About me: Hi! I’m Demi! I’m a SoCal based event coordinator and planner, who has loved getting to work with so many amazing couples in the OC, LA, and SD area! I started my event company in 2022 with a vision to provide mindful and meaningful services to ensure my couples get to enjoy every step of their wedding season. After planning my own wedding in 2021, I was inspired by the creativity and endless possibilities that weddings and events encompass, but also recognized how overwhelming that can be for many couples as they try to navigate so many challenging decisions that often come with a high cost, which is where I come in to help! In 2022 I joined an amazing wedding planning and coordination team where I worked as an assistant and lead coordinator for a diverse number of events that included Asian tea ceremonies and western style weddings. In December of 2022, I decided to create my own event coordination and rental company and have had so much fun getting to work alongside so many amazing couples to creat their dream day! My team of assistants and I aim to provide professional and customized services to meet your budget and event needs so that you can enjoy your day to the absolute fullest. I have enjoyed meeting and working with a variety of vendors and have some excellent contacts should you require planning services in addition to day-of-coordination. I do not shy away from the DIY couples, as I was one myself, and love helping to guide your preparation to avoid any headache with setup on your big day. Services offered: I offer a wide range of services with the ultimate goal to help you curate your perfect wedding day. For planning packages, I will work to find you build your perfect team of vendors to ensure the smoothest series of events, and maintain consistent and regular communication with you along the way. Day of coordination packages begin at 3 months prior to your event where I will help you to create your timeline, connect with vendors to answer any questions or concerns they may have, provide documents to help you itemize your decor and photo lists, and so on. On the day of your events, my assistants and I will help with general setup/tear down and guide your team to keep everything on time and smooth so that you don’t have to worry about anything but enjoying yourselves to the fullest! In additional to my planning and coordination services, I have a repertoire of custom rentals for backdrops, accent walls, and am open to creating new custom backdrops to meet your ideal aesthetic.
