen with wedding planning!) she was right there with up-to-date quotes or orders. But she was great about taking the time to meet with me, and when my parents came to town to see our set-up, Emily happily set up a table for them, which made their day to see.
They were really easy to work with and even really helped us out with a tight turn around time. They shorted us 50 chairs, but I am sure that they will make up for it. (I'll keep you posted) Other than that I would highly recommend them.
EventHaus... Wow! So impressed with everything! I had the pleasure of working with Erica. She is SOOOOO awesome. Over the past year I probably changed chairs, tables, linens... Etc. about a thousand times. For someone to handle my indecisive brain for a year, deserves an award! Planning from out of state and only through email I was unsure what the final outcome would be especially with the linen colors. Then when we did a room reveal, it looked beautiful BEYOND what I had expected. Rentals was a huge chunk of our wedding and EventHaus executed everything that I wanted down to the smallest detail. Thank you SO much Erica, I hope to work with you soon for another event!

I would give them 1000 stars if I could. They have been the most AMAZING vendor to ever work with. We had a few last minute changes on the day of the wedding and since they were understaffed the owner came out himself and was helping make our venue look perfect. They were so accommodating through out the entire process. I worked with Erica and she was extremely helpful. I can not say enough great things about them. I would definitely recommend using them!!!
It was an absolute PLEASURE working with EventHaus, especially working with Emily. Emily was absolutely awesome and made this part of my planning very easy - especially considering we had to get the tables to the island via Ferry! She was able to accommodate all my requests despite dealing with a competitor in Hilton Head that was feeding her mis-information. Through it all she was pleasant and so very helpful.
To no fault of their own, the team that had brought the tables over were told they could not get on the ferry they were scheduled on, and for that I am so sorry! They eventually made it over and were still very pleasant and happy to be there.

We recently had our wedding in August and used EventHaus for our rentals (tent, tables, linens, specialty bar, tent liner, chandeliers, fans, etc), and overall it was a great experience!
Erica and Caroline were a great help and were very patient with all of our needs. The set up/break down crew were also very helpful and accommodating. It rained the morning of the wedding and the crew quickly removed all of the seat cushions and placed them under the tent so they would not get wet. They also worked with my wedding coordinator on specific placement of the bar as the ground was too wet in the original placement.
I gave 4 stars for Quality and Value as I do believe that prices are extremely inflated in the Charleston, SC wedding industry. The pricing for the things we NEEDED were comparable to other vendors in the area. The pricing for things that we WANTED were not worth the money, so we crafted those areas ourselves. My husband and I ended up making tables for our guestbook, programs, and a drink set up because tables can cost well over $100 from EventHaus. It cost us only $80 to make the three tables we wanted.
Overall, a great experience and great company!
I worked with Caroline Kraich at EventHaus. She was really patient with me and very helpful. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and organized. I'd highly recommend using EventHaus for party rentals. They came, set up and put everything exactly where I had asked and then came and took it all away without a hitch.

EventHaus did a wonderful job with our rentals for our wedding. There was a lot to coordinate with the tent, lighting, and reusing chairs from the ceremony in the reception space and they did it all flawlessly...even with our HUGE fluctuation in head count!!! They were a real pleasure to work with and made everything fun instead of stressful. Absolutely wonderful!!!
We used EventHaus rentals for a small gathering for a vow renewal ceremony. The staff was very helpful in helping me choose the items I needed. They were very quick in answering questions and finalizing my order. On the event date, the delivery was very prompt and hassle-free. I would recommend EventHaus for any rental needs.
I worked with several people from EventHaus throughout planning my wedding, all of whom were very responsive and helpful. During the last few months leading up to the wedding, I was working primarily with Erica, who was incredibly accommodating through all of the changes I made. I went to the offices twice to look at table set-ups and various rental items and both times the team at EventHaus was extremely helpful. Everything we rented arrived on time and in good shape, so we were very pleased.
I used Event DRS as my rental company for my rehearsal dinner. There was a mix up on the date, which I didn't realize until 2 hours after the tables and chairs were supposed to be delivered. I spoke with the owner on the phone, and he was the nicest most accommodating person. He told me not to worry, they would be there in 45 minutes. Since they were out of the cheaper chairs I had rented, they provided a more expensive option at no extra charge. They even helped set up everything- despite the fact that I did not pay for this service. I was so relieved and impressed that they were able to come through for me so quickly and professionally.
Matt and EVENT DRS were wonderful to work with!! Matt has such great ideas and knows how to throw a beautiful event, that's also fun with a perfectly arranged layout.
Matt was one of the few I spoke with that had the confidence to take on building a dance floor on the beach. We ran into an obstacle with the hotel, and he thought outside of the box and had the best creative solution! Instead of building the floor, we used sea grass flooring. It was the best atmosphere, better than I could've ever imagined.
I had EVENT DRS supply the tent, interior draping with lanterns, a cigar lounge-- Parisian style with strands of lights creating the ceiling, all of the bars, table clothes, and napkins.... Pretty much everything I needed, they provided.
It made the big day all the more special!
I chose to use this rental company based on the fact they offered free chairs and tables to me because of the venue we had chosen. This is the only reason why I gave 4 stars for value. My experience with them started out fine, I got a list of rentals from my caterer, gave the information to Event Drs., they sent me an invoice... all a normal process. Caroline was helpful in making changes and accommodating our needs. The trouble began on our wedding day, and this is the day that it actually counted!
I get a phone call from their deliver guy, Josh, at 2pm asking where the chairs are supposed to go. First of all, he should have been calling my day of coordinator, not me (I had given Caroline this information). Secondly, he was at the wrong place at the wrong time. This is Charleston, and the weekend we were married was a busy one - Spoleto and Memorial Weekend. I knew that if he was supposed to be across town at the reception venue at the time he was calling me from the ceremony venue we were in trouble. I tried my best not to stress, but it wasn't easy. Thanks Josh, for that. Needless to say they showed up at the reception venue an hour and a half late. This caused my florist to be behind schedule and the boutonnieres and flowers for the ceremony for the groomsmen didn't get to the ceremony until 5pm (the ceremony started at 5pm). The day of coordinator the reception who was a friend and guest of my wedding missed the ceremony because they were late and she had so little time to get everything at the reception put together. It was a horrible experience, and in hindsight I wish I had spent the extra money to go with a company that had been recommended in the first place: Snyder or Event Works. Lesson learned, but I do hope no bride has to share in this experience with me ever.
Event Drs was great to work with and had a very professional attitude about everything. We did have a couple issues that turned out to not be a big deal.. they changed their main location without telling us so we have to track them down through different sources, and they didn't deliver the correct coctail table linens. They delivered ivory instead of purple. This wasn't a big deal since our dinner tables were ivory but still I think I would have liked to have the purple. Overall they are great because they allow you to come visit them any time to look at what you have choosen and to make adjustments easily.
Although my Coordinator handled renting and returning, before I hired her on I was very impressed when dealing with Event DRS. Their communication was right on and they responded immediately by phone and email. They sent a price list of everything--- so there are no surprises. Their prices are comparable to other local companies. They were friendly and so very helpful on the phone. Somehow a cake stand was sent with their stuff and we were about to be charged for the "missing cake stand". I called and spoke with Matt at Event DRS and he was so helpful and even offered to help to get it back to the bakery so I didn't have to worry about it. Thank you for the wonderful service!
My wedding looked stunning- I had gorgeous tables with runners, flatware, and chairs that all looked gorgeous. Definitely recommended!!
I used the Event Drs in Charleston, SC for the chairs at my ceremony. They were familiar with the SC Aquarium (Where we were married) which was a good thing. It meant one less thing for my to worry about. The chairs look new and were less than $2 a piece. Delivery fees were very reasonable as well.
My husband and I planned our wedding ourselves. This company was super easy to work with and had some of the nicest inventory in the area. We visited a few rental companies to get an idea of what's out there and we found that Event Drs has nice stuff, but it was the service that made us choose them. Very professional and super helpful. They were recommended by some friends and we will certainly recommend them to anyone.
